최근 풍력 발전 단지가 대형화 해상화됨에 따라 이를 모니터링하고 제어하기 위한 통신망의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 해상 풍력 단지에서 사용하는 기존 Ethernet 기반의 통신망의 문제점인 지연시간, 데이터 처리 오버헤드 및 풍력 발전기간 데이터 전송의 공평성 문제를 해결하기 위하여 EPON(Ethernet Passive Optical Network) 기반의 통신망 구조를 제안하고 성능 평가를 수행한다. 제안한 구조는 OLT(Optical Line Terminal)를 중앙 제어 센터에 설치하고 해상의 풍력 발전기에 ONU(Optical Network Unit)를 설치하여 점 대 다점 통신망을 구성하는 토폴로지이다. EPON 기반 토폴로지는 수동소자를 사용함으로써 망 구성 비용이 저렴하고 관리가 용이하며 높은 신뢰성과 데이터 전송의 공평성을 보장할 수 있다. 제안한 통신망 구조의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 OPNET Modeler를 이용하여 IEC 61850 표준을 기반으로 한 풍력단지를 모델링한다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 기존 이더넷 기반의 통신망과 지연시간, 오버헤드 및 전송의 공평성 관점에서 비교 분석한다. In recent, the communication networks of wind power farm are becoming crucial technologies for monitoring and controlling the large-scale offshore wind power farm. In this paper, EPON based communication network architectures are proposed in order to combat the problems of conventional Ethernet based communication network such as delay, data processing overhead and the fairness of data transmission among turbines in offshore wind power farm. The proposed architecture constructs the point to multi-point network by using OLT and ONUs installed in central control center and wind turbines respectively. The EPON based communication network architecture has low cost, high reliability, and fair transmission capability. To evaluate the performance of proposed architectures, the wind power farm based on IEC 61850 is modelled by using OPNET The simulation results are analyzed and compared with conventional Ethernet based communication network in terms of the overhead, delay and fairness of data transmission.

The purpose of this study is to examine how the Ten Commandments (TC) are dealt with in the theology of John Calvin as well as in the Reformed Confessions and Catechisms. First we will study how Calvin handles TC in his Institutes of Christian Religion and the Catechism of the Church of Geneva. Then we will check the importance and meaning of TC in the Reformed Confessions and Shorter Catechisms. John Calving in his Institutes sees the Law with TC as a positive norm, which takes the form of relationship between God and humans, emphasizing the third (moral) use of the Law. Martin Luther speaks of “the Law and the Gospel,” while Calvin talks of “the Gospel and the Law”: so the latter puts emphasis on the Law as a way to know one’s sin and a norm for everyday life. Calvin also stresses the Holy Spirit’s working in this process: the Spirit convinces us of our sin through the Law, especially TC. Humans are totally depraved, and they surely need God’s irresistible working: and it is the Holy Spirit, who has not worked only in our justification, but in our sanctification but with the Law with TC, which clearly shows God’s will for us. The Reformed theology in general regards the Ten Commandments as a supreme norm for Christian life. TC clearly reveals the Christian ethic as a summary form, but it may be interpreted through the Holy Scriptures as the Word of God. Sanctification is not something we can achieve by ourselves, rather it is what the Holy Spirit works in us but with the help of the Holy Scriptures, whose clear moral teaching is TC. 이 연구의 목적은 개혁교회 윤리규범의 뿌리인 십계명이 칼빈의 신학과 개혁교회의 신앙고백에 과연 어떻게 적용되었으며, 그 의미는 무엇인지를 연구하는 것이다. 먼저 개혁신학을 선구한 칼빈 자신의 십계명 사용을 살펴보고, 십계명의 위치와 의미를 연구하고자 한다. 칼빈은 기독교강요에서 율법을 하나님과 인간 사이를 연결시키는 ‘관계의 형식’이라는 틀에서 ‘긍정적인 규범’으로 보면서, 율법의 적극적인 기능인 율법의 제3용법을 강조한다. 루터는 ‘율법과 복음’이라고 하고, 칼빈은 ‘복음과 율법’이라고 하는 점에서 드러나는 것처럼, 칼빈은 율법을 통한 죄 인식과 율법의 삶의 규범성을 강조한다고 보겠다. 칼빈은 율법이 기독교인에게 삶의 규범이 되고, 성령께서 율법을 지키도록 확증해주시므로, 율법과 성령은 함께 기독교인들을 변화시키고 인도하는 역할을 한다고 했다. 인간은 전적으로 타락해 있기에, 구원과정에서부터 이미 성령께서 역사하시므로, 구원 받은 성도는 구원의 삶, 즉 성화의 삶을 삶에 있어서 하나님의 뜻을 보여주는 십계명을 성령의 도우심으로 지켜나가야 한다는 것이다. 개혁신학은 전반적으로 십계명은 기독교 윤리를 간결하게 정리해 놓은 것으로서 우리의 삶을 위한 뛰어난 법칙이 됨을 강조한다. 기독교윤리는 다른 것이 아니라 십계명 속에 간결하게 요점적으로 들어 있는 것이요, 또한 그밖에 성경 전체를 통틀어서 조명되고 해석된다는 것이다. 성화의 삶은 신자 개인의 힘으로 이루어지는 것이 아니라 하나님의 뜻을 밝힌 십계명을 통하여 성령께서 성화의 삶을 주도하시고 이끌어가심을 밝히고 있다.
