하수처리장 운영의 최적화를 위한 ASM, PHOENICS의 적용

This study was implemented to find an optimal model for wastewater treatment processes using PHOENICS(Parabolic. hyperbolic or Elliptic Numerical Integration Code Series) and ASM(Activated Sludge Model). PHOENICS is a general software based upon the laws of physics and chemistry which govern the motion of fluids. the stresses and strains in solids. heat flow, diffusion, and chemical reaction. The wastewater flow and removal efficiency of particle in two phase system of a grit chamber in wastewater treatment plant were analyzed to inquire the predictive aspect of the operational model. ASM was developed for a biokinetic model based upon material balance in complex activated sludge system. which can demonstrate dynamic and spatial behavior of biological treatment system. This model was applied to aeration tank and settling chamber in Choonchun city, and the modeling result shows dynamic transport in aeration tank. PHOENICS and ASM could be contributed for the optimal operation of wastewater treatment plant.

전산모형과 지리정보시스템을 결합한 Wed 기반의 유역 및 하수도 관리시스템의 개발

A Web based watershed and sewer management system was developed for the analysis of stormwater runoff and sewer flow, and for optimal operation of sewer works using ArcView and SWMM. SWMM and ArcView were dynamically linked together using Avenue and Visual Basic in order to construct user-friendly management system. The developed system was applied to Choonchun city to verify its utilities. All the relevant field data were analyzed on the basis of developed system, and the modeling of runoff and sewer flow was implemented using RUNOFF and TRANSPORT blocks in SWMM. This system was connected to the management system of surface and subsurface environment management system in order to develop an integrated environmental mangament system. Futhermore. this system will be a critical part of overall control system of sewer works including sewer line and wastewater treatment plant. As this system can provide comprehensive prediction of flow and pollution profiles and analytical tool equipped with Web-GIS, it could serve widely as a tool not only for optimal mangament, but also for decision support system to examine the efficiency of planning and implementation of sewer projects.

金融革新과 金融政策 : 中間目標變數選擇과 관련하여 Intermediate Target Variable Selection Problem

金融革新이 金融政策에 미치는 영향분석을 본 논문에서는 金融革新으로 인한 새로운 金融商品들이 金融政策의 中間目標變數에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 單純理論模型을 통한 분석과 實證分析을 하였다. 單純理論模型을 가지고 분석한 결과, 첫째 皮拂準備率規制 迂回革新이 발생하는 경우 本源通貨量을 조절하여 최종목표인 所得 또는 利子率에 영향을 미치려는 정책은 그 효과가 不確定的이 될 수 있고, 둘째 去來費用 減少革新이 발생하는 경우에도 去來費用 減少革新이 발생한 금융자산에 따라 通貨總量들에 미치는 영향의 크기가 상대적으로 차이가 나기 때문에 安定的인 通貨總量을 찾는 일이 더욱 어려워 진다는 사실을 발견하였다. 실증분석에서는 첫째 여러 通貨總量들을 대상으로 規模獨立的 分散分析과 Granger의 causality test를 이용하여 變動性과 外生性을 살펴 보았다. 그 결과 80년대 전반보다 80년대 후반이후 變動性이 커지고 있어 安定性이 약화되고 있음을 발견하였다. 둘째 주요 금융자산을 대상으로 代替彈力性을 推定한 결과 代替彈力性이 80년대 전반보다 80년대 후반이후에 현저하게 커졌음을 발견하였다. 분석결과들을 종합하면 金融革新에 따라 通貨總量들의 政策中間指標로서의 有用性이 떨어지고 있어 適正通貨指標의 모색및 政策中間指標로서의 通貨量과 利子率의 상대적 우월성에 관한 깊이 있는 연구와 재검토의 필요성이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

80年代에 있어서 주요 歐美諸國의 통화금융정책의 운용에 관한 비교 연구

The perpose of this paper is examine the incremental information contents of non-accounting information in predicting business failure. Also, This paper investigates inter-industry differences in the predictors of bankruptcy. We analyzed listed firms which were included in the database developed by Korea Information Service(KIS). We estimated the bankruptcy prediction model for the period 1981~1997 using the data of one-years, two-years and three-years before the year of bankruptcy. The major results of this paper can be summarized as follows : First, non-accounting information variables were not useful in predicting the bankruptcy over and above the information contained in financial statements. Second, because there are inter-industry differences in the predictors of bankruptcy. the different predictors need to be used in estimating the bankruptcy prediction model in different industries.

5-fluorouracil이 결막fibronectin에 미치는 영향 : Immune Electron Microscopic Findings 배양하 면역전자현미경소견

The success of the filtering in glaucoma is dependent n the patency of the outflow pathway of the aqueous humor from the anterior chamber to the filtering bleb. This is influenced by many factors such as surgical technique, physiologic and pharmacologic factors. Most of the failure of the filtering bleb formation has resulted from the scar formation of teh bleb. This is mainly derived from the fibroblast proliferation which blocks the patent bleb site. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the 5-FU on the extracellular matrix. This involves mainly fibronectin excreted from in vitro, by means of the immunocytochemical stain, at the ultrastructural level. The rabbit conjunctival fibroblast and blood vessel inteh conjunctival stroma were excised and placed in a culture dish containing D-MEM and fetal calf seru. After 2nd week cultivation in 5% CO₂, and 95% air humidified at 37℃, the 5-FU(0.5mg/L) was added. At the 4th week,the culture was terminated for immunocytochemical electron microscopy. The tissue was stained with antifibronectin antibody, followed by incubation with biotin-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG. After labelled with HRP-labelled avidin, the tissue was stained with Diaminobenzidine. The fibroblast in the control group showed an indented nucleus with prominent nucleoli, and numerous cytoplasmic inclusions within the cytoplasm. In addition, the cytoplasmic surfacr showed numerous villous processes. However, the plasma membrane was ruptured, and the microorganelles underwent degenerative changes in the fibroblast treated with the 5-FU. The immunoelectorn microscopy revealed an absent or weak reaction product on the vascular wall and plasma membrane of the fibroblast in the 5-FU treated specimen. In short, the basement membrane of the 5-FU added cultured cel revealed a reaction product that was faint when compared with the strong reaction product in the control group. These results suggest, that 5-FU, in a cultured fibroblast and vessel of the conjunctiva, strongly suppresses the excretion of the extracellular matrix, particularly fibronectin. These results suggest, that the application of 5-FU in a filtering operation may be useful for the success of glaucoma surgery, by preventing the secretion of the extracellular matrix, particularly fibronectin.

동태적 패널 모형을 이용한 한국 상장기업의 자본구조 결정요인 : Evidence from Panel Data

This paper analyzes the determinants of capital structure for a panel of 314 Korean companies listed in the Korea stock exchange from 1994 to 2003. This study also develops a target adjustment process, which is a trade-off between the adjustment costs towards a target ratio and the cost of being in disequilibrium. In this framework, the GMM estimation procedure is used to estimate this dynamic panel model consistently. It is found that the non-debt tax shield is positively related to debt ratio, while profitability and liquidity are negatively associated with debt ratio. The sign of these relations suggest that the pecking order theory is at work in explaining the capital structure of Korea companies. This paper also shows that Korean firms adjust toward a target debt ratio, but the adjustment process is much slower than in other countries. This study also empirically analyze whether financial crisis in 1997 affect the determinants of capital structure. The result confirms that the adjustment process toward a target has become slower since financial crisis. The negative signs of profitability and liquidity and the positive sign of growth opportunity after financial crisis provide strong evidence on the pecking order theory.

J.J. Rousseau의 哲學과 體育思想의 理解

purpose of this paper are to understand J.J Rousseau, as a pioneer of modern liberal education, and his profound philosophy and physical education, to compare modern physical education to this theory, and to review the present sports problems. In order to these, preferencialy Roussear's lifetime and idea are analized, and reviewed the making process of his philosophy, then understanded true educational theam in the view of physical education philosophy. Therefore, it can be perceived the following in order to surmount the confussion of substances and the aim of sports, and overcome present situation that issubstandcial distortion or the loss of humanism. First, Rousser emphasised on a physical trainning for thinking faculty and ethnic usefulness. It shoud be perceived the coordinates that might be perceptional transition of physical value and the trend of present education, because of the aims of present education might be the entrance into a school of higher grade and neglect the intercorelation among inteligency, vitue, and physique as if they are all. Second, another purpose of physical trainning of naturalism emphasises the disciplinsm that could be perceived the key point of physical trainning and health for present people in industrialized society, also it coud be reperceived its value and teaching instruction. Third, it shoud be received as warnin for spreading the neglected juvenile's personality. interest, and development stage. As result of "everything according to nature ······" Roussreu's instruction method of juvenile development stage in the view of his basic philosophic creed is the mean that changed the situation which everone only concerns of a result and a uniform instruction. Last, according to Rousseau's philosophy as ideal educational standard for fighteous humanism, that is, "natural man" means true health and sportsmanship, it shoud be received the severe article that deep comprehension and love between teacher and student is extincted. the pursuit of learning and personality are divied. and there exsist only transaction and loss of humanism between them.

산업형태에 따른 자주보전 활동의 적용성에 대한 연구

"兜率歌"에 對하여

1. '兜率歌' must be read 'Duryul-ga'. It is recorded in Samguk-sagi and Samguk-yusa that 'Duryul-ga' was chanted at the time of King Yuri of Silla Dynasty. '兜率歌' has often been read 'Dosol-ga' or 'Tusol-ga', but this is wrong. '兜率' is of Yidu character, and it must be read 'dari'. Especially, our concern must be taken in the fact that '率' in '兜率' is of Chinese character the meaning of which is 'take' in English, and in turn denoted by 'dari-' in Korean. It is, therefore, proved that 'dari' is right judging both from its sound and from its meaning. 2. 'Duryul-ga' is a kind of song for religion service. a) Mountains, temples or spots which are supposed to be pronounced 'dari' in Korean were the places to perform religion service to Heaven or gods. b) Another 'Duryul-ga', chanted at the time of King Kyongduk and supposed to be descended from above mentioned 'Duryul-ga', was also a song for religion service. c) 'Dari-', 'deri-', 'duri-', 'dori-', 'diri-', etc. which are believed to be derivatives of 'dari' had their origin in the religion service. Besides, in Japanese 'religion service' is called 'massuri'. ('Duri' in Korean was transcribed 'ssuri' in Japanese.) 3, 'Duryul-ga' is the first of the songs which were separated from synthetic art and became an independent field of art. It is, however, written in Samguk-ji, Wi-ji, Huhan-su, etc. that they had songs in Ye, Puyeo, Goguryeo, etc. Therefore, we can't think there had not been songs till King Yuri of Silla. Consequently, "……the first of songs" must be understood as the first: Of the songs which were separated from the synthetic art of dancing, music, songs and poetry. Of the songs which had developed from group epics to individual lyrics. 4. 'Duryul-ga'was chanted at the time of the 14th King Yuri, not the 3rd King Yuri. 'Duryul-ga' is one of the songs for religion services. Meanwhile, records indicate us that immoral 'Guji-ga' was chanted later than moral 'Duryul-ga', This is difficult for us to understand. In addition, the time of the 3rd King Yuri still remained in the state of tribe society, Therefore, the time is not supposed to produce such individual lyrics. When was 'Duryul-ga' chanted then? It was probably at the time of the 14th King Yuri . There were two kings called Yuri, and they have often been mistaken for in various history writings.
