      • 화학적 산화법에 의한 부식산의 분해 처리기술에 관한 연구(Ⅰ) : 광산화공정을 통한 부식산의 분해특성 분석;Characteristics by Photocatalytic Oxidation Process

        수질계의 부식산을 화학적 산화처리하기 위한 방법의 하나로 광산화공정을 도입하여 부식산의 특성 변화를 조사하였다. 광산화공정은 UV단독, UV/TiO₂ 및 UV/H₂O₂ 시스템을 실험하였다. UV 단독 조사시 TOC 제거율은 pH 7-9에서 가장 높았으며, 흡광도는 강알카리성 영역에서 감소율이 향상된 결과를 보였다. 각 시스템별로 처리도를 보면, UV/TiO₂ 시스템의 경우 TiO₂의 농도가 50ppm일때 TOC 제거와 흡광도 감소의 효율이 높았으며 50ppm 이상을 투입해도 처리율에 변화가 없었다. UV/H₂O₂ 시스템에서는 과산화수소의 농도가 20mM이 최적의 주입농도로 조사되었으며, 그 이상 투입할 경우 TOC와 흡광도의 처리율이 저하되었다. 탄산이온을 첨가할 경우, TOC 제거율 및 UV 흡광도의 감소율 모두 감소하며, TOC 제거율이 흡광도 감소율에 비해 상대적으로 더 크게 나타났다. The efficiency of Photocatalytic Oxidation Process were investigated for the treatment of Aquatic Humic Substances (AHS). In UV-only system, pH 7-9 was the optimum pH range for TOC removal, and alkali range was the optimum pH for absorbance decrease. In UV/TiO₂system, the optimum TiO₂ dosage was 50 ppm and over 50 ppm of TiO₂ dosage was not effective for removal of AHS. In UV/H₂O₂ sytem, optimum H₂O₂ dosage was 20 mM, when over 20 mM dosage, removal of TOC(Total Organic Carbon) and absorbance was decreased by addition of carbonate ions and TOC removal was more effected than that of absorbance.

        In many cases, acute cerebrovascular disease is accompanied by abnormal electocardiograms. Also, though rather uncommon, acute myocardial infraction is also seen. The mechanism of its occurance is uncertain but it is thought to be related to coronary artery spasms, an abnormal autonomic nervous system, and a catecholamine increase. A female patient of 34 years of age came to the hospital because of sudden headache accompanied by substernal chest pain. A subarachnoid hemorrhage due to a cerebral aneurysm rupture had occured, and there was ST segment elevation in lead II, III, and aVF of the electrocardiogram. A cardiac enzyme test, an echocardiography, and a coronary angiography were performed, and she was diagnosed to have acute myocardial infarction due to coronary artery spasm. Clipping of the aneurysm was performed. With the use of nitrate and an angiotension converting enzyme inhibitor, the condition of the patient improved.

      • 운동 강도의 차이가 흰쥐의 혈액 성분과 적혈구의 형태에 미치는 영향

        This study was to investigate the effects on hematological indices and heinz body formation in various intensity, Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the control group, the low-intensity exercise group, nigh-intensity exercise group (n=7 in each group). Animals of the low-intensity exercise groups were put on exercise 30 min per 1 day, 5 days per week for 6-weeks. Animals of the high-intensity exercise groups were put on exercise 120 min per 1 day, 5 days per week for 6-weeks. Red blood cell count (RBC), hemoglobin (Hgb), hematocrit (Hct), mean ceil volume (MCV), mean hemoglobin corpuscular (MCH), mean hemoglobin corpuscular concentration (MCHC) were analyzed in automated hematology analyzer (ABX Hematology MICROS 60) from 10㎕ of whole blood. Erythrocyte morphology were evaluated in super vital (Brilliant cresyl blue stain) stained blood films. In the present results, Hg, MCHC in the high-intensity exercise group was significantly decreased compared with the different exercise intensity and the control group. MCV in the high-intensity exercise group was significantly increased compared with the different exercise intensity end the control group. Heinz body formation in the high-intensity exercise group was significantly increased compared with the different exercise intensity and the control group. In the present study, it can be suggested that intensity of exercise can influence hematological variables and heinz body formation. These findings suggest that high intensity exercise induces oxidative damage to erythrocyte.

        피로과정에서 S45C강의 반가폭과 잔류응력의 변화양상

        기계구조물의 피로과정에 대한 손상정도를 평가하기 위하여 X선 회절을 이용하여 반가폭 및 하중방향과 수직방향에서의 2축에 대한 잔류응력의 변화를 측정하였다. 반가폭은 피로과정의 초기에는 큰 변화를 보이지만 피로수명비의 약10∼20%이후에는 큰 변화를 보이지 않았다. 2축 방향에 대한 잔류응력은 피로수명비의 40% 전후에서 길이방향의 경우는 감소와 증가를, 폭방향의 경우는 증가와 감소를 하였으며, 응력진폭이 클수록 잔류응력의 절대 값은 커지는 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. The purpose of this study is to examine the change of full width half maximum(FWHM) and residual stress during fatigue process in S45C Steel by X-ray diffraction. For S45C Steel, the relationship between the change in fatigue damage of the specimen and the FWHM, and residual stress of X-ray diffraction profiles during the fatigue processes has been investigated. The FWHM decreases in the early period of fatigue cycle. The change of FWHM is associated with cyclic work hardening. The change of the FWHM is not significant in 10∼20% of ratio of fatigue life. The residual stress is changed with fatigue cycle increasing during the fatigue process.

      • 맥반석의 용출시험 및 중금속 흡착특성

        This experiment was done to investigate the leaching and adsorption properties of heavy metals on porphyry. The comparison with respect to the leachability of heavy metals from porphyry between the Korea Standard Leaching Test (KSLT) and the Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) was carried out. The fractional composition of leachate and the total concentration of heavy metal of porphyry were studied through Sequential Extraction Procedure (SEP) and EPA Method 3050. Adsorption experiment of porphyry has pointed out that the optimum dosage of porphyry for 50ppm Pb was over 10g/L, the effective particle size for absorption was below 200 mesh and the optimum pH was about 7. From the Freundlich' adsorption equation, l/n was 1.0722, and k was 0.0041. After adsorption, the fractional composition of Pb was changed. The exchangeable, carbonate, reducible fractions were increased, and the organic fraction was not changed, and the residual fraction was decreased.

      • 풍력 발전 시스템의 회전익 토오크 모델링

        Torque generated by the blade of a wind turbine is a non-linear function of the wind velocity, the angular velocity of the rotor and the pitch angle. Glauert's theory for propellers, though widley used, is not suited to simulate the performance under variable wind speed and pitch angle. Furthermore, the numerical iteration procedure of the theory districts the applicability of a real time control of the wind turbine. We suggest a new method of modeling the torque that can be used in a real time control. Based on Glauert's theory, the power coefficient curve is estimated. In the vicinity of the operating point on the curve, a linearized model is extracted in terms of the wind velocity, the angular velocity and the pitch angle. the usefulness of the model is demonstrated with the results produced by sets of experiments.

        The last process of water treatment plant is filtration which fixes the quality and the quantity of water. Determining the time when to finish the backwash is very critical in filteration process. In general, backwash finishing time is determined by the operator's observation or duration time which is pre-set. In this study, to decide the backwash finishing time, a method using the turbidity of the used backwash water is applied to have more flexible backwash duration according to the degree of filter dirtiness.

        인터넷의 발전과 더불어 탄생한 가상교육은 교육의 기회 확대 및 평생교육의 실현을 목표로 하여 계속 발전될 것으로 예상된다. 가상교육의 성공여부는 차별화된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 개발, 교육의 비용과 학습효과, 교육의 기회 측면등을 고려한 효율적인 가상교육의 운영에 좌우되며, 가상교육에 활용되는 네트워크와 하드웨어 인프라 및 소프트웨어의 지원이 필수적이다. 또한 면대면 수업에서의 시험평가가 아니라. 물리적으로 떨어져있는 학습자를 대상으로 과제평가와 시험평가를 실시하는 경우에 대한, 제출된 과제나 피시험자의 진위 여부에 대한 신뢰성 문제를 해결하기 위해 토론. 공개세미나. 그룹 프로젝트 등의 학습 활동을 활발히 실시하여 질적인 수업평가를 수행하는 것이 필요하다. 본교에서도 향후 가상교육 컨텐츠의 개발에 있어서 이러한 측면들을 고려하여, 보다 전문화되고 효과적인 컨텐츠의 개발이 요구되며. 이를 위한 전문적인 가상교육 컨텐츠의 개발지원이 필수적이다. 또한 교과목의 특성과 학급집단의 특성 및 학습자의 수준 등을 고려하여 코스에서의 웹기반 수업의 비중, 과제의 유형. 상호작용의 유형과 빈도 등을 고려한 컨텐츠 개발을 위한 개발 프로세스에 대한 연구와 학습효과와 비용측면을 고려한 가상교육 운영전략에 대한 연구가 필요하다. Cyber education which has started with the development of internet is expected to keep growing toward the enlargement of learning opportunity and realization of continuing education. Therefore. a new education ideal and model for cyber education must be developed. The success or failure of cyber education depends on various factors. First, the development of educational process suitable to cyber education and specific multimedia contents suitable to enhance the quality of education must be developed. Second, efficient management of cyber education designed to reduce education cost and to enhance learning effect and education opportunity. Cyber education based on internet is affected by speed of communication, stability of communicating network, feasibility of course access, cheapness of communicating cost. And how efficiently and properly the softwares related with teaching are used to enhance the teaching effect is also important. Therefore, support of network, hardware infrastructure, and software used for cyber education is necessary. Besides, in the evaluation of learning achievement, not the face-to-face evaluation, but the evaluation of students far away, to meet with credibility of report and written tests, other ways of evaluation such as debate. open seminar, group project will be used. In this college, the development of more specialized and efficient contents is required, and. therefore, financial support for the development of specialized cyber education contents is necessary.
