Agastache rugosa, known as Korean mint, is a medicinal plant with many beneficial health effects. In this study, a simple and reliable HPLC-UV method was proposed for the quantification of rosmarinic acid (RA) in the aqueous extracts of A. rugosa. RA was selected as a quantification marker due to its easiness in procurement and analysis. The developed method involved chromatographic separation on a $C_{18}$ column ($250{\times}4.6mm$, $5{\mu}m$) at room temperature. The mobile phase consisted of water and acetonitrile both containing 2 % acetic acid and was run at a flow rate of $1mL\;min^{-1}$. The method was validated for specificity, linearity, precision, and accuracy. It was specific to RA and linear in the range of $50-300{\mu}g\;mL^{-1}$ ($r^2=0.9994$). Intra-day, inter-day, and inter-analyst precisions were ${\leq}0.91%\;RSD$, ${\leq}1.40%\;RSD$, and 1.94 % RSD, respectively. Accuracy was 93.3-95.9 % (${\leq}1.21%\;RSD$). The method could be applied to three batches of bulk samples and three batches of lab scale samples, which were found to be $0.64({\pm}0.04)mg\;g^{-1}$ and $0.48({\pm}0.02)mg\;g^{-1}$ for the dried raw materials of A. rugosa. The results show that the proposed method can be used as a readily applicable method for QC of health functional foods containing the aqueous extracts of A. rugosa.

Although marine shipbuilding industry of Korea has solidified its place as the world’s No. 1 since entering 2000s, it is closely followed by China in terms of price competitiveness and is behind Japan in technical skills. Also merchant ship market has entered a period of recession due to decreased global cargo volume. In order for Korean marine shipbuilding industry to maintain its competitive edge equipped with competitiveness in this changing market environment, it is a time for vitalizing knowledge management. Hereby this research intends to provide working-level implications by analysing actual proof of what influences knowledge management assets have on organizational effectiveness for marine shipbuilding businesses. This research, with the purpose of obtaining this research objective, collected data from 499 employees in marine shipbuilding businesses. For statistics processing of collected data, SPSS15.0 and AMOS 7.0 were used. he research objective was achieved by verifying hypotheses through reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis. The results analysed from actual proof of this research are as follows. First, the result of research in structural assets indicates that information technology support turns out to have a positive (+) influence on both variables, knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization. Second,, the research of knowledge management activities indicates that knowledge sharing has a very strong positive (+) influence on knowledge utilization. Third, the result of research between knowledge utilization and organizational effectiveness indicates that knowledge utilization has a positive (+) influence on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Accordingly, it may seem that in promoting knowledge management there needs to focus on knowledge sharing and utilization.

Recently, automotive OEM has been pushing forward the outsourcing and modulization to strengthen the competitiveness through reducing cost and developing periods, improving productivity and quality and etc. Therefore, Tiers are now trying to get their own technologies to carry out design, manufacturing and evaluation during vehicle development, exclusively. OEM and Tiers share data each other from design stages and make efforts on improving skills and raising efficiency through collaboration. This paper describes the schemes for effective collaboration through the examples that shows sharing works using CAE between OEM and Tier.<br/>

항우연에서 개발한 고고도 태양광 무인기인 EAV-3에 탑재된 전기추진 시스템의 고고도 환경시험에 대하여 기술하였다. EAV-3는 무게 53 kg, 날개 길이 20 m의 대형 전기추진 무인기며, 날개에 부착된 결정질 태양전지와 동체 및 날개에 탑재되는 리튬-이온 2차전지를 동력원으로 한다. EAV3의 여러 구성품들은 성층권 비행을 목표로 하여 저온/저압의 환경시험을 통하여 개발이 되었으며, 최종적으로 개발된 전기추진시스템을 탑재한 EAV-3 무인기는 2015년 8월 5일 항우연의 고흥항공센터에서 이륙하여 고도 14 km의 성층권 도달 비행에 성공하였다. High Altitude environmental test result of EAV-3 high altitude solar UAV’s electric propulsion system is described here. EAV-3 is KARI’s large electric propulsion UAV whose weight is 53 kg and wing span is 20 m. The power sources are mono-crystaline solar pannels installed on the wing surface and Li-Ion battery packs. Environmental test was carried out to confirm the propulsion system componets can endure stratospheric altitude environment. EAV-3’s flight test was carried out at KARI’s Goheung aviation test center on August 5th of 2015, and EAV-3 reached stratospheric altitude of 14 km successfully.
