      • 이황화탄소 폭로 근로자의 요중 N-Acetyl-β-Glucosaminidase Activity 및 Total protein에 관한 연구

        The results of renal function studies among 45 workers exposed to carbon disulfide as measured bv total protein in a 24-hour urine and N-Acetyl-β-Glucosaminidase (NAG) activity in both 24-hour and spot urine, were further analyzed by fundoscopic examination for evidence of retinopathy. By Measuring spot urine NAG activity in 69 healthy workers, a comparative analysis of spot urine NAG activity was made between healthy workers and those exposed to carbon disulfide and the results were as follows: 1. Of the workers exposed to carbon disulfide, 53.3% had retinopathy, 53.3% showed increased NAG activity above reference value, and 20.0% had proteinuria. These rates tended to increase as the age of the workers and their duration of exposure increased. 2. For workers exposed to carbon disulfide and having retinopathy, the mean value of NAG activity and total protein amount in 24-hour urine were significantly higher (p<0.05), as compared to those having normal retina. 3. Mean values of spot urine NAG activity in healthy workers, those exposed to carbon disulfide with normal retina, and those having retinopathy were 199.1μM of 4-MU/mgCr., 499.1μM of 4-MU/mgCr., and 902.7μM of 4-MU/mgCr., respectively, showing a statistically significant difference.

      • 공적 전자공시시스템의 유용성 분석

        This study evaluates the public electronic disclosure system(Data Analysis, Retrieval, and Transfer System: DART). To examine the usefulness of DART, this study surverys preparers and users of DART. In overall, the survey shows that preparers and users are satisfied with DART, despite the early implementation stage of public electronic disclosure system. However, the results show that the problems related to operation methods contribute to the relatively low utilization of DART. DART needs to improve its system and to include additional service functions. Specifically, DART needs improvements of service system, the emphasis on user education, the development of user-friendly system, the accommodation process of general public and company's demand. The results, also, address the issues related to the authentication, security, privacy, and legal responsibility of electronically transmitted documents. These issues can be resolved by legal and systematic approach, with the improvements of technology and infra-structure. Finally, there should be a public effort on the continuing education of information technology, in order to implement electronic government in the era of information society.

      • A Study on Transnational Financial Reporting Research Issues

        세계 경제의 국제화 推移에 따른 國際間 財務報告(transnational financial reporting)의 이용 증대는 國際間 會計, 監査, 및 公示基準 差異에 대한 학계와 재계의 관심을 고조시키고 있다. 상당수의 연구보고서들이 세계 각 국의 재무보고시스템에 대한 상세한 比較分析을 제공하고 있으나 國家間 회계시스템의 다양성이 資本市場에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석은 새로운 연구분야이다. 본 연구는 국제 재무보고의 形態(firms' approches)와 비용과 효익(costs and benefits)을 국제 자본조달 (cross-border financial activities)의 관점에서 分析한다. 다국적 기업의 재무보고 實態는 국제 재무보고에 대한 여러 가지 형태의 대안들을 제시한다. 그러나 이 대안들에 대한 相對的 情報有用性(usefulness)은 정보공급자(기업)와 이용자(투자가)의 입장에서 相異할 수 있고 특히 이용자 측면에서의 많은 연구가 요구된다. 국제 재무보고의 효익을 증대하고 비용을 최소화하기 위하여 국제회계위원회와 같은 국제 기관들과 유럽연합 등의 각 지역협력체들은 회계기준의 국제적 統一化 또는 調和(harmonization)를 위한 다각적인 노력을 하고 있다. 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 회계기준은 각 국의 고유한 영역으로 國家間 많은 差異를 보여주고 있다 최근 늘어가고 있는 國際 株式市場(cross-border stock listing)은 이러한 會計基準의 差異또는 調和가 정보이용자의 意思決定에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 實證分析의 필요성을 시사하고 있다.

      • 소형환편기 자동화기술개발에 관한 연구

        소형환편기의 자동화기술을 위해 편환을 이동시킬 수 있는 편침과 cam을 편환이송용 장치를 고안하였다. 위편기의 편환이송 mechanism을 해석하고 소형환편기의 물리적 모사를 통해 편침과 cam의 형상을 최적화하였다. 편환이송장치를 사용하여 편물에 다양한 조직을 편성할 수 있는 편기의 개발이 가능하도록 하였다. The latch needle and cam are newly designed and manufactured to transfer the loop for automation of small circular knitting machine. The loop transfer mechanism is analized by the simulation of needle motion on the V-bed flat knitting machine to which optimum designed cam is attached. This loop transfer mechanism can be applied to small circular knitting machine for automation and variable knitted structure.

      • 지식자산가치의 측정모형분석

        This study evaluates the models of measuring and valuing knowledge based assets. The significance and necessity of measurement and valuation model is discussed in the context of management of both knowledge activity and assets. Traditional methods are introduced and advantages and disadvantages of each method are discussed to draw new improved method. Based on the comparative analysis of old models, performance leading model is developed. The new model systematically integrates old methods of measurement and valuation for knowledge based assets. Specifically, the new model is a combination of market and accounting based approaches by taking advantages of both approaches. The new model is expected to contribute the management of knowledge based assets, allowing the identification of factors specific to performance of firms. The model, also, can be applied to analyzing following areas: efficiency of knowledge management, effectiveness of knowledge assets, standardization of knowledge assets related indicators across industries.

      • 신생아에서 자세 및 경사도에 따른 경피적 산소와 이산화탄소의 분압 및 경피적 산소 포화도의 변화에 대한 연구

        To determine the optimal positino for the newborn, tcp02, tcpc02 and Sp02 were monitored, in 21 healthy term infants, in 21 healthy preterm infants and in those infants with respiratory disease using the Radiometer(Cophenhagen) TCM2 TC oxygen monitor, ECM 20 TC carbon dixide monitor and PULSOX-7(Minolta) oxygen saturation monitor in both supine and prone position. Also, monitored with tilting in each position. When the healthy preterm infants were prone, tcP02 rose by a mean of 5.8mmHg(p=0.0185), an increase of 8.7%, and Sp02 was not significantly increased by a mean of 0.6%(p=0.1859). In those infants with respiratory disease, tcP02 was not significantly increased by a means of 6.9mm/Hg(p=0.1014), and Sa02 was not significantly changed. There was no change of tcPC02 in all infants. This improved oxygenation in the prone position appears to be the result of enhanced ventilation/perfusion ratios. Tilting the body in a 20head-down, or 20 head-down partially produce significant change in tcP02, or Sp02 in the newborns. These findings may have important implications in the management of preterm infants requiring neonatal intensive care and the infants with respiratry disease.

        RO 및 NF막에서의 부식질에 의한 Fouling 및 미량오염물질의 제거

        This study investigated the phenomena of membrane fouling by NOM and the effect of the fouling on removal of micro-pollutants. NOM has a great effect on decline of permeate flux. Permeate flow rate was reduced by 88% in RO and 34.8% in NF for 323hr operation period. Removal rate of UV_(254), is 87.4% in RO and 78.5% in NF and removal rate of DOC is 42.7% in RO and 32.9% in NF for 2㎎/l humic acid. Removal efficiency of the micmpollutants by the RO and NF membranes fouled by humic acid was mostly lower than that by the new membrane. The concentration polarization which affects the flux and the rejection was thought to occur in the active layer of the membrane, as the membrane was getting fouled.

        기계적 합금화에 의해 제조된 고규소 Al-Si 합금 나노 결정의 특성

        High silicon Al-Si alloys with nanocrystalline structures have been produced by mechanical alloying process. Microstructural changes of the Al-Si alloys were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and the transmission electron microscopy. X-ray diffraction analysis was also made to characterize the lattice constant, crystallite size and misfit strain. It was found that the effective milling time by attrition milling was about 12hours for Al-70 wt%Si alloy system. The Al and Si crystallites were reduced to about 30 nm and 70 nm, respectively, by the mechanical alloying for more than 12hours. The misfit strains increased with milling time UD to 240 hours, and saturated to 5.73×10^(-3) for Al and Si crystallites, respectively.
