大學生의 營養實態에 關한 調査硏究[1] : 1981年度 大邱保健專門大學 新入生을 對象으로 Especially on the Freshman in 1981
朴善燮 대구보건대학 1981 대구보건대학 論文集 Vol.5 No.-
With a view to investigating the state of physical structure and nourishment of the freshmen students, total 632 freshmen students(334 boys and 298 girls in Dae Gu Health junior college students) height, weight, chest and sitting height were measured. On the basis of these data, various kinds of numerical index were calculated. The Conclusions of this paper are as below. (1) Status of growth ① average heigh 167.67±4.54 157.74±4.58 ② average weight 58.59±5.08 49.91±4.29 ③ average chest 88.59±5.0 82.41±3.42 ④ average sitting height 90.71±3.47 82.95±3.45 (2) Index of physical structure ① comparative weight 34.36 ② comparative chest 52.81 52.25 ③ comparative sitting height 54.07 52.58 ④ Ro¨hrer index 1,199 1,271 ⑤ Kaup index 2,048 2,003 (3) Vervaeck index marks under 90 which means the state of nourishment is not so sufficient. (4) Averge nutrition index is as below Male 87.73, Female 83.88
Design and Implementation of Tangible Interface Using Smart Puck System

In this paper, we propose a novel tangible interface system whose system does not use the expensive hardware is introduced. This proposed tangible interface is used on the table top capacitive multi touch-screen. The tangible interface apparatus which is called smart puck has sanguine arduino compatible board. The board has a Cds photo-sensing sensor and the EPP8266 WiFi module. The Cds sensor decodes the photometric PWM signals from the system and sends corresponding information to the system via TCP/IP. The system has a server called MT-Server to communicate with the smart pucks. The tangible interface shows reliable operation with fast response that is compatible to the expensive traditional devices in the market.

With the 4th Industrial Revolution, the battlefield environment has shifted to network-oriented, and the need for M & S(Modeling & Simulation) is increasing day by day. In the current environment where the development costs of the advanced weapon system and the training cost increase rapidly and the complexity of design, test evaluation and production increases, M & S can effectively reduce time and cost by reducing the risk of development failure have. However, in the case of training contents using M & S, the sense of user immersion is low. In this paper, we propose a training system using virtual reality technology which can maximize immersion through interaction and complement the limitations of existing training methods. The designed training system is designed with mission editor, instructor control system, situation display, simulation of the fighting and experience of the equipment operation procedure. More intensive training than existing M & S is possible.

Purpose: To investigate the association between necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) and red blood cell transfusions in very low birth weight (VLBW) preterm infants. Methods: We studied were 180 VLBW preterm infants who were admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit of CHA Gangnam Hospital from January of 2006 to December of 2009. The subjects were divided into 2 groups: an NEC group (greater than stage II on the modified Bell's criteria) and a control group (less than stage II on the modified Bell's critieria). We defined red blood cell transfusion before NEC diagnosis as the frequency of transfusion until NEC diagnosis (mean day at NEC diagnosis, day 18) in the NEC group and the frequency of transfusion until 18 days after birth in the control group. Results: Of the 180 subjects, 18 (10%) belonged to the NEC group, and 14 (78%) of these 18 patients had a history of transfusion before NEC diagnosis. The NEC group received $3.1{\pm}2.9$ transfusions, and the control group received $1.0{\pm}1.1$ transfusions before the NEC diagnosis (P=0.005). In a multivariate logistic regression corrected for gestational age, Apgar score at 1 minute, the presence of respiratory distress syndrome, patent ductus arteriosus, premature rupture of membrane, disseminated intravascular coagulopathy and death were confounding factors. The risk of NEC increased 1.63 times (95% confidence interval, 1.145 to 2.305; P=0.007) with transfusion before the NEC diagnosis. Conclusion: The risk for NEC increased significantly with increased transfusion frequency before the NEC diagnosis.
Fecal microbiota transplantation for refractory Crohn`s disease
( Seon Ho Bak ),( Hyun Ho Choi ),( Jinhee Lee ),( Mi Hee Kim ),( Youn Hee Lee ),( Jin Su Kim ),( Young-seok Cho ) 대한장연구학회 2017 Intestinal Research Vol.15 No.2
Approximately one-third of patients with Crohn`s disease do not respond to conventional treatments, and some experience significant adverse effects, such as serious infections and lymphoma, and many patients require surgery due to complications. Increasing evidence suggests that specific changes in the composition of gut microbiota, termed as dysbiosis, are a common feature in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Dysbiosis can lead to activation of the mucosal immune system, resulting in chronic inflammation and the development of mucosal lesions. Recently, fecal microbiota transplantation, aimed at modifying the composition of gut microbiota to overcome dysbiosis, has become a potential alternative therapeutic option for IBD. Herein, we present a patient with Crohn`s colitis in whom biologic therapy failed previously, but clinical remission and endoscopic improvement was achieved after a single fecal microbiota transplantation infusion. This paper presents the design and implementation of virtual aquarium by generating 3D models of fishes that are colored by viewers in an aim to create interaction among viewers and aquarium. The virtual aquarium system is composed of multiple texture extraction modules, a single interface module and a single display module. The texture extraction module recognize the QR code on the canvas to get information of the predefined mapping table and then extract the texture data for the corresponding 3D model. The scanned image is segmented and warp transformed onto the texture image by using the mapping information. The extracted texture is transferred to the interface module to save on the server computer and the interface module sends the fish code and texture information to the display module. The display module generates a fish on the virtual aquarium by using predefined 3D model with the transmitted texture. The fishes on the virtual aquarium have three different swimming methods: self-swimming, autonomous swimming, and leader-following swimming. The three different swimming methods are discussed in this paper. The future study will be the implementation of virtual aquarium based on storytelling to further increase interactions with the viewer.
