      • 액체상 방류물에 의한 주민선량 평가모델 입력변수의 민감도 분석

        A model for off-site radiological dose evaluation due to liquid effluents generated from the operation of nuclear facilities, which are located in inland area, was developed in consideration of Korean agricultural and environmental conditions. In addition, sensitivity analysis was performed for the improvement of the model. Using the developed model, test runs for nuclear fuel fabrication facilities were conducted. Five kinds of exposure pathways(vegetation, animal products, drinking water, fresh-water-fish, shoreline deposits) and two kinds of radionuclides(234U, 234Th) were considered. Sensitivity analysis for input parameters of the model was conducted by applying a Monte Carlo method with Latin Hypercube Sampling (LHS) technique. As the results, the ingestion of irrigated agricultural products was the highest contributor among the considered exposure pathways. Major sensitive input parameters for the results were the ratio of the interception fraction to the yield of agricultural plants and the human consumption rate.

      • 6주간의 진동트레이닝 및 식이 병행요법이 중년 비만 여성의 신체구성과 체력, 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of whole-body vibration training on elderly aged fatty women's body composition, physical fitness and blood lipid concentration. Twenty three women were divided into two groups (experimental group: 14 women for whole-body vibration training and diet cure/control group and 9 women for diet cure only) were participated in this experiment for six weeks. After the 4 types of vibration training such as standing position, squatting position, heel position and sitting down and bending the upper body position for six weeks, the scales of weight, whole body fat, muscle power, VO2 max, reaction time, Triglyceride, TC, HDL and LDL were measured and compared pre-exercise with post-exercise. The intensity of vibration exercise was considered according to the weight of subjects and type of exercise and incensed for six weeks. The t-test and one-way repeated ANOVA were used to analyze the data in statistics. The results of the study can be summarized as follow: 1. Weight was significantly different in experimental group. 2. Body fat rate was fell in both experimental and control group significantly. 2. The muscular strength of abdomen was significantly different in experimental group. 3. The leg extension power was significantly different in both experimental and control group. 4. Triglyceride, TC and LDL concentration were decreased in experimental and control group, but not significantly different. 5. HDL concentration was increased in experimental and control group, but not significantly different. In conclusion, it has been found that 4 types of vibration training with a diet cure of six-weeks can help develop the body composition and the factor of physical fitness.

      • 장기간의 걷기 트레이닝이 중년 여성의 체력과 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to investigate the effects of a 12-week walking training on body composition, physical fitness, and blood variables in obese middle age women. Fourteen subjects who had percent of body fat over 30% were selected from the members of diet class of K pubic health center. Then they participated in the twelve weeks of walking training program. Before and after the training program, percent body fat, five items of physical fitness, and blood variables regarding to metabolism were measured and compared between pre and post test. Paired t-test was utilized to detect the mean difference between the pre and post test. The results of this study were as follows: First, after twelve weeks of training, PBF and weight of subjects significantly decreased(P<.05). Second, after twelve weeks of training, left grip strength of subjects did not change significantly, but right grip strength, back strength sit-and-reach, sit-up, and sargent jump increased significantly(P<.05). Finally, after twelve weeks of training, blood glucose and triglyceride of subjects did not change significantly, whereas total cholesterol decreased significantly. There was a significant increase in forced vital capacity(P<.05). According to these findings, it was concluded that walking training was effective on the decrease of percent body fat, enhancement of physical fitness, partial improvement of metabolism and pulmonary function in obese middle age women if the training was conducted for long period despite the intensity fo the walking was relatively low.

        Changes in Antioxidant Enzymes, According to Recovery Methods During Repeated Apnea Diving

        This study analyzes the physiological changes that occur after free diving and studies peroxidants and antioxidants according to the recovery method. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to provide proper rest methods after free diving and provide basic data for free diving research. Eight male college students recovered for 30 minutes after 20 free injections at a 5-meter diving site, 20 free injections after a week s car wash, and recovered for 30 minutes after collecting blood during recovery to analyze the effects of peroxidants and antioxidants. Comparison of changes in peroxidants and antioxidants in recovery methods after free-diving iterations showed that SOD tended to decrease immediately after free-diving, increasing MDA to 10 minutes after recovery, but no significant difference was found. The purpose of this study is to observe physiological changes according to the recovery method after free diving and to propose an appropriate recovery method after free diving. However, there was no significant difference in all the restoration methods, and 20 freediving was not high kinetic intensity for the subjects, which is believed to have resulted in the following results. Therefore, it was discussed that the repetitive diving strength should be higher to confirm a significant difference in the recovery method after free diving.

        Energy Consumption and Exercise Effect of University Students During Automatic Stepper Exercise

        This study investigates the exercise-physiological changes in stages through the movement of the automatic stepper and to analyze the usefulness of the automatic stepper. For 18 male university students, out of 10 levels, 5 level and 10 level of automatic stepper exercise were performed. At each 10, 20, 30 minutes during exercise, 5 and 10 minutes after exercise stop the subjects were examined to analyze the changes in energy consumption after minutes, respiratory exchange rate, heart rate, oxygen consumption per body weight, METs, cumulative energy consumption, and lactic acid to verify the usefulness of the automatic stepper. The mean and standard deviation were calculated using the SPSS, and one-way ANOVA with repeated measure was performed to verify the difference in the mean between time periods. The LSD method was used for the post-hoc test, and the significance level was set to α = .05. There were no significant changes in both 5 and 10 level, but the cumulative energy consumption over time increased significantly. In addition, as a low-intensity exercise intensity is shown, a low increase in lactic acid indicated a safe exercise level. In future studies, in-depth studies of various variables through regular exercise programs are needed for those who need safe exercise.

        반복적인 무호흡 잠수 시 항산화 반응의 변화

        This study is about changes in antioxidant response during repeated apnea diving. The subjects are 16 male university students. The method is to measure MDA, SOD, red blood cell, lactic acid, blood suger, blood and heart rate at rest, after 5, 10, 15 and 20 times of repeated apnea diving in 5M diving pool. One-way ANOVA with repeated measure was performed to verify the difference in the mean between periods, and the LSD method was performed for post-hoc testing if there was any significance between groups. the statistical significance level was set as α=.05. As a result, there were significant differences in white blood cells, red blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit, blood glucose, lactic acid, and heart rate changes according to the number of times and time, but there were no changes in MDA and SOD. This showed that the intensity of apnea diving was low in male college students and there was no significant difference due to physical adaptation. Therefore, in future studies, in-depth studies of various variables appearing during apnea diving in various environments and conditions are required.

        평압 · 저산소 환경에서의 단기간 트레이닝이 태권도 선수의 최대산소섭취량, erythropoietin 및 혈중젖산농도에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to examine the effect of short-term normobaric hypoxic training by reviewing the change of VO₂max, erythropoietin(EPO) and blood lactate level of Taekwondo players in high ground environment. Test subjects are 21 Taekwondo players: 16.5%O₂(2,000m altitude) environment training hypoxic group(HG) of 10, normal environment training control group(CG) of 11. Each group was analysed to examine VO₂max, EPO and blood lactate level before and after the 7days of training. As the result of research, there were changes in VO₂max and EPO before and after the training. However, they did not show the noticeable changes between the two groups. In case of blood lactate, HG shows more increase than CG, but, after 30 minutes and 3 minutes of training, HG shows decrease compared to CG. Through these results, hypoxic training intensity and period is assumed to be important to the training effect to elite players. In later research, the physical change needs to be studied by increasing intensity, period and frequency.

        ICBM을 기반으로 한 무릎보호대의 기능 및 효과에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to verify the gait measurement function of the knee sleeve equipped with an IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit) sensor based on ICBM(IoT, Cloud, Big data, and Mobile) and to verify the effect of wearing and not wearing the knee sleeve to provide basic data on the development of the knee sleeve based on ICBM which can analyze gait pattern and improve gait ability. The measurement accuracy of the IMU sensor was verified by comparing the accelerations measured by the IMU sensor attached t o the knee s leeve and the 3D M otion C apture S ystem while g ait measuring in 2 0 elderly persons over 60 years old. Also 16 subjects, age of 20’s, and 15 subjects, age of 60’s, were analyzed for the effect of wearing and not wearing the knee sleeve for blood lactate, blood glucose, steps, gait tempo, and heart rate when walking. The results of this study are as follows. As a result of comparing the difference between the acceleration values measured by the IMU sensor attached to the knee sleeve and the acceleration values of the mass center of IMU sensor calculated by the motion analysis with RMSE(Root Mean Squared Error), the RMSE on the x-axis is 1.154, the RMSE on the y-axis is 5.765, and the RMSE on the z-axis is 2.145. Correlation analysis of the acceleration values of the mass center of IMU sensor(MCI) calculated by the motion analysis, the acceleration values measured by the IMU sensor(IMU), and the acceleration value of knee center(KNE) calculated by the motion analysis showed that MCI and IMU showed no significant correlation between the x-axis and the y-axis, indicating a significant correlation in the z-axis. IMU and KNE did not show a significant correlation on the x-axis and the z-axis, but a significant correlation on the y-axis.

        저압ㆍ저산소 환경에서 4주간의 간헐적인 무산소성 운동 트레이닝이 골격근의 산소이용 능력에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to determine changes in oxygenation of skeletal muscle following intermittent anaerobic training in hypobaric hypoxia. The subjects of study were consisted of each 22 male college students. The subjects were randomly assigned to either a sea-level(n=12) or a hypobaric hypoxia(n=10) traning group. Two groups of subjects trained 3 times a week for a total of 4 wk on a treadmill. Main results of the present study were as follows: 1) body weight and body fat were significantly (p<.05) decreased in hypobaric hypoxia group. and lean body mass were tend to decrease in both two groups. 2) reticulocyte and RBC, oxygen-carrying capacity, were increased in group of sea-level, decreased in group of hypobaric hypoxia, but Hb was increased in both of two groups, Hct was slightly increased in sea-level group only. 3) Hct was slightly increased in group of sea-level group only. 4) Of several data obtained from oxygenated skeletal muscle, △HHb was significantly (p<.05) decreased at 10th minute of exercise in sea-level group and was significantly (p<.05) decreased during exercise From 10-20 minutes of exercise in hypobaric hypoxia group. TOI was significantly (p<.05) increased during exercise in both group. It was concluded that the anaerobic training would have positive effects on body composition and oxygen utilization capacity in skeletal muscle.

        스키지도자 교육프로그램 및 평가에 대한 해외 선진사례 비교 분석 연구: 캐나다를 중심으로

        The purpose This study compared the ski instructor education system of Canada, known as an advanced country in overseas skiing, to strengthen the capabilities and cultivate leadership of domestic ski instructors. Accordingly, the purpose of the study is to derive implications for the curriculum, content, and evaluation of domestic ski instructors. This study analyzed data using a literature analysis method. In order to select cases for study in this study, Canadas ski instructor system was set as an advanced example based on countries that have consistently maintained winning records in various world competitions. Canadas ski instructor curriculum, content, and evaluation were set as a unit of analysis to collect data and conduct content analysis. As a result of the study, there is no pre-certification education program in the domestic ski instructor training program, and the qualification system is implemented through written experiments and practical ability tests. Accordingly, it is believed that if new field-centered ski instructor education programs and certification contents are developed and managed through the Canadian ski instructor qualification system, the ski participation population will increase and the educational capabilities of ski instructors will be improved.
