        Piezo channels in the urinary system

        The Piezo channel family, including Piezo1 and Piezo2, includes essential mechanosensitive transduction molecules in mammals. Functioning in the conversion of mechanical signals to biological signals to regulate a plethora of physiological processes, Piezo channels, which have a unique homotrimeric three-blade propeller-shaped structure, utilize a cap-motion and plug-and-latch mechanism to gate their ion-conducting pathways. Piezo channels have a wide range of biological roles in various human systems, both in vitro and in vivo. Currently, there is a lack of comprehensive understanding of their antagonists and agonists, and therefore further investigation is needed. Remarkably, increasingly compelling evidence demonstrates that Piezo channel function in the urinary system is important. This review article systematically summarizes the existing evidence of the importance of Piezo channels, including protein structure, mechanogating mechanisms, and pharmacological characteristics, with a particular focus on their physiological and pathophysiological roles in the urinary system. Collectively, this review aims to provide a direction for future clinical applications in urinary system diseases.

        Fuzzy-PID controller for motion control of CFETR multi-functional maintenance platform

        The motion control of the divertor maintenance system of the China Fusion Engineering Test Reactor (CFETR) was studied in this paper, in which CFETR Multi-Functional Maintenance Platform (MFMP) was simplified as a parallel robot for the convenience of theoretical analysis. In order to design the motion controller of parallel robot, the kinematics analysis of parallel robot was carried out. After that, the dynamic modeling of the hydraulic system was built. As the large variation of heavy payload on MFMP and highly nonlinearity of the system, A Fuzzy-PID controller was built for self-tuning PID controller parameters by using Fuzzy system to achieve better performance. In order to test the feasibility of the Fuzzy-PID controller, the simulation model of the system was built in Simulink. The results have showed that Fuzzy-PID controller can significantly reduce the angular error of the moving platform and provide the stable motion for transferring the divertor.

        Dynamic analysis of multi-functional maintenance platform based on Newton-Euler method and improved virtual work principle

        The structure design of divertor Multi-Functional Maintenance Platform (MFMP) actuated by hydraulic system for China Fusion Engineering Test Reactor (CFETR) was introduced in this paper. The model of MFMP was established according to maintenance requirements. In this paper, Newton-Euler method and the improved virtual work principle were used, the equivalent driving force of each actuator was obtained through the equivalent Jacobian inverse matrix derived from velocity relationship among the components. The accuracy of the model was verified by ADAMS simulation. The stability control of the heavy-duty components driven by hydraulic cylinders based on Newton-Euler method and improved virtual work principle was established.

        AQUEOUS SYNTHESIS OF HIGH QUANTUM YIELD AND MONODISPERSED THIOL-CAPPED CdxZn1-xTe QUANTUM DOTS BASED ON ELECTROCHEMICAL METHOD

        A facile green approach has been developed to control the growth regime in the aqueous synthesis of CdxZn1-xTe semiconductor quantum dots (QDs) based on the electrochemistry method. The Low growth temperature and slow injection of Te precursor are used to prolong the diffusion controlled stage and thus suppress Ostwald ripening during the nanocrystal growth. The experimental results showed that a low concentration of Te precursor will definitely influence the growth procedure. The UV–visible absorption spectra, as well as transmission electron microscopy (TEM) shows the QDs a good monodispersity at any interval of the reaction procedure. The high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) images and powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern suggested that the as-prepared QDs have high crystallinity and cubic structure. The size and composition-dependent fluorescent emission wavelength of the resultant CdxZn1-xTe alloyed QDs can be tuned from 460 to 610 nm, and their photoluminescent quantum yield can reach up to 70%. Especially in the wavelength range of 510–578 nm, the overall PL QYs of the as-prepared CdxZn1-xTe QDs were above 50%. The current work suggests that electrochemical method is an attractive approach to the synthesis of high-quality II-VI ternary alloyed semiconductor QDs at large-scale with a prominent cost advantage.

        Network Traffic Classification Based on Deep Learning

        As the network goes deep into all aspects of people's lives, the number and the complexity of network traffic is increasing, and traffic classification becomes more and more important. How to classify them effectively is an important prerequisite for network management and planning, and ensuring network security. With the continuous development of deep learning, more and more traffic classification begins to use it as the main method, which achieves better results than traditional classification methods. In this paper, we provide a comprehensive review of network traffic classification based on deep learning. Firstly, we introduce the research background and progress of network traffic classification. Then, we summarize and compare traffic classification based on deep learning such as stack autoencoder, one-dimensional convolution neural network, two-dimensional convolution neural network, three-dimensional convolution neural network, long short-term memory network and Deep Belief Networks. In addition, we compare traffic classification based on deep learning with other methods such as based on port number, deep packets detection and machine learning. Finally, the future research directions of network traffic classification based on deep learning are prospected.

        Construction and effect of intramolecular hydrogen bond on solvent resistance of polymeric membranes and their application in impermeable membranes

        Hydrogen bonds, which can be divided into many types along with the deepening of research, exist inmany compounds and have certain impact on properties of substances. In this work, effect of intramolecularhydrogen bond on solvent resistance of polymeric membranes was studied from two aspects. On theone hand, the existence of intramolecular hydrogen bond on solvent resistance of polymeric membraneswas studied by constructing and shielding special hydroxyl groups in typical polymer polyurethane. Onthe other hand, content of intramolecular hydrogen bond on solvent resistance was investigated by buildingdifferent ratios of inter- and intra-molecular hydrogen bonds in polyvinyl alcohols. The structures,solvent resistance and hydrogen bonding interactions were systematically investigated by FT-IR, XRD,Ds and performances before and after immersed in solvents. Permeabilities of the membranes for practicalapplication were also characterized. The results showed that distinct type and ratio of hydrogenbonds played different role on solvent resistance. A good agreement between the swelling performancesand content of intramolecular hydrogen bond proved the positive effect of intramolecular hydrogen bondon solvent durability of polymeric membranes. In addition, polyurethane membranes exhibited goodimpermeability to water vapor, oxygen and chloride ions which showed potential application in manyfields.

        Five Inputs Code Lock Circuit Design Based on DNA Strand Displacement Mechanism

        In recent years, the development of biological computers is becoming faster and faster, in order to make the logical operation algorithms of biological computers more mature and stable, a new idea for the code lock logic circuit is proposed based on DNA strand displacement by using the dual-rail method. The code lock is designed by four input signals and one conversion input signal. Only when the four input codes are correct and the conversion signal code is turned on, the password lock will be in open state, otherwise the password lock will produce an alarm signal, stopping outside invasion timely. The information of key is processed to obtain the correct password; finally, the experimental simulation results are obtained by Visual DSD software. The results analysis show that the designed code lock circuit is effective, which may provide a good technical support and a good theoretical basis in biological computers development.

        Measurement of TOF of fast neutrons with <sup>238</sup>U target

        We developed a Dual-PPACs detector for fast neutron measurements that consists of two sets of PPAC: conventional PPAC and fission PPAC. A<sup>238</sup>U(U<sub>3</sub>O<sub>8</sub>) coating is placed in the fission PPAC's anode, which is used as the neutrons conversion layer. An experiment was performed to measure neutron time-of-flight (TOF) in which <sup>252</sup>Cf spontaneous fission source was used. An excellent time resolution of 164ps has been observed at 6 mbar in isobutene gas. With the excellent time resolution of Dual-PPACs detector, exact neutron energy can be extracted from the timing measurement. The experimental detection efficiency was 1.9 × 10<sup>-7</sup>, consistent with the efficiency of 2.5 × 10<sup>-7</sup> given by a Geant4 simulation. Ultimately, the results show that the Dual-PPACs detector is a suitable candidate for measuring fast neutrons in the future CiADS system.

      • Research on the High-quality Development Path of Asian Tourism under the New Type of Operation: Take Global Famous Cruise Brand America Princess Cruise Company as an Example

        Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to explore the existing problems of the Asian Cruise Service Quality. Based on the relationship between customer participation , customer service personal value and customer loyalty, this paper expounds on how European and American cruise companies can improve customer loyalty by enhancing “customers’ personal value perception to realize the harmony and unity of the enterprises’ profits and social benefits. Design/Methodology/Approach - Based on marketing, the paper studies the low service quality problems of Asian cruise companies. Based on the case analysis and the marketing theories regarding Service-dominant Logic, Customer Value Theory, Customer Loyalty Theory, taking Amercian Princess Cruise company as an example, found the main problems of Asian cruise companies: Low customer loyalty and poor customer experience. Therefore, we make three suggestions. Findings - This paper analyses the promotion path of Carnival Cruise Line, which includes powerful cultural values, surprise service, zero burdens etc. to promote the customer’s personal value perception, therefore obtain the loyalty of the customers. The above empirical research results uncover the relationship among customer participation, personal service value, and customer loyalty, and customers’ participation always helps to strengthen their loyalty (Dubé and Renaghan, 2000; Guo Anxi et al., 2013; Kashyap and Bojanic, 2000; Williams and Soutar, 2009). Research Implications - In the management of this paper, this study has significance in improving the development of Asian tourism, improving user experience and service quality which will also provide a reference for other “scholars’ follow-up research
