Ascorbic acid (AsA)와 pyrophosphate로부터 ascorbic acid-2-phosphate (AsA2P)를 생산할 수 있는 미생물을 본 실험실에서 분리한 보존 균주로부터 선별하였다. 선별 균주 중에서 Cellulomonas sp. AP-7이 가장 높은 AsA2P 생산능을 나타내었다. 효소원으로 본 균주의 무세포 추출물을 이용하여 AsA와 PPi로부터 AsA2P의 최적 생산 조건을 조사하였다. AsA2P의 최적 생산을 위한 반응 혼합액은 효소원으로 21 mg/ml의 무세포 추출물, 150 mM sodium acetate 완충액(pH 4.5), 기질로 250 mM AsA 그리고 인산 공여체로 200 mM PPi로 조성되었으며, 이 반응 혼합액을 사용하여 33℃에서 48시간 반응시켰을 때, 31.9 mM의 AsA2P가 생산되었으며, 이는 반응에 사용한 AsA에 대해 12.76%의 수율에 해당하였다. Microorganisms capable of producing ascorbic acid-2-phosphate (AsA2P) from ascorbic acid (AsA) and pyrophosphate (PPi) wee screened from the culture collection of this laboratory. Among them Cellulomonas sp. AP-7 showed the highest productivity of AsA2P. The optimal conditions for the production of AsA2P from AsA and PPi with cell-free extract as an enzyme source wee investigated. The reaction mixture for the maximal production of AsA2P consisted of 21 g protein of cell-free extract per liter as the enzyme source, 250 mM AsA, 200 mM sodium pyrophosphate, 150 mM sodium acetate buffer (pH 4.5). By using this reaction mixture, 31.9 mM of AsA2P, which corresponded to a 12.76% yield based on AsA, was produced after incubation of 48 hr at 33℃.

Samples of blood were taken from 104 horses in Chejudo and the blood grouping investigations were carried out , using 17 types of Stormont's standard reagents : A_(1), A', Z , ZZ_(2), C, K, P, Q, R, S, U_(2), X, N_(1), E_(2), H, J and T_(1) types. Blood samples were also taken form 37 horses in Hok-kaido and were examined for comparison. E_(2), H, J and T_(1) 4 types among all of erythrocyte types of horses were detected by agglutinative reaction and A_(1), A', Z, ZZ_(2), C, K, P, Q, R, S, U_(2), X and N_(1), 13 types were detected by hemolytic reaction and the results obtained were summarized as follows. 1. Over 80% of erythrocyte types of horses in Cheludo were U_(2), X, ZZ_(2), and A_(1) 4 types and over 50% types were T_(1), C, E_(2) and N_(1), 4 types and the phenotypes frequencies of others were low percentage comparatively less than 50%. H and A' types were lowest of 15.38% respectively. 2. Four types of U_(2), X, ZZ_(2) and A_(1) were showed high phenotype frequencies in erythrocyte types of both species of horses and also high requencies in horses of Hokkaido were R type of 97.29% but showed the differences of 42.30% in horses of Chejudo. 3. The second, higher types of phenotype frequencies wire C, E2, N1 and R types and t1 types was high of 77.88% comparatively in horses of Chejudo, but they were merely 37.83% in horses of Hokkaido. H types was low type of 15.38% in horses of Chejudo but it was nnoe showed entirely in horses of Hokkaido, J type showed was 43.26% in horses of Chejudo but it was none showed in horses of Hokkaido. The other hand, a' type as 81.08% in horses of Hokkaido but it was 15.38% of most low frequencies in horses of Chejudo. 4. Seventeen blood types were all showed in horses of Chejudo but 2 types of H, J were not showed entirely i horses of Hokkaido. Therefore, it was confirmed that the differences in phenotype frequencies of erythrocytes among of the both species of horses.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>We report the structural and electrical properties of Li-doped ZnO (LZO) films, which are spin-coated via a simple solution process using Zn and Li precursor solutions. The Li doping improves the crystallinity of the ZnO films, and the LZO films exhibit a relatively dense and smooth surface morphology compared to that of the undoped ZnO films. Back-gated LZO thin-film transistors (TFTs) are fabricated onto a heavily <I>p</I>-doped Si substrate with a SiO<SUB>2</SUB> gate dielectric, and operated in enhancement mode. In the case of the LZO TFT with a Li doping concentration of 0.50 mol%, the highest field-effect mobility of 5.18 cm<SUP>2</SUP> V<SUP>−1</SUP> s<SUP>−1</SUP> is obtained; the on/off current ratio and subthreshold swing are 10<SUP>7</SUP> and 1.2 V dec<SUP>−1</SUP>, respectively. These results demonstrate that Li doping can effectively modulate the structural and electrical properties of ZnO-based films, facilitating the fabrication of LZO TFTs with enhanced performance.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Li-doped ZnO thin-film transistors were fabricated via a solution process. </LI> <LI> The Li doping improved the morphological properties of the ZnO films. </LI> <LI> The Li doping improved the performance of the ZnO thin-film transistors. </LI> <LI> The highest mobility was obtained at a Li concentration of 0.50 mol% in ZnO. </LI> </UL> </P>

Background: Surgical procedures such as wide local excision (WLE) and Mohs micrographic surgery (MMS) are the only treatment of choice to eradicate extramammary Paget’s disease (EMPD). MMS is applauded as successful treatment lately, however, there were few recent studies analyzing the efficacy of WLE of EMPD in terms of survival rate following excision in South Korea. Objectives: This study aims to analyze the EMPD-specific survival rates (ESS), overall survival (OS) and recurrence rate (RR) of patients with EMPD in South Korea, focused on WLE. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of patients with EMPD from 1993 to 2020 at Kyungpook National University Hospital. We calculated the ESS, OS of EMPD patients and RR after WLE. Results: Total 95 patients whose medical records including surgical and survival data are observable were included, with a mean age of 67.8 years. The 5-year ESS/OSs were 91.8℅/79.3℅ and 10-year ESS/OSs 81.6℅/64.7℅ and there was no difference between sex. Seventy-five patients underwent WLE by either dermatologists (64℅), gynecologists (25℅), or plastic surgeons (11℅). The RR was 16 % in patients who treated with WLE: 7 local recurrence, 2 regional and 3 distant metastases, with mean 39.2 months of recurrence-free interval. Conclusion: From the point of view of ESS, OS and RR, as a surgical treatment by WLE also has fair enough curative effacement for EMPD, comparable to MMS.

The bioremediation is an economic technology to remove the organopollutants from soil. It is often found that the remediation could not remove the compounds below the levels determined by vigorous extractions as required by regulatory agencies. The reason for the reduced bioavailability with increasing time of aging has been accredited to the sequestration of the compounds in remote sites within or between soil particles. Then, the aging could be defined as the time-dependent sequestration. Partitioning and entrapment have been suggested as mechanism for aging. The rate and extent of the sequestration varies among dissimilar soils. The bioavailability of aged pollutants in soil could be measured by bioassays, mild solvent extraction, and soild-phase extractions. The sequestration could be affected by many factors including various soil properties, wetting and drying cycle, and the presence of cosolutes and NAPLs etc. The bioavailability and sequestration should be considered to determine the environmentally acceptable endpoint.

공동주택 엘리베이터의 전원품질 보상 장비 및 설치에 관한 고찰

엘리베이터는 국내의 빠른 성장과 함께 급속도로 보급되고 있는 수직 형 교통수단으로 국민 대다수가 이용하고 있다. 엘리베이터의 빠른 보급과 함께 여러 가지 원인에 의해 엘리베이터에 갇히는 사고로 인하여 승객의 불안감을 유발시킬 수 있는 부분이 많이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 공동주택 엘리베이터에서 이런 갇힘 및 오동작 등을 발생 시킬 수 있는 Surge, Sag, Interruption, Noise(Harmonic) 등의 유업에 대한 대책으로 엘리베이터 설비에 어떤 보상 및 대책 장비들이 설치되어 있고 그 사양 및 현장 설치 시설에 대해 조사 분석 하였다. 조사한 장소에서 대부분이 서지 보호 장치, 노이즈 필터, AC Reactor의 설비 설치가 미비하였다. 조사된 자료는 공동 주택 엘리베이터의 전기적 장해원인 분석 및 대책을 제시하는데 자료로 이용될 것이다.
