        Linear Suppression of Intercarrier Interference in Time-Varying OFDM Systems: From the Viewpoint of Multiuser Detection

        Intercarrier interference (ICI) in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) systems, which causes substantial performance degradation in time-varying fading channels, is analyzed. An equivalent spreading code formulation is derived based on the analogy of OFDM and code division multiple access (CDMA) systems. Techniques as linear multiuser detection in CDMA systems are applied to suppress the ICI in OFDM systems. The performance of linear detection, measured using multiuser efficiency and asymptotic multiuser efficiency, is analyzed given the assumption of perfect channel state information (CSI),which serves as an upper bound for the performance of practical systems. For systems without CSI, time domain and frequency domain channel estimation based linear detectors are proposed. The performance gains and robustness of a linear minimum mean square error (LMMSE) filter over a traditional filter (TF) and matched filter (MF) in the high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) regime are demonstrated with numerical simulation results.

      • A Formal Description of XML Tree Pattern Query for XQuery Language

        In order to express tree pattern query in query plan and take advantage of formal method to analyze its behavioral characteristics, this paper present a formal description of tree pattern query based on functional language and denotational semantics. This description major focuses on behavior of a tree pattern query on matching against an eXtensible Markup Language (XML) document tree. First, we introduce a formal definition for a kind of extended generalized tree pattern (GTP++). Then we present a functional tree pattern description language (XTPL) for GTP++ and give its complete denotational semantics based on a novel data structure, named WTree, which efficiently organizes this typical XML data query results and provides flexible data access method. In the end, we present the formal semantics of identifying tree pattern from path expressions. By using formal methods, the semantics of tree pattern query is consistent and analyzable. As the core operation of XML query, this formal description can provide an initial step for analyzing the correctness of XML queries, and improves the reliability and robustness of query processing methods.

        Martial Arts Moves Recognition Method Based on Visual Image

        Intelligent monitoring, life entertainment, medical rehabilitation, and other fields are only a few exampleswhere visual image technology is becoming increasingly sophisticated and playing a significant role. Recognizing Wushu, or martial arts, movements through the use of visual image technology helps promote anddevelop Wushu. In order to segment and extract the signals of Wushu movements, this study analyzes thedenoising of the original data using the wavelet transform and provides a sliding window data segmentationtechnique. Wushu movement The Wushu movement recognition model is built based on the hidden Markovmodel (HMM). The HMM model is trained and taught with the help of the Baum-Welch algorithm, which isthen enhanced using the frequency weighted training approach and the mean training method. To identify thedynamic Wushu movement, the Viterbi algorithm is used to determine the probability of the optimal statesequence for each Wushu movement model. In light of the foregoing, an HMM-based martial arts movementsrecognition model is developed. The recognition accuracy of the HMM model increases to 99.60% when thenumber of samples is 4,000, which is greater than the accuracy of the SVM (by 0.94%), the CNN (by 1.12%),and the BP (by 1.14%). From what has been discussed, it appears that the suggested system for detecting martialarts acts is trustworthy and effective, and that it may contribute to the growth of martial arts.

        Behavior Propagation in Cognitive Radio Networks: A Social Network Approach

        <P>A key feature of cognitive radio network is the intelligence of secondary users who can collaborate to improve the system performance. The collaboration in terms of channel recommendation is studied in this paper. The recommendation mechanism results in dynamics of the channel preferences of secondary users, thus causing a behavior propagation in a social network. For cognitive radio networks having a grid topology, the ergodicity of the dynamics is studied using the model of interacting particles in nonequilibrium statistical mechanics. For networks having a grid topology or being randomly deployed, mean field descriptions using ordinary differential equation are used to explicitly describe the dynamics of behavior propagation. The analytic results are demonstrated by numerical simulations.</P>

      • An Accurate Identification of Extended XML Tree Pattern for XQuery Language

        In order to utilize high-performance XML tree pattern query (TPQ) for implementing of XQuery language effectively, it is necessary to analysis the query plan and identify tree pattern from it. In this paper, we extend the functional intermediate language FXQL, which is used to implement XQuery language, with an extended XML generalized tree pattern representation (GTP++). Then, we propose an XML tree pattern identification approach, which is composed of a suit of query expression rewriting rules for extracting tree pattern and a GTP++ construction algorithm. Based on this approach, both explicit and implied propositional logic, various structural constraints and predicates can be extracted across nested query blocks in XQuery FLWOR expressions. The tree pattern identified by this approach is more holistic and precisely than previous methods. The approach expands the application of XML tree pattern query technology in the implementation of XQuery language. Experiments show its effectiveness and practicability.

        On some open problems of Mahmoudi and Renshaw

        This paper continues the investigation of covers of cyclic acts over monoids. Special attention is paid to (P)-covers and strongly flat covers of cyclic acts. In 2008 Mahmoudi and Renshaw posed some open problems and we gave some examples on them in 2012. In this paper, we obtained some further results on these problems and hence gave some deeper answers to them.

        武术课是在武术运动项目的基础上开设的一门教育类课程,在中国教育史中发挥着重要的作用。该研究运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,系统阐述课程思政的价值与内涵,在此基础上展开对武术课课程思政的内在机理和教育理念的探究。本研究认为武术既是自带文化标识的民族传统体育项目,又是具有东方文化特色的学校体育课程,为武术课课程思政的实施提供了丰富的育人素材和思政元素。新时代,武术课坚持“立德树人、以人为本”的教育理念,既体现了 “传道”与“授业”的有机统一,又实现了 “立德”与“树人”的有机统一。研究武术课课程思政的内在机理和教育理念,有利于发挥武术课与思政课程的协同育人效应,不断破解教育发展难题。 The Wushu curriculum is a course based on the Wushu sports program, and it has played an important role in the history of Chinese education. The study uses literature and logical analysis to systematically elaborate the value and connotation of “Kecheng-Sizheng”, on the basis of which the inner mechanism and educational Philosophy of “Kecheng-Sizheng” for Wushu are explored. This study believes Wushu is not only a traditional national sports event with its own cultural identity, but also a school physical education curriculum with oriental cultural characteristics, which provides rich educational materials and ideological and political elements for the implementation of “Kecheng-Sizheng” for Wushu. In the new era, Wushu adhere to the educational philosophy of “cultivating people with moral integrity and putting people first”, which not only reflects the organic unity of “preaching” and “teaching skills”, but also realizes the organic unity of “building morals” and “nurturing people”. Studying the intrinsic mechanism and educational philosophy of “Kecheng-Sizheng” for Wushu is conducive to the collaborative educational effect of Wushu and ideological and political courses, and continuously solve educational development problems.
