Prevalence and Risk Factor Analysis of Spinal Deviations among Adolescence in Korea
Lee, Ju-Lip 이화여자대학교 체육대학 보건체육연구소 2002 이화체육논집 Vol.6 No.-
Apostural evaluation of axial musculoskeletal deformities (AMSDs) was completed on ju-nior high school age childern in Seoul, Korea. The purpose of this study was to determine the incidence of five AMSDs and evaluate the relationships among those five AMSDs and seven risk factors. The subjects were 1803 boys and 1811 girls from the seventh, eighth, and ninth grades, By visual screening, a total of 1734 AMSDs were detected. The incidence was lordosis(23.5%), Kyphosis (8.6%), scikuisys (6.4%), protruding abdomen (6.2%), and forward head(3.4%). Weight was a sigficant factor in predicting three AMSDs: (a) lordosis, (b) Kyphosis, and (c) protruding abdomen. Gender wasa statically significant predicting factor for two AMSDs : (a) protrrding abdomen and (b) scoliosis. Qualified professionals and mandatory screening prgrams are strong;u recommended to be introduced into the schools of Korea.

Papular elastorrhexis is a rare entity, possibly a form of connective tissue nevi, characterized by asymptomatic white papules on the trunk and extremities first appearing during childhood or adolescence. Histopathologically, the elastic fibers are decreased and may appear in thin and fragmented forms. This rare conditions have overlapping clinical and histological findings with other connective tissue nevi, that make diagnosis a challenge for dermatologists. Herein we report a 27-year old Korean female presenting asymptomatic 2-5mm sized whitish papules on both extremities and showing histopathologic findings of increased layers of collagen fibers and decreased and fragmented elastic fibers in dermis.
[P447] Multiple eruptive milia and milia en plaque in a 21-year old man
( Hyun Ju Kim ),( Jin Ho Bae ),( A Young Park ),( Moon Kyun Cho ),( Jung Eun Kim ),( Young Lip Park ) 대한피부과학회 2017 대한피부과학회 학술발표대회집 Vol.69 No.1
Milia are benign keratinous cysts and may arise spontaneously as in primary one or secondary to many processes. Idiopathic multiple eruptive milia (MEM) is a rare skin condition characterized by sudden onset of multiple milia occurring mainly on the head, neck, trunk and hands. Milia en plaque(MEP) is a variant of primary milia characterized by multiple milia on an erythematous background. Both of them are rare disorders and a few cases have been reported, respectively. In particular, the number of case reports about the simultaneous occurrence of these tow dermatoses on a single patient has been only reported one in the English literature. In conclusion, we have reported a rare case of simultaneous MEM and MEP on a single patient.

Verrucous carcinoma(VC) is regarded as a rare, histologic variant of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). Lichen sclerosus et atrophicus(LSA) is chronic dermatosis characterized by atrophic white papules or plaques, occurring most commonly on the anogenital skin of both sexes. Genital LSA has been associated with the development of invasive and the most common is SCC. There have been only a few reports of VC within lesion of penile LSA. We now report a case of VC arising in penile LSA.
