본 논문에서는 기존 온톨러지를 가공하여 용도에 맞게 변환하는 방안을 모색하였다. 변환방법으로서는 범주정보 단순화와 구체화를 고안하였다. 이 각각은 다시 범주표제와 기저범주를 이용한 방법으로 나누어 생각하였다. 또한 상이한 범주집합들 사이의 관계를 밝히는 방법도 도출하였다. 정립한 변환 방법론을 활용하여, (1) Roget 시소러스로부터 7개의 범주로 구성된 '이야기 분석용 온톨러지'[32]의 원형을 구축하였고, (2) 이미 알려진 22가지 멀티미디어 게임 흡인요소를 바탕으로 세분화된 흡인요소 207가지를 발견할 수 있었으며[35], 그리고 (3) 10개의 심소와 22가지 멀티미디어 게임 흡인요소 사이의 관계를 밝혀낼 수 있었다[36]. This paper introduces a methodology of transforming an existing ontology into the one that satisfies its application. The transformation consists of simplification and realization of word category information. They are based on category headings and base categories. Furthermore, this paper describes a method by which we can identify relationships between category sets. Through the transformation, (1) Roget's thesaurus is reorganized into 7 categories and the base of 'Ontology for Narrative'[32], (2) 22 immersion factors of multimedia games can be subdivided into 207 factors in [35], and (3) the relationships between 10 mental factors and 22 immersion factors of multimedia games are identified in [36].

As society becomes more complex and nuclear families are increased by innovation of science and technology, many accidents like fire and robbery happen frequently leaving factory, shop and house empty. The necessity of a system that immediately alarms accidents taking place in the empty factory, shop and house, that enables to take necessary measures on the accidents to reduce the damages, is urgently raised. To meet such a need the automatic alarm device using speech synthesis is developed. According to the results of simulation verifying the validity of this system, the sensor of which radius and angle is 10[m]and 80˚respectively can detect the emergency and the system using this sensor can inform emergency signal to the reserved place very well.

<P>Upgrading low-rank coal (LRC) through various strategies is always an important issue. Here, we report the production of hybrid coals and an evaluation of their characteristics for use as a fuel in power plants. The hybrid coals (HCKs) were prepared by a combination of drying and biomass impregnation into an Indonesian LRC followed by a precarbonization process. We used a top-spray fluidized-bed reactor for drying, biomass impregnation, and precarbonization to produce hybrid coals that have improved fuel characteristics in terms of heating value, moisture readsorption, and combustion patterns. A systematic study reveals that experimental parameters, such as a bed temperature, bioliquid spraying procedure, and precarbonization temperature strongly influence the characteristics of the resulting hybrid coal, meaning that they have an important role in upgrading LRC. In particular, the hybrid coal prepared by a process of simultaneous drying and bioliquid spraying followed by precarbonization at 200-300 degrees C showed high contents of fixed carbon, an improved heating value, lower moisture adsorption, and single combustion patterns in which the characteristics were dramatically upgraded for practical use as a fuel in power plants. In addition, the simultaneous process using a fluidized-bed reactor has great potential because it can achieve process simplification, reduce manufacturing costs, and handle coal particles easily.</P>
