        뉴스포츠 관련 연구의 성과와 과제

        본 연구의 목적은 국내의 뉴스포츠 관련 연구물을 대상으로 연구의 성과, 연구목적, 연구방법(연구대상, 연구종목, 연구기간, 자료수집, 자료분석)등을 교육과정에 제시된 신체활동가치영역별로 분류하여 분석하고 향후 뉴스포츠 연구의 방향을 제시하는데 목적을 두었다. 그 동안의 뉴스포츠 관련 연구의 성과와 과제를 규명하기 위하여 총 109편의 연구물을 선정하여 내용분석을 실시하였으며 분석결과는 다음과 같다: (1) 2001년부터 연구된 뉴스포츠 연구물들의 양적 성과는 2011년 18편(16.5%), 2010년 17편(15.6%), 2014년 15편(13.8%), 2013년 12편(11.0%), 2008, 2009년 11편(10.1%)의 순으로 나타났다. (2) 뉴스포츠별 연구 종목 분석에서는 총 46개의 종목이 297회에 걸쳐 적용되었으며 티볼이 44회(14.8%), 플라잉디스크 36회(12.1%), 핸들러 23회(7.7%), 츄크볼 22회(7.4%), 넷볼 19회(6.4%), 티니클링 16회(5.4%)순으로 나타났다. (3) 연구의 목적은 정의적 접근 30.3%, 통합적 접근 23.8%, 기타 18.6%, 인지적 접근 14.6%, 심동적 접근 12.7%로 나타났다. (4) 연구방법 분석에서는 실험연구가 35.3%, 질적연구 32.5%, 조사연구 23.8%, 혼합연구3.7%의 순으로 나타났다. 연구 대상자의 특성 분석에서는 중학생 33.9%, 초등학생 25.7%, 교사 20.7%, 기타 11.8% 순으로 나타났으며, 성별로는 혼성 74%, 남자 8.4%, 여자 7.1% 순으로 나타났다. 연구 기간은 12주 미만 28.8%, 12주 이상 69.5% 였으며, 12주 21%, 8주 11.3% 순으로 나타났다. 자료수집은 총 496개의 양적, 질적 방법과 도구들이 활용되었고, 양적 자료수집(40.0%)보다 질적 자료수집(60.0%)이 더 높은 비율을 차지하였다. 총 54개의 검사지가 사용된 심리측정도구는 국내 검사지 수정 53.8%, 외국 검사지 번안 17.0%, 외국검사지 수정 16.0% 국내 검사지 개발 13.2%로 나타났다. 자료분석은 총 339개로 질적 자료분석(31.3%) 보다 양적 자료분석(68.7%)이 더 많이 사용되었다. 아울러 연구의 성과를 종합하여 추후 과제에 대하여 논의하였다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the outcomes, the aims, and the methodologies (e.g. samples, items of practice, duration, data collection, data analyses) on researches of New Sports in order to suggest future directions of researches in the field of school-based physical education. Methods: For this purpose, a total of 109 articles were collected and examined from KISS, RISS and National Assembly Library. These articles were classified into five value domains of physical activities presented in physical education curriculum: health, challenge, competition, expression, and leisure. Results: The results are summarized into four categories. (1) The number of articles on New Sports that began in 2011 are comprised of eighteen articles (16.5%), in 2010 seventeen articles (15.6%), in 2014 fifteen articles (13.8%), in 2013 twelve articles (11.0%), and in 2008-2009 eleven articles (10.1%). (2) Forty six different types of New Sports were applied 297 times, and these News Sports are Tee ball(14.8%), Flying disc(12.1%), Handler(7.7%), Tchoukball(7.4%), Netball(6.4%), and Tinikling(5.4%). (3) The aims of these researches comprised of effectiveness(30.3%), holistic practice (23.8%), unclassified(18.6%), cognitive approach(14.6%), and psychomotor(12.7%). (4) The types of methodologies comprised of experimental research(35.3%), qualitative research(32.5%), survey(23.8%), and mixed research(3.7%). The researched samples comprised of middle school students (33.9%), elementary school students(25.7%), teachers(20.7%), and others(11.8%). The samples groups in the articles were both males and females(74%), males only (8.4%), and females only(7.1%). With the regards to the duration of researches, 69.5% of the articles spent more than 12 weeks in the research study. Major tools of data collection used by researchers were qualitative methods(60.0%) and quantitative methods(40.0%). With the regards to the psychological measurements, researchers used scales developed by foreign scholars(33%) and domestic scholars(67%). Future research directions of New Sports in Korea were suggested with respect to these results.

        Almost researches in compensation management have been concentrated on wage or wage level. But sales managers have difficulties in compensation decision making for salespersons' dissatisfacion on wage decision process. Procedual justice theory offers insight to sales manager solving this problem. It means salesperson's perception to wage system affect their satisfaction and performance. Literature review found that wage system affects salespersons' satisfaction. We have made a model explaining wage system, salespersons' satisfaction, and salesperson's preformance base on procedual justice theory. And was have made some research propositions. 1. More salespersons' participation in wage decision process, higher the perception to procedual justice in wage. 2. More justification in wage decision process, higher the perception to procedual justice in wage. 3. Higher the perception to procedual justice in wage, higher salespersons' satisfaction with wage system. 4. Higher satisfaction with wage system, higher salespersons' organization involvement. 5. Higher satisfaction with wage system, higher salespersons' satisfaction with wage. 6. Higher satisfaction with wage, higher salespersons' performance.

      • 활동기와 동면기 살모사의 위장관 점액세포내 점액질에 관한 조직화학적 연구

        살모사(Aekistrodon halys Pallas)의 위장관 점액세포내 점액질을 활동기와 동면기로 나누어 조직화학적으로 비교관찰하였다. 일반관찰을 위하여 H-E 염색을, 조직화학적 소견을 관찰하기 위하여 PAS reaction, Ab2.5 염색, AB1.0염색, AB2.5-PAS 염색, AB1.0-PAS 염색 AF1.7 염색 및 AF1.7-AB2.5 염색등을 시행하였다. 위(胃)는 표면점액세포와 점액경세포의 점액질을, 소장은 은롸롸 융모의 점액세포를 관찰한 결과를 다음과 같이 요약하였다. 1. 활동기와 동면기의 위점막에서는 현저한 차이는 없으나, 소장점막은 동면기에는 점막 주름수가 감소하고 높이가 낮아지며 점액세포가 위축되었다. 2. 위 표면점액세포는 활동기에 중성점액질과 약간의 Sialomucin을 포함한 산성점액질로 구성되었으나, 동면기에는 중성점액질과 Sialomucin이 약간 감소하였다. 3. 위 점액경세포는 활동기에 중성점액질만을 포함하고 있었으나, 동면기에는 Sialomucin을 포함한 산성점액질이 소량 검출되었다. 4. 소장 점액세포는 활동기에 산성점액질과 중성점액질로 구성되었으며 산성점액질에는 Sulfomucin과 Sialomucin이 포함되어 있었으나, 동면기에는 Sulfomucin과 Sialomucin이 다소 감소하였다. This study was performed in order to investigate the histochemical properties and compositions of the mucosubstances in the mucous of the gastrointestinal tract of Vipers, Agkistrodon halys Pallas, in active and hibernating phases. The specimens from stomach and small intestine were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin, embedded in paraffin wax, sectioned at a thickness of 4㎛, and stained with Hematoxyling-eosin for general histological observation and with PAS reaction, Alcian blue pH 2.5 or 1.0, Alcian blue pH 2.5-PAS or 1.0-PAS reaction, Aldehyde fuchsin pH 1.7, and Aldeliyde fuchsin pH 1.7-Alcian Blue pH 2.5 for histochemical finding. The mucous compositions in mucous cells of the gastrointestinal tract examined by their stain reaction were neutral mucin, acidic mucin, sulfomucin, sialomucin, The results obtained were as follows; The folds of the gastrointestinal tract in the hibernating phase, compared with the active phase, shrink and lower. Also, the shrinkage of epithelial cells were observed in the hibenating phase. The surface mucous cells of the stomach in the active phase composed mainly neutral mucin and a little amount of acidic mucin including sialomucin, but in the hibernating phase neutral mucin and sialomucin slightly decreased. The mucous neck cells of the stomach in the active phase constituted mainly neutral mucin, In the hebernating phase the mucous neck cells were composed of neutral mucin and a little amount of acidic mucin contained sialomucin. The mucous cells of the small intestine in the active phase consist of neutral mucin, acidic mucin including sulfomucin and sialomucin but in the hibernating phase sulfomucin and sialomucin slightly decreased.

        This paper presents the design of an active tilting controller for a railway vehicle. For this purpose, firstly, railway vehicle model travelling on a curved trajectory is constructed considering the lateral, yaw and roll behavior. Based on the analysis of dynamic model responses, an active control system is designed in the framework of lateral acceleration feedback control scheme. Finally, the performance of the active tilting control system is evaluated by simulation under some curved trajectories and travel speed conditions.

        In this paper, We researched the method analysing more easily the vibration source of motor to decrease trial and error in the vibration analysis when it is made high vibration in a big size motor driving vertical pump. According to this result, We made an easy calcalation expression to analysis the vibration source and decrease the vibration by eccentric ratio and clearance of bearing, deviation from roundness, slope of shaft, and slope of base plate, alignment variation by means of analysing the character of vibration happening to the degree. of inner clearance of motor.

        A First-in-Man Clinical Evaluation of Sirolimus and Ascorbic Acid-Eluting Stent Systems: a Multicenter, Subject-Blinded, Randomized Study

        Background and Objectives: This clinical trial was conducted to evaluate the safety and efficacy of D+Storm™ drug-eluting stent (DES) and BioMatrix Flex™ DES. Methods: This study was a multicenter, subject-single-blind, randomized, and confirmed comparative clinical trial. According to the inclusion criteria, those diagnosed with stable angina, unstable angina, silent ischemia, or non-ST-segment myocardial infarction were selected among patients with coronary artery stenosis as subjects. Among the subjects with 50% stenosis on coronary angiography, the experiment was performed on those who had a lesion with reference vessel 2.5–4.0 mm in diameter and ≤40 mm in length. The primary endpoint was an in-segment late loss and the secondary endpoints were in-stent late lumen loss, stent malapposition, the incidence of mortality, myocardial infarction, reoperation, and stent thrombosis at 36 weeks. Results: 57 patients in the D+Storm™ DES group and 55 patients in the BioMatrix Flex™ DES group were enrolled in the study. Fifty-seven patients in the D+Storm™ DES group and Fifty-five patients in the BioMatrix Flex™ DES group were enrolled in the study. An average of in-segment late lumen loss was 0.08±0.13 mm in the D+Storm™ DES group and 0.14±0.32 mm in the BioMatrix Flex™ DES group with no significant difference between the 2 groups (p=0.879). In addition, there was no significant difference in adverse events between D+Storm™ DES and BioMatrix Flex™ DES. Conclusions: This study demonstrated the clinical effectiveness and safety of D+Storm™ DES implantation in patients with coronary artery disease over a 36-week follow-up period.

        In recent years there has been a growing interest for the use of natural fibers in composite applications due to their low cost, environmental friendliness, and good mechanical properties. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristic of bending strength on bamboo fiber reinforced polymer composites. The parameters of RTM process depend on the weight ratio of bamboo fiber and resin, the number of bamboo ply and amount of hardening agent. Besides the existence of pore in composites according to vacuum time investigated a effect on mechanical properties of reinforced polymer composites. Test result shows that bending strength was a maximum(approximately 850kgf/㎠) value when composite thickness was 6mm and weight ratio of resin was 13%.

        Modification of isotropic coal-tar pitch by acid treatments for carbon fiber melt-spinning

        In this work, thermal treatment accompanied with different acid treatments was applied to a commercial coal tar pitch (CTP) to obtain a spinnable precursor pitch for carbon fiber. In the case of thermal treatment only, a relatively high reaction temperature of between 380˚C and 400˚C was required to obtain a softening point (SP) range of 220˚C-260˚C and many meso-phase particles were created during the application of high reaction temperature. When nitric acid or sulfuric acid treatment was conducted before the thermal treatment, the precursor pitch with a proper SP range could be obtained at reaction temperatures of 280˚C-300˚C, which were about 100˚C lower than those for the case of thermal treatment only. With the acid treatments, the yield and SP of the precursor pitch increased dramatically and the formation of meso-phase was suppressed due to the lower reaction temperatures. Since the precursor pitches with acid and thermal treatment were not spinnable due to the inhomogeneity of properties such as molecular weight distribution and viscosity, the CTP was mixed with ethanol before the consecutive nitric acid and thermal treatments. The precursor pitches with ethanol, nitric acid, and thermal treatments were easily spinnable, and their spinning and carbon fiber properties were compared to those of air blowing and thermal treated CTP.
