        In knowledge acquisition, the problem to extract the howled genecessary to improve the performance of Expert System takesplace at the stage of establishment in the initial stage and at the stage of test in the detailed stage. The forms of the abstraction are classified into the abstraction are classified into the abstraction by human advance, the abstraction by example and the abstraction through problem solving as to how necessary knowledge is abstracted efficently. This paper studied the method of abstractiong valid knowledge through problem solving in the rule set using diagnosis example of compound number(only those that lead to the same conclusion). Thus the bug rules are shown to be localized by changing only condition of rule(generalization or specialization) through statistic analysis and the performance of the system is improved.

        The use of digital imaging technique and digital contents based on internet has grown rapidly for last several years, and the needs of digital image protection become more important. For the purpose of copyright protection on digital image, the verification of authentication techniques like content authentication, ownership authentication, illegal copy and etc are needed. Digital watermarking, the invisible encryption technique to insert digital watermark into image, the sophisticated perceptual information should be used for providing transparency and robustness of images on watermarking process. In this paper, we implement the algorithm for preventing forged attack, ownership protection and authentication by transforming the wavelet algorithms in frequency domain in terms of human visual system.

      • Carboxyethylgermanium sesquioxide(Ge-132)가 항암제의 세포독성에 미치는 영향

        The cytotoxicity of carboxyethylgermanium sesquioxide(Ge-132) and anticancer drugs (cisplatin, mitomycin C, 5-fluorouracil) against tumor cell lines(L1210, SK-HepG-1) and mouse splenocytes was examined by MTT assay. Ge-132(8.5 x 10²㎕/ml, 1.7 X 10³㎕/ml, 3.4 x 10³㎕/ml) showed dose-dependent cytotoxicity against the tumor cell lines, on the contrary, increased cell proliferation against the normal mouse splenocytes. Combination of Ge- 132 with cisplatin(1.5㎕/ml, 15㎕/ml), mitomycin C(0.5㎕/ml, 1.0㎕/ml) or 5-fluorouracil (0.31㎕/ml, 1.25㎕/ml) showed additional cytotoxicity against L1210 and SK-HepG-1 cell lines, however, reduced clearly the anticancer drugs-induced cytotoxicity against the normal mouse splenocytes.

        This paper presents a primary study for a new method of enhancing measurement using impedance analysis method, which is widely used for structure health monitoring. Many of skyscrapers, bridges, tunnels, which have been built up several years, and nearly reached their operating life due to aging crack, material deterioration, and so on. therefore, the health monitoring technique has obtained considerable attention. The goal of this research is to show basic information to evaluate structural health condition using piezoelectric sensors. The piezoelectric materials have various merits. It is easy to shape various forms and can be embedded on the materials more conveniently. Moreover, the excitation frequency can be changed and the piezoelectric sensors cost less. All these features make the piezoelectric-based system applicable to structural healthy monitoring. This work presents a study for the development of a practical and quantitative technique for assessment of the structural health condition by piezoelectric impedance-based technique associated with longitudinal wave propagation. To estimate the damage condition numerically, we suggest the evaluation method Cov (Covariance) and CC (Correlation Coefficient) in this paper.

      • 나노 세리아 슬러리를 이용한 Stainless steel 304의 MR Polishing 특성에 관한 연구

        An finishing process using magnetorheological fluid has been developed as a new precision finishing technique to obtain a fine metal surface. Therefore, magnetorheological fluids has been used for micro polishing and micro part. The applied material is 304 stainless steel. It is widely used in the semiconductor machinery and aerospace industries because of high corrosion resistance. For MR polishing process, MR fluids was consisted of carbonyl iron, DI-water and nano slurry ceria(Celexis cx 94s slurry). The wheel speed and electric current were chosen as the variables for analyzing the characteristics of MR polishing process. In the results, the surface roughness according to the variation of wheel speed was analyzed , and it was obtained 1.393nm surface roughness.

      • 광양지역의 지반전단강도 증가 특성

        본 연구에서는 연약지반개량공사가 실시된 광양지역을 대상으로 압밀기간동안 개량지반의 물리적, 역학적 변화특성 및 개량효과를 고찰되어 있다. 지반개량전 원지반에서 시료를 채취하고, 모래말뚝 타설직후, 압밀방치중(예상압밀도 50%) 및 압밀완료시(예상압밀도 90%)에도 시료를 채취하여 각각 토질정수를 조사 비교하였다. 그 결과 압밀이 진행되는 동안 지반의 강도는 증가하여, 일축압축강도로 구한 점성토지반의 강도증가율(C_u/P_o)이 0.36이 되었다. 그리고, 일축압축강도로 구한 점성토지반의 강도증가율(C_u/P_o)이 0.36이 되었다. 그리고, 일축압축강도와 함수비는 최대압밀응력에 대하여 유일함수관계를 보이고 있으며, 압밀완료시점(예상압밀도 90%)에서 추정된 비배수전단강도는 측정된 비례수전단강도와 비교적 잘 일치한다. In this study, both physical and mechanical properties of soft grounds are investigated during improvement works of soft grounds in Kwangyang. The properties of soil before ground improvement are compared with the properties of the improved ground after Sand Compaction Pile installation, during consolidation(degree of consolidation 50%), and at the end of consolidation(degree of consolidation 90%). From this result, improvement of the shearing strength of soft grounds can be deserved during consolidation, and the improving rate of shearing strength C_u/P_o is 0.36. The relationship between the shearing strength by unconfined compression tests, consolidation stress and water content shows that both the shearing strength and water content have an unique function relationship. The shearing strength predicted by Rutledge hypothesis shows relatives good agreement with the field strength.

      • 연약지반상 교대의 측방이동에 대한 대책공법

        한 도로교량의 교대를 시공한 후 상부거더가 교대 흉백으로 밀려들어가는 현상이 발생 되었다. 이 교량교대를 대상으로 기초연약지반의 특성을 분석하고, 사면안정해석을 실시하여 교대의 측방이동 여부를 판정하여 보았다. 판정결과 교대의 측방이동은 계속적으로 발생될 것으로 예측되어, 합리적인 대책공법을 고찰한다. 여러 가지 대책공법을 분류 · 분석 한 후 본 현장에 적합한 대책공법으로서 성토지지말뚝공법으로 분류되는 파일슬래브 공법이 선정된다. 본 공법은 교대 배면에 말쪽을 설치하여 성토하중을 지지층으로 전달함으로써 연약지반의 측방유동을 억제하는 공법이다. 또한 대책공법 적용 후 교대의 안정성을 확인할 수 있는 현장계측시스템을 도입한다. After construction of bridge abutment of a bridge for roads, steel box girder of bridge was moved into the parapet wall of abutment. Based on analysis of geotechnical characteristics and slope stability, the judgement of lateral movement of bridge abutment on soft ground is performed. As a result of judgement. various countermeasures are analyzed to prevent against the lateral movement of bridge abutment. The pill slab method among the various countermeasures is based on embankment pile which is installed in soft ground to decrease the overburden due to embankments Also, field instrumentation system is installed to observe reinforced effect of the countermeasures and stability of bridge abutment.

      • 영종도지역 해성점토의 공학적 특징

        영종도지역의 해성점토를 대상으로 실시된 토질물성시험과 전단시험결과의 분석을 통하여 이 지역 토질의 물리적 특성과 역학적 특성이 고찰된다. 본 지역의 지층은 지표면에서부터 해성퇴적층, 풍화잔류토층, 풍화암층 및 연암층으로 구성되어 있으며, 해성점토층은 통일분류법 상 CL, ML 및 CH로 분류된다. 해성점토의 물리적 특성은 액성한계와 소성한계, 자연함수비, 초기간극비 및 단위중량과의 상관관계를 통하여 알 수 있다. 그리고, 해성점토의 역학적 특성은 변형특성과 강도특성으로 구분하여 나타낸다. 변형특성은 Janbu(1963)에 의해 제안된 초기탄성계수와 구속압의 관계로 설명할 수 있으며, 강도특성은 Mohr원으로부터 유도된 유효내부마찰각과 Lade(1988)에 의해 제시된 강도정수를 구하여 설명할 수 있다. 한편, Rutledge에 의해 제안된 함수비에 따른 최대축차응력과 압밀응력의 관계를 조사한 결과 전단강도와 함수비는 압밀응력에 의존하며 유일함수의 관계가 있음을 알 수 있다. In this study, the both physical and mechanical properties of marine clays in Youngjong Island are investigated from the laboratory tests such as Atterberg limits test, water content test, triaxial test, and so on. The soil deposit just below the ground surface is marine sediment soils, weathered soils, weathered rock and soft rock. The marine clays are classified in three types such as CL, ML and CH by the unified classification system. The physical properties of marine clays can be explained by investigation of the relationships among liquid limit, plastic limit, water content, initial void ratio and unit weight. The mechanical properties are divided into the two types of deformation properties and strength properties. The deformation properties can be explained by the relationship between the initial tangent modulus and confining pressure proposed by Janbu(1963). Also, the strength properties can be explained both angle of internal friction derived from Mohr circle and shear strength parameters proposed by Lade(1988). Rutledge hypothesis is confirmed from the relationships among maximum deviator stress, consolidation stress and water content.
