        This paper analyzes the present situations of the spaces beneath the elevated roadway in various countries, researches into the factors affecting the cultural regeneration of this kind of spaces, and provides the basis and reference to their cultural regeneration. The research scope covers the present situations of utilization of spaces beneath the elevated roadway in various countries since the 21st century and their influence on the regeneration of urban culture. The paper conducts literature search of the theoretical background, analyzes three cases from Canada, China and Italy through the Harris iconography, and closely examines the implementation of cultural regeneration strategy in the space beneath the elevated roadway from five aspects, including the use of cultural resources, cultural facilities, cultural activities, the development of cultural industry, and citizen participation. It finds that the full use of regional cultural resources can restore the vitality of idle land; and the construction of cultural facilities can create a variety of cultural and artistic atmosphere and cultural spaces with distinctive features, which will boost the development of various cultural and creative businesses and inject vitality into regional economy. It also unveils that the in-person participation in the whole design process by citizens is conducive to the improvement of their satisfaction towards this kind of spaces. Therefore, a study of those spaces beneath the elevated roadway from a cultural regeneration perspective is of great value. Hence a combination of the cultural regeneration process with the characteristics of the space beneath the elevated roadway will benefit urban life.

        문학단체? 문학유파 및 각종단체유파 간의 논쟁은 현대문학 발전사를 관통하여 문학단체와 문학유파 연구는 현대문학 연구 중에서 매우 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있으며 또한 수 많은 중요한 학술성과를 이루어져 있다. 이러한 학술적 논쟁의식을 통하여 수 많은 우수한 현대문학작가와 평론가의 개성있는 특색을 빚어 내기도 하였다. 그런데 이런 특색 또한 진정한 문학창작과 평론에 있서 부정할 수 없는 역효과를 초래한 것도 사실이다. 二? 三십년대 중국 현대문학의 중심지역은 上海라는 사실이은 그 누구도 의심할 여지가 없다. 그 당시 上海 도시민 의식을 탐구려면 반드시 行?意?에 대한 연구가 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서 현대문학의 집단과 行?意?이 내재된 연결 고리를 찾으려고 시도 하였으며 또한 이러한 연결 고리는 현대문학 창작과 연구에 있어서 수 많은 다행과 불행의 복선이 묻어 두었을 것이라고 생각한다.

        現當代詩歌中的女性意識探幽

        詩歌는 마음을 표현하는 형식의 하나로 또 다른 차원에서 보면 의식의 변화과정을 드러낸다. 後現代主義가 요란한 가운데 女性詩歌는 과거 여성 언어가 공백이었던 교착 국면과 달리 여류 시인들이 자유, 抗爭을 외치면서 용감하게 남성언어 중심의 模式을 해체하여 當代 시단에서 여성 詩歌를 개척하였다. 그러나 詩 속에 자기 언어 방식을 찾아내는 것은 마치 여성이 실생활 속에서 자기 언어방식을 찾아내는 것과 마찬가지로 어려운 것이다. 여성들의 생활 체험이 상대적으로 부족하므로 여성 시가 중에는 苦難과 불안의식이 여성 자신의 익숙한 情感 체험 중에 집중되어 있으며, 심지어 지나칠 정도로 여성 자신의 신체적 경험과 자신의 운명에 집중되어 있다. 現當代 詩歌 중 女性의 主體意識 중에는 고난과 어려움이 숨겨져 있다. 스스로 자신의 길을 선택하고, 스스로 자신을 찾아가는 과정 속에서 女性詩歌 중의 女性意識은 전반적으로 어슴푸레한 안개 속에서 흔들거리는 것과 같다. 사회, 역사, 문화, 생리 등의 원인으로 말미암아 여성들은 남성보다 더 많은 어려움에 직면해 있다. 여성들은 남성과 똑같이 어렵고 예측할 수 없는 세계에 직면해야 하면, 또한 남성이 지배하고 조종하는 세계에 직면해야 한다. 여성심리는 세상의 온갖 풍파를 이겨내야 하며, 더욱이 남성세계의 어려움과 거리를 감당해야 한다. 세상의 수많은 억압에 직면하면서 女性意識 중의 고난체험과 불안감이 한꺼번에 밀어 닥치게 된다. 이러한 의식들이 여성 주체의식 중에 침투되어 女性意識에 중요한 영향을 미치게 되며 男性主義의 역사 속에서 女性 자신의 역사는 알 수 없게 되며, 여성의 역사는 남성에 의해 정해진 역사일 뿐이다. 그러므로 여성들은 관찰의 대상을 女性 자신의 內心世界로 전환하여 女性心理 세계의 탐색으로부터 여성 자신의 생존 의미와 가치-여성 자존심 회복의 갈망, 여성의 사회로부터의 이해와 인정 획득 갈망, 여성의 남성과 동일한 인생에서의 중요한 역할 갈망-을 발견하게 된다. 사실 여성의식은 여성 詩歌의 휴식처의 하나로 과거에도 현재도 그러하며 미래에도 그와 같을 것이다. 이는 앞으로도 여성 詩歌창작에 영향을 미칠 것이며, 또한 여성 詩歌의 독특하고 아름다운 특징으로 지속될 것이다.

        Effects of Phosphodiesterase 5 Inhibition with Sildenafil on Atrial Contractile and Secretory Function

        Selective inhibition of phosphodiesterase (PDE) 5 opened a new therapeutic approach for cardiovascular disorders. Therefore, the effect of PDE5 inhibition on the cardiac function should thoroughly be defined. The purpose of the present study was to define the effects of sildenafil, a selective inhibitor of PDE5, on the atrial cGMP efflux, atrial dynamics, and the release of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP). By perfusing rabbit left atria to allow atrial pacing, changes in atrial stroke volume and pulse pressure, transmural extracellular fluid translocation, cGMP efflux, and ANP secretion were measured. SIN-1, an NO donor and soluble (s) guanylyl cyclase (GC) activator, and C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP), an activator of particulate (p) GC activator, were used. Sildenafil increased basal levels of cGMP efflux slightly but not significantly. Sildenafil in a therapeutic dose increased atrial dynamics (for atrial stroke volume, 2.84⁑1.71%, n=12, vs ⁣0.71⁑0.86%, n=21; p<0.05) and decreased ANP release (⁣9.02⁑3.36%, n=14, vs 1.35⁑3.25%, n=23; p<0.05), however, it had no effect on the SIN-1- or CNP-induced increase of cGMP levels. Furthermore, sildenafil in a therapeutic dose accentuated SIN-1-induced, but not CNP- induced, decrease of atrial pulse pressure and ANP release. These data indicate that PDE5 inhibition with sildenafil has a minor effect on cGMP levels, but has a distinct effect on pGC-cGMP- and sGC- cGMP-induced contractile and secretory function.

        The Auxiliary Model Based Hierarchical Estimation Algorithms for Wave Peak Frequency Identification

        This paper studies the wave peak frequency identification using the stochastic gradient algorithm. The identification model is derived by using the wave disturbance model, and an extended stochastic gradient algorithm is presented for identifying the model parameters. Based on the hierarchical identification principle, the identification model is decomposed into two subsystems by introducing two intermediate variables, and a two-stage auxiliary model based extended stochastic gradient (2S-AM-ESG) algorithm is presented to improve the convergence speed. The effectiveness of the identification algorithms is verified by the simulation tests of a ship heading control system. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

      • SPEED UP EXECUTION OF PARALLEL LOOP

        When sequential loops are transformed into parallel loops that can be executed on distributed parallel computer system, the backward data dependence introduced by loops greatly weakens parallel degree. This paper analyzes performances of this kind of dependence and presents a loop-restructuring method to eliminate it or decrease its intensity as much as possible. In addition, the technique of reducing synchronization overhead given in 〔3〕 is spread to reduce communication overhead between iterations of parallel loops.

        The Homologous Region 3 from Bombyx mori Nucleopolyhedrovirus Enhancing the Transcriptional Activity of Drosophila hsp70 Promoter

        Drosophila melanogaster heat shock protein 70 gene promoter (Dhsp70p) is widely used in transgenic insect to drive exogenous gene, and the homologous region 3 from Bombyx mori nucleopolyhedrovirus (BmNPVhr3) functions as an enhancer for several promoters. To test whether BmNPVhr3 can enhance the Dhsp70ps transcriptional activity, the reporter plasmids, which contain the Dhsp70p, the reporter $\beta$-galactosidase gene with SV40 terminator and BmNPVhr3 fragment, are constructed and transfected into the insect cell lines (Bm-N cells and Sf-21 cells) by lipofectin-mediated method. The results from the transient expression assay show that BmNPVhr3 significantly increases transcriptional activity of Dhsp70p both under the normal condition and under the heat-shock treatment, although the effects are significantly different between in Bm-N cells and in sf-21 cells. The enhancing behavior of BmNPVhr3 on the Dhsp70p is in an orientation-independent manner. Meanwhile, the effects of heat-shock treatment on Dhsp70p alone or Dhsp70p/BmNPVhr3 combination present no significant difference, indicating that BmNPVhr3 only enhances the transcriptional activity of Dhsp70p, but cant alter its characteristic of the response to the heat-shock stress. The above results suggest that the Dhsp70p/BmNPVhr3 combination is more effective one to drive exogenous gene for transgene or stable cell expression system in insects.

        Prostaglandin E1 Increases cGMP Levels in Beating Rabbit Atria: Lack of Effects of PGE1-induced Cyclic Nucleotides on Secretory and Contractile Functions

        Members of prostaglandin (PG) E-series elicit cellular effects mainly through adenylyl cyclase-cAMP signaling. The role of PGE2-induced increase in cAMP has been shown to be compartmentalized in the cardiac myocytes: PGE2-induced increase of cAMP is not involved in the control of cardiomyocytic contraction. The purpose of the present study was to define the effect of PGE1 on the cGMP levels and the role of PGE1 in the atrial secretory function. Experiments were performed in perfused beating rabbit atria and atrial contractile responses, cGMP and cAMP efflux, and atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) secretion were measured. PGE1 increased cGMP as well as cAMP efflux concentration in a concentration-dependent manner, however, no significant changes in atrial secretory responses were observed (with 1.0μM PGE1; for cGMP, 144.76±37.5%, n=11 versus -16.81±4.76%, n=6, control, p< 0.01; for cAMP, 187.60±41.52%, n=11 versus 7.38±19.44%, n=6, control, p<0.01). PGE1 decreased atrial dynamics slightly but transiently, whereas PGE2 showed similar effects but with lower potency. Isoproterenol increased atrial cAMP efflux (with 2.0 nM; 145.71±41.89, n=5 versus 7.38±19.44%, n=6, control, p<0.05) and mechanical dynamics and decreased ANP secretion. The PGE1-induced increase in cGMP efflux showed a bell-shaped concentration-response curve. PGE1-induced increase of cGMP efflux was not observed in the presence of L-NAME, an inhibitor of nitric oxide (NO) synthase, or ODQ, an inhibitor of NO-sensitive guanylyl cyclase. L-NAME and ODQ showed no significant effect on the PGE1-induced transient decrease of atrial dynamics. These data indicate that PGE1 increases cGMP levels via NO-soluble GC signaling in the cardiac atrium and also show that PGE1-induced increases in cGMP and cAMP levels are not involved in the regulation of atrial secretory and contractile functions.
