        오정숙 <춘향가>의 음악적 변화와 지향 - ‘어사또 춘향모 상봉’ 대목을 중심으로 -

        동초제 판소리를 잇는 오정숙은 대부분의 판소리에서 스승인 김연수의 소리를 그대로 부르지 않고 여러 대목들을 빼고 부른다. 그러나 오정숙은 <춘향가>만큼은 삭제하는 대목이 없이 그대로 부른다. 오정숙이 사설도 거의 동일한 만큼 음악적인 면에 있어서도 스승의 소리를 그대로 부르는지 알아보기 위하여, <춘향가> 가운데 ‘어사또 춘향모 상봉’ 대목을 중심으로 김연수와 오정숙의 소리를 비교해보았다.사설을 비교해 본 결과 <춘향가> 만큼은 사설의 변화 없이 그대로 부르는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 악조의 사용으로 볼 때 오정숙은 김연수의 악조 활용을 충실히 따르지만, 김연수가 불완전하게 우조를 사용했던 어사또가 소리하는 부분을 경드름으로 정확하게 고쳐서 불렀다. 한편 선율을 비교해 본 결과 김연수에 비해 오정숙은 옥타브 위와 아래로의 도약진행을 자주 사용하였으며, 인물의 묘사보다는 상황에 대한 감정의 토로를 더 강조하며 선율선을 고쳐 불렀다.붙임새의 사용에 있어서 오정숙은 김연수와 같이 두 장단을 연이어서 긴 호흡으로 노래하는 부분이 많지 않았으며, 김연수가 중중모리장단의 변화로운 리듬형을 활용하는 것을 단순한 형태의 리듬형으로 바꾸었다. 그러나 오정숙은 김연수에 비해 잉어걸이를 더욱 활발하게 활용하여 화려한 엇붙임을 사용함으로써, 단순한 리듬형을 화려한 엇붙임으로 대신하여 노래하는 것을 볼 수 있었다.자신이 추구하는 음악적인 표현을 극대화하여 자신만의 소리로서 구현한 것으로 보인다. 오정숙의 이와 같은 음악적 노력의 결과로써 김연수가 완성한 동초제 판소리가 현재 보성소리와 함께 양대 산맥으로서 맥이 확고하게 한 것은 아닐까 생각할 수 있겠다. Jung-Sook, Oh, who inherits Dongcho-je Pansori, does not perform the way her teacher (Yeon-Soo, Kim) does, but leaves much parts behind with most of Pansori. However, is an exception.Since the lyrics are almost the same between the teacher and the pupil, comparison revolving around ‘Uhsaddo Choonhyangmo Sangbong: Reunion of Uhsaddo (district magistrate) and Choonhyang’s mom’ has been done to examine whether Jung-Sook, Oh resembles her teacher’s musical parts as well. After the examination, it has been assured that there were no changes made with the lyrics of < Choonhyang-Ga >.Looking at the use of musical tone, Jung-Sook, Oh followed Yeon-Soo, Kim’s Jo faithfully. However, she accurately corrected Uhsaddo’s imperfect Ujo part by Kyungdeureum. Comparing the tune, Jung-Sook, Oh more frequently used a skip of high and low octave, and emphasized situational emotions than personal portrayal. Unlike Yeon-Soo, Kim’s use of Buchimsae, there were much less parts composed of the continuous use of two rhythms with long breath. Also, she changed Yeon-Soo, Kim’s diversified use of rhythm with Joongjoongmori-Jangdan to a simple rhythm.Nevertheless, Jung-Sook, Oh applied Ingyeoguri more actively than Yeon-Soo, Kim by the fancy use of Utbootchim and converts simple rhythm into a song with fancy Utbootchim. She has embodied her own song by maximizing the musical expression. As a result in musical context, Dongcho-je Pansori by Yeon-Soo, Kim stands comparison with Bosung-sori as two prominent.

        경남지역에서 분리한 Salmonella Enteritidis의 항생제 감수성 검사 및 random amplification polymorphic DNA (RAPD)-PCR을 이용한 유전형 분석

        Salmonella Enteritidis (S. Enteritidis) are found in animals, humans, and environment. In addition, S. Enteritidis draws attention to the public health concerns due to carriage of antibiotic resistance traits. For these reasons, the prevalence and antibiotic resistance patterns of S. Enteritidis are significant issues with regard to public health. To address this issues, a total of 24 strains of S. Enteritidis from 164 samples collected from several slaughterhouses in Gyeong-Nam province in order for antibiotic resistance profiles. Subsequently, we characterized the genotyping by random amplification polymorphic DNA (RAPD)-PCR. As a result, very high level of resistance to protein synthesis inhibition antibiotics and most isolates were susceptible to others. Six random primers were used for RAPD-PCR to reveal genotypes of S. Enteritidis isolates. One of the primer, P1245, generated 147 distinct RAPD-PCR fragments ranging from 400∼3000 bp. The number of RAPD-PCR products ranged from 4 to 8 for this primer. The RAPD-PCR fragments could be placed these strains into 3 subgroups and 2 classes by UPGMA cluster analysis. Interestingly, several S. Enteritidis that isolated from different slaughterhouses showed same genotype. These results showed only limited genetic variation among the isolates, those were grouped into a few different patterns of antibiotic resistance.

      • 재활승마의 효과에 대한 고찰

        이 연구는 승마 운동의 효과에 대한 객관적이고 구체적인 정보를 제공하기 위해 승마운동이 균형, 자세, 골밀도, 근력, 정서에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 최신 동향을 살펴보기 위해 90년대 이후의 자료만을 선택하여 승마운동, 승마치료, 재활승마 등 재활 승마와 관련된 키워드를 검색하고 승마운동을 통한 효과를 알아보기 위해 균형, 안정성, 골밀도, 근력 등의 연관 검색어를 함께 검색하였다. 그 결과 지속적인 승마운동은 균형 능력 향상을 위해 효과적인 운동이며 대퇴전자부와 대퇴경부의 좌우측, L3,L4의 골밀도를 향상시키고 승마에서만 발달될 수 있는 특수한 부위를 자극한다. 또한 재활승마를 통해 인지적, 사회적인 부분에 대해 눈에 띄는 향상을 기대할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to provide information which objective and definite effect of horseback riding about balance, posture, bone mass, muscle strength, emotion. To search the newest trend, Studies for this literature review were sought which investigated the effect of HBRT, hippotherpay, therapeutic horseback riding since 1990. These literature searches were also linked to other descriptive terms. For example, balance, posture, bone mass, muscle strength, emotion. Continuos horseback riding therapy is effective exercise to improve balance ability and bone mass of femur trochanter, femur neck, lumbar 3-4. Also, horseback riding can expect to improve recognition and sociality.

        전문간호사를 위한 임상 전문실습교육프로그램 요구

        Purpose: This study aimed to assess needs of training programs for APN practice courses and continuing education programs for APNs to provide baseline data to improve APN education and practice. Methods: A total of 98 questionnaires were distributed to professors in 38 nursing institutions and 64 (65.3%) were returned. Data collection was performed in November and December, 2007 through email. Results: Professors in charge of geriatric and home care nurse practitioner programs constituted 43.7% of the study participants. Forty-one percent answered that they were satisfied with the practice programs they currently have operated, while 36.5% responded to have difficulty in appointment of institutions for practice programs and 56.3% had problems in assignment of preceptorship. In case of developing training programs for APN practice courses, 58.7% answered that they are willing to participate, and 90.6% felt needs for development of continuing education programs for APNs. Regarding liability insurance for APN students, only 11.5% provided insurance policy. Conclusion: The study results indicated that standardized training programs are needed to assure quality of APN education, and continuing education programs are required to provide opportunities for APNs to improve competencies.

      • The Refinement System Development for Lubricant Oil Waste in the Form of Organic Compounds Contaminated With Radioactive Materials

        Lubricant oil waste contaminated with radioactive materials generated at nuclear facilities can be disposed of as industrial waste in accordance with self-disposal standards if only radioactive materials are removed. Lubricant oil used in nuclear facilities consists of oil of 75-85% and additives of 15-25%, and lubricant oil waste contains heavy metals, carbon, glycol, etc. In addition, lubricant oil waste from nuclear facilities contains metallic gamma-ray emission radionuclides including Co-60, Cs-137 and volatile beta-ray emission radionuclides such as C-14 and H-3, which are not present in lubricant oil waste from general industries and these radionuclides must be eliminated according to the Atomic Energy Act. In general industries, the wet treatment technologies such as acid-white soil treatment, ion purification, thin film distillation, high temperature pyrolysis, etc. are used as the refining technology of lubricant oil waste, but it is difficult to apply these technologies to nuclear industrial sites due to restrictions related with controlling the generation of secondary radioactive waste in sludge condition containing radionuclides of metal components, and limiting the concentration of volatile radioactive elements contained in refined oil to be below the legal threshold. In view of these characteristics, the refinement system capable of efficiently refining and treating lubricant oil waste contaminated with radioactive materials generated in nuclear facilities has been developed. The treatment process of this R&D system is as follows. First, the moisture in the radioactive lubricant oil waste pretreated through the preprocessing system is removed by the heated evaporating system, and the beta-emission radionuclides of H-3 and C-14 can be easily removed in this process. Second, the heated lubricant oil waste by the heated evaporating system is cooled through the heat exchanging system. Third, the particulate matters with gamma-ray emission radionuclides are removed through the electrostatic ionizing system. Forth, the lubricant oil waste is stored in the storage tank and the purified lubricant oil waste is discharged to the outside after sampling and checking from the upper, middle and lower positions of the lubricant oil waste stored in the storage tank. Using this R&D system, it is expected that the amount of radioactive waste can be reduced by efficiently refining and treating lubricant oil waste in the form of organic compounds contaminated with radioactive materials generated in nuclear facilities.

        Demonstration of the Usefulness of Optical Coherence Tomography in Imaging a Mouse Tail Model of Lymphedema

        To investigate the usefulness of optical coherence tomography (OCT) for imaging lymphedema, we directly compared it to other histological methods in a mouse model of lymphedema. We performed detailed imaging of the lymphedema lesion on a mouse tail. We imaged the mouse tail in vivo with OCT and created histopathological samples. We constructed a spectrometer-based OCT system using a fiber-optic Michelson interferometer. The light was directed to 50:50 couplers that split the light into reference and sample arms. Backscattered light from a reference mirror and the sample produced an interference fringe. An OCT image of the lymphedema model revealed an inflammatory reaction of the skin that was accompanied by edema, leading to an increase in the light attenuation in the dermal and subcutaneous layers. Similar to OCT image findings, histological biopsy showed an inflammatory response that involved edema, increased neutrophils in epidermis and subdermis, and lymphatic microvascular dilatation. Furthermore, the lymphedema model showed an increase in thickness of the dermis in both diagnostic studies. In the mouse tail model of lymphedema, OCT imaging showed very similar results to other histological examinations. OCT provides a quick and useful diagnostic imaging technique for lymphedema and is a valuable addition or complement to other noninvasive imaging tools.

        Allergenicity Change of Soybean Proteins by Thermal Treatment Methods

        콩은 우리나라에서 과민성 알레르기를 일으키는 대표적인 식품 중의 하나로, 식품으로 섭취 시에 가열 및 발효가공을 통한 형태로 섭취한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 콩에 알레르기 반응을 일으키는 7명의 환아 혈청과 1명의 정상인 혈청을 이용하여 열처리 방법에 따른 품종별 콩(대풍, 대원, 태광)의 알레르기성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 단백질을 추출하여 SDS-PAGE, immunoblotting 및 ELISA 방법을 통하여 반응성을 조사한 결과, SDS-PAGE상에서 열처리하지 않은 세가지 품종의 경우 9-76 kDa 위치에서 다양한 단백질 밴드를 보였는데 특히 9, 21, 34,52, 72 그리고 76 kDa의 단백질들은 각각 LTP, Kunits trypsin inhibitor, Gly m Bd 30K, β-conglycinin의 β-subunit, α-subunit와 α’-subunit로 주요한 콩 알레르겐으로 알려져 있다. 반면에 볶은 콩, 발효한 콩에서는 35kDa 이하로 완전히 분해되어 열처리 방법을 통해 단백의 항원성이 줄어드는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. IgE immunoblotting 을 통한 세 가지 품종의 볶은 콩과 콩 알레르기 환아 혈청과의 반응에서는 공통적으로 38-40kDa과 10-15 kDa에서 단백질 밴드를 보였으나 발효한 콩에서는 대부분 반응성이 약하거나 나타나지 않았다. ELISA 결과, immunoblotting 분석과 동일하게 대부분의 환아 혈청과 반응시에 볶은 콩과 발효한 콩에서 비교적 낮은 수치를 보였다. 결론적으로 콩에 존재하는 알레르겐 단백질은 열처리와 발효 미생물이 분비하는 단백질 분해효소에 의해 대부분의 환아에서 콩 단백질과의 반응성이 약화되는 것으로 사료된다. Soybean is one of the most common food materials causing food hypersensitivity reactions in Korea. In this study, we have investigated the effect of roasting and fermentation on the allergenicity of soybean. Three kinds of soybean (Daepung, Daewon, and Taegwang) were prepared as raw, roasted, and fermented by Bacillus subtilis GSK 3580, and then their proteins were extracted. The proteins were separated using SDS-PAGE, and the detection of IgE specific to soybean proteins was performed by immunoblotting using 7 sera of soybean allergy patients and non-allergic control individuals. Serum specific IgE to soybean was measured by ELISA. The SDS-PAGE of raw soybean proteins showed various-sized bands ranging from 9 to 76 kDa, which are known as major allergens. In particular, 9, 21, 34, 52, 72, and 76 kDa proteins are known as LTP, Kunits trypsin inhibitor, Gly m Bd 30K, β-subunit, α-subunit, and α’-subunit of β-conglycinin, respectively; these are major allergens in soybean. In contrast, only peptides of less than 35 kDa were found in roasted and fermented soybeans. IgE immunoblot analysis of three roasted species of soybeans commonly detected at 38-40 kDa and 10-15 kDa. The protein bands in fermented soybean showed very weak signals or were not detected. In addition, the reactivity of most patients’ sera to soybean was decreased after roasting and fermentation. With these results, it may be concluded that the allergenicity of soybeans is reduced by the roasting and fermentation processes. It is supposed that allergenic proteins in soybean were degraded by heat treatment methods and proteolytic enzymes were secreted from fermenting microorganisms.

      • Image enhancement for computed tomography using directional interpolation for sparsely-sampled sinogram

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>This paper presents an image enhancement for computed tomography (CT) using a directional sparsely-sampled sinogram interpolation. In CT scanning, radiation exposure to human tissues needs to be minimized. Naturally reducing radiation dose has been discussed in various approaches. Among them, a sparsely-sampled sinogram is an effective approach to minimize radiation dose itself in CT scanning. However, less radiation in CT scanning provide a poor image quality since reconstructed images suffer from the streak artifact due to lack of X-ray views. To reduce the streak artifact, an efficient sinogram interpolation method needs to be studied. In this paper, to enhance image quality, we propose a novel sinogram interpolation based on directional information. To do this, a directional interpolation from deinterlacing is introduced and applied to sinogram interpolation efficiently. To evaluate the proposed method, experiments with a simulated phantom and clinical CT images are carried out. The results indicate that the proposed sinogram interpolation method outperforms the existing interpolation methods in terms of image quality.</P>

        Effects of Both Abdominal Drawing-In Maneuver and Co-Contraction of Hip Adductor Muscle while Bridge Exercise on Abdominal Muscle

        PURPOSE: This study examined the effect of bridge exercise-abdominal draw-in maneuver (ADIM) with hip adductor co-contraction on the TrA thickness and whether it is effective as a core stability exercise. METHODS: The subjects of this study, 33 men with no history in the past and who provided prior consent, were selected through interviews with male students of S University. The subjects performed five movements, including bridge exercise and ADIM, and performed two demonstrations and two exercises in advance. The abdominal muscles were measured using ultrasonography once in each movement, and the abdominal muscle tone was measured using a soft tissue tone measurement. RESULTS: There was a significant difference in the thickness between the TrA and Internal Oblique Muscles at various bridge positions (p < .05), and no significant difference with the External Oblique Muscle (p < .05). There was no significant difference in muscle tone in the Rectus abdominis part (p > .05), but a significant difference in the Oblique Muscle part (p < .05). The muscle tone of the Oblique Muscles by position showed a significant difference in Bridge, BHa, and BA compared to the rest position (p < .05), but no significant difference with BHaA (p > .05). CONCLUSION: The thickness of TrA could be increased through bridge exercise, and TrA could be activated properly using ADIM and may be an effective exercise for core stabilization.
