      • 저공해제설제 생산의 경제적 파급효과

        음식물찌꺼기를 원료로 이용하여 저공해 대체 제설제를 생산하는 경우 음식물찌꺼기의 처 문제와 제설제로 인한 환경피해를 동시에 해결될 수 있다. 동시에 폐기물을 자원화하는 기회를 제공하고 기술의 발전, 수입대체효과, 수출효과 등 국민경제에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 논문은 음식물찌꺼기를 이용하여 저공해 제설제를 생산하는 경우, 이에 대한 전반적인 경제적 효과를 분석하고 공정별 제설제 생산비용을 측정하고 그 경제성을 제시하고 있다. 음식물찌꺼기로부터 새로운 저공해 제설제를 생산하는데 소요되는 생산비용은 적정한 원료선택과 중화제의 재활용 여부등에 따라 상당히 가변적인 것으로 나타났다. 순수 chemical로 제조한 CMA의 판매가격과 비교했을 때, CaseⅡ와 CaseⅢ의 경우는 충분한 가격경쟁력을 갖출 수 있는 것으로 보인다.

      • 아파트 가격에 여향주는 환경적 요인에 관한 연구

        This study analyzes the factors affecting the apartment price in apartment from the viewpoint of four group variables such as access convenience, neighboring facilities, convenience of apartment convenience and physical characteristics. this study investigates 393 apartment houses in 79apartment complexes in relation to all variables including apartment price and as a result, it is shown that the apartment price is determined by the influence of the housing scale. considering the analysis results of correlation of 20 variables, it is shown that apartment price is high as its scale is great, years of apartment are shorter, capacity rate is lower and the number of stories is higher. In addition, as a result of dispersion analysis of 18 price variables, the variables composing access convenience, residence story in the physical side, the number of shopping center, capacity rate, road area, building space, the number of stories of building and years used are significant. as a result of abstracting the variables affecting the apartment price with these variables more exactly, eight variables of the number of schools and shopping centers, capacity rate, road area, building space, the number of stories and building and size can be abstracted and as a result of measuring the influence of apartment price with these variables, the variable affecting apartment price is the size of apartment and followed by the number of shopping center>building space>the number of schools>the number of buildings From the above result, apartment price is higher as the size of housing is bigger, but the higher convenience of neighboring environment is, the better environment of apartment complex is and the more recently apartment is constructed, the higher the apartment price is.

        This is the first phase of study concerning the transformation phenomena in urban housing to find the possibility of architectural approaches through the architectural and other historical data analysis in solving problems of urban substandard settlement. Substandard housing complicated with social and economic elements has been the obstacles to the advancement in the function of city for a long time. The Purpose of present study is mainly to ascertain the possibility of systematic hierarchy in architectural approaches toward urban substandard settlement by analyzing both previous architectural and non-architectural research data and thus to delineate some separate periods. As a result, a few architectural programs of future orientation within the framework of a more comprehensive system will be suggested.

        추적조사를 중심으로 한 腰椎間板脫出症에 대한 蜈蚣藥鍼의 臨床的 硏究

        Objective : This study is performed for the purpose of examining the efficacy of the scolopendrid(Scolopendra morsitans L) which has been to low back pain as a folk remedy. Methods & Results : Seventy patints with H.I.V.D. treated with the scolopendrid aquacupuncture and examined 4 tests; D.I.T.I., physical test, Oswestry disability index, and self-conscious pain rate were studied. And we follow up after discharge, we evaluated the present state and recovery period. Or we evaluated by herniated type and duration of onset. There was 58~97% of efficacy rate in each tests. Moreover, statistically valuable change in all 7D.I.T.I. points and in disability index and in self-conscious pain rate was showed. Conclusion : The scolopendrid aquacupuncture is possible to be effective terating the H.I.V.D patients. so we suggest the possibility using this new remedy to the H.I.V.D. patients.

        Clozapine이 백서의 억제된 자발적 교대 행동에 미치는 영향

        연구목적 : 강박장애의 생물학적 원인론중 세로토닌-도파민 상호작용 가설에 적합한 5-HT₂ 수용체와 도파민 D₂수용체를 동시에 차단하는 약물의 일종인 cloazpine과 세라토닌 재흡수 차단약물인 clomipramine, 그리고 도파민 D₂수용체 차단 약물인 haloperidol을 실험백서의 강박장애 동물모형에 투여하여 자발적 교대 행동에 미치는 영향을 비교, 측정하였다. 그 결과로서 1) 세라토닌 수용체와 도파민 수용체를 동시에 차단하는 약물의 효과를 확인하고, 2) 세라토닌과 도파민 수용체 동시차단 약물의 효과가 확인되면 임상적으로 기존의 세라토닌 재흡수 차단약물에 반응을 보이지 않는 강박장애 환자 치료에 세라토닌 수용체와 도파민 수용체를 동시에 차단하는 비전형적인 항정신병 약물들이 강박장애의 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 가능성을 제시하고자 하였다. 실험재료 및 연구방법 : 실험동물은 동일한 배에서 출생한 수컷 Spraque-Dawley 백서를 사용하였다. 자발적 교대 행동(spontaneous alternation behaviour : 이하 SAB)을 시험하기 위해 SAB의 기준치를 구하고 난 후, SAB을 차단하기 위한 방법으로 비선택적 세라토닌 순응제인 5-MeODMT(5-methoxy-N, N-dimethyltrytamine)를 투여하였다. 실험백서들을 clomipramine(5㎎/㎏), clozapine(10㎎/㎏), clozapine(20㎎/㎏), haloperidol(0.1㎎/㎏), 그리고 saline(0.2cc) 투여군으로 나누고 21일에 걸쳐서 복강내 주사하였다. 실험약물 투여가 끝난 다음날인 22일째에 5-MeODMT(5-methoxy-N, N-dimethyltryptamine : 1.25㎎/㎏/IP)를 각각의 실험동물군에게 투여하고 실험약물의 만성투여가 5-MeODMT 투여로 억제되는 SAB을 얼마나 호전시키는 지를 측정하였다. 모든 자료는 SPSS for window 7.5으로 통계처리 하였다. SAB의 기준치 5-MeODMT 투여로 억제되는 SAB의 효과, 실험약물의 만성투여에 따른 SAB의 변화는 일원분산분석을 사용하였으며, 사후검증은 Scheffe 검증을 적용하였다. 각 군내에서 기준치와 5-MeODMT 투여로 억제되는 SAB의 변화, 그리고 실험약물의 만성투여에 따른 SAB의 변화는 다중변량분석을 시행하였다. 결과 및 결론 : 역구결과 실험동물은 T-형 미로의 SAB에서 평균 1.33±0.36회의 훈련 기준치를 보였다. 5-MeODMT 주사후 , 실험동물의 SAB치는 3.12±0.63회를 보여 강박행동이 유발하였다. 21일간의 실험약물 투여후, 22일째에 5-MeODMT 주사에 대한 SAB의 반응은 clozapine 투여군과 clomipramine 투여군이 halo-peridol 투여군과 saline 투여군에 비하여 유의하게 낮은 수치를 보여 5-MeODMT투여로 억제된 SAB을 호전시키는 소견을 나타냈다. 각 실험동물군 내에서 각각의 SAB 훈련 기준치와 실험약물 투여 전후에 5-MeODMT 투여로 인한 SAB을 비교한 바, clomipramine 투여군은 약물투여 전에 5-MeODMT로 억제된 SAB이 약물투여후 의미있게 호전되었다. 한편, clozapine 투여군도 약물 투여전에 5-MeODMT로 억제된 SAB가 약물투여후 의미있게 호전되었으며, 이런 SAB의 호전은 clomipramine 투여군보다 우수하였다. 이상의 연구결과로 보아, 강박장애의 생물학적 병리론을 이해하는데 있어 세라토닌-도파민 상호작용 가설이 의미가 있음을 추정할 수 있었다. 향후, 강박장애의 임상치료에서 전형적인 SSRIs 치료에 반응치 않는 환자들에게 세라토닌-도파민 동시차단제인 비전형적인 약물의 단독투여를 시행하는 후속연구를 기대해 본다. Objectives : This study was designed to evaluate the role of the 5-HT₂and dopamine D₂antagonist on spontaneous alteration behaviour which is an animal modal of obsessive-compulsive disorder in rat. On the basis of serotonin-dopamine interaction hypothesis, the effect of clozapine was evaluated by applying the suppressed spontaneous alternation behaviour model. Methods : The apparatus for spontaneous alternation behaviour was a black plexiglas T-maze with distinctive black and white goal boxes. Black guillotine doors separated the start box and the goal boxes from the main body of the T-maze. Small cups of chocolate milk were placed in the corners of both goal boxes. At 24 hours prior to experiment, rats(Spraque-Dawley) food-deprived. The food-deprived rats were put into T-maze, in which both goal boxes were baited with small amounts of chocolate milk. Each rat was given 2 set of 7 trials during which it was placed in the start box and allowed to choose one of the goal boxes for each time. The mean number of choices until the occurrence of spontaneous alternation behaviour were checked. After baseline of the number of choices of spontaneous alternation behaviour was stabilized, the spontaneous alternation was disrupted by nonselective 5-HT agonist, 5-MeODMT(1.25mg/Kg/IP), The experimental animals were stratified into 5 groups :clomipramine(5mg/Kg/IP), clozapine(10mg/Kg/IP), clozapine(20mg/Kg/IP), haloperidol(0.1mg/Kg /IP), and saline(0.2cc/IP) control groups. They all went through 21 days fo treatment(intraperitoneal). The protective effects against the 5-MeODMT-induced disruption of spontaneous alternation behaviour were evaluated on the next day of drug treatment in each group. Results : 1) SAB was suppressed by 5-MeODMT injection. 2) After 21 days of the drug treatment, the clozapine and the clomipramine groups showed significant difference from the haloperidol and the saline control groups in the reversal of 5-MeODMT-induced suppression of spontaneous alternation behaviour. 3) The clozapine (20mg/kg/IP) group was superior to the clomipramine group in the protective effect of 5-MeODMT-induced suppression of spontaneous alternation behaviour. Conclusion : In clinical situation, the we think that atypical antipsychotic drugs those acting as serotonin and dopamine receptor antagonist with no extrapyramidal side effect can be beneficial to improve the symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder.

      • 역사문화적 공간의 保全을 위한 基礎的 硏究 : 전라남도 5개 사찰을 중심으로 Centering on the 5 Temple Complexes in Chonnam Province

        According to the officially accepted date, the arrival of Buddhism at Korea took place in 372 A.D. Priest Sundo, a Chinese, was welcomed by the ruler of the Koguryo Kingdom, Sosurim(l7th king), in t h e first year of his reign. Since that, Buddhism has existed to present time, making lots of historically cultural matters. Originally, a buddhist temple area is a scared space which monks practice meditation. But nowadays a temple also provides a resting and sight-seeing place for visitors as it has historically cultural value. This study is a basic research to provide reasonably applicable development guideline for conserving of tradition in the korean buddhist temples. For this, We have researched the Songkwang-sa, Sunam-sa, Hwaum-sa, Chuneun-sa, Baegyang-sa located in Ghonnam Province. The study consists of three parts. The first considers what is the discord elements and how many discord 'elements are in the researched temples. The second classifies types of discord elements, defines the boundary according to religious hierarchy, and analyzes them. The third asks visitors a question about whether they cognize discord elements, and about a degree of harmony of the discord elements and tradition.

      • Stewart 플랫폼을 이용한 손목 힘/토크센서의 해석

        A Stewart platform-based force/torque sensor with 6 instrumented elastic legs needs the solution of forward kinematics of the Stewart platform in order to obtain forces and torqueg acting on the upper plate from given 6 leg forces. The solution of forward kinematics, however, is not known in a closed-form. In this paper, the closed-form solution of forward kinematics is derived by means of the linearization of the solution of inverse kinematics, and the closed-form solution is used for the calculation of the force and the torque of the sensor. Kinematic design parameters of the Stewart platform are determined so that the force/torque sensor may have the isotropic force/torque properties and be installed in a robot wrist. The validity of the proposed linearization method is investigated through the calculation of forces and torques.

        This is the second phase of study concering the transformation of urban housing in social change to find the formative background and transformation in korea through the architectural and the historical data analysis in solving problems of urban substandard settlements. The purpose of present study is mainly to reveal the historical characteristics of transformation urban substandard settlement by analyzing both previous architectural and non-architectural research data and thus to delineate some seperate periods. As a result, the characteristics of transformation in substandard housing is the product of social change. I investigated socio-econimic and political background which exerted a great influence on the transformation of substandard settlement.

      • EMS하의 유럽공동통화정책 성과분석

        In this study I investigated the stability of the EMS during the period of 1979-1998 and gave several suggestions to the single currency of the EU. In this study, several conclusions are reached: First, the EMS succeeded in creating a monetary stability zone but if compared to the volatility of the Bretton Woods System in the 1960s, the exchange rate in EMS were found to be more volatile. Second, at a glance it might appear that the EMS was very successful with regard to the internal dimension. Average inflation within the system decreased from about 10 percent in 1979-1980 to 2 percent in 1987. But it increased to about 4 percent throughout the 1989-1990 period. Comparing inflation rates of other countries, such as the USA and Japan, to those of EMS members, the disinflation effect can be found to some extent during the early period of EMS. Especially, inflation rates of EMS members were higher than during the Bretton Woods era. Thirdly, the shock absorbing function was not effected by the EMS. National monetary policy always has had spillover effects on other countries. These external effects made a coordination of monetary policy desirable, but an explicit coordination might be difficult to be achieved. A large asymmetric shocks and a different specialization would tend to cause partial exchange rate coordination. Therefore, it is implied that the EMS is not a useful substitute for full coordination. Finally, the most direct way to measure the degree of asymmetry in a fixed exchange rate system is to assign the obligation to intervene in the foreign exchange markets to the EU members. The EMS was designed to be symmetric in this respect, since both central banks have to intervene if any one bilateral exchange rate reaches the limits imposed by the parity grid. Especially the Bundesbank intervened only if it was obliged to do so by the main symmetric feature of the EMS, that is, the obligation to control at the margin. This analysis tells us that the EMS has not functioned as initially intended. Most EU members employed their own policy targets. Accordingly, the bilateral exchange rates of EU members in the EMS were volatile and went beyond the margins. And, the original intention ito stabilize exchange rates of members included at the early period of the EMS did fade away. In conclusion, EU members realized that the fixed exchange rate system did not guarantee for the stability of exchange rates in the internal degree and, therefore, led to the decision to introduce the single currency.
