급변하는 물류환경의 변화 속에서 물류기업의 경쟁력은 최적의 물류전략 수립과 개선대안을 제시할 수 있는 인적자원의 역량에 달려 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 본 연구는 글로벌화의 진전에 따라 경제적으로 밀접한 관계를 유지해 오고 있으며 인적, 물적, 서비스를 포함한 국제교류가 높아지고 있는 한중일 3국의 물류기업을 대상으로 직장으로서의 물류산업에 대한 이미지와 신입사원의 채용조건에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 중국에서는 물류산업이 신흥 산업으로서 고소득을 올릴 수 있다는 측면에서 인기가 높았으며 우수한 성적, 창의성 등 개인능력을 중시하는 경향이 강한 것을 알 수 있었다. 일본에서는 물류가 3D업종으로 인식되고 있지만 물류산업에 종사하는 사람들의 자긍심이 높고 이직률이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 일본의 경우에 신규채용인력에 대해서는 물류관련 전문지식을 요구하기 보다는 커뮤니케이션과 매너 및 예의를 중시하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한국에서는 무역 및 물류에 관한 전문지식, 실무능력과 고도의 외국어 운용능력을 지닌 물류인재에 대한 니즈가 한중일 3국 중에서 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 향후 물류기업측면에서는 급여수준, 복리후생, 근속비율, 유연한 근무환경의 장점을 어필함과 동시에 과거에는 3D업종으로 인식되었으나 점차 물류산업환경이 자동화, 로봇화됨에 따라 3D업종에서 탈피할 가능성이 있음을 명시하여 학생들에게 이해를 구하는 노력이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 또한, 입사 당시부터 높은 전문지식을 요구하지 않고 인재를 육성해 나가는 직장 내 교육 및 훈련의 장점을 어필하는 것도 중요하다. 물류교육의 방향성에 대해서는 직장 내 교육 및 훈련에 대응하기 위한 대학에서의 산업기초지식에 관한 교육을 강화하고, 산업의 특징을 명시함으로써 물류산업에 대한 이해도 제고, 물류기업의 사례교육을 통한 물류업계에 대한 관심 제고, 나아가 높은 자긍심을 가질 수 있는 산업으로서의 인지도를 강화할 필요가 있을 것이다. In a rapidly changing environment of logistics, it is safe to say that the competitiveness of logistics firms depends on the ability of human resources to establish optimal logistics strategy and to suggest improvement alternatives. In this study, we surveyed logistics companies in China, Japan and South Korea, which have been closely linked to the progress of globalization and has a growing international exchange needs, including human, material and services, to survey the image of logistics and recruitment conditions of new recruits. As a result, China has shown that the logistics industry was popular in terms of high income earning as an emerging industry and is more likely to emphasize individual ability such as excellent grades and creativity. In Japan, logistics is recognized as a 3D industry, but the people who work in Japan have high self-esteem and low turnover rates. Also, in Japan, it is thought to be focused on communication, manners and etiquette rather than requiring logistical expertise for new recruits. Korea has the highest level of competitiveness among the three countries of the Three Northeast Asian countries, with expertise in trade and logistics, and the ability to speak highly of foreign language proficiency skills. In the future, it is judged that the company will seek to better understand the advantages of students in terms of salary levels, welfare benefits, settlements and childcare environments, and detailed explanations of the advantages of 3D industries. It is also important to urge talented individuals to cultivate talent without requiring expertise in recruiting high school professionals. Additionally, the orientation of logistics education should strengthen education on industrial fundamentals in order to cope with the fundamental knowledge of the industry, and enhance awareness of logistics industry by specifying the understanding of logistics industry in the logistics industry, and enhancing logistics industry education by improving logistics industry, and raising awareness of logistics industry.
Attitude Motion Estimation Using Semisupervised Dimensionality Reduction

In this paper, we use semisupervised dimensionality reduction to estimate the attitude motion of the target. The experimental results show that we can achieve the attitude motion estimation of the target from only the images even if we can’t recognize the featue marker sin the images of the target and doesn’t know the observation model. Concretely, we use Semi supervised alignment of mani folds with graph Lap lacian to get the embedding for training stat-ically. And then, we define a out-of-sample mapping using Laplacian Eigenmap Latent Variable Model(LELVM) and estimate the attitude motion of the target dynamically using Extended Karman Filter. The experimental result shows that we can achieve the dimensionality reduction with a good accuracy, and can estimate the attitude motion dynamically for the out of sample.
A Self-modeling Autonomous Airship

A self modeling airship with a parametric autonomous controller is introduced in this paper. Modeling of airships for autonomous control is a detailed and often time-taking process if some of the parameters are unknown. Although it is possible to make reasonable assumptions in some restricted case, a model generally consists of parameters such as, weight, coordinates of the center of gravity, moments of inertia, aerodynamic force coefficients and state vector of the airship. In this paper we propose taking advantage of visual markers in order to observe and estimate the state of the airship. These observations are used as an input to a linear regression process to define the relationship between the velocity and the acceleration vector of the airship. Finally as a result of the regression process aerodynamic damping parameters and provided thrust are found.
Superconducting MgB2 Films as Radiation Detectors

The thermal response of a membrane-structured MgB2 film can be used to detect various sorts of radiations. High-quality MgB2 films were prepared by a sputtering technique. The MgB2 radiation detector consisted of an MgB2 thin-film meander line on a 0.5-μm-thick SiN membrane. The detector devices were placed in a 4 K refrigerator, and the operating temperature was controlled at a certain temperature below Tc. Light from a 20-ps pulsed laser directly irradiated the MgB2 device; the end of the optical fiber was fixed in front of the device. An erbium-doped fiber amplifier (EDFA) and a GP-IB attenuator were used to control the laser power, and the output voltage was observed through a low-noise amplifier by using a digital oscilloscope. The output signals caused by thermal response were clearly observed. Systematic studies of the output signals were conducted, and effects of device design, dc bias conditions, bias temperature, and input laser power were considered. We report the out-of-equilibrium thermodynamics, which was investigated by means of extensive computer simulations based on the time-dependent Ginzburg-Landau equations, thermodynamics, and electrodynamics. Large-scale calculations were carried out under the realistic conditions of actual devices by using an Earth Simulator (ES). One attractive application is to use the device as a novel neutron detector by employing the 10B(n,)7Li nuclear reaction with a local energy release of 2.3 MeV.
A Study on SLAM for Indoor Blimp with Visual Markers

The simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) is an essential capability for mobile robots traveling in unknown environments where globally accurate position data is not available. In this paper, we address the SLAM problem of indoor toy blimp that has no sensors such as accelerometers and gyro except a micro camera because of the weight limits. Since it is difficult to determine the exact motion models preliminarily, we assume the motion models of the blimp. The goal of this paper is to construct a 3D map of the landmarks in environment and estimate the path taken by the indoor blimp. In this paper, we use visual markers as the landmarks, since it is difficult to detect features of the landmarks. We propose the approach to SLAM using Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) and verify the effectiveness of this approach by the experiments.
