      • 国际传播背景下韩国语课程思政教学模式的探索与实践

        立德树人是高校的根本任务,课程思政是落实立德树人的重要举措。随着中国文化“走出去”战略的提出,各大高校肩负起了非通用语种人才培养的重任,非通用语种的课程思政建设也显得尤为必要。在国际传播的大背景下,韩国语作为非通用语之一,也在课程思政建设方面取得了一定的成绩,但又面临着诸多问题和挑战。本研究以第二外语(韩国语)课程为例,调查其课程思政建设的现状,并挖掘课程中的思政元素,通过具体教学案例,探究第二外语(韩国语)课程思政建设的路径以及对课程思政建设的思考。为培养外语复合型人才,加强中韩两国文化交流和中国国际传播能力建设建言献策。 Cultivating talents with moral characters is the fundamental task of Chinese higher educational institutions (CHEIs), and curriculum-based ideological and political education is a key to accomplishing such a task. To help in implementing the national strategy of Chinese culture “going global”, CHEIs not only cultivate non-universal language talents but also make it mandatory to incorporate ideological and political construction into non-universal language courses. Notably, some achievements in ideological and political construction have been achieved in the teaching of the Korean language, a non-universal language for international communication. However, there are problems and challenges. Accordingly, this research takes the second foreign language (Korean) course as an example to investigate the current situation of ideological and political construction in its curriculum and explore the ideological and political elements in the course. Drawing on specific teaching cases, this study examines and reflects on how ideological and political construction is implemented in the second foreign language (Korean) course. The research findings of the study provide valuable implications for cultivating versatile talents in foreign languages, strengthening cultural exchanges between China and South Korea, and building China's international communication capabilities.

        Analysis of transcriptomic profiles and physiological traits of exogenous 24-epibrassinolide alleviating salt stress in Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.

        Exogenous 24-epibrassinolide (24-epiBL) application is a preferred method for improving salt tolerance in plants. However, information about the effects of exogenous 24-epiBL application related to salt response in Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. (AMK) has rarely been reported. Here, we aimed to investigate the effects of exogenous 24-epiBL (0.01 mg L−1) on enhancing salt tolerance in AMK seedlings under salt stress (5 g L−1 NaCl) based on seed germination experiments. Our results indicated that NaCl treatment suppresses AMK seed germination, while 24-epiBL treatment under nonstress and stress conditions had positive effects on plant seedling growth. Treatment with NaCl significantly inhibited radicle elongation and root activity to endure salt stress, and 24-epiBL treatment promoted growth and alleviated the damage to osmotic stress, ion stress sub- stances, and oxidative stress by regulating free proline (Pro) and soluble protein (SP) contents and enhancing soluble sugar (SS) conversion. Moreover, the expression of normal development process genes was affected, and differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in multiple pathways associated with amino acid metabolism, signal transduction, carbohydrate metabolism, and lipid metabolism were regulated under NaCl treatment. Further analysis of the AMK transcriptome profile revealed that exogenous 24-epiBL enhanced salt tolerance through hormone regulation and carbohydrate metabolism promotion, salt- responsive gene expression inhibition, and induction of pathways related to terpenoid and polyketide metabolism as well as pentose and glucuronate interconversions for plant growth promotion. Collectively, our findings successfully demonstrate that exogenous 24-epiBL plays a positive role in regulating the AMK response to salt stress, which provides potential genetic resources to improve salt tolerance in plants.

        Genome-wide DNA methylation analysis in schizophrenia with tardive dyskinesia: a preliminary study

        Background Tardive dyskinesia (TD) develops in 20–30% of schizophrenia patients and up to 50% in patients > 50 years old. DNA methylation may play an important role in the development of TD. Objective DNA methylation analyses in schizophrenia with TD. Methods We conducted a genome-wide DNA methylation analysis in schizophrenia with TD using methylated DNA immunoprecipitation coupled with next-generation sequencing (MeDIP-Seq) in a Chinese sample including five schizophrenia patients with TD and five without TD (NTD), and five healthy controls. The results were expressed as the log2FC, fold change of normalized tags between two groups within the differentially methylated region (DMR). For validation, the pyrosequencing was used to quantify DNA methylation levels of several methylated genes in an independent sample (n = 30). Results Through genome-wide MeDIP-Seq analysis, we identified 116 genes that were significantly differentially methylated in promotor regions in comparison of TD group with NTD group including 66 hypermethylated genes (top 4 genes are GABRR1, VANGL2, ZNF534, and ZNF746) and 50 hypomethylated genes (top 4 genes are DERL3, GSTA4, KNCN, and LRRK1). Part of these genes (such as DERL3, DLGAP2, GABRR1, KLRG2, LRRK1, VANGL2, and ZP3) were previously reported to be associated with methylation in schizophrenia. Gene Ontology enrichment and KEGG pathway analyses identified several pathways. So far, we have confirmed the methylation of 3 genes (ARMC6, WDR75, and ZP3) in schizophrenia with TD using pyrosequencing. Conclusions This study identified number of methylated genes and pathways for TD and will provide potential biomarkers for TD and serve as a resource for replication in other populations.

        Influence of Aeolian Sand on Capillary Water Absorption of Concrete Under Freeze–Thaw Conditions

        Aeolian sand (AS) can become a green resource for concrete after the reasonable utilization. Study the evolution of AS concrete (ASC) capillary water absorption (CWA) under freeze–thaw (FT) conditions is of great significance for its popularization and application. One-dimensional (1D) CWA test was performed to analyze the effects of AS and freeze–thaw cycling (FTC) on concrete water absorption characteristics. Pore relative saturation (PRS) and pore saturation were defined to reveal the influence mechanism of AS content on concrete water absorption under FT conditions and predict the moisture distribution in damaged ASC combining with the capillary mechanics theory. The results showed that concrete frost resistance increased with increased AS content and the optimal frost resistance achieved with 100% AS replacement despite its low strength. The initial water absorption rate (WAR), pore saturation, and saturation speed of the ASC decreased with increased AS, while the PRS increased with low AS content but decreased with excessive AS. The water absorption depth increased with increased mass and dynamic elastic modulus loss rates. The mechanism regarding why excessive AS improved concrete frost resistance lay in its internal pore structure and large pore ratio, which reduced pore content that can easily absorb water, enclosed a higher volume of air bubbles, and easily formed "air locking," thereby increasing water transmission resistance and forming long transmission paths during the process of CWA.

        The vertical distribution and temporal occurrence of three types of rice planthoppers in Shanghai

        In this study, we investigated the dynamic occurrence and vertical distribution of three types of rice planthoppers (Nilaparvata lugens, Sogatella furcifera,and Laodelphax striatellus) in Shanghai, China. Our results showed that S. furcifera and L. striatellus infested the lower part of rice plants in the early development stage, S. furcifera and L. striatellus inhabited every part of rice in the middle development stage, and L. striatellus and N. lugens formicated in the upper part of the rice plant in the posterior development stage. The populations of rice planthoppers were larger in July and September, Where more than 600 adult and nymphal planthoppers, per a hundred hills of rice, were found in late July, and out of the 600, the majority were the nymphs of S. furcifera and L. striatellus. S. furcifera was mainly found from July to October, L. striatellus during the rice development, and N. lugens after September, during which their maximal individual number, per a hundred hills of rice, was 480, 220, less than 50, respectively. In addition, our results showed that adult rice planthoppers were mostly observed from late August to mid-October with the highest population being found during mid to late September. The adult S. furcifera, L. striatellus,andN. lugens were mostly observed in August and September, from August to October, and past mid-September, respectively. Moreover, the number of adult L. striatellus that were sticking to yellow sticky card was significantly higher than that of S. furcifera and N. lugens.
