본고는 최근 급성장하고 있는 금융 테크놀로지 벤처와 플랫폼(핀테크)을 통한 기존 금융 서비스 분야 진출에 대해 또 아시아의 전통적인 금융업이 직면한 경쟁과 과제에 대해 논의를 전개할 것이다. 그 중에서도 특히 핀테크가 ASEAN 경제공동체(AEC) 및 중국 일대일로 이니셔티브(BRI) 등 지역경제 통합 이니셔티브에 어떤 영향을 미칠지 분석한다. 이 글의 첫 번째 주제는 핀테크의 아시아 지역 융자와 지불활동 영향력에 대한 것이다. 새로운 기술들이 시장에 등장함으로써 은행의 손해 수준과 새로운 서비스에 대한 규제 적용, 포괄적이고 안정적인 금융 시스템을 구축하기 위한 구체적인 전략에 초점을 맞춘다. 본고는 이와 같은 시대적 배경을 바탕으로 노동조합이 자신의 존재의의를 유지하고 새로운 체계를 네비게이트하는 전략을 수립하여 새로운 부가가치를 제공하는 서비스에서 기회를 창출함으로써 노조를 강화하는 것이 노조의 새로운 역할이라고 기술하였다. 마지막으로, 정부, 민간 섹터, 사용자, 감독기관, 국내/해외 금융기관에 대한 결론 및 제언으로서, 핀테크가 시스템 전체에 영향을 미치는 리스크를 인식하고 ASEAN지역의 금융 서비스 산업의 안전과 안정을 실현하기 위해서는, 이노베이션에 대응한 규제가 필요함을 강조하고 결론으로 하고자 한다. This paper will discuss the recent rapid growth of financial technology ventures and advance into the existing financial services sector through platforms (Fintech), as well as the competition and challenges faced by the traditional financial industry in Asia. In particular, it analyzes how Fintech will affect regional economic integration initiatives such as ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) and China One Belt and One Road Initiative (BRI). The first topic of this article is about the impact of Fintech’s financing and payment activities in Asia. As new technologies appear in the market, the focus is on the level of damage to banks, the application of regulations on new services, and specific strategies for building a comprehensive and stable financial system. In this paper, the new role of the union is to strengthen the union by creating opportunities in services that provide new value-added by establishing a strategy for the union to maintain its own significance and navigate a new system based on such a historical background. It was described as. Finally, as conclusions and recommendations for the government, the private sector, users, supervisors, and domestic/overseas financial institutions, we recognize the risks that Fintech affects the entire system and realize the safety and stability of the financial service industry in the ASEAN region. In order to do so, I would like to emphasize and conclude that there is a need for regulation in response to innovation.
Enhanced Road Boundary and Obstacle Detection Using a Downward-Looking LIDAR Sensor

<P>Detection of road boundaries and obstacles is essential for autonomous vehicle navigation. In this paper, we propose a road boundary and obstacle detection method using a downward-looking light detection and ranging sensor. This method extracts line segments from the raw data of the sensor in polar coordinates. After that, the line segments are classified into road and obstacle segments. To enhance the classification performance, the estimated roll and pitch angles of the sensor relative to the scanning road surface in the previous time step are then used. The classified road line segments are applied to track the road boundaries, roll, and pitch angles by using an integrated probabilistic data association filter. The proposed method was evaluated with the autonomous vehicle A1, which was the winner of the 2010 Autonomous Vehicle Competition in Korea organized by the Hyundai-Kia automotive group. The proposed method using the estimated roll and pitch angles can detect road boundaries and roadside, as well as road obstacles under various road conditions, including paved and unpaved roads and intersections.</P>
Numerical Simulation of Methane Slip in Dual Fuel Marine Engines

The methane slip is the problematic issue for the engines using natural gas(NG). Because methane is more powerful greenhouse gas (GHG) than CO₂, understanding of the methane slip during gas exchange process of the engines is essential. In this study, the influence of the gas pipe geometry and the valve timings on the methane slip was investigated. MAN L28/32DF engine was modeled to simulate the gas exchange process of the four stroke NG-diesel dual fuel engines. The mesh size of the model was decided based on the sensitivity study on the peak pressure of the cylinder and the fuel mass estimations. The simulations with various gas pipe geometries were conducted. It seemed that the effect of the change in injection direction is more dominant than the change in the gas hole configuration. The favorable injection direction for minimum amount of methane slip was discovered as the direction which helps developing the flow of methane far from the exhaust ports. The effects of various valve tuning settings were also simulated. The advancement of the exhaust valve closing was more efficient than the retardation of the intake valve opening. A little retardation of the intake valve opening even resulted in the increase of the amount of methane slip.
A new method for monitoring an OLED panel for lighting by sensing the wave-guided light

In this work, we report on a new monitoring method for an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) panel for lighting by optical sensing of the wave-guided light in the substrate. Using microlens array films, the wave-guided light was extracted into the edge or back side of the panel to be monitored by a photodiode. The luminance of the extracted light was measured as linearly proportional to the front light. Thus, by converting the extracted light into photo voltage, monitoring the luminance change occurring in the OLED is possible. Based on the results and concepts, we have proposed a photodiode-equipped driving circuit which can generate compensated driving current for uniform luminance of OLED panels.
Invulnerable negative compatibility effect for direction of colored double-headed arrows

이중 부등호를 이용한 여러 실험을 통해 부적 일치 효과(negative compatibility effect: NCE)가 일관적으로 관찰되었다. 그러나 왜 이 현상이 발생하는가에 대해서는 몇 가지 서로 다른 가설이 제기되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 부적 일치 효과의 발생 원인으로 가정되어 온 자동 억제, 정보의 업데이트 및 하향적 통제 등과 같은 요인들의 타당성을 확인하고자 하였다. 색이 다른 이중 부등호로 구성된, 차폐된 점화자극과 목표자극의 배열에 대해서 목표자극인 부등호의 방향에 대해 판단하는 경우에, 참가자들은 부등호의 방향과 손의 반응이 일관적인 과제 (실험 1), 부등호의 방향과 손의 반응이 반대인 과제 (실험 2)에서는 물론, 색 반응 과제 (실험 3) 에서도 방향에 근거한 부적 일치 효과를 나타냈다. 이 결과는 부적 일치효과의 주된 원인이 지각적 우세성이나 자극과 반응 사이의 본질적 속성에서 기인할 수 있음을 시사한다. Researchers have shown the negative compatibility effect (NCE) consistently using arrows. However, they provided inconsistent interpretations about the reason why the NCE happens. The purpose of the present study is to test the factors suggested to be critical for the NCE including automatic inhibition, updated information and top-down control. Presented with arrays of masked prime and targets composed of colored double-headed arrows, participants demonstrated invulnerable NCE on the basis of direction of arrows in the judgment of direction with corresponding hands (Experiment 1), with reverse-mapping hands (Experiment 2) and even in the color-judgment task (Experiment 3). These results imply that the main sources of NCE might be perceptual dominance and inherent properties of stimuli and responses; this contrasts with previously proposed explanations.
