남성 성기자해는 매우 드물다. 저자들은 부엌칼로 자신의 성기를 자른 29세 미혼 남자 정신분열병 환자에 대한 사례를 기술하였다. 환자는 9년 전에 농약을 먹고 자살을 기도한 기왕력이 있다. 저자들은 환자의 자해행동은 오랫동안 해온 자위행위에 대한 죄책감을 속죄하기 위한 불완전한 자살 기도로 이해하였고 매춘부와의 성경험에서 반복된 조루증으로 인하여 생긴 무가치감 때문에 행하여 졌을 것으로 결론을 내렸다. 환자는 그런 일이 있은 후에 곧 안정되었고 성기 상실에 대하여 후회하지 않았다. 합병증 없이 성기는 복원되었고, 기능적으로나 구조적으로 거의 회복되었다. 환자의 자해행동이 정신병적, 상태와 우울증 상태에서 일어났음에 틀림없다는 것을 시사한다. 환자의 핵심 감정은 허전한 느낌이고 일생을 통하여 감정적으로 부모 박탈을 경험하였을 것이고 부모에 대한 거대한 적대감을 갖고 있다고 생각한다. 앞으로 저자들은 자위행위에 대한 죄책감을 덜어주고 정신역동적 지지 정신치료와 정신약물치료, 적절한 성교육과 성치료, 가족치료 등을 환자에게 제공하여야 할 것이다. Male genital self-mutilation is very uncommon. We describe a 29-year-old single man with schizophrenia who cut off his penis with a kitchen knife and nine year ago attempted suicide with agricultural chemical. We concluded this act of self-muntilation may be understood as an attempted partial suicide to atone for guilt feeling about longstanding masturbation and be done owing to the feeling of worthiessness as a result of repeated premature ejaculations in sexual relationship with prostitutes. After the act the patient relived soon and did not regret the loss of his penis. Successful reunion was possible and there are no complications, and his penins was almost recovered functionally and structurally. We suggest that the act of self-mufilation must have been done in both psychotic and depressed state. We think his nuclear emotion is the feeling of emptiness, and so he has experienced emotionally parental deprivation through life and got the huge hostility to his parents. And give him psychodynamically oriented supported supportive psychotherapy, psychopharmacotherapy, apprepriate sex education and sex therapy, family therapy, and so on

A case of partent urachus is presented with its review of literatures. It is the second case reported in Korea, the first case reported by Yonsei University. Medical School in June, 1960. It was associated with other congenital anomalies such as agenesis of gher left kidney, ureter and trigon of the bladder, and tuberculous infection in the urachus. Embryologically, it is considered that the urachus is probably originated from the cloaca rather than allantois.

試驗管 培養法에 의한 緬羊 胃腸內 線蟲類 感染率의 推移에 關한 硏究

Followed on the first survey in 1974, infection rates and mixed infection of gastro-intestinal nematodes in 215 sheep which were fed in the Unbong Branch farm of National Breading Center were examined by the culture of fecal samples. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. Eleven species of nematodes were detected in the samples collected from 215 sheep and infection rates of each worm were Bunostomum trigonocephalum 1.86%, Chabertia ovina 4.19%, Hemonchus contortus 3.73%, Nematodirus filicollis 4.65%, Nematodirus spathiger 7.44%, Oesophagostomum colmbianum 3.26%, Strongyloides papillosus 1.86%, Thichostrongylus axei 12.09%, and Trichostrongylus vitrinus 3.26%. 2. In the state of mixed infection, single infection was 14.42%, double infection was 9.77%, triple infection was 2.79%, and quadruple infection was 2.79%.

인플루엔자 바이러스의 Neuraminidase 抗原分析

1.The influenza virus strains isolated in Korea in 1971 and 1972 were experimented for their antigenic analysis by Neuraminidase-Inhibition test. 2.A/NWS(H0N2), a variant strain of A/Pa/8/34(H0N1) was used as a N2 reference virus strain and A/0318(H0N2), a recombinant strain of AJNWS(H0N2) and A/Aichi/2/68 (H3N2) was used as a Na reference virus strain. Strain specific antisera were prepared in adult chicken in which H-I titer of 1 : 2048 or more were used as for reference antisera. 3.The obtained results of the tests are summarized as follows : all the methods used in the tests were followed by standard methods of Center far Disease Control in USA. a) Neuraminidase assay tests ; The virus dilution numbers corresponding to O.D. 0.850 of each strains were 1 : 8.5 in NWS(H0N1),1 :10 in 0318(H0N2), 1 :14 in A/Korea/71 and 1 : 7.4 in A/Korea/72. b) Neuraminidase-Inhibition tests ; The titers of 70% neuraminidase-inhibition activity of each antiserum against corresponding antigens were indicated in the following table. ◁표 삽입▷ (원문을 참조하세요) 4.As shown in the above table, it was identified that A/Korea/71 and A/Korea/72, isolated strains were belonged to N2 subtype of Influenza A.

A peripheral T-cell lymphoma with a high content of epithelioid cells-an entity that reveals morphologic and clinical characteristics resembling those seen in angio-immunoblastic lymphadenopathy(AILD)-was separated from lymhoepithelioid cell lymphoma(Lennert' slymphoma, or LeL). It was considered a variant of the AILD type of peripheral T-cell lymphoma. AILD-PTCLep and LeL share so much similarities, clinically and morphologically, that they can't be differentiated each other. We experienced a case of AILD-PTCLep confirmed by a panel of immunohistochemistry and reviewed the differential points between the LeL.

한국 담수산 납작거머리과(거머리강 : 인두거머리목) 2미기록종에 대한 분류학적 연구

한국 담수산 거머리류에 대한 분류학적 연구의 일환으로 1989년 3월부터 9월까지 경상북도 일대에서 채집 동정된 종류중 납작거머리과의 Glossiphonia weberi 납작거머리와 Hemiclepsis japonica 곤봉납작거머리는 한국미기록종이었다. The taxonomic study of freshwater leeches were conducted on materials collected in Kyungsangbuk-do during the period from March to September, 1989. Two species of leeches in Glossiphoniidae are identified and they are new records to South Korea; Glossiphonia weberi, Hemiclepsis japonica.
