        3차원 전산화 단층 사진을 이용한 안면비대칭 환자의 악교정 수술 전, 후 교근 분석

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to understand the differences in masseter muscle (MM) between the shifted and non-shifted sides in facial asymmetry patients, and the changes shown by MM after mandibular surgery. Methods: Pre- and post-operative CT scans were performed on 12 Class III patients with facial asymmetry who were treated by intraoral vertical ramus osteotomy and 10 subjects with normal occlusion. Using the V-works 4.0 program (Cybermed, Seoul, Korea), 3-dimensional images of the mandible, and MM were reconstructed, and evaluated. Results: In the asymmetry group, the MM angle between the shifted and non-shifted sides was only significantly different (p < 0.05). Compared with normal occlusion, the asymmetry group showed a significantly smaller volume and maximum cross-sectional area in both sides of MM (p < 0.05). After mandibular surgery, the angle of MM (p < 0.01) and differences in angle between the shifted and non-shifted sides of MM (p < 0.05) were significantly decreased. The thickness in the maximum cross-sectional area was significantly increased (p < 0.01). After surgery, MM in facial asymmetry patients was similarly changed to those in the normal occlusion group except for widths. Conclusions: MM in facial asymmetry was definitely different from those in normal occlusion. However, this study suggests that MM changed symmetrically in conjunction with the mandible after proper mandibular surgery. 안면비대칭 환자에서 하악 우각부위의 연조직 형태에 결정적 영향을 미칠 수 있는 교근의 성상에 대한 평가는 경조직의 분석과 더불어 중요하다. 교근은 수술로 인한 하악의 후방이동 시 가장 많은 영향을 받는 구조 중 하나이며, 수술 후 교근의 상태는 환자의 저작력과 하악 우각부 외형에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구는 안면비대칭을 가진 골격성 III급 부정교합자의 편위, 비편위측 교근의 형태학적 차이와 하악골 후퇴술 이후 양측 교근의 변화를 비교 분석하고자 하였다. 또한 안면비대칭의 개선 전, 후 교근을 정상교합자와 비교하여 비대칭의 수술이 교근에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 안면비대칭으로 진단된 환자 12명의 양악수술 전후의 3차원 CT 영상과 정상교합자 10명의 3차원 CT 영상에서 하악골과 교근을 계측, 분석하였다. 연구 결과 비대칭군에서 교근의 편위, 비편위측 모두 정상교합군에 비해 부피가 작고, 최대 단면적 부위가 좁은 것을 알 수 있었으며, 편위, 비편위측의 교근의 주행각도 차이와 최대단 면적 부위에서의 두께 차이가 정상 교합군보다 크게 나타났다. 양악 수술 전, 후에 교근의 주행각도는 유의성 있게 감소하였고, 편위, 비편위측 각도의 차이도 감소하였으며, 최대 단면적 부위에서의 교근의 두께가 유의성 있게 증가하였다. 비대칭 수술 후 좌우 교근은 너비를 제외하고는 정상 교합자와 유의차 없게 변화하였다. 이상의 연구 결과, 안면비대칭 환자는 교근의 성상이 분명히 정상 교합자와는 다르지만, 적절한 수술 후에 경조직뿐만 아니라 교근도 정상범주로 변화하였음을 알 수 있었다.

      • 폐목질을 사용한 시멘트보드의 물성에 관한 실험적 연구

        Recently, as the alternatives to preserve environment such as effective usage of wastes or unusable resources are drawing attentions, researches and measures for the two tasks, which are reuse of waste wood and development of eco~friendly materials, are being examined and established in various fields. However, they are still insufficient. Therefore, in this study, for the efficient application of waste woods and eco~friendly effects, mortar was produced using sawdust as the waste wood and mineral material cement for combination, in order to produce inorganic boards using waste woods, which were made when sawing. The present study purposed to analyze the physical and dynamic characteristics of woody cement boards, which were made by modifying water~cement ratio for each wood inclusion rate based on a hardening~accelerator inclusion rate set in previous studies and, based on the findings, to provide basic data about the physical properties of inorganic boards made of waste wood, in order to produce woody cement boards using waste wood, which has problems in being used in the manufacturing of woody cement boards.

      • 강판으로 보강된 RC보의 휨 설계법에 관한 연구

        This paper deals with the flexural behaviors and design method of R.C beams strengthened by steel plates. The behaviors of strengthened beams which were preloaded are compared with that of a beam which was not. The structural behaviors of strengthened beams are compared with codes of strength design method. According to the results, it is shown that strengthening of damaged beams is structurally efficient and that the performance of stiffness and strength of the strengthened beams are improved. The composite action between concrete and steel plates are preserved. And it is shown that the behavior of strengthened beams follow simple laws of mechanics and can be predicted by codes on strength design method.

      • 폐목질을 사용한 모르터의 물성에 관한 기초적 연구

However, they are still insufficient. Therefore, in this study, for the efficient application of waste woods and eco-friendly effects, mortar was produced using sawdust as the waste wood and mineral material cement for combination, in order to produce inorganic boards using waste woods, which were made when sawing. This study attempted to suggest a basic material about the physical properties of mortar, which used waste woods, after examining the features of wood mixture rate, water-cement rate, congelation according to the mixture rate of the setting accelerator, specific gravity, compression intensity, and bending intensity as experiment factors.

      • 탄소섬유쉬트 보강 철근콘크리트보의 휨 설계법에 관한 연구

        This paper deals with the flexural behaviors and design method of R.C beams strengthened by carbon fiber sheets. The behaviors of strengthened beams which were preloaded are compared with that of a beam which was not preloaded. The structural behaviors of strengthened beams are compared with flexural theory and current codes. According to the results, it is shown that strengthening of damaged beams is structurally efficient and that the strength of the strengthened beams are improved. The composite action between concrete and CFS are preserved after strengthening regardness of preloading. And, it is shown that the behavior of strengthened beams follow simple laws of mechanics and can be predicted by codes.

      • Binding Energy of Oxigen and Methane Adsorbed on Bundles of Open-Ended Single-Wall Carbon Nanotubes

        The adsorption of oxygen and methane on the bundles of open-ended single wall carbon nanotube(SWNT) was studied using the volumetric adsorption qst was obtained from the adsorption isotherm measurements performed at different temperatures. The trend in the values of the methane isosteric heat of adsorption showed three regions, representative of the adsorption on the different types of adsorption sites. In case of oxygen, on the other hand, such distinguishable regions were not appeared in the N-qst graph. From the results of qst the binding energies of oxygen and methane adsorbed on open-ended SWITs were estimated.

      • 알루미늄 커튼 월의 성능개선에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to present data on the optimum planning and construction of aluminum curtain wall to apply high-rise buildings for improving planning and construction by performance test of aluminum curtain wall. From the results of study, the conclusion can be summarized follow. Air leakage can be diminished 3.5∼4 times in quantity and leak of water can be prevented by sticking the mullion and the silling part of sash with adhesive tape and vinyl. The leak of water through weep whole can be prevented by making the first seal and secondary membrane sheet on the contacting part of aluminum and other materials, planning the hole to cross each other in case of flowing backward of water by wind. It id identified as increasing structural steadiness by reforming projection window hand strike, reinforcing mullion fastener, reinforcing heat-treated mullion aluminum sash heat, and reinforcing bolt and nut of mullion and fastener by welding.

      • Light Scattering Study of Glass Transition Temperatures of Glucose-Water Mixtures

        We studied glass transition temperatures of glucose-water mixtures by using Brillouin light scattering. We fitted the polarized components of the Brillouin spectra measured by backscattering geometry to simple Lorentzian form and estimated the glass transition temperature from the slope of the temperature-dependent Brillouin peak shift.

      • 뿜칠 시공에 의한 벽체 마감 모르터의 부착강도에 관한 연구

        This study is aimed to identify the property and condition of the bond of mortar in accordance with the kind of surface by extracting the optional mixing of mortar and the ratio of water to cement in the execution of spray coat work. The conclusion was summarized as follow. In case the ratio of water to cement mortar is 45 percent, its good strength of bond can not be expected as the workability required of the execution of spray coat works is not assured. In case of the mortar with the ratio of cement to sand of 1:2, the higher the ratio of water to cement becomes, the lower the strength of its bond becomes. But, in case that the ratio of cement to sand is 1 to 3, the higher the ratio of water to cement becomes, the stronger the strength of its bond becomes. The bond strength of spray-coated mortar in accordance with kind of surface materials was shown to be in orders of the cement brick surface. concrete surface using plywood form, and concrete surface using steel form.

      • 반발도 및 초음파속도에 의한 콘크리트의 압축강도 추정

        The purpose of this study is to suggest the non-destructive equation for the estimation of compressive strength of concrete by rebound hammer, ultrasonic pulse velocity and combined method. To improve the proposed non-destructive equation under domestic situation in Korea, more than 450 test data domestically available in the literature and having the range of 400 to 1,200kgf/cm^(2) as compressive strength of concrete were collected and analyzed statistically. As a rusult of this study, it is possible to predict the compressive strength of concrete and the equations for prediction are following. 1) F = 0.85R^(2) -48.5R + 1169 2) F = 0.028K^(2) - 6.3K +829 3) F = 0.03K^(2) - 8.5K -978(w/c) +1430 Where, F : compressive strength(kgf/cm^(2)), R : rebound number, K = R × V, V : ultrasonic pulse velocity(km/s)
