        기능적 창조도시에서 창조적 학습도시로 : 창조도시논의에 대한 교육학적 접근의 유용성

        After the discussion for cultural city and learning city, the discussion for creative city is spreaded recently. It shows that the discussion for city is spreaded to all over the society & science and emerged as the studying subject among the school systems. But if examining the discussion for recent creative city, several studies lead that discussion so the possibility of studying among the school systems for the creative city is still narrowed. The viewpoint of Charles Landry, quoted by a lot of researchers is reduced in the discussion process. This study discusses which usefulness educational discussion has in the discussion for creative city. It say that the discussion for creative city under the educational viewpoint can be unfolded by connecting city culture, city space, creative competency, creative development of human resources, creative organizational culture, practical community, etc. variously. Especially, education focuses on human and social subjects which form the creative city. Extensive set-up for subject can make the discussion for creative city more affluent under the educational viewpoint. 문화도시와 학습도시 담론에 이어 최근에는 창조도시 논의가 확산되고 있다. 이는 도시에 대한 담론이 이제 사회과학전반으로 확산되고 있으며 학제간 연구주제로 떠오르고 있음을 보여주는 것이다. 그러나 최근의 창조도시 논의를 살펴보면 몇 개의 학문들이 담론을 주도하고 있어 여전히 창조도시에 대한 학제간연구의 가능성을 좁히고 있다. 많은 연구자들이 인용하고 있는 찰스 랜드리의 입장 또한 논의과정 속에 축소되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 교육학적 담론이 창조도시 논의에서 어떠한 유용성을 가지는지가 이야기된다. 교육학적 관점에서의 창조도시논의는 도시 문화와 도시 공간, 창조역량과 창조적 인력개발, 창조적 조직문화와 실천공동체 등 다양하게 연계되어 전개될 수 있음을 밝힌다. 특히 교육학은 창조도시를 형성해가는 인간과 사회적 주체에 초점을 둔다. 이러한 교육학적 측면에서의 광범위한 주제설정은 창조도시 논의를 좀 더 풍요롭게 만들 수 있다.

        창조도시 전략으로서의 문화예술교육 : 창조적 학습도시 발전전략에 대한 새로운 논의

        최근 창조도시논의가 활발해지면서 교육과 학습의 창조도시와의 연관성에 주목할 필요가 높아졌다. 2000년 이후 문화예술교육진흥을 위한 법과 제도가 정비되면서 문화예술교육이 학교와 사회속에서 확산되고 있다. 그러나 단순히 문화예술교육을 평생교육의 연장선속에서에 대한 논의하는 것도 의미가 있지만 문화와 예술을 기반으로 하는 도시발전전략인 창조도시와의 연관성속에서 바라보는 것도 흥미롭다고 볼 수 있다. 현재 창조도시논의는 크게 창조적 환경에 대한 논의, 창조인력에 대한 논의, 창조산업에 대한 논의, 그리고 문화발전에 대한 논의 네 가지로 전개되고 있다. 이러한 창조도시에 대한 논의중 문화와 예술을 경제에 활용하는 의미에서의 창조산업에 대한 논의가 가장 활발하나 이러한 논의는 매우 근시안적 사고라고 판단된다. 창조도시는 개별 도시가 가지는 자발적 시스템속에 창조성과 지역성, 네트워크와 미학화, 그리고 학습과 지속가능성이라는 핵심가치를 추구하고 있으며 또 그래야 한다. 이러한 측면에서 창조도시의 핵심가치는 바로 문화예술교육과 매우 밀접한 관련을 가지고 있다. 현재의 문화예술교육은 단순한 프로젝트성 보다는 창조도시를 만들어가기 위한 중요한 전략으로 인식될 필요가 있다. 따라서 문화예술교육은 장기적인 비전속에 지속가능성을 담보해야 하며 예술체험을 넘어서 문화역량을 강화하고 학습망을 구축하며 문화리더를 양성할 수 있는 방향으로 나아가야 할 것이다. As the discussion on creative city has become active recently, the necessary to pay attention to the correlation between education/learning and creative city was increased. While law and system for promoting Culture & Arts Education have been reorganized since 2000, Culture & Arts Education spreads into schools and society. However, it's meaningful to discuss Culture & Arts Education simply in an extension of lifelong education but it's interesting to examine it in the correlation with creative city which is a strategy to develop the city based on culture and arts. At present, the discussion on creative city is unfolded by dividing largely into 4 discussions; discussion on creative environment, discussion on creative man power, discussion on creative industry and discussion on cultural development. Among the discussions on creative city, the discussion on creative industry which means to apply culture and arts to economy is the most active but it is judged to be a very short-sighted thinking. The creative city is seeking core values such as creativity / regional characteristic, network / aestheticization and studying / sustainability in the voluntary system of each city as well as must to seek them. Those core values of creative city are related with Culture & Arts Education much closely in that aspect. Current Culture & Arts Education should be recognized by an important strategy for making creative city, rather than by simple project. Therefore, Culture & Arts Education must to guarantee sustainability in a long-term vision, strengthen cultural capability beyond the art experience, establish learning network and advance to the direction cultivating cultural leaders.

        Primary retroperitoneal mucinous cystadenocarcinoma is a very rare malignancy, and little is known concerning its Pathogenesis, optimal treatment, and prognosis. A 29-year-o1d pregnant woman (21 weeks) Presented with abdominal discomfort CA 19-9, CA 125, and CEA were normal Abdominal CT scanning revealed a 19x15x13 cm retropentoneal tumor Exploratory laparotomy and tumor excision were performed. Mucinous retropentoneal implants were removed as completely as possible Histologically, the tumor showed focal areas of capsular invasion, but free resection margins The uterus and both ovaries were normal in appearance No adjuvant therapy was pursued. Six months later, Peritoneal and bilateral ovarian metastases were discovered. Hence, we report the details of this case of primary retroperitoneal mucinous Cystadeno-carcinoma and present a review of the literature.

      • 토양환경지도 자료를 이용한 콩밭 토양의 화학성 비교

        It is important to interpret the soil chemical properties in order to effectively manage the farmland. This study was conducted to investigate the soil chemical properties of upland soybean field according to the soil series at 32 upland fields located in the parts of Gangwon-do. Soil sampling sites were selected by using the National Statistics DB and KSIS DB that is a soil environment information system provided by the Rural Development Administration. Soil samples were collected from 0~15 cm of top soil before seeding or transplanting, air-dried, passed through a 2 mm sieve, and analyzed for soil pH, EC, organic matter, available phosphorus (P2O5), exchangeable potassium, exchangeable calcium and exchangeable magnesium. The average chemical properties have exceeded the each nutrient optimum range level of RDA, except the organic matter in experimental soil 2015. And despite application of conventional fertilization, each soil series nutrient contents were change respectively. The results of this study suggest that conventional fertilization should be applied based on the analysis about the amount of accumulated nutrient contents in the soil.

        Pretreatment with Lycopene Attenuates Oxidative Stress-Induced Apoptosis in Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells

        Human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have been used in cell-based therapy to promote revascularization after peripheral or myocardial ischemia. High levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) are involved in the senescence and apoptosis of MSCs, causing defective neovascularization. Here, we examined the effect of the natural antioxidant lycopene on oxidative stress-induced apoptosis in MSCs. Although H2O2 (200 mM) increased intracellular ROS levels in human MSCs, lycopene (10 μmM) pretreatment suppressed H2O2-induced ROS generation and increased survival. H2O2-induced ROS increased the levels of phosphorylated p38 mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK), Jun-N-terminal kinase (JNK), ataxia telangiectasia mutated (ATM), and p53, which were inhibited by lycopene pretreatment. Furthermore, lycopene pretreatment decreased the expression of cleaved poly (ADP ribose) polymerase-1 (PARP-1) and caspase-3 and increased the expression of B-cell lymphoma 2 (Bcl-2) and Bcl-2-associated X protein (Bax), which were induced by H2O2 treatment. Moreover, lycopene significantly increased manganese superoxide dismutase (MnSOD) expression and decreased cellular ROS levels via the PI3K-Akt pathway. Our findings show that lycopene pretreatment prevents ischemic injury by suppressing apoptosis-associated signal pathway and enhancing anti-oxidant protein, suggesting that lycopene could be developed as a beneficial broad-spectrum agent for the successful MSC transplantation in ischemic diseases.

        Lesch-Nyhan 증후군 환아의 자해에 의한 혀의 외상

        Lesch-Nyhan 증후군은 드물게 나타나는 X 염색체 열성 유전 질환으로 purine의 대사 장애를 보이는 질환이다. Purine의 대사 장애는 대사에 관여하는 효소인 hypoxanthine guanine phosphoribosyl transferase의 결손 또는 활성 감소로 인하여 나타나며,요산의 과다 생산에 의한 요산과다혈증,요산과다뇨증 등의 신장계 증상과 정신지체,무도증 등의 신경학적 장애를 보이고,구강이나 손가락에 대한 자해를 나타낸다. 이 중 자해 행위는 입술과 혀,손가락을 깨무는 경우가 흔하고,심하면 혀와 손가락이 완전히 절단될 수도 있다. 이 경우 자해로 인한 통증뿐 아니라,연조직 결손으로 인한 심미적인 문제와 상처 부위로의 2차 감염이 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 Lesch-Nyhan 증후군 환자에서 자해를 막기 위해 여러 방법이 사용되고 있는데,이 중 치과적으로 접근하는 방법으로는 마우스 가드나 lip bumper 등의 장치를 이용하는 방법과 해당 치아들을 모두 발거하는 방법,악교정 수술을 통해 개방 교합을 형성해 주는 방법 등이 있다. 본 증례는 13세 9개월의 Lesch-Nyhan 증후군 환아로서 자해에 의해 혀에 심각한 외상을 가한 경우로 마우스 가드를 이용한 보존적인 방법을 사용하였으나 계속적으로 혀에 외상을 가해 하악 전치 뿐 아니라 구치까지 발거하여 치료하였다. Lesch-Nyhan syndrome is a rare X-linked recessively inherited disorder, caused by complete absence or decrease in activity of hypoxanthine guanine phosphoribosyl transferase(HPRT), an enzyme involved in purine metabolism. This enzyme deficiency gives rise to nephropathy symptoms, such as hyperuricosuria and hyperuricemia by excessive uric acid production and neuropathy symptoms, such as mental retardation, choreoathetosis and self mutilation behavior. Patients with Lesch-Nyhan syndrome have tendency to bite their liP, tongue and finger, In severe cases, partial or even total amputation of tongue or finger occur. Self-inflicted bites are often complicated by secondary infection to the injured site as well as pain. Furthermore tissue loss by biting results in esthetic problems. The dental management of self mutilation includes treatment with appliances such as soft mouth guard or lip bumper, extraction of all the teeth, and orthognathic surgery. We report a case of a 13 year-old boy with Lesch-Nyhan syndrome, who severely injured himself on his tongue. At first, conservative treatment using soft mouth guard was considered, but it could not prevent trauma on his tongue. Therefore, extraction of the lower anterior and posterior teeth was carried out.

        This study was carried out to investigate changes of nucleotide related compounds and sensory property by freshness index of chicken meat during stored at 0, 15 and 30℃. In case of chicken meat stored at 0, 15 and 30℃, ATP+ADP, AMP and IMP was decreased, HxR and Hx was increased gradually. And such situation was higher in high temperature. But the amount of nucleotide related compounds was hard to decide freshness. The result of freshness estimated by sensory score was fresh to 9 days at 0℃, to 3 days at 15℃ and to 18 hours at 30℃ generally.

        상악 유전치부의 치간공간과 인접면 우식에 관한 조사연구

        본 연구는 상악 유전치부의 치간공간과 인접면 우식의 상관관계를 평가해보고자 하였다. 익산에 거주하는 만3-7세의 어린이 555명을 대상으로 하였으며 탐침이 통과하는지 여부로 치간공간이 있음과 없음으로 분류하였고 와동이 형성되었거나 법랑질 표면이 연화되었을 경우 인접면 우식이 존재하는 것으로 판단하였다. 연구 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 상악 유전치부의 치간공간은 영장류 공간이 77.4%, 발육공간이 유측절치와 유중절치 사이에서 54.4%, 양유중절치 사이에서 39.0%로 나타났다. 2. 인접면 우식발생율은 우측유견치가 6.3%, 우측유측절치가 14.7%, 우측유중절치가 33.5%, 좌측유중절치가 33.7%, 좌측유측절치가 16.0%, 좌측유견치가 4.7%로 나타났다. 3. 치간공간의 수가 많을수록 상악 유전치의 우식발생율은 낮아졌으나 그 상관관계(r=0.024)는 미약하였다. 4. 상악 유전치부에 공간이 존재하지 않을 경우 존재할 때 보다 평균 우식발생율이 높았으며, 치간공간이 전혀 존재하지 않는 경우 한 곳이라도 치간공간이 존재하는 경우보다 평균 우식발생율이 2배 이상 높은 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to assess the relationship between interdental spaces and proximal caries in maxillary anterior primary teeth. 555 children aged 3-7 inhabit in Iksan were divided into two groups, depending on the presence of interdental space which was detected by a dental explorer. They were determined to have proximal caries if cavity was formed or the enamel surface was softened. The results were as follows : 1. Regarding interdental spaces, 77.4% had primate spaces; 54.4% had developmental spaces between central and lateral incisor, and 39.0% between central incisors. 2. Interproximal caries incidences in right primary canine, lateral incisor, and central incisor were 6.3%, 14.7%, and 33.5%, respectively. Also interproximal caries incidences in left primary central incisor, lateral incisor, and canine were 33.7%, 16.0%, and 4.7%, respectively. 3. Children with more interdental spaces had less caries incidence, but the relationship was weak(r=-0.024). 4. The mean caries incidence was higher in absence of interdental space of maxillary primary incisors than in presence of space. The mean caries incidence with no interdental space was twice as high as that with presence of interdental space.
