      • An Intelligent Input/Output System for Real-time Simulation

        Characteristics of La_2O_3―Y_2O_3―Mo cermet cathode with RE_2O_3 nano particles

        The secondary electron emission property and microstructure of La_2O_3―Y_2O_3―Mo cermet cathode have been studied. It shows that the cathode prepared by Sol―Gel doping method has fine microstructure containing rare earth oxide (RE_2O_3) nanoparticles and uniform distribution of different substances. Auger Electron Spectroscopy (AES) depth profile result shows that an RE_2O_3 layer about 28 nm in thickness could be formed on the cathode surface, which plays an important role in the emission. Pre-activation of the cathode is favorable for the improvement of emission property. La_2O_3―Y_2O_3―Mo cathode preactivated exhibits good secondary emission property. The secondary emission yield could reach 5.24,about 1.8 times higher than that of original cathode. The enhancement on the conductivity of materials resulting from the pre-activation is favorable for the replenishment and transport of electrons, thus the secondary emission property of the cathode could be improved.

        Advances in High Emission Sc<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>-W Matrix Cathode Materials

        Our work on $Sc_2O_3-W$ matrix dispenser cathodes had been reviewed in this paper. The cathode with uniform distribution of $Sc_2O_3$ had been obtained using liquid-liquid doping method. The cathode had excellent emission property, i.e., the emission current density in pulse condition could reach over $35A/cm^2$. It was found that the cathode surface was covered by a Ba-Sc-O active substance multilayer with a thickness of about 100 nm, which was different from the monolayer and semiconducting layer in thickness. Furthermore, the observation results displayed that nanoparticles appeared at the growth steps and the surface of tungsten grains of the fully activated cathode. The calculation result indicated that the nanoparticles could cause the increase of local electric field strengths. We proposed the emission model that both the Ba-Sc-O multilayer and the nanoparticles distributing mainly on the growth steps of the W grains contributed to the emission. The future work on this cathode has been discussed.

        모시잎 추출물을 첨가한 떡의 항노화 및 항산화 특성

        Ammonium sulfate를 이용하여 모시잎 추출물을 얻은 후 추출물의 첨가량을 0~30%로 달리하여 떡을 제조하고 경도의 변화와 항산화 특성을 비교하였다. 박층크로마토그래피 결과와 HPAEC 결과 모시잎 추출물에는 전분을 maltose 단위로 가수분해하는 β-amylase가 존재함을 확인하였으며, 모시잎 추출물의 첨가량을 달리하여 떡을 제조 후 4°C에서 5시간 저장한 다음 비교한 조직감 측정 결과, 모시잎 추출물을 10% 또는 20% 첨가한 떡의 경도는 대조군의 약1/2수준, 30% 첨가한 떡은 대조군의 1/3 수준을 보이며 노화지연 효과를 보였으며 이러한 경향은 24시간 저장 시까지 계속되었다. 시차주사열량계로 측정한 노화 엔탈피에서는 5시간까지는 대조군과 유의적 차이를 보이지 않았으나 이후 48시간 저장 시까지 추출물 첨가군은 대조군보다 유의적으로 낮은 값을 보였다(P<0.05). 항산화 효과에서도 자유라디칼 소거능은 추출물을 20% 이상 첨가 시 대조군보다 유의적으로 높은 소거능을 보였으며(P<0.05), 총 폴리페놀 함량은 모시잎 추출물의 첨가량이 증가할수록 증가하였으나, 20%이상 첨가 시에는 유의적 차이가 없었다. 이상의 결과에서 모시잎 추출물은 식품의 항산화 효과를 높이는 효과가 있을 뿐 아니라 β-amylase를 함유하고 있어 전분이 주성분인 제품에 첨가 시 노화를 억제하는 효과도 기대할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. Freeze-dried ramie leaves were ground into powder and then extracted with ammonium sulfate solution, followed by dialysis. The presence of β-amylase in the extract was confirmed by TLC and HPAEC. Rice cake containing 0, 10, 20, or 30% ramie leaf extract was prepared, and the retrogradation properties were compared during storage for 48 h at 4°C. After 24 h of storage, the ΔH of rice cake containing 10, 20, or 30% extract was 0.39, 0.27, and 0.09 mJ/mg, respectively, indicating effective inhibition of retrogradation when compared to the control (without extract) at 0.45 mJ/mg. Both the setback viscosity in Rapid Visco Analyser and the hardness in texture were highest for the control, and a significant decrease was observed with an increase in extract content. For antioxidant properties, free radical inhibition rate and total polyphenol content of the control were 34.60% and 9.30 mg gallic acid equivalent (GAE)/g, respectively, and the values were proportional to extraction content, as they increased up to 64.10% and 16.97 mg GAE/g, respectively, indicating that ramie leaf extract has strong antioxidant as well as anti-retrogradation effects.

        연변 대외무역의 현황 및 과제

        연변은 백두산을 끼고 있는 생태자연자원 우세, 두만강지역의 중심부에 위치한 지리적 우세와 대외통상구의 우세, 동북노공업 기지진흥정책, 변경소수민족정책, 두만강개발개방의 정책적 우세 및 변연문화의 우세 등 대외무역 발전에 유리한 여건들을 지니고 있다. 2000년대 연변의 대외무역은 90년대에 비해 신속한 발전을 이루었으며 성장폭도 크다. 하지만 연변의 대외무역은 규모가 작고 무역의존도가 낮으며 수출입상품 구조가 노동밀집형과 자원밀집형 상품에 편중된 문제점들을 안고 있다. 중국의 변경무역에 대한 정책조절과 수출상품관세 환급정책조절 등은 연변대외무역 발전에 영향을 미치는 국내 정책요인이며 러시아 원동지역 경제의 낙후와 정책변화 및 조선경제의 불안정과 정책변화 등은 연변대외무역발전을 제약하는 외부적 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 중국의 두만강지역합작 개발규획 강요의 반포는 연변대외 무역발전에 유리한 대 환경을 제공하고 있다. 연변은 반드시 동북아지역을 겨냥하여 수출주력산업을 육성하고 대외통로의 구축과 원활한 소통을 추진하여 대외무역의 획기적인 발전을 이루어야 한다. Yanbian is a place that possesses favorable conditions for the development of foreign trade. There is a natural resource ecology because of Baitoushan"s presence. For lying in the center of Touman River, Yanbian has geographical advantages and foreign trade advantages. In addition Yanbian area also possesses favorable conditions of the revitalization of northeast old industrial base policy and Touman River development and opening up policy and marginal culture. Yanbian"s foreign trade in the 2000s has developed faster than in 1990s, and the range was also bigger. But there are some problems such as the scale of Yanbian"s foreign trade is small, the trade dependence is low and the export-import product structure is biased on labor-intensive and resource-intensive. Chinese government"s policy adjustment to border trade and control of export refund policy are domestic policy factors affecting on the development of Yanbian foreign trade. Underdeveloped economy of Russian far east region and the change of policy, North Korea"s economic instability and policy changement are external factors that constraint the development of Yanbian foreign trade. China Touman River area cooperation and development outline"s promulgation provided a favorable environment to the development of Yanbian foreign trade. Yanbian must focus on Northeast Asia and achieve a significant development by training major export industries, constructing foreign channels and developing seamless communications.

        Flexibility and Thermal Storage Properties of Polyurethane Adhesive Supported Phase Change Composites Based on Polyurethane Phase Change Materials

        Polyurethane phase change materials (PUPCMs) have been extensively applied in smart textiles and wearable electronic devices because of their excellent energy storage capacity. To realize the flexibility of PUPCMs for certain deformation and compact contact with objects, suitable support structures have been chosen to prepare polyurethane phase change composites (PUFPCCs) with energy storage capacity and device-level flexibility. In this work, PUPCM was prepared by the prepolymer method with polyethylene glycol (PEG) as the soft segment, 4,4-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate (HMDI) and 1,2-hexanediol as the hard segment. And polyurethane-based adhesives (PUA) were chosen to provide a support structure for PUFPCCs by physically blending and casting with prepared PUPCM. PUFPCCs showed good flexibility attributed to the film-forming performance of polyurethane-based adhesive in the composites. The chemical structure, crystallization properties, phase transformation properties and thermal stability of the prepared PUPCM and PUFPCCs were investigated via Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), 1H NMR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), polarizing optical microscope (POM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric (TG) analysis respectively. The phase change temperature of PUFPCCs ranged from 36 to 40 ℃. The maximum enthalpy value of PUFPCCs was up to 40 J/g for daily application. Moreover, the thermal stability of PUPCM was improved attribute to the support structure of PUA in PUFPCCs. Therefore, the prepared PUFPCCs have great potential for application in flexible wearable devices due to their excellent flexibility, suitable phase transition temperature close to human body temperature, high enthalpy value and improved thermal stability.

      • Photosensitive Graphene P-N Junction Transistors and Ternary Inverters

        <P>We investigate the electric transport in a graphene-organic dye hybrid and the formation of p-n junctions. In the conventional approach, graphene p-n junctions are produced by using multiple electrostatic gates or local chemical doping, which produce different types of carriers in graphene. Instead of using multiple gates or typical chemical doping, a different approach to fabricate p-n junctions is proposed. The approach is based on optical gating of photosensitive dye molecules; this method can produce a well-defined sharp junction. The potential difference in the proposed p-n junction can be controlled by varying the optical power of incident light. A theoretical calculation based on the effective medium theory is performed to thoroughly explain the experimental data. The characteristic transport behavior of the photosensitive graphene p-n junction opens new possibilities for graphene-based devices, and we use the results to fabricate ternary inverters. Our strategy of building a simple hybrid p-n junction can further offer many opportunities in the near future of tuning it for other optoelectronic functionalities.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>
