      • 배추 Plug育苗條件이 苗素質에 미치는 影響

        배추 plug육묘 조건을 알아보기 위하여 상토 종류, 질소시비수준, plug트레이 배수공수준을 달리하여 실험한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 유묘출현율은 A상토<B상토<C상토의 順으로 높았고, 질소시비수준은 무비구에서 높고, 시비구에서는 90∼90ppm수준에서 높은 편이었으며 배수공수에 따라서는 배수공이 적은 128공구가 출현율이 높았다. 2. 幼苗의 葉발생도 A상토<B상토<C상토 순으로 높았고, 질소시비수준은 다비구(150ppm구)에서 엽수 5배로 최대엽수를 나타내었고, 배수공수에 따라서는 배수공이 적은 128공구가 높았다. 3. 엽장의 길이는 A상토구는 128공구에서 질소시비수준 120ppm에서 6.98cm로 가장 길었으며, B상토구에서 128배수공구의 시비수준 150ppm에서 12.41cm로 가장 길었고, C상토구에서도 128배수공구의 시비수준 150ppm에서 12.88cm, 200배수공구에서도 9.29cm로 가장 길었고 무비구에서는 공히 가장 짧았다. 4. 葉幅도 엽수와 엽장과 비슷한 경향으로 기비로 사용된 질소의 시비수준이 증가할수록 엽장이나 엽폭이 증가하여 B상토구의 150ppm 시비구에서 4.80cm로 최대치를 나타냈으며 시비량이 감소할수록 엽폭도 줄어드는 경향이였다. 5. 뿌리의 신장은 A상토구의 128배수공구에서 질소질 함량이 90∼120ppm수준의 범위내에서 신장이 양호하였으나 150ppm시비구에서는 불량한 반면, B와 C상토구에서는 90∼150ppm 모두에서 양호하였다. 6. 생체중과 건물중도 상토조성, 질소질비료 및 트레이 크기에 따라 모두 크게 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났으며 C상토구의 150ppm시비구에서 주당 3.0g의 생체중에서 최대치를 보였고 건물중 역시 C상토구의 150ppm시비구에서 4주에 600mg의 생체중의 증가를 보여 최대의 기록을 나타냈고 질소질의 농도 150ppm이 생체중 및 건물중 증가에 가장 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. The experiments were conducted to develop ideal substrates for the production of good quality in cabbage plug and also to improve the media with low or non environmental pollution by blending and mixing artificial substrate including peat moss, coir, perlite, vermiculite, carbonized rice hull and zeolite. In effects of soil substrate combination, nitrogen concentration and tray cell size on growing of 'Baekro', chinese cabbage, the ratio of seedling emergency in all fertilizer block was higher than non-fertilizer of nitrogen by 80%. The number of leaves were most increased in the 150ppm nitrogen solution of B block(coir 50%, vermiculite 10% and perlite+carbonized rice hull-zeolite 40%) and C block(coir 40%, vermiculite 20% and perlite+carbonized rice hull+zeolite 40%). The leaf length and leaf width were similar with that result in the number of leaves. Rooting condition was the best in the 90∼120ppm nitrogen solution of A block(TOSILI No1, SHINAN-JEONGMIL(Co)) in 128 tray cell size. The fresh weight and dry weight were increased as the order A<B<C in soil combination, were increased in the fertilizer which has more nitrogen concentration and were increased higher in 128 than 200 tray cell size, and chlorophyll concentration was the highest in the 150ppm nitrogen solution of A and B soil combination.

        High Performance Current Sensing Circuit for Current-Mode DC-DC Buck Converter

        A simulation study of a current-mode direct current (DC)-DC buck converter is presented in this paper. The converter, with a fully integrated power module, is implemented by using sense method metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) and bipolar complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor (BiCMOS) technology. When the MOSFET is used in a current sensor, the sensed inductor current with an internal ramp signal can be used for feedback control. In addition, the BiCMOS technology is applied in the converter for an accurate current sensing and a low power consumption. The DC-DC converter is designed using the standard 0.35 μm CMOS process. An off-chip LC filter is designed with an inductance of 1 mH and a capacitance of 12.5 nF. The simulation results show that the error between the sensing signal and the inductor current can be controlled to be within 3%. The characteristics of the error amplification and output ripple are much improved, as compared to converters using conventional CMOS circuits.

        중국법 하에서 신용장거래의 준거법 결정에 관한 고찰

        2004년 이후 중국은 한국의 최대 교역상대국으로 자리매김하였다. 한중 양국간의 무역규모의 증가는 필연적으로 분쟁가능성의 증가로 이어지게 되는데 신용장과 관련한 분쟁도 증가되는 분쟁 중 하나로서 예외가 아니다. 중국은 과거의 사회주의 계획경제 체제로부터 현재의 시장경제체제로 전환하였기 때문에 섭외민사ㆍ상사사건 관련 규정들은 대부분 계획경제 체제하에서 입법된 것이거나 계획경제에서 시장경제로 전환하는 단계에 입법된 것이다. 당시 입법된 법률들은 계획경제 체제의 특징이 그대로 남아 있어 사법실무는 과거 계획 경제 체제의 사고방식으로부터 크게 벗어나지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 중국 사회체제의 특이성은 법체제에도 그대로 영향을 미쳐 신용장관련 법체계뿐만 아니라 사법실무에도 문제점들이 존재하지만 이런 문제점과 차이점에 대한 연구는 활발하지 않다. 이에 본 논문은 중국 신용장 준거법 결정에 관한 법원(法源)과 실제 준거법 결정 판례들을 분석, 시사점을 제공하여 중국과의 신용장거래에 대한 법적 안정성을 도모하는 것이 본고의 목적이다. Purpose : The purpose of this article is to provide practical implications for international traders and bankers in utilizing a letter of credit in international commercial contracts with Chinese partners, by providing in-depth analysis on Chinese courts' way of determining the governing law on the letter of credit under the Chinese Private International Law. Research design, data, methodology : This paper takes literature research as the research methodology. It analyzes relevant academic articles, Chinese laws and Chinese court cases to evaluate the Chinese courts' decision in determining the governing law on the letter of credit. Results : It is found that the determination of the governing law for the contract between the issuing bank and the beneficiary in the letter of credit under Chinese law is different from other countries' decision, as the law of the beneficiary, rather than the issuing bank, is determined as the governing law. Conclusions : Although the Chinese Private International Law adopts "the closest connection theory" to determine the governing law, the fact that the different decision, comparing the EU and South Korea which utilize the same approach, is made by the Chinese court calls for the attention.

        Characterization of Antibiotic Substance Produced by Serratia plymuthica A21-4 and the Biological Control Activity against Pepper Phytophthora Blight

        The biocontrol agent, Serratia plymuthica A21-4, has been developed for controlling pepper Phytophthora blight. Serratia plymuthica A21-4 strongly inhibits the mycelial growth, zoospore formation, and cyst germination of Phytophthora capsici in vitro. The application of a cell suspension of strain A21-4 to pepper plants in pot experiments and in greenhouse successfully controlled the disease. The bacteria produced a potent antifungal substance which was a key factor in the suppression of Phytophthora capsici. The most active chemical com-pound was isolated and purified by antifungal activity-guided fractionation. The chemical structure was identified as a chlorinated macrolide $(C_{23}H_{31}O_8Cl)$ by spectroscopic (UV, IR, MS, and NMR) data, and was named macrocyclic lactone A21-4. The active compound significantly inhibited the formation of zoosporangia and zoospore and germination of cyst of P. capsici at concentrations lower than $0.0625{\mu}g/ml$. The effective concentrations of the macrocyclic lactone A21-4 for $ED_{50}$ of mycelial growth inhibition were $0.25{\mu}g/ml,\;0.25{\mu}g/ml,\;0.30{\mu}g/ml \;and\;0.75{\mu}g/ml$ against P. capsici, Pythium ultimum, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and Botrytis cinerea, respectively.
