      • 교감신경효능 자극제 및 억제제가 흰쥐 악하선 세포의 전해질이동에 미치는 영항에 관한 연구

        This experiment was performed to elucidate the effect of adrenergics and adrenergic receptor blockers on the release of K^+ ion from rat submaxillary gland. Rats of both sexes were anesthesized by intraperitoneal injection of 25% Urethan (0.5㎖/100gm weight). The segment of submaxillary gland were isolated and slices were prepared by placing the and in a parafilm sheet and cutting with a sharp scalpel blade into pieces of approximately 1㎣. The cut slices were immediately places in perspex bath containing 2.5㎖ of K.H.S. each slice system was washed once with 2.5㎖ of fresh K.H.S and finally placed in 2.5㎖ of K.H.S. for final incubation. The entire procedure was carried out in oxygenated medium kept at 37℃. Incubation times were usually 10 minutes but were prolonged to 30 minutes in some systems. The K^+ concentration in K.H.S by adrenergics and adrenergic blockers were determined with flame photometer using a lithium internal standard. The results were as follows. 1. Stimulating the adrenergic receptor occurs the release of K^+ on the submaxillary gland in Vitro. 2. Stimulating the βadrenergic receptor by isoprogrenol did not occur the release of K^+ and propranolol which was specific βadrenergic blocker did not convert the effect of K^+ release by epinerhrine. 3. K^+ efflux from submaxillary gland was blocked by prazosin which was specific α, adrenergic receptor blocker and yohimbine which was specific α_2 adrenergic blocker, and prazosin was more potent than yohimbine.

        In order to development new cephalosporin antibiotics 7β[(z)-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-(methoxyimino)acetamido]-3-[5-(1,5-dimethyl-2-pyrroletetrazol-2-yl]methyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid(9) and 7β-[(z)-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-(methoxyimi no) acetamido]-3-[5-naphthyltetrazol-2-yl]methyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid(10) were synthesized. These compounds were tested for antimicrobial activities in vitro against Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Micrococcus luteus ATCC 9341, Mycobacterium phlei IFO 3158, Alcaligenes faecalis KCTC 1004, Escherichia coli 8S, Salmonella typimurium KCTC 1925, Pseudomonas aeruginosa IFO 13130, Klebsiella pneumoniae KCTC 1560 and Candida albicans ATCC 10231, respectively. Compound(10) showed good antimicrobial activities against Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Micrococcus luteus ATCC 9341 and Mycobacterium phlei IFO 3158 but compound(9) showed lower antimicrobial activities as compare with cefotaxime and cefazolin.

      • 콘크리트의 壓縮强度에 미치는 굵은 골재 크기의 영향에 관한 基礎的 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to research an effect of aggregate size on the compressive strength of concrete. Tests were, therefore, made in sixteen classes of concrete : maximum aggregate sizes of 5, 10, 20, 30^mm with water cement rations of 40% and 60% and with AEA°cement rations of 0.00% and 0.03% for each maximum aggregate size. The results of this experiment are showing the fellowing tendency. 1. Generally, with the range of this experiment program, the smaller maximum aggregate size becomes, the higher the compressive strength of concrete gets. 2. The decreasing tate of the compressive strength of concrete gets higher in lean mix concrete than in rich mix concrete at each age. 3. The compressive strength of concrete is developed faster with not only the increase of maximum aggregate size but also the decrease of water cement ratio. And it shows that the rate of the compressive strength development is higher in AE concrete in spite of water cement ratio.

      • 굴곡진 보강섬유를 가진 두꺼운 복합재료의 인장/압축 재료특성에 관한 연구

        An analytical constitutive model is proposed to predict the elastic nonlinear behavior of composite materials with fiber waviness under tensile/compressive loadings. The unidirectional composite materials with uniform, graded and localized fiber waviness are studied. Complementary strain energy and incremental method are used to incorporate the material and geometrical nonlinearities due to fiber waviness. The predictions show that the degree of fiber waviness significantly affects the elastic properties as well as the nonlinear elastic behaviors of composite materials.

      • Asphalt로 피복된 Portland Cement를 使用한 Concrete의 諸性質

        The construction works with concrete has the potential problems of water tightness. The conventional treatments for water-tight concrete are not satisfactory in terms of strength and water tightness. This study was to investigate the effects and application of the asphalt-coated portland cement on water-proof of the concrete and its influences on the physical properties of the concrete. The asphalt-coated portland cement, which is hereafter referred to as ACPC, was made by coating ordinary portland cement with asphalt in the rate of weight ranging from 0.5 to 1.0 percent. In this process, Calcium Chloride and Sodium Silicate were tried as the hardening time accelerator for producing ACPC, and carbon black, talc and other materials were tested for their effectiveness as pore filler. The specimens were prepared and tested with the various amounts of additives as a variable factor to find the optimum material. The analysis was mainly focused at water tightness, physical properties of the concrete and working conditions. The major findings of this experiment are as follows ; 1) Water-proof Test ① The specimens of ACPC and ordinary portland cement(OPC) were tested under the pressures of 3 and 9 kilograms per square centimeter per 24hours respectively and compared. The OPC specimens showed considerable amount of leakaged water while the ACPC specimens were rated lower permeabilities of 89%/28days, 40%/56days and21%/84days under the abovementioned pressure conditions. The most successful composition for water-proof was identified as ACPC added with Calcium Chloride and carbon black. ② The ACPC demonstrated its superiority in absorption test. The absorption amount of OPC for l hour was greater than that of ACPC for 24hours. 2) Compressive Strength Test Four kinds of specimens of ACPC aging 7, 28, 56 and 84days were tested and compared for their respective results of OPC. The ACPC added with carbon black was lower than OPC in compressive strength in the case of curing ages of 7 and 28days but ACPC was superior to the OPC in the specimens aging 56 and 84days. The ACPC added with others except carbon black exposed their lower compressive strength in all circumstances compared with the OPC specimens. 3) Slump Test The slump of ACPC with various additives such as carbon black, talc or clay was 21.6 centimeter which was higher than the OPC of 18.4centimeter slump. This result concluded that ACPC was much favorable in workability in comparison with that of the OPC. The conclusions are summarized as follows; 1) The optimum mixture for water tightness and compressive strength of concrete was found at 0.5% of SACPC, Calcium Chloride and carbon black respectively at the rate of the weight of cement.

In this research, It is presented and implemented an FMS(Facility Management System) for efficient management of the ground and underground facilities on a campus. This studies is computerized the drawings, protocols. and ledgers. It is used a GIS(Geographic Information System) to get the geographical information of facilities The data more efficiently could be search and update on this system . The decision making process understanding the present facility condition, and analyzing the condition of location could be performed easily by the GUI(Graphic User Interface) of the system

        Population concentration phenomenon of city needs large-scale nde, and It is important elements that develop the circumference but, it is difficult to evaluate effects that ride gets land utilization change. Therefore, this research evaluates change and effect of land utilization as political to subway station that is main ride of Seoul City, and chose standard and position for night place arrangement of electric railway station. Research contents analyzed subway station effect area interior and external land utilization change taking advantage of GIs's buffer function and RS's classification technique, and decide precedence at subway station establishment and chose position of subway station for effect area outside area.
