        The diagnostic requirements were suggested and explained regarding the systems of differentiation of symptoms and signs in the second year study of standardization and unification of the terms and conditions used for diagnosis in oriental medicine. The systems were as follows; - differential diagnosis according to condition of body fluid, differentiation of syndromes according to the state of qi and blood, differential diagnosis according to relative excessiveness or deficiency of yin and yang(氣血陰陽津液辨證) - differentiation of diseases according to pathological changes of the viscera and their interrelation - analyzing and differentiating of febrile diseases in accordance with the theory of the six channels(傷寒辨證) The individual diagnosis pattern was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name(異名), notion of diagnosis pattern, index of differentiation of symptoms and signs(辨證指標), the main point of diagnosis, analysis of diagnosis pattern(證候分析), discrimination of diagnosis pattern(證候鑑別), a way of curing a diseases(治法), prescription(處方), herb in common use(常用藥物), diseases appearing the diagnosis pattern(常見疾病), documents(文獻調査). This study was carried out on the basis of the Chinese documents and references.

      • 광고에 적용된 심리학적 원리 : 광고사례분석을 중심으로

        The Purpose of this paper was to analysis on commercial advertisement which is applied psychological principles. At first, short review of various psychological principles was presented. Behavioral, cognitive and social psychological principles were included in this short review. On bases of this review, psychological principles were analysed to commercial advertisement case. We knew that many principles were applied to advertisement. In other words, many advertisements were made of psychological principles. The suggestion and problem of this paper was discussed. 본 논문의 목적은 TV, 잡지, 신문과 같은 매체에서 다루어지는 광고에 어떤 심리학적 원리가 적용되었는지를 분석해보는 것이었다. 먼저, 여러 가지 심리학적원리에 대한 간략한 개관을 하였다. 이 개관에는 행동주의 심리학, 인지심리학 및 사회심리학내의 몇 가지 이론이 포함되어 있다. 그런 후에 각각의 광고사례에 어떤 심리학적 원리가 응용되었는지를 분석해보았다. 그 결과 다양한 광고에서 다양한 심리학적 원리가 적용되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 즉, 광고제작자가 알든 모르든 간에 광고는 다양한 심리학적 이론을 기초로 제작되었고, 광고에는 그러한 심리학적 원리가 작용되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 본 논문에서는 단순히 특정 심리학적 원리가 적용된 사례를 찾아 분석해보는 것이었으므로, 특정 광고에 특정 심리학적 원리만 적용된다고 볼 수는 없다. 이러한 점에 대한 간략한 논의를 제시하였다.

      • Fe-Mn-Cr-Co-Si계 형상기억합금의γ-ε-α'마르텐사이트변태 특성에 미치는 결정립크기의 영향

        The effect of grain size on the γ→ε→α' martensitic transformation characteristics in Fe-15Mn- 5Cr-5Co-3Si alloy, which exhibit a one-way type shape memory effect has been examined by X-ray diffraction, microscopy and calorimetry, The stress-induced or thermal α' martensite is not transformed directly from the austenite but is transformed from the ε martensite, α' martensite is found only in the ε martensite plate. During annealing at 650℃, the austenite grain size is refined up to the size of 3㎛ by means of reverse transformation from stress-induced α' martensite to austenite. In case of the specimen annealed below 400℃, hardness is higher than cole worked state. This seems to be attributed to the collision of thermal and stress-induced ε martensite plates. As the grain size increased, martensitic transformation behavior has changed from γ→ε to γ→ε→α' on cooling and Ms(ε) temperature remained almost constant while Ms(α') temperature increased rapidly. Shape memory ability became worse with increasing of grain size. This is due to the formation of thermal martensite and decrease of strength in austenite matrix.

      • Li 화합물을 첨가한 CaSO₄:Dy 열중성자 측정용 TLD 소자 개발

        Personal neutron dosimetry is quite a difficult area because a neutron is always accompanied with gamma radiation, which is required of a capability for mixed field dosimetry. CaSO₄:Dy phosphor is known to have a very high sensitivity to gamma, but the neutron capture cross section of the constituents of CaSO₄:Dy are so small that the interactions between the thermal neutron and the phosphor are rare. One method to improve the neutron interaction is by introducing an impurity ion with a large thermal neutron captures cross section into the phosphor to act as a neutron target centre such as 6Li. In neutron-gamma mixed radiation fields, if two detectors for the 6Li-7Li compounds embedded CaSO₄:Dy TL pellets are used, a 6Li-compound embedded pellet can detect the neutron and gamma radiation together, and the other pellet can only detect the gamma radiation. Recently Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KEARI) has developed a new type of CaSO₄:Dy TL materials embedded with phosphorous (KCT-300) to detect beta and gamma radiation with a very high sensitivity[1]. This paper presents the development of CaSO₄:Dy TL pellets embedded with 6Li compound for a thermal neutron measurement, and the detection method of the neutron and gamma dose in mixed fields with CaSO₄:Dy TL pellets embedded with a 6Li compound(KCT-306) and CaSO₄:Dy TL pellets embedded with a 7Li compound(KCT-307) is introduced. The net neutron sensitivity of CaSO₄:Dy TL pellets embedded with 6Li compound developed in this study is higher than that of the TLD-600 (Harshaw Co.) dosimeter which is available in the open market.

      • 열형광 CaSO₄:Dy 소자의 최적 제조조건에 관한 연구

        An experimental investigation has been performed to determine optimal conditions for preparing the thermoluminescent CaSO4:Dy pellets which have been widely used as personal radiation dosimeter material. Our investigation has shown that an optimal weight concentration of the dopant Dy in the bulk CaSO4:Dy is 0.1 mol%, and an optimal temperature of adding Dy in the preparing process is 320 ℃. An optimal time and temperature for sintering the CaSO4:Dy crystal produced from the chemical process are found to be 2 hours and 800 ℃, respectively. The maximum thermoluminescent sensitivity was observed when the CaSO4:Dy crystal was pulverized to grain sizes of 63 - 200 ㎛ in diameter before being fabricated into pellets. The commercial Teflon was selected as an adhesive for the fabrication of the CaSO4:Dy pellets with an optimal mixing ratio of the Teflon and CaSO4:Dy being 70 to 30 in weight.

      • 고감도 CaSO_4 : Dy TL 분말의 TL 특성 및 고감도 TL 소자 제작 Dy TL powder and development of high sensitivity CaSO_4 Dy TL pellet

        CaSO_4 : Dy series TL material is widely used as a personal dosimeter because of its high sensitivity to radiation. KAERI(Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute) has been produced CaSO_4 TL powder activated by Dy(rare earth elements) for several years and continually tried to improve its sensitivity having more than that of commercialized Teledyne CaSO_4 : Dy TL powders(USA). The TL powder is prepared by adding 0.1mol% Dy as an activator and by the acid evaporation method at first. And new step of washing this powder by distil-water is appended to separate non-crystalized powder in the initial crystal of CaSO_4 : Dy powder. CaSO_4 : Dy crystal TL powder which is produced by applying this new method has higer sensitivity than before washing step, and it has also higher sensitivity than that of Teledyne CaSO_4 : Dy TL powder. This CaSO_4 : Dy TL powder shows good TL characteristics such as dose response, energy response and fading. It is not possible to make solid detectors of only CaSO_4 : Dy TL phosphor without any binding material. Until now widely used sintered pellets. which were made from a mixture of CaSO_4 : Dy TL phosphor and Teflon. But, due to reduction in content of CaSO_4 : Dy TL phosphor in pellets(15∼20wt%) the TL sensitivity of pellets was reduced correspondingly. To variously use the CaSO_4 : Dy TL phosphor, research for preparing detectors by mixing CaSO_4 : Dy TL phosphor with different binding substances has been conductedThis paper described development of a new type of CaSO_4 : Dy pellets by using P-compounds as a bonding material(KCT-300), and compared the TL sensitivity with that of the commercialized Teledyne CaSO_4 : Dy pellets. Sensitivity of a new developed KCT-300 shows about 6 times than Teledyne ones, and can be used to measure very low radiation dose.

      • Austenitic Stainless Steel의 應力腐蝕龜裂에 關하여 : 沸騰 MgCl₂溶液의 濃度變化를 中心으로

        Stress corrosion cracking (SCC) of austenitic stainless steels has been investigated for several concentrations of boiling MgCl₂solutions. The cracking mode of austenitic stainless steels was investigated for several concentrations of boiling MgCl₂solutions by microscopy. The tests were conducted on stressed U-bend specimens cut from sheets. Both the periods of induction and propagation were determined by measuring the crack depth of the specimens for several concentrations of boiling MgCl₂solutions, and the mechanism was discuesed. The results obtained are as follows: 1) SCC occurs at the region of stress concentration, and it is always perpendicular to the direction of tensile stress. 2) As the concentration of boiling MgCl₂solution increases, SCC is mainly transgranular. Conversely, as the concentration of boiling MgCl₂solution decreases, SCC is intergranular. 3) As the concentration of boiling MgCl₂solution increases, the induction period increases and the propagation period decreases. Therefore, as the induction period increases, the propagation period decreases. 4) Time to failure shows a minimum at 140-150℃, and it increases below and/or above 140-150℃.

      • 사질토지반 앵커식 널말뚝 설계를 위한 흙막이 해석법 적용에 관한 연구

        The sheet-pile wall has been generally used as a temporary retaining structure when the underground excavation is performed. The design parameters of sheet-pile wall are penetration depth, anchor pull and maximum bending moment. It was compared the methods of conventional design, using the design charts and bracing system design by analyzing and estimating the design parameters of sheet-pile wall in sand. It was suggested that can be applied the bracing system analysis method to the designing the sheet-pile wall.

      • 자궁 경부의 상피내암, 침윤이 있는 상피내암과 침윤성 편평상피암에서 p53, Ki-67 및 HER-2/neu의 표출 양상

        To observe the expression of p53, Ki-67 and HER-2/neu in uterine cervical lesions, such as 10 cases of carcinoma in situ(CIS), 7 cases of carcinoma in situ with stromal invasion and 8 cases of invasive squamous cell carcinoma without carcinoma in situ, and to evaluate the corrleationship between results, the author has been carried out immunohistochemical staining with monoclonal antibodies to p53, Ki-67 and HER-2/neu. So, following results are obtained. 1. The p53 show negative reaction in all cases of CIS, and similar patterns in CIS with stromal invasion and invasive squamous cell carcinoma. 2. Ki-67 show high proliferation pattern in all cases and the basal cell show proliferating activity. 3. HER-2/neu show higher score in area of CIS than invasive area in stroma. 4. The stain pattern of HE-2/neu and p53 appeared to be inverse proportion to each other
