      • Experimental study on cold-formed lipped channel stub columns reinforced by steel bars or steel strips

        In this paper, the axial compressive properties of cold-formed steel lipped channel stub columns strengthened by rebars or steel strips are experimentally studied. The experiment included two sections. A kind of columns with local buckling is reinforced longitudinally by steel strips at the web. The other is the columns with distorted buckling, which is reinforced longitudinally by steel bars at the curling edge. The failure mode, deformation characteristics, ultimate bearing capacity and load displacement curve of the specimen are obtained through the experiment. On the basis of the experiment, the calculation results of theoretical axial bearing capacity of cold-formed steel lipped channel stub columns in Chinese, North American and Australian code are compared and analyzed. Research indicates: First, the cold-formed steel lipped channel stub columns strengthened by steel bars or steel strips can effectively improve the compressive bearing capacity of the specimen. Secondly, when the initial stress ratio of specimen is less than 0.3, the reinforcement effect is ideal. Thirdly, the three standards don’t stipulate the calculation of theoretical bearing capacity of the specimen strengthened after loading, so there is a large deviation between the theoretical calculation value and the test value.

        Estimation and compensation for deviation of contour in slow tool servo precision turning for complicated curved surface

        In the presence of extremely high precision turning the complicated curved surface with geometry features of large slope gradient and multi convex-concave characteristics, the micron-scale deviation of contour resulting from the tracking deviation of the feed axis becomes non-negligible. To diminish the micron-scale contouring deviation, this study presents a valid contouring error estimation and pre-compensation method for slow tool servo (STS) precision turning. Aiming at estimating the tracking deviation of the axis of the turning machine tool in the machining process, the steady-state tracking deviation model of the axis is first constructed. The proposed multiply tangential estimation method is derived from the Taylor series of the foot point. Since the rotation feed movement of the C axis is the main movement in cutting forming movement for STS turning machining, the monotonicity of the displacement for the C axis is ensured. The compensation value for the axis position is derived through the Jacobi matrix of the STS turning machine. With the presented approach, the tool tip location deviation induced by the tracking deviation of the feed axis reduces from 1.087 μm to 0.025 μm. The measurement results of the comparison experiments indicate that with the presented method in this study, the contouring error of the machined part reduces from 5.72 μm to 4.36 μm. The micron-scale contouring error resulting from the tracking deviation of the feed axis is effectually compensated.

        중국농촌마을의 지역사회소속감 형성에 관한 연구 : 위안가마을을 중심으로

        (Purpose) The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of forming a sense of belonging to the local community of rural tourist destinations and the factors influencing the sense of belonging of residents, and to investigate the process of forming a sense of belonging of belonging of rural tourism village residents. (Design/methodology/approach) The subject of this study was conducted through an interpersonal interview survey method for Yuanjia Village, the most representative example of rural tourism in China. The surveyors conducted a survey after receiving preliminary survey method training, and a total of 482 copies were analyzed as valid samples. (Findings) According to the empirical analysis, support, fairness, social networking, resident participation, and membership all had important influences on the sense of community belonging, and among them, shareholder qualifications, regional participation, and distribution definition were high. (Research implications or Originality) This study is meaningful in identifying the factors that form a sense of community belonging of the residents of Yuanjia Village through case analysis and providing abundant information to the development of other rural tourist attractions.

        Extrusion of porous silicon nitride using different binders

        Porous silicon nitride ceramics were prepared using an extrusion process. Starch and thermoset phenol-formaldehyde resin were used as binders. The effect of the different binders on the microstructure and mechanical strength of the porous silicon nitride were investigated in detail. It is shown that the microstructure was more uniform when phenol-formaldehyde resin was used as the binder. In contrast, the pore size distribution was bimodal when starch was used. Furthermore, the flexural strength of porous Si3N4 using resin as the binder was higher than that using the starch.

        HDDM, a formula consisting of seven herbs, had anti-diabetic but no immunomodulatory activities in multiple low doses of streptozotocin-treated female of B6C3F1 mice

        The objectives of this study were to determine the effect of herb formula HDDM, a modification of Huangdan decoction that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of glomerulonephritis and chronic renal failure, on the blood glucose levels in multiple low doses (MLD; 50 mg/kg for five consecutive days) of streptozotocin (STZ)-treated female B6C3F1 mice. Initial studies were performed to compare diabetes induction in five strains (e.g., B6C3F1, NOD, CD-1, C3H/HeN and C57BL/6) of mice by MLD-STZ, and immune changes following the treatment. The results suggested that the order of susceptibility to diabetes induction was NOD ≈ CD-1 > B6C3F1 ≈ C3H > C57BL/6. Furthermore, STZ modulation of T cell development, differentiation and activation might play a role in diabetes induction by MLD-STZ treatment. MLD-STZ-induced diabetes in female B6C3F1 mice was moderate, which allowed the evaluation of drug-induced protection or exacerbation of diabetes to be performed. As such, modulation of blood glucose by HDDM, which consisted of Da Huang (Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei), Huang Qi (Radix Astragali Seu Hedysari), Dan Shen (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae), Yin Yang Huo (Herba Epimedii), Yi Yi Ren (Semen Coicis or Coix lacryma-jobi), Mai Dong (Radix Ophiopogonis) and Shan Zhu Yu (Fructus Corni), was evaluated in MLD-STZ-treated female B6C3F1 mice. The results suggested that HDDM could lower the blood glucose levels, but it had no immunomodulatory activities. Additionally, HDDM-treated mice exhibited improved glucose tolerance. In conclusion, these studies have suggested that MLD-STZ-induced diabetes in female B6C3F1 mice is a useful model to evaluate drug modulation of diabetes, and that the herb formula HDDM possesses anti-diabetic effects.       • Theoretical Analysis on the Pricing and Advertising Coordination of Multi Retailer Supply Chain from the Perspectives of Common Interest Maximization

        With the arrival of global economic integration, the enterprise gradually realized the joint and downstream enterprises form a complementary advantage on its importance to enhance the overall competitiveness of the supply chain. To deal with the corresponding challenges, in this paper, we conduct research on pricing and the advertising coordination of multi retailer supply chain from the general perspectives of common interest maximization. For the two stage supply chain consisting of a single manufacturer and single retailer as the background, study retailers to establish online channel and manufacturers to establish the online channel and applicable condition, the difference between two kinds of the channel model and double channel of supply chain coordination mechanism. The core idea of supply chain management is focus on supply chain node enterprise specializing in their core business, and outsources non-core business to other enterprises, so as to achieve supply chain of all enterprises focus on their good at business. Our research optimizes the traditional game theory framework to achieve the better model for the issues. The experimental analysis verifies the feasibility and the effectiveness of our approach compared with the others.
