Benzene was oxidized by binary oxidants composed of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide at 80℃. The product obtained was analyzed with gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer. Eight high value compounds, 2-nitrophenol, 2-chloro-6-nitrophenol, 4-chloro-2- nitrophenol, 2-chloro-4-nitrophenol, 2,4-dinitrophenol, 4-nitrophenol, 2,6-dinitrophenol and 2-chloro-4,6-dinitro-phenol were found, which they have high contents in the range from 4.28% to 32.52%. These compounds are very widely used in organic synthesis. e.g., synthesizing dye, medicines and chemical reagents, pesticide, explosive, polymer, etc.

Cathepsins are well-characterized proteases that are ubiquitously expressed in lysosomes. Previous work revealed that Bombyx mori cathepsins B and D are expressed in the fat body and undergo decomposition during larval-pupal metamorphosis. Quantitative RTPCR was performed to detect cathepsin gene expression at the transcription level when challenged by B. mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus (BmNPV), temperature and hormones (20-hydroxyecdysone (20E) and juvenile hormone analogue (JHA)). mRNAs encoding cathepsins B and D were significantly enhanced after the larvae were infected with BmNPV, and the peak of the induction appeared at 1 day before spinning. This attenuated the inducing effect on cathepsin expression caused by infection. Temperature shock induced cathepsin expression at the later stage of the 5th instar, and transcription levels varied with development stage and temperature. Cathepsin B and D mRNA expression in the fat body were significantly induced by JHA at the day before spinning, and with 20E, the expression reached a peak at the last day of the 5th instar. Cathepsin B and D mRNA expression exhibited detectable changes post-treatment, without significant differences between or among the hormone concentrations.
Time-dependent Nonlinear Theory and Numerical Simulation of Folded Waveguide Traveling Wave Tubes

In this paper, a time-dependent nonlinear theory including the generalized time-dependent radiofrequency (RF) field equations is presented to simulate the beam and wave interaction (BWI) of folded waveguide (FWG) traveling wave tubes (TWTs). The analytical RF fields in FWG TWTs are replaced by digitized RF field profiles obtained from electromagnetic simulations. A W-band FWG TWT is studied by using a self-consistent one-dimensional code based on the theory. The numerical results show good predictions when compared with the experimental tests.

A large amount of effluent water would be produced from low temperature coal catalytic gasification (LTCCG) developed by ENN Co, Ltd, which located at Langfang, Hebei Province. Many phenol homologous compounds and a large amount of other organic compounds were contained in this effluent water, but the overall concentration of the organic compounds was not very high (CODCr value was about several thousands mg/L). Too high cost would occur if treating it with a traditional liquid-liquid extraction process, and it was a waste of resources if the effluent water was directly purified with biochemical technology. In this paper, a decontaminating and recycling technique was developed for an effluent water, and a two-step technique includes flocculation-recycling and ion exchange adsorption-elution processes. By this two-step process, the CODCr value of the final outlet water was decreased to meet the related national standards, and at least 90% of the organics in the effluent water could be recovered. 正在开发的河北廊坊新奥集团煤低温气化过程中产生大量废水,其中含有多种苯酚同系物及大量其它有机物,但其有机物总浓度并不是很高(CODCr为几千mg/L)。用传统的液液萃取技术进行处理成本太高,直接用生化法处理又有些资源浪费。本文针对其特点开发的净化加资源化技术包括絮沉回收和吸附-洗脱两段工艺,使最终废水CODCr降到符合废水排放的国家标准,并可将废水中90%以上的有机物加以回收。

This article focuses on the effects of glycine betaine on preventing caramelization, and increasing DCW and L-lysine production. The additional glycine betaine not only decreased the browning intensity (decreased 4 times), and the concentrations of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (decreased 7.8 times) and furfural (decreased 12 times), but also increased the availability of glucose (increased 17.5%) for L-lysine production. The DCW and L-lysine production were increased by adding no more than 20 mM glycine betaine, whereas the DCW and L-lysine production were decreased with the reduction of pH values, although pH had a better response to prevent caramelization than did glycine betaine. For L-lysine production, the highest increase (40%) was observed on the media with 20 mM glycine betaine. The crucial enzymes in glycolysis and L-lysine biosynthesis pathway were investigated. The results indicated that additional glycine betaine increases the activity of enzymes in glycolysis, in contrast to the effect of pH. All the results indicated that glycine betaine can be used to prevent caramelization and increase the L-lysine production. By applying this strategy, glucose would not be have to be separated from the culture media during autoclaving so that factories can save production costs and shorten the fermentation period.

This paper aims to propose a digital twin-driven (DTD) approach that consists of the machining data (MD) in twin data (TD), design of MD acquisition methodology, construction of intelligent algorithm, real-virtual data interaction analysis and fusion technology, which improvs the predictability and management of on-line quality control of marine diesel engine (MDE) critical parts. Firstly, this paper introduces the theoretical framework of DTD on-line quality control in machining process. Secondly, we construct the process of DTD on-line quality control and introduce the digital twin model of on-line quality control based on TD-driven; the operation of data-driven quality on-line control based on digital twin including description and modeling of MD; acquisition of MD based on digital twin; TD-driven on-line tool life prediction and data fusion on-line machining parameters optimization methods. Finally, a case study is applied to validate the accuracy and availability of the DTD approach. The proposed approach provides a new way for the on-line quality control of MDE critical parts in machining process.

From the viewpoint of engineering applications, the prediction of the failure of bogies plays an important role in preventing the occurrence of fatigue. Fatigue is a complex phenomenon affected by many uncertainties (such as load, environment, geometrical and material properties, and so on). The key to predict fatigue damage accurately is how to quantify these uncertainties. A Bayesian model is used to account for the uncertainty of various sources when predicting fatigue damage of structural components. In spite of improvements in the design of fatigue-sensitive structures, periodic non-destructive inspections are required for components. With the help of modern nondestructive inspection techniques, the fatigue flaws can be detected for bogie structures, and fatigue reliability can be updated by using Bayesian theorem with inspection data. A practical fatigue analysis of welded bogies is utilized to testify the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

An artifi cial neural network model was established to predict the ultimate bearing capacity of aluminum alloy plate joints under compression-bending state. The input parameters of the network are composed of bolt diameter (R), fl ange plate thickness (T) and connecting plate thickness (L). The output parameter is ultimate bearing capacity. In this paper, fi rstly the fi nite element calculation results are compared with the experimental results to verify the accuracy of fi nite element simulation. Then 216 sets of data were obtained using the fi nite element program ABAQUS, which were used for training, verifi cation and testing of the neural network model. In addition, the infl uence of sample size on the prediction accuracy of neural network is analyzed, and a structural optimization method combining fi nite element calculation and neural network prediction is proposed. The results show that the neural network model is accurate and eff ective in predicting ultimate bearing capacity, and the linear regression correlation coeffi cient is 0.98438. The data sample can be reduced to a certain extent to save the time costs and computing resources; It is reasonable and effi cient to use the method of fi nite element parameter analysis and artifi cial neural network prediction to optimize the structure, which broadens the thinking of structure optimization.
