Event-triggered Bipartite Consensus for Multi-agent Systems with Antagonistic Interactions
Junjian Li,Xia Chen,Fei Hao,Jing Xie 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2019 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.17 No.8
This paper investigates event-triggered control for first-order multi-agent systems with structurally balanced signed graphs. A distributed continuous event-triggered consensus mechanism is firstly proposed for each agent, including the control law based on local sampled states, and the triggering condition constructed with its own state, the sampled states of itself and its neighbours, and an extra signal. No knowledge of the global network is needed. By applying Lyapunov stability theory and the algebraic graph theory, we prove that all agents can reach agreement with identical magnitude but opposite sign while Zeno behaviour is excluded. Moreover, the periodic implementation of the event triggered consensus algorithm is proposed. The criteria of co-designing the triggering condition parameter and the verification period is established to guarantee the bipartite consensus of the systems. Finally, simulations, including a numerical example and a group of multiple mobile robots, are shown to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed theoretical results.
Stabilization of a Memristor-based Chaotic System by Intermittent Control and Fuzzy Processing
Junjian Huang,Chuandong Li,Xing He 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2013 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.11 No.3
This paper further investigates the problem of intermittent control of a memristor-based Chua’s oscillator and presents the oscillator as the T-S fuzzy model system. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, we design an intermittent controller to guarantee the stability of the chaotic system. Simulation results are presented to verify the effectiveness of the method.

This paper investigates finite-time synchronization of neural networks (NNs) with multiple proportional delays. In order to cope with the difficulties induced by multiple proportional delays, suitable nonlinear variable transformations and new 1-norm-based analytical techniques are developed. By constructing Lyapunov functional and designing new designed controllers, several new sufficient conditions are derived to realize synchronization in finite time. Moreover, estimation of the upper bound of synchronization time is also provided for NNs with bounded delays or proportional delays. The designed controllers without sign function are simple, which means the chattering phenomenon in most of the existing results can be overcome. A numerical simulation is offered to verify the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis.

Neutrophils are the earliest master inflammatory regulator cells recruited to target tissues after direct infection or injury. Although inflammatory factors are present in muscle that has been indirectly disturbed by peripheral nerve injury, whether neutrophils are present and play a role in the associated inflammatory process remains unclear. Here, intravital imaging analysis using spinning-disk confocal intravital microscopy was employed to dynamically identify neutrophils in denervated muscle. Slice digital scanning and 3D-view reconstruction analyses demonstrated that neutrophils escape from vessels and migrate into denervated muscle tissue. Analyses using reactive oxygen species (ROS) inhibitors and flow cytometry demonstrated that enhanced ROS activate neutrophils after denervation. Transcriptome analysis revealed that the vast majority of neutrophils in denervated muscle were of the CXCR2 subtype and were recruited by CXCL1. Most of these cells gradually disappeared within 1 week via P53-mediated apoptosis. Experiments using specific blockers confirmed that neutrophils slow the process of denervated muscle atrophy. Collectively, these results indicate that activated neutrophils are recruited via chemotaxis to muscle tissue that has been indirectly damaged by denervation, where they function in delaying atrophy.
One-Step Synthesis of Nitrogen and Chlorine Co-Doped Carbon Quantum Dots for Detection of Fe3+
Yin Zhong,Qi Chen,Junjian Li,Xihao Pan,Zhiwei Han,Wei Dong 성균관대학교(자연과학캠퍼스) 성균나노과학기술원 2017 NANO Vol.12 No.11
An environment friendly, economic and maneuverable hydrothermal method was proposed for fabrication of nitrogen and chlorine co-doped carbon quantum dots (N,Cl-CQDs). D-Glucosamine hydrochloride as the only precursor offered source of carbon, nitrogen and chlorine. As a consequent N,Cl-CQDs can emit blue luminescence and detect Fe3+ by fluorescence response with high selectivity and sensitivity. There is a linear semilogarithmic correlation between the quenching efficiency F0 /F and the concentration of Fe3+ with a detection limit of 0.167 μM. The N,Cl-CQDs exhibit a high quantum yield of 16.8% along with the fluorescence lifetime of 2.2 ns. It is worth noting that the prepared N,Cl-CQDs show excellent biocompatibility and they are promising materials for sensing and biology.

This paper presents gels with asphalt particle (GAP) as a novel composite profile control system, which has better sealing effect for plugging channeling in fractured reservoir. This composite agent was prepared by modified asphalt particle and polymer gels served as suspension. Laboratory core–flood tests showed good injectiviy of GAP solution in high permeability zone with a high plugging rate. Also, the enhance oil recovery mechanism of GAP and polymer gels in fractured reservoir were compared by parallel core–flood test. Simulation results indicate longer response time and better enhance oil recovery for GAP than polymer gels in fractured system.

CuxO (Cupric Oxide) nanotubes (NTs) were synthesized by using thermal oxidation of Cu nanowires (NWs) for 2 and 4 hours, respectively, and the effect of the components on their photoelectrical properties due to the infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 1064 nm were investigated. In the 2-h CuxO NTs, the main component was Cu2O; however, the 4-h CuxO NTs were composed of a mixture of CuO and Cu2O. The photoelectric properties showed that the voltage difference and the sensitivity of 4-h CuxO NTs were more than 3 times those of the 2-h CuxO NTs, and its linear range was only about one-third that of the 2-h CuxO NTs. The above results were caused by the 4-h CuxO NTs containing a higher content of CuO, which had a suitable bandgap of 1.2 eV for light with a wavelength of 1064 nm. In addition, the response and the recovery times for the 4-h NTs were on the same order as those of the 2-h NTs. The conclusions from this article indicated that 4-h and 2-h NTs were very promising for the design of IR photodetector device with higher sensitivity and a larger detection range respectively.
