This experiment was conducted to determine the effect of controlled feeding of dietary crude protein and energy from 3 different MUN(milk urea nitrogen) contents(Azotestⓡ rank Ⅳ, V and VI) before feeding trial to the MUN content(Azotest rank Ⅳ) immediately after feeding trial on the BUN(blood urea nitrogen) content, milk yield and reproduction efficiency. BUN(blood urea nitrogen) was decreased to the adequate content(12-18㎎/㎗) when diets were adjusted from Azotest rank Ⅳ, V and VI before trial to Azotest rank Ⅳ immediately after trial, respectively. As a result, fertility rate was considerably increased after controlled feeding, especially improved from about 30% by second service before feeding control to l00% at the first service in the Azotest rank V and at the second service in the Azotest rank VI after feeding control, respectively. In addition, average open day became shorter after controlled feeding(151.3 vs 87.5d). However, milk yield was not different between before and after controlled feeding.
Fabrication of nanoporous gold thin films on glass substrates for amperometric sensing of aniline

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Nanoporous gold (NP-Au) thin films were fabricated on glass substrates by dealloying an Au–Si alloy produced by co-deposition of Au and Si. Si was selectively removed from the Au–Si alloy with potassium hydroxide solution, which is a very simple and safe dealloying method. We investigated the optimum conditions for sputtering and dealloying to obtain stable and durable nanoporous films. The NP-Au films were used as a working electrode for amperometric sensing of aniline in water and exhibited a wider sensing range and lower detection limit than NP-Au electrodes fabricated on Si substrates with HF etchant. The larger surface roughness factor of the NP-Au sensor is responsible for the enhanced sensing performance.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Nanoporous gold (NP-Au) thin films were prepared by dealloying of Au–Si films on a glass substrate. </LI> <LI> Dealloying could be done with benign KOH, not with conventional toxic HF solution. </LI> <LI> Strong adhesion between NP-Au films and glass substrates was achieved by optimized annealing process. </LI> <LI> Electrochemical detection of aniline with KOH etched NP-Au sensor was better than that with HF-etched NP-Au. </LI> </UL> </P>

Place that supply of waterworks is difficult develops underground water. The underground water is stored to tank of high elevated area by pump and is supplied to each service area. In this case, problem such as pollution, energy damage, breakdown of system of tank of high elevated area happens. Such problem can solve that control water level in tank. This treatise studied simulation and layout about water level controller for small water-supply tank.

D & C and endometrial curettage were performed on 21 fomale persons under acupuncture anesthesia. The results are as follows 1. 18 cases(85.71%) out of 21 weere successfully performed in curettage under acupuncture anesthesia. 2. The acupuncture anesthetic effect was better when patients were emotionally stable, Laminaria was inserted before operation, and patients had the past experience of acupuncture treatment. 3. The acupuncture anesthetic cases were early recovered from lower abdominal pain after operation. 4 It is expected that acupuncture anesthesia can be generally used in curettage.

지중열펌프 (GSHP) 또는 지열 펌프 시스템 (GHPs)은 뛰어난 난방 및 냉각 시스템을 인정받고 있다. 한국에서 대부분의 GSHP 시스템은 수직 GSHP 시스템으로 연구되고 설치되어 있다. 수직 GSHP 시스템의 이점은 지상의 비교적 작은 면적이 요구된다는 것이다. 일반적으로 적절한 장비 및 설치 인원 제한으로 인해 비용이 높은 것이 단점이다. 수직 GSHP 시스템은 일반적으로 수평 GSHP 시스템에 비해 비싼 편이다. 수직 폐쇄 루프 열교환기의 열전도도를 분석하여 지중 열전도도를 예측하려는 것이다. 본 연구에서는, 지열 교환기 모듈의 다수의 디자인이 가능하다. 또한, 지중 열교환기를 설계하여 지열 반응 시험을 통해 효과적인 열전도도를 평가하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 특히, 모듈의 다양성으로 GHPS의 품질을 최적화하고 비용을 줄인다. Ground source heat pumps(GSHP) or geothermal heat pumps systems(GHPs) are recognized to be outstanding heating and cooling systems. Most of GSHP systems installed and studied in Korea are vertical GSHP systems. The advantage of vertical GSHP systems are that they require relatively small plots of ground. The disadvantage is that they are typically higher in cost because of limited availability of appropriate equipment and installation personnel. Horizontal GSHP systems are typically less expensive than vertical GSHP systems. The objectives of this paper are to estimate the ground thermal conductivity of vertical closed-loop ground heat exchangers and to analyze the effect of ground thermal conductivity on the length of the ground heat exchanger. In this study, design of a multiplicity of geothermal exchanger module. Also, the purpose of this study is to evaluate effective thermal conductivity through a geothermal response test in order to design a ground heat exchanger. Especially, the variation of module optimize quality of GHPS and curtail expenses.
