케이블 구조물에 사용되는 케이블은 길이가 길다는 특징을 갖고 있으므로 케이블의 피로 데이터 처리를 위해서는 일반적으로 구조물을 구성하는 강재 요소에 적용되는 통계모델과는 다른 모델을 적용하는 것이 합리적이라 할 수 있다. 즉 케이블과 같이 길이가 긴 요소에서 피로수명에 크게 영향을 미치는 시편의 길이를 포함할 수 있는 모델, 즉 대수정규분포모델과 기존의 극치분포모델을 길이효과를 고려할 수 있도록 유도하여 기존의 케이블 피로 실험 데이터에 적용해 봄으로써, 케이블이 사용되고 있는 실제 구조물에서 케이블의 피로거동을 예측 또는 평가하는 데에 적합한 모델을 제시한다. The cable in the cable-supported structures is long, therefore it can be reasonable to apply the different models, compared with those used for general steel elements. This paper compares the statistical models with existing cable fatigue data, after deriving the cdf(cumulative distibution function) with modifying the log-normal distribution, the existing extremal distributions so as to include length effect. The paper presents the appropriate model for analyzing and assessing the fatigue behavior of cable which is being used for actual structures.
남북상사중재의 실효성확보를 위한 제도운영의 활성화방안에 관한 연구

The Inter-Korea Arbitration Committee(the Arbitration Committee) should aim to regulate the application of legal standards which are developing in an increasingly commercial disputes in Korea area. The Arbitration Committee is characterized by the gradual recognition of general standards in relation to inter-Korea commercial arbitration procedure. The Arbitration Committee has progressively become an autonomous discipline of the law applicable to the arbitration agreement, which regulates the obligation of the parties to settle inter-trade disputes by their local committee. The commercial arbitration system contributes usefully to the security and expansion of inter-trade. The Arbitration Committee enables the parties to an arbitration to design their arbitral proceedings to suit their particular needs. With regard to the law governing arbitral procedure, this principle grants the parties the power to select suitable procedural rules. The arbitration rules should be applied by arbitrators for its users' application in inter-Korea commercial arbitration. For the local arbitration committee and its users, the arbitration procedure must not only be good but it should also be known or at least easily ascertainable. When parties are trying to agree on a suitable local committee, their counsel yearn for ready access to the local law. If that information is not easily available, it may well be a reason for preferring their local committee. The above considerations suggest certain major conditions that an acceptable practice for inter-Korea commercial arbitration should meet. It should be good quality with solutions that are sound and suitable to the specific needs of inter-Korea arbitration system.

Laser welding process for wing of a guided weapon is studied. Nd;YAG pulse laser beam is used to weld the skin(STS304, thickness: 1mm) to frame(AMS 5398) of wing. Optimal laser welding condition is obtained from the mechanical testing and observation of the welded joint.
인터랙티브 키네틱 아트에서 프랙탈 자기유사성에 대한 연구 -Andreas Muller의 For All Seasons를 중심으로-

본 연구에서는 연구자가 2008년 8월 여름 롯본기에 있는 21_21 Design Sight Gallery에서 만나게 된 인터랙티브 키네틱 작품인 Andreas Muller의 `For All Seasons`를 대상으로 프랙탈 자기유사성(Fractal Self-similarity)에 대한 의미를 탐구하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 만델브로트(Mandelbrot)의 수학적 견지에서 제시된 프랙탈 `자기유사성`이 무엇인지, `인터랙티브 키네틱 아트-Andreas Muller의 For All Seasons`를 통하여 분석 및 정의를 내릴 수 있었다. 인터랙티브 키네틱 아트에서 프랙탈 자기유사성(Self-similarity)은 `무한복제(infinite cloning)·자기조직성(self-organization)·반복(repetition)`에 의해 이루진다. Andreas Muller의 `For All Seasons`에서 플랙탈 자기유사성은 사용자가 마우스 포인트의 조작을 통하여 반복적으로 생성되는 타입(type)을 보게 되는데, 계속 반복되는 타입은 리듬을 형성하고 사용자 의식구조를 활성화 및 확장시켜 창조적 감성E를 얻게 한다. The purpose of this research is to observe the meaning of Fractal Self-similarity with "For All Seasons" of Andrea Muller, the Interactive Kinetics work which was shown on 21_21 Design Sight Gallery at Roppongi in the summer of August, 2008. Consequently, Self-similarity, which was presented by Madelbrot`s mathematical view point as one of attributes of Fractal, could be analyzed and defined through "Interactive Kinetics Art-For All Seasons of Andreas Muller". The fractal Self-similarity in the Interactive Kinetics Art are made by infinite cloning, self-organization and repetition. The Self-similarity in his work allows the users to see the Typo that is created repetitively through mouse operation. This repetitive Typo forms rhythm, and activates and extends the consciousness of the user to get creative emotional Energy.
인터랙티브 키네틱 아트에서 리듬에 대한 연구 -김수정의 "Dots"를 중심으로-

본고는 연구자가 2000년 ``어울림`` 이코그라다 세계그래픽디자인대회에서 김수정의 디지털 도구와 그래픽 디자인의 연계라는 발표 중 접하게 된 인터랙티브 키네틱 아트 작품 ``dots``를 보고 시작하게 된 것이다. 인터랙티브 키네틱 아트에서 ``리듬``이란 무엇인지에 대한 의미를 탐구하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 인터랙티브 키네틱 아트인 감수정의 ``dots``는 Machine, Matrix, Fugue, Shadow, Mobile, Mass, Wheel, Wind의 8개 낱말로 의미론적 카테고리를 이룬다. 각각은 낱말의 의미에 부합되는 시각적 형태의 움직임을 보여준다. 이 움직임에는 작가가 개입하지 않은 우연성이 들어가 있으며 전적으로 사용자 인터랙션 반응에 따라 반응한다. dots를 통한 인터랙티브 키네틱 아트에서 ``리듬``의 정의로 규칙적, 분열과 분산, 질서정연한, 순차성, 포만감, 응집, 서로 붙음, 느리거나 빠르게, 회전, 차가움이 사용자 인터랙션에 대해 반응하기 위한 에너지 발생 원동력임을 알게 되었다. This article started to be written after watching the interactive kinetic artworks ``dots`` during the Kim Soojeong`s presentation of ``The links between the Digital Tools and Graphic Design`` at the ``Oullim`` 2000 ICOGRADA World Graphic Design Congress and has a purpose of exploring the meaning the ``Rhythm`` in the interactive kinetic arts. The interactive kinetic arts ``dots`` of Kim Soojeong makes semantic category with 8 words of Machine, Matrix, Fugue, Shadow, Mobile, Mass, Wheel and Wind. Each shows the visual motion conformed to the meaning of each word. In this motion, the contingency not involved the artist is associated and reacts entirely on the user`s interaction. With the definition of the ``Rhythm`` in the interactive kinetic arts through ``dots``, I realized the regular, splitting and dispersion, orderly, sequentiality, repletion, cohesion, attachment each other, slow or fast, rotation, and coldness are the motive power of energy generation to respond to the user interaction. The laser welding of the car body and components has been spread in the automotive industry. The Nd:YAG laser welding system could be used in 3D welding with robot. However, this system cannot efficiently reduce the welding cycle time according to various welding sequences because the robot's moving time is same that of the resistant spot welding system. But the remote welding system with high power $CO_2$ laser and scanner makes it possible welding cycle time much faster than the robot laser welding system. In the $CO_2$ laser remote welding system, laser beam can be rapidly transferred to a workpiece by moving mirrors of scanner system. So, it makes reducing the cycle time of welding process and shaping various welding patterns easily. Therefore, in this paper, the characteristic of weld strength according to patterns of weld bead on $CO_2$ laser welding was investigated. Also, the relationship between shape of weld bead and value of tensile load was studied. Finally, the optimum remote welding condition for car bumper was investigated.
