Because history is not something that is different from the proposition that the questionis why does history have to learn all those sleep study history. Easy to talk to and have fun while we all agree the truth, it would be the history of all of us.

This paper studied the core competencies and core topics of history education that should be emphasized in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. In the 4th Industrial Revolution, humanities, especially history and history education, should be studied and educated at the natural and cosmic levels beyond the center of human nature. As suggested by WEF, OECD, UNESCO, DeSeCo, and P21, education that develops creative capabilities should be more critical in the era of the fourth industrial revolution, emphasizing only competency-oriented education. However, some limitations do not mention how competence is formed and developed and how the student development process and competency building relate. It should be very vigilant, as there will be many risks of subordinating competency education if the provision of future societies determines core competencies. Competent scholar Charles Fadel et al. mentioned 4C in 2009 in the 21st Century Skills, which is essential to accept. It is because not only core competencies but also traditional knowledge bases are needed. This knowledge base is the core theme, the traditional historical knowledge, the present writer means. History education should also be taught not only by the core capabilities required by a future society based on the educational ideology and human image that the future requires but also by the core facts, which are traditional historical facts based on existing knowledge.
근적외선 분광분석법을 이용한 열수탄화 강제냉각 공정을 거친 리그닌 바이오챠 분석

열수탄화 후 강제냉각 공정을 통해 크라프트 리그닌 바이오챠를 제조하고 근적외선(Near Infrared ray, NIR)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 크라프트 리그닌을 증류수 140ml와 각각 2.8g, 5.6g, 8.4g(질량비 1:50, 2:50, 3:50)으로 혼합하여 가열 용기에서 200°C로 1시간, 2시간, 3시간, 5시간, 10시간 동안 가열하였다. 반응 과정에서는 온도와 전력량을 시간에 따라 기록하였다. 가열 후 생성물은 얼음물을 이용하여 식힌후 감압 여과한 뒤 항온항습기에서 60°C로 건조하였다. 이후 막자사발을 이용하여 곱게 갈아 20°C, 60RH% 조건에서 바이알에 보관하였다. 공정을 거친 리그닌 시료는 성분 분석, BET, SEM, NIR 분광분석을 통해 분석하였다. 획득된 NIR spectrum은 Unscrambler X 프로그램을 이용하여 SNV, Savitzky-Golay 2nd derivatives 수학 전처리 후 성분 분석, BET, SEM 분석 결과와 비교·분석되었다. 열수처리 유무 여부에대한 판정과 원소분석을 통해 얻은 탄소비율 추정을 부분최소자승법으로 분석한 결과 R-square 값이 각각 0.93과 0.91로 높은 정확도를 보였다. 1400-1500nm 파장대 등에서의 NIR 스펙트럼 피크값의 감소를 통해리그닌 작용기변화가 감지되었다. 본 연구에서 시도된 NIR 분광분석법에 의해 신속하고 비파괴적인 리그닌 열수처리 유무 여부 판정과 원소 함량비 검량이 기대된다.

<P>In Burkholderia species, the production of oxalate, an acidic molecule, is a key event for bacterial growth in the stationary phase. Oxalate plays a central role in maintaining environmental pH, which counteracts inevitable population-collapsing alkaline toxicity in amino acid-based culture medium. In the phytopathogen Burkholderia glurnae, two enzymes are responsible for oxalate production. First, the enzyme oxalate biosynthetic component A (ObcA) catalyzes the formation of a tetrahedral C6-CoA adduct from the substrates acetyl-CoA and oxaloacetate. Then the ObcB enzyme liberates three products from the C6-CoA adduct: oxalate, acetoacetate, and CoA. Interestingly, these two stepwise reactions are catalyzed by a single bifunctional enzyme, Obc1, from Burkholderia thailandensis and Burkholderia pseudornallei. Obc1 has an ObcA-like N-terminal domain and shows ObcB activity in its C-terminal domain despite no sequence homology with ObcB. We report the crystal structure of Obcl in its apo and glycerol-bound form at 2.5 A and 2.8 A resolution, respectively. The Obcl N-terminal domain is essentially identical both in structure and function to that of ObcA. Its C-terminal domain has an alpha/beta hydrolase fold that has a catalytic triad for oxalate production and a novel oxyanion hole distinct from the canonical HGGG motif in other a/0 hydrolases. Functional analyses through mutagenesis studies suggested that His -934 is an additional catalytic acid/base for its lyase activity and liberates two additional products, acetoacetate and CoA. These results provide structural and functional insights into bacterial oxalogenesis and an example of divergent evolution of the a/13 hydrolase fold, which has both hydrolase and lyase activity.</P>
초음파피로시험법을 이용한 엔지니어링 플라스틱(POM)의 내구성평가

Due to the extensive long service life for automotive components, the behavior of very high cycle fatigue(VHCF) is gained attention. For this reason, the newly developed piezoelectric ultrasonic fatigue test (UFT) system by Mbrosiatec Co. Ltd<SUP>1</SUP> is used to investigate the high cycle fatigue (HCF) strength of Engineering Plastic(EP). The plate-shaped specimens are investigated in the range of 10<SUP>6</SUP> to 10<SUP>9</SUP> cycles at room temperature under completely reversed loading conditions R=-1. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) analysis revealed that failures occur right up to the high cycle regime, with the fractures being found to initiate from the surface unlike in EP. In addition, SEM micrographs showed that micro-dimples were transformed. Additionally, this test method can be applicable on commercialized parts of automotive and rail road which are required high cycle fatigue. In addition, SEM micrographs showed that micro-dimples were transformed into EP fracture.
