      • Research on the Primary Features of the Internet of Things System and the Corresponding Data Communication Characteristics based on Sparse Coding and Joint Deep Neural Network

        In this paper, we conduct research on issues related to the primary features of the Internet of things system and the corresponding data communication characteristics based on sparse coding and joint deep neural network. Internet of things is more than the underlying device difference communication method and it is the Internet of things needs to study in the field of hot issue. Using traditional algorithm for Internet communication equipment need particle filter was carried out on the acquisition of communication signal processing. Communication technology enables the Internet of things will perceive the information between different terminals for efficient transmission and exchange, exchange and sharing and the information resources is the key to the functions of things. To enhance the robustness and efficiency of the current IOT systems, we adopt the sparse coded dictionary learning theory to detect the size of the data and optimize the compressive sensing technique to modify the resolution. With the advances of the deep neural network, we analyze the topology of the system network structure and extract the pattern features and characteristics to make the signal transmission process more quickly and feasible. To enhance the objective function, we obtain the restricted optimization algorithm to help terminate the iteration for the higher efficiency. In the final part, we simulation our algorithm for times compared with other well-performed approaches. The result indicates that our method outperforms both in the accuracy layer an in the time-consuming layer which will hold specific meaning.

      • A Nanofilter Array Chip for Fast Gel-Free Biomolecule Separation.

        <P>We report here a microfabricated nanofilter array chip that can size-fractionate SDS-protein complexes and small DNA molecules based on the Ogston sieving mechanism. Nanofilter arrays with a gap size of 40-180nm were fabricated and characterized. Complete separation of SDS-protein complexes and small DNA molecules were achieved in several minutes with a separation length of 5mm. The fabrication strategy for the nanofilter array chip allows further increasing of the nanofilter density and decreasing of the nanofilter gap size, leading, in principle, to even faster separation.</P>

        Differently-charged graphene-based multilayer films by a layer-by-layer approach for oxygen gas barrier application

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Polyelectrolyte-decorated graphene with positive and negative charges was prepared using graphene oxide as a precursor along with polyallylamine hydrochloride and poly (styrenesulfonate sodium) as surface modifiers, respectively. Driven by an electrostatic interaction, the as-obtained polyelectrolyte-decorated graphene sheets were self-assembled via a layer-by-layer method, producing graphene based composite multilayers. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) images showed that the surface of composite film exhibited a mass of characteristic wrinkles of graphene. Interestingly, the cross-sectional FE-SEM of the film exhibited an unstratified structure, indicating a good dispersion of graphene sheets in the composite film. The results of oxygen gas permeability testing demonstrated that the resulting composite films exhibited excellent oxygen gas barrier properties. The oxygen gas transmission rate (OTR) of the composite film with 24 bilayers was as low as 1.2 cm<SUP>3</SUP> m<SUP>-2</SUP> d<SUP>-1</SUP>∙atm<SUP>−1</SUP>, exhibiting potential for use in packaging applications.</P>

      • Analysis of Audience Interest and User Clustering Based on Program Tags

        This paper proposes an analysis method of user behavior to provide personalized program recommendation based on program tags in the field of broadcasting and television. Multidimensional Scaling Analysis is used to produce a quantitative description of viewing preferences. Hierarchical clustering is performed to determine the number of clusters, followed by K-means clustering to group the data according to audience interest in TV program tags. This divides the audience into groups with similar viewing preferences.

      • A Content-Based Approach to Recommend TV Programs Enhanced with Delayering Tagging

        In response to explore how to extract the recommended items' features, a method is put forward called a Content-based TV Program Recommendation Approach Enhanced with Delayering Tagging. The Content-based approach is optimized to recommend TV programs and improved the way to extract the recommended items' features. Besides, the existing way of using supervised method to build user modeling is replaced with an unsupervised method using delayering tagging to show recommended TV program's content features and set up user preference model. After compared with Latent Factor Model and Collaborative Filtering recommendation algorithm with the same experimental data, the proposed algorithm in this paper increased the accuracy of 2.67\%, coverage rate of 3.02\% and 3.2\% of the Feature 1 value and achieved good recommendation results compared to the Latent Factor Model which revealed the best effect of recommendation.

        The Development of Clinical Document Standards for Semantic Interoperability in China

        Objectives: This study is aimed at developing a set of data groups (DGs) to be employed as reusable building blocks for the construction of the eight most common clinical documents used in China’s general hospitals in order to achieve their structural and semantic standardization. Methods: The Diagnostics knowledge framework, the related approaches taken from the Health Level Seven (HL7), the Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE), and the Healthcare Information Technology Standards Panel (HITSP) and 1,487 original clinical records were considered together to form the DG architecture and data sets. The internal structure, content, and semantics of each DG were then defined by mapping each DG data set to a corresponding Clinical Document Architecture data element and matching each DG data set to the metadata in the Chinese National Health Data Dictionary. By using the DGs as reusable building blocks, standardized structures and semantics regarding the clinical documents for semantic interoperability were able to be constructed. Results: Altogether, 5 header DGs, 48 section DGs, and 17 entry DGs were developed. Several issues regarding the DGs, including their internal structure, identifiers,data set names, definitions, length and format, data types, and value sets, were further defined. Standardized structures and semantics regarding the eight clinical documents were structured by the DGs. Conclusions: This approach of constructing clinical document standards using DGs is a feasible standard-driven solution useful in preparing documents possessing semantic interoperability among the disparate information systems in China. These standards need to be validated and refined through further study.

        Mobility Management in Mobile Hotspots with Heterogeneous Multihop Wireless Links

        <P>In this article we study two representative mobility management schemes for mobile hotspots with heterogeneous multihop wireless links: the NEMO basic support protocol at the network layer and the SIP-based network mobility support protocol at the application layer. We evaluate their salient features and quantify their handoff latency. It is shown that the SIP-based network mobility support protocol can easily be deployed and reduce the tunneling overhead incurred in the NEMO basic support protocol. However, it increases handoff latency due to longer message length. We also discuss several open research issues for seamless mobility support in mobile hotspots.</P>

        Correlation analysis of muscle amino acid deposition and gut microbiota profile of broilers reared at different ambient temperatures

        Objective: Temperature could influence protein and amino acid deposition as well as gut microbiota profile and composition. However, the specific effects of ambient temperature on amino acids deposition and gut microbiota composition remain insufficiently understood. Methods: A total of 300 one-day-old Avian broilers were randomly divided into three groups and reared at high, medium, and low temperature (HT, MT, and LT), respectively. Breast muscle and fecal samples were collected for amino acid composition analysis and 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis. Results: Our data showed that compared to the MT group, there was a decrease of muscle leucine and tyrosine (p<0.05), as well as an increase of methionine in the HT group (p<0.05) and a decrease of serine in the LT group. Examination of microbiota shift revealed that at genus level, the relative abundance of Turicibacter and Parabacteroides was increased in the HT group (p<0.05) and that the relative abundances of Pandoraea, Achromobacter, Prevotella, Brevundimonas, and Stenotrophomonas in the LT group were higher than those in the MT group (p<0.05). In addition, there were substantial correlations between microbes and amino acids. In the HT group. Turicibacter was negatively correlated with aspartic acid and tyrosine, whereas Parabacteroides was positively correlated with methionine (p<0.05). In the LT group, there were multiple positive correlations between Achromobacter and arginine, isoleucine or tyrosine; between Prevotella and cysteine or phenylalanine; between Brevundimonas and cysteine; and between Stenotrophomonas and cysteine as well as a negative correlation between Stenotrophomonas and serine. Conclusion: Our findings demonstrated that amino acid content of breast muscle and intestinal microbiota profile was affected by different ambient temperatures. Under heat exposure, augmented abundance of Parabacteroides was correlated with elevated methionine. Low temperature treatment may affect muscle tyrosine content through the regulation of Achromobacter.
