Molecular surface of a protein is one of the most important geometric structures of the protein. Given a molecular surface, various molecular properties such as the area, volume, and density of a protein can be defined. Especially, the volume among the molecular properties is one of the fundamental properties for studying protein docking and folding. This paper presents an efficient and precise algorithm to compute the volume bounded by the molecular surface. It is based on β-complex which is an efficient data structure reflected the size difference among atoms of the protein in Euclidean metric.

이 연구의 목적은 기혼여성의 현재 출산자녀수별로 집단을 구분지어 그들의 출산의지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝히는 것이며, 이를 통해 출산지원정책에 대해 여전히 낮은 수준에 머물러 있는 체감효과를 개선하고, 기혼여성에게 아이를 낳고 싶은 욕구가 발현될 수 있도록 그 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 기혼여성의 출산의지에 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대되는 기혼여성의 인구학적 요인, 가족 가치관 요인, 돌봄 여건 요인, 정책적 요인 등을 도입하여 기혼여성의 출산의지에 관한 통계적 모형을 설정하였으며, 구조방정식모형(SEM)의 다중집단분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 무자녀 기혼여성의 경우, 연령이 적을수록, 부모됨가치가 높을수록, 비용부담이 적을수록, 노동 부담이 적을수록, 정책지지도가 높을수록 출산의지가 강한 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 한자녀 기혼여성의 경우, 연령이 적을수록, 자녀가치가 높을수록, 비용부담이 적을수록, 수혜가능성이 높을수록 출산의지가 강할 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 두자녀 기혼여성의 경우, 연령이 적을수록, 기혼여성의 소득수준이 높을수록, 자녀가치가 높을수록 출산의지가 강하게 나타나는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그러므로 현재 한국사회의 저출산 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 기혼여성의 출산의지에 대한 포괄적인 접근보다는 기혼여성의 현재 출산자녀수에 따라 선택적으로 접근하는 것이 필요하며, 기혼여성의 기회비용에 대한 안정된 사회적 지지가 무엇보다 중요하다고 하겠다. 또한 출산뿐만 아니라 양육에 대한 선택권이 존중되어야 하며, 양육의 선택권에는 아내만이 아니라 남편 역시 존중받을 수 있는 사회적·제도적 뒷받침이 필요하다. 즉 자녀출산과 양육에 대한 책임을 남편과 아내, 즉 부부의 공동책임으로 인식함으로써 사회 구성원 모두가 주된 양육자가 될 수 있다는 인식을 조성하는 것이 기혼여성의 출산의지를 높이는 데 가장 중요한 첫 걸음이 될 것 이다. His study aims to verify the factors affecting the intention of married women to have a child by grouping married women based on the number of children. This study ultimately aims to improve the actual benefits of childbirth support policies, which still remain insignificant, and to develop measures to encourage married women to give birth. According to the above purpose, the statistical model for the intention of married women to have a child was developed and a multi-group analysis of SEM was conducted. The analysis revealed that married childless women have a stronger intention to have a child when they are younger, have a higher value of being a parent, have lower cost burdens, have lower labor burdens, and support policies more strongly. Married women who have one child have a stronger intention to have a second child when they are younger, have a higher value of having a child, have lower cost burdens, and have a higher possibility of receiving policy benefits. Married women who have two children have a stronger intention to have a third child when they are younger, have a higher income, and have a higher value of having a child. The above indicates that there is a need to take a selective approach to the intention of married women to have a child, based on the number of children they currently have while stable social support to cover the opportunity cost of married women is of the greatest importance. In addition, the choice of childcare as well as childbirth should be respected, and there is a need for social and institutional support to respect the choice of childcare of not only married women but their spouses as well.

Objectives: The rate at which the nationwide highway is outsourcing the duties of toll gate cashiers to the public is increasing. The aim of this study is to conduct research on job stress for the rate at which the fares are collected by national highway toll gate cashiers. Methods: The population selected was a statistically significant group making up 10% of the total number of people surveyed in 2015, with a population of approximately 5,495 persons. The sample size is intended to cover the maximum sample size of 550 samples and the maximum number of samples that should be obtained. After allocating the number of samples by quota allocation, the qualitative function of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) was applied by random sampling. Results: Job stress ranked at 46.6 ± 11.5 points was found to be under the stress of 50% reported in other occupations. Job stress items showed higher for “job instability” compared to other types of tasks. Also, it appeared lower in “conflict in relationships.” This is a result of the work characteristics of highway service operators. Conclusions: Time was found to have the highest influence on the workload (β = 0.80, p. 0.001), which calls for a reduction in time and workload. est influence on the workload (β = 0.80, p. 0.001), which requires a reduction in time and workload.

The determination of assembly sequence in general mechanical assemblies plays an important role in terms of manufacturing cost, duration and quality. In the production of ships and offshore plants, the consideration of productivity factors and welding deformation is crucial in determining the optimal assembly sequence. In shipbuilding and offshore industries, most assembly sequence planning has been done according to engineers' decisions based on extensive experience. This may result in error-prone planning and sub-optimal sequence, especially when dealing with unfamiliar block assemblies composed of dozens of parts. This paper presents an assembly sequence planning method for block assemblies. The proposed method basically considers geometric characteristics of blocks to determine feasible assembly sequences, as well as assembly process and productivity factors. Then the assembly sequence with minimal welding deformation is selected based on simplified welding distortion analysis. The method is validated using an asymmetric assembly model and the results indicate that it is capable of generating an optimal assembly sequence.

냉장 및 냉동 후 해동한 돼지 등심육의 저장기간에 따른 품질 변화 연구

This study was conducted to investigate the quality characteristics of fresh meat versus frozen-thawed meat during cold storage. Eight loins were obtained from 4 pigs and four loins from right side were stored at 2℃(control). The other four loins from left side were frozen at -40°C for 24 hours, then thawed with 18°C running tap water(18℃) for about 8 hours and stored at 2℃. And next day, the refrigerated meat and thawed frozen meat were divided into three equal portions and randomly assigned to one of three aging periods(4d, 11d, and 18d). As a result of the analysis, noticeable higher drip loss(p<0.001) and cooking loss(p<0.001) were observed in treatment loins compared to control loins. On the other hand, there were no significant differences in drip loss and cooking loss among aging periods. In addition, there was no significant difference in moisture between treatment and aging. The WBSF value decreased as the aging period increased(p<0.01), and it was higher in treatment loins than control(p<0.05). Where as there was no significant difference in volatile flavor compounds and protein degradation except 2-Decenal, (E)-, Hexadacanal, 2-pentyl furan.
