        논문 : 한옥 생산성 향상을 위한 설계지원 방안에 관한 연구 실무 -부재가공 프로세스 분석을 중심으로-

        기존 한옥의 계승을 위한 관련 연구가 진행되고 있으나, 한옥 보급에는 실용성을 띄지 못하고 있다. 이는 한옥 시공기술의 복잡성과 자재 생산기술 부족으로 인한 제한적 범위 내에서 공사가 진행됨에 따라 높은 공사비를 원인으로 꼽을 수 있다. 이에 따라 현재 전통 한옥이 가진 정체성을 살리고 현시대에 보급될 수 있는 신 한옥으로의 진화를 위해 부재간의 연관을 분석하고 조립하는 방식을 지식으로 구성하고 디지털 모델링을 함으로써 공사비 절감이 가능케 하는 방법 등이 연구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한옥 설계자를 고려한 효율적인 부재 가공 정보 지원을 목표로 한옥 부재 실무 가공 분석을 통해 경제성, 시공성을 파악하고 최적화 방안을 위한 한옥 부재 제작 CNC 시뮬레이션을 통해 효율적인 가공 프로세스의 발전 가능성을 예측하여 최적화된 부재가공 정보를 제안하고 이를 기반으로 한옥 수요자들을 위한 설계지원 방법에 대한 구체적인 방안을 제시함으로써 한옥의 생상성 향상에 기여하고자 한다. There have been a lot of studies about the Han-ok, the Korean-style house, in perspective of the inheritage of existing ones, but there are no practicality in the supply of Han-ok. The cause is considered to exist in the complexity of Han-ok and the techniques required to manufacture its components and in the relatively higher construction expenses in the process which is within restricted range. On the contrary, in order to preserve the identity of traditional Han-ok and encourage the evolution to create a new Han-ok that can be supplied to the present period, there has been studies that analyzes the connection between sub-components and assemble them into a digital model which can possibly decrease the expenses spent on construction. The research`s objective is to provide valuable information for Han-ok designers, which contains methods on manufacturing sub-components effectively. Furthermore, by analyzing the current manufacturing method`s workability and economic feasibility, the research can obtain an optimum alternative for improving Han-ok`s production. Also by using CNC simulation, the possibility of an effective production can be predicted, as well as the information that can lead to the optimum method for an efficient sub-component manufacturing and suggest a specific resolution which can also affect on the improvement of Han-ok productivity.

        There have been a lot of studies about Han-Ok, the Korean-style house, in the perspective of existing Han-Ok’s inheritance, but there are no practicality in supply of Han-Ok. The cause is considered the complexity of Han-Ok construction techniques and higher construction expenses comparatively by processing in the restricted range by the shortage of the manufacturing technology of materials. On the contrary, for evolution to the new Han-Ok that can be supplied to the present period, there are studies that is analyzed the connection between sub materials and for possible modeling by formulating of assembling way. Thus, this study try to suggest the CNC process for new Han-Ok construction to secure construction relate to construction technique, which is determined by few expert technicians that is pointed out as problems of Han-Ok.

        Effects of Pilger Rolling and Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Corrosion Resistance of Ag-electroplated 304 Stainless Steel Tubes

        We introduce a cost-effective method that combines electroplating with metal cold working processes to manufacture compositetubes with robust corrosion resistance. First, a 3-step electroplating process was developed to form an adhesive anduniform Ag coating on the outer wall of a 304 stainless steel tube. The process consisted of a Ni-strike step for removing thepassivation layer of the initial 304 tube, Cu deposition for smoothing the surface by adding a buffer layer, and Ag deposition. To reinforce the interfacial adhesion between the electroplated layers and the 304 tube and increase the area of the Ag coating,a pilger rolling or pilger rolling + heat-treatment process was performed after the Ag electroplating process. Scanningelectron microscopy of the composite tubes after each process indicated that the as-deposited Ag coating changed fromhaving a rough to smooth surface after only pilger rolling and with additional heat treatment. Electron backscatter diffractionanalysis of the microstructures and textures of the tubes revealed that dynamic recrystallization occurred extensively duringpilger rolling, resulting in the formation of a relatively defect-free grain structure without heat treatment. Furthermore,electrochemical polarization curves determined that the Ag-coated composite tubes are superior to the uncoated 304 tubein terms of corrosion resistance under Cl−atmosphere, owing to the formation of a AgCl passivation layer during testing. Surface analysis of the composite tubes suggests that the properties of the AgCl passivation layer are related to the grainsize of the Ag coating and the density of plastic-deformation-induced defects.

        오늘날 현저한 CO2 레이저의 응용 추세에 발맞추어 보다 다양한 형태의 출력 제어 기술이 대두되고 있다. 본연구에서는multi-Pulse Superposing-Discharge 기술을 이용하여 다양한형태의 CO2 레이저의 펄스를 성형 하였다. 펄스 성형을 위한 방법으로 PIC one-chip microprocessor를 이용하여 삼중 PFN 모률의 SCR을 각각 고유의 지연시간을 가지도록 제어하였다. 실험에 사용된 삼중 PFN 모률의 전원 회로는 각각 캐패시터 인덕터,SCR,고압 펄스 트랜스 그리고 고압 트랜스 2차측에 브릿지 정류기로 구성 하였다. 고압 펼스 트랜스의 1차측을 제어하므로서 PFN 모률의 동작을 저 전압에서 수행 할 수 있다. 트랜스의 2차측에 연결된 전파 정류기는 펄스 에너지를 부하에 지속적으로 전달한다. 본 연구에서는 삼중 PFN 모률의 각각의 SCR을 다른 시간 가격을 두고 트리거 하므로서 다양한 Long pulse shaping을 실현하였다. 또한 약 250-1000μs 의 주기를 가지는 다양한 펄스형 레이저 빔을 얻었다.

      • 경북지역 주부들의 전통 부엌 세간의 보유 현황 및 이용실태 조사 연구

        Housewives residing in the Kyongsang-Buk-do area were surveyed to determine their ownership of Korean traditional kitchen appliances and their usages. A breakdown of the appliances for the survey was as follows: 16 tableware, 17 household utensils, 15 heating utensils, 14 ceramic and earthen pottery, 6 stone utensils, 9 cooking utensils, 9 utensils made of the dried bamboo and bush clover, and 13 dining tables ("sang"). The types of the appliances with the largest ownerships and most frequently used were as follows: The jeopsi was most frequently owned, followed by the daejeop and the jaengban. The most frequently used item was the jubal,, followed by the daejeop and the jeopsi. Among the wooden utensils, bangmangi was most frequently owned, followed by the chanjang, the che, the doe, mal and hop. The most frequently used household utensil was the chanjang, followed by the takjasang and the doe, mal and hop. The utensil the most people owned for heating was the jujeonja, followed by the seoksoe, the musoesot and the siru. The most frequently used utensil for heating was the jujeonja, the musoesot and the seoksoe, in the order. As for the ceramic and earthen pottery, hangari and dok were owned and used most frequently. The maetdol and the jeolgu, though very low in their ownership rate, were most frequently owned items among the stoned utensils. The kal and the doma were the most frequently owned and used cooking utensils. The sokuri, and the chaeban and the baguni were the most frequently owned among the utensils made of the dried bamboo, bush clover and straw, while the sokuri was used the most frequently, followed by the chaeban and the jori. Among the dining tables, the kyojasang was the item most frequently owned, followed by the seonban and the chaeksangban, while the wonban was the most frequently used, followed by the kyojasang and the chaeksangban.

        In the present work, dispersion morphology of particulate of Al-5%Ti-10%㎎+ N₂ composite materials prepared by casting has been studied by using optical microscope, SEM and EDAX. An attempt has been Carried out to understand the dispersion behavior and interfiacial reaction of nitride particles (TiN, AIN) in aluminum alloy melt after homogenization treatment. Al and Ti form intermetallic compounds preferably near nitride particles and tend to be distributed uniformly in matrix with the content of nitride dispersoids. Microstructural analysis of as-cast composites shows that most of nitride dispersoids are observed at grain boundary. but a parts of them are distributed inside the grain.

      • 당원, 삼투압 및 무기염 농도가 Panax ginseng 모상근의 생장과 Ginsenosides 생산성에 미치는 영향

        인삼 형질전환체는 호르몬이 포함되지 않은 3/4SH 배지에 공구유출식 콘형 생물반응기를 이용하여 배양하였다. 초기 접종 량은 30g/3L로 하였으며 4-5일 간격으로 배양액 내의 당원, 전기 전도도와 pH의 변화를 측정하였다. 처음 pH는 5.8이었으나 배양8일 후 4.95까지 떨어졌으나, 이후 5.63까지 증가하였다. 전기전도도와 탄소원으로 제공된 sucrose는 일정하게 감소되었고, 특히 배양 미삼의 탄소원으로 제공된 sucrose는 배양 20일 후에 완전히 소모되었다. 분해산물인 glucose와 frutose는 20일 까지 점진적으로 증가되었고 이후 급격히 감소되었다. 400ml 플라스크 안에 100ml의 배지량을 첨가하고 3g의 배양 미삼을 접종하여 배양하였을 때 배양 미삼의 생장률은 탄소원의 농도에 따라 증가되었다. 이는 배양 미삼의 환원당, 전당, 그리고 전분의 저장함량이 증가되었다. 그러나 ginsenosides의 함량은 반 비례관계로 감소되었다. 배양 주간별 ginsenosides의 함량변화는 배양초기인 1,2 주에는 급격히 감소되었으며 3주에는 약간 증가하고 4,5주 사이에 급격히 증가되었다. 삼투조절제로 사용한 0.1, 0.2, 0.3M의 mannitol과 sobitol은 생장 면에서 0.1M의 실험구가 좋았으나 ginsenosides의 함량은 삼투압농도와 반비례 관계로 급격히 감소되었다. Panax ginseng roots transformed by Agrobacterium rhizogenes were cultured in the air-lifted cone type bubble bioreactor that contained a hormone-free SH medium with 3% sucrose. The inoculating vol. was 30g/3L. The pH, EC, glucose, fructose and sucrose were investigated every 4 or 5 days. The pH was 5.8 initially and become 4.95 after 8 days and then increased after to 5.63. EC and sucrose contents decreased with culture days and then especially sucrose, which is carbon source for bio-ginseng rots, were depleted after 20 days. Fructose and glucose content increased gradually till 20 days with regular intervals, and then decreased quickly. While the roots were culture in 400ml flask, the higher sucrose consents, the higher growth rate. The growth rate and starch, reducing and total sugar contents were increased with the increase of sucrose concenturations but the contents of ginsenoside decrease. Variations of ginsenosides each weeks decreased first 1 or 2 weeks, increase a little after 3 weeks and largely between 4 and 5 weeks of flask culture. The osmotic regulation regents on growth were treated the 0.1, 0.3, 0.5M sobitol and mannitol. Amount of the growth were all increased on 0.1M but largely decreased the ginsenoside.

      • 산업용 로봇의 3차원 오프라인 그래픽 시뮬레이터 개발

        현재 대부분의 오프라인 프로그래밍(Off-Line Programming) 시스템은 그래픽사용자 인터페이스(Graphic User Interface)가 지원 가능하도록 만들어지는 추세이며, 지금까지 개발된 대부분의 오프라인 프로그래밍 시스템은 워크스테이션에서 운용되어야 하고, 고가인 관계로 아직까지 보편화되지 못한 상태이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 스카라형 로봇에 대한 3차원 그래픽 시뮬레이터인 오프라인 프로그래밍 시스템을 현재 일반 PC의 OS인 Windows 94 버전으로 개발하였다. 전용 로봇 모델은 삼성 스카라 로봇 SM5를 사용하며, 이 로봇에 대한 정기구학, 역기구학 해석을 프로그램에 이식하였으며, 로봇의 동역학을 모델링하여 프로그램에서 모의실험이 가능하게 하였다. Windows 95의 그래픽 유저 인터페이스 환경을 이용한 사용자와 오프라인 프로그래밍 시스템의 인터페이스에 대하여 연구하였으며, 적절한 궤적 계획과 제어방식 선택이 가능하도록 구성되어 있다. 개발 언어로는 Microsoft 사의 Visual C++을 사용하였다. In this paper, we developed a Windows 95 version Off-Line Programming System which can simulate a Robot model in 3D Graphics space. 4 axes SCARA Robot (especially FARA SM5)was adopted as a n objective model. Forward kinematics, inverse kinematics and robot dynamics modeling were included in the developed program. The interface between users and the OLP system in the Windows 95's GUI environment was also studied. The developing language is Microsoft Visual C++. Graphic libraries, OpenGL, by silicon Graphics, Inc. were utilized for 3D Graphics.

      • 자연수련활동이 청소년 사회성 발달에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The objective of the study extracts the necessity that outdoor activities attributie to youth sociality from the conclusion made by surveying the degree of the effect on intelligence, emotion, socialization, and body. In order to reach the purpose, the study took the sample scale of the first and second grades of 361 students going to the recreation facilities located in Yongin Kyonggi province. It is for questions about the number participating, grade, and motivation to make an analysis of degree of the development of their socialite after participating. According to the approach above, the study found the positive effect that outdoor activities make on youth sociality. The results of the research are following. First, with a view to generality, the attendants show the lack of recreation time, escape from studying, and opinion to absolutely attend next outdoor activities. Second, with a view to intelligence and emotion, the students parcipating more and willingly make a relative improvement in intellectual comprehension and behavioral habit, and confidence and patience individually. Finally, with a view to socialite it is the second grads and the students taking voluntary participation that gets relatively higher score in interpersonal relationship, adaptation to society, service, order and so on. with a view to the physical, the students above make a big change in comprehension of sport, leisure, play, and so on. Considering the above, I make the conclusion that outdoor activities make an affirmative effect on youth sociality - especially interpersonal relationship, socialization, life in group, which takes valuable meaning in building teenager's personality

        오리부산물과 한약재를 이용한 추출액의 영양성분 및 중금속 노출에 대한 피해 완화 효과 : (Ⅱ) 중금속 노출에 대한 오리추출액의 피해 완화 효과 (Ⅱ) Damage Mitigation Effects on Heavy-metals Exposure of Peking-Duck By-Product Extracts

        This study was performed to investigate the effects of peking-duck extracts added with medicinal herbs(DJ) on the intoxication of heavy metals (Hg, Pb, Cd, As) in rats. Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 150±15g, were randomly assigned to 5 groups: basal diet only in normal control group(NCG); basal diet and heavy metals without DJ injection in heavy metal control group(HMC); basal diet, heavy metals and DJ(3㎎/㎖) injection in heavy metal low duck juice group(HMLD), basal diet, heavy metals and DJ(30㎎/㎖) injection in heavy metal middle duck juice group(HMMlD); basal diet, heavy metal and DJ(300㎎/㎖) injection in heavy metal high duck juice group(HMHD). Hg and As was injected by 50ppm and Cd and Pb by 25ppm for 17days. Also DJ oral feeding was conducted for 28days. The result of this study were as follows: Food intake and body weight gain in heavy metal administered groups were lower than those of NCG. Liver, kidney and testis weights were not significantly different among 5 groups. GOT, GPT and BUN activities were significantly reduced in DJ treated groups as compared to HMC. DJ showed the suppressing effect on the accumulation of Hg, Pb and Cd in serum, liver and kidney. Fecal Hg and Cd excretions increased with DJ feeding. The results suggested that DJ may have some protective effects on Hg, Cd and Pb intoxication by reducing the accumulation m tissues and increasing excretion. This study also showed the effective way of using duck-extract and its application to the oriental medicine.
