        고객만족 전략의 과학적 수립절차에 관한 연구

        Customer Satisfaction management is a requisite strategical direction for survival and prosperity of enterprise competition environment. Thus most enterprises excercise Customer Satisfaction management through the survey on periodic Customer Satisfaction Index. This thesis strives to pursue the way of increasing the efficiency of Customer Satisfaction Strategy through the selection of targeting competitive enterprise considering enterprise cost and the decision of resource distribution among all sorts of improvement activities proposed. For this, I shall suggest the scientific establishment procedure by employing Data Envelopment Analysis and Quality Benchmark Deployment Technique.

      • 신발 제조업에의 린 생산방식 도입

        This paper is concerned with a lean production system to improve the productivity of shoes manufacturing industries. For this purpose, this research first reviews the environmental characteristics of shoes manufacturing industries and invetigates the current problems of shoes production systems. Shoes manufacturing process roughly consists of three process lines shoes uppers line, shoes soles line, and assembling line of shoes uppers and soles. Two major problems in shoes production system are a large amount of work-in-process(WIP) inventories, and the low rate of matching shoes uppers and soles in an assemblying line. Most of shoes manufacturing companies have more than a 3-days WIP inventories in every process line to avoid the blocking the production. Particularly the assemblying line has 5-7days buffers of shoes uppers and soles to maximize the productivity of manufacturing final shoes, however, the matching rate of shoes uppers and soles in the assemblying line is about 50%. These problems are from a low efficiency in inventory control mainly due to (1) too many order specification of sizes, colours, types and different due dates, and (2) a large amount of WIP inventories. To reslove above mentioned problems, we sugggest a lean production system of pull-method for reduction of WIP inventories and improvement of matching rate of shoes uppers and soles in assemblying line. Compared to a push production system(current production system), a pull production system may have a number of adventages in controlling inventories and balanced match of the sole parts and uppers parts when it applied to shoes manufacturing process. As an alternative to control the pull production method, we design a Kaban for production and inventory control. Also we design the Kaban circulations model for the production lines and inventory stores, and a shoes manufacturing information system to incorporate the Kaban system. We expect that the effective adoption of the pull production system to shoes manufacturing system will show better results in improving the matching rate, and reducing the WIP inventories and production lead time. These effects may also give more flexible production planning and raw matiarial procurement planning. We finally consider this research would be helpful in designing the lean shoes production system

      • 병재배 폐톱밥을 이용한 양송이 복토재료 개발에 관한 연구

        애느타리 병재배후 탈병한 톱밥을 3월 중순 퇴적하여 부숙시킨 결과 퇴적기간에 따른 폐톱밥의 부숙정도는 퇴적 30일이후에 가장 컸으며 부숙 소요일수는 최소 48일이었다. 퇴적 기간에 따른 폐톱밥의 pH 및 총 질소 함량은 부숙이 진전됨에 따라 증가하는 경향이었고 총 탄소 및 C/N율은 시간이 경과함에 따라 감소하는 경향이었다. 식양토에 부숙이 완료된 톱밥을 부피 비율로 10, 30, 50%씩 첨가하여 복토 재료로 사용한 결과 30% 첨가시 식양토 단용 처리보다 A. bisporus 균사 생장이 촉진되고 초발이 소요일수가 5일 빠르며, 수량에 있어서도 28% 증수되었다. After bottle culture of Pleurotus ostreatus, sawdust was taken out from the bottle and accumulated in the middle of March, and then composted. As the result, Y value was decreased rapidly 30 days after composting, and it was decreased slowly after 30 days. It is considered that 118 days is required for composting, however, it is possible to use for casing material after at least 48 days composting. The pH and total nitrogen content of sawdust based on composting period had tendency to increase as composting was processed. Total carbon and C/N rate had tendency to decrease as time went on. Based on the rate of 10, 30 and 50%, each sawdust was added to clay loam used as casing material for culturing A. bisporrus. Among various treatments, the mycelial growth of A. bisporus was more favorable in the treatment of 30% sawdust than in the single treatment of clay loam. Based on the date necessary for primodium formation of A. bisporus, the primodium formation in the treatment of 30% sawdust was reduced to about 5 days as compared with that of any other treatments When 30% sawdust was added to clay loam used as casing material for culturing A. bisporus, the yield of its fruiting body was increased to 28%.

      • 메타인지 학습 전략이 초등학교 학생들의 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effects on meta cognitive learning strategies on 6th graders' achievement. So It is designed to divide 2 groups; treatment group with meta cognitive learning strategies in science class and control group with traditional way and later analyzed the meta cognitive level, achievements and self-efficacy by comparing 2 groups. The outcome of this study can be summarized like the following. Frist, Meta cognitive ability in general area is extended by meta cognitive learning strategies. Their wholly monitoring which recognize themselves, process of task and achievements can choose effective strategies. It showed that it makes meta cognitive ability improve meaningfully. Second, Meta cognitive learning strategies is effective improving science achievements. It is revealed that self-recognition and using meta cognitive learning strategies of their study behavior influenced on it. Especially continuing allow to use meta cognitive learning strategies which enforced to check up their activity during their learning has a good effect on the achievements. Third, Meta cognitive learning strategies tells on the self-efficacy. It influenced on the advancement of self efficacy which is related to the learning motivation. It is confirmed that using the meta cognitive learning strategies lead to improvement of motivation and furthermore give positive suggestions to using learn strategies. Judging from the results, the following recommendations can be made: First, this study is not analyzed the effect of meta cognitive learning strategies in various group on account of the shortage of the students. But supplementary and advanced science education is applied in the 7th curriculum, as the replacement of it, it makes enlarge the number of students and is need to study the effects of meta cognitive learning strategies in accordance with the level of students. Second, It is necessary to develope various questions for meta cognitive thoughts in science text book.

      • Oil의 극성이 4성분계의 Microemulsion 생성영역에 미치는 영향

        This paper studied application of the microemulsion of water/oil/surfactant/cosurfactant to cosmetics and pharmaceutices. Isostearyl benzoate, isopropyl myristate and liquid paraffin were adapted for oils, polyoxyethylene series for surfactant and propylene glycol for cosurfactant. And then microemulsion regions were investingated at length. It was found that the smaller interfacial tension of oil, the larger microemulsion region and it was also found microemulsion region became wide when HLB of oil was similar to HLB of surfactant.

The design code gives general guidelines on hydraulics and power requirements. However, the design code lacks detailed approaches. In this study aspects regarding hydraulics, water quality, and power requirements are considered. Various quantitative indices are derived.
