This study is to choose the most proper model for AGV Throughout simulation of behavior of suspension to reduce trial and error because there is no AGV treating heavy weight at harbor loading and unloading at home. Therefore, we estimate the vibration modes of the various suspensions applied to AGV, which is over 75 ton included the weight of two containers using the Matlab in the case of G and 5G, one of the simulation programs.

오스템퍼 처리한 구상흑연주철의 드릴가공 특성과 공구수명에 관한 연구

Drilling tests were carried out austempered ductile cast iron(ADI) to clarify the factors influencing the drilling chracteristics of ADI material. The machinability of material was evaluated using high speed steel drill and cobalt contained drill of 6mm diameter. The spherodal graphite cast iron materials were austenized at 900℃ for in hour and then wear was kept at 375℃ for 2 hours. Austempered ductile cast iron contains a great deal of retained austenite which contributes to an improvement of impact strength. In this paper, machinability of ADI was investigated by drilling experimentation. The results obtained are as follows: a) Flank wear increases logarithmically with the increases of cutting time. b) Relation of flank wear and cutting force can be applied to FZ = 925VB + 820 for the cutting suggested condition. c) Drilling hole number of about 2 times can be reduced more step feed than ordinary feed due to the high hardness of ADI material and hardness increasing ascribed to the martensite of retained austenite.

The purpose of this study is in developing locally-oriented teaching-learning materials to motivate students to effectively take part in activities using map and in improving the field work of social studies to plan a map learning and to give them the ability of practice. It represents the right order involved in teaching the activities using map after doing preceding learning : classroom, playground, and the environs of the school including to some learning methods such as a puzzle map, a correlative of learning. Field trip study planning and lesson-plan are designed in case of Sewage disposal plant, Duknam filtration plant, Bonchon industrial complex relating to field trip study. There are some effects expected which follow through this study. First, teachers are able to draw learner's interest in finding learning sources directly through the community where they live. Second, learners have active participation in class, motivation, drawing their interests through map learning by doing preceding study of learner-centered. Third, teachers can make use of it as useful tools to get high achievement goal with self-direct learning.

本 硏究는 韓國産 메뚜기亞科(Catantopinae)의 分類學的 硏究의 일환으로 우선 2族을 정리하고, 2종의 韓國未記錄種, Oxya agavisa Tsai, Oxya nakaii Furukawa과 1新種, Hieroglyphus seungmoi sp. nov.을 記載하였다. 특히, 지금까지 알려지지 않았는 雄性生殖器를 解剖하고, 圖解 및 특징을 기술하여 種의 同定을 더욱 명확히 했다. 또한 종전에 記錄되었던 種에 對해서도 최근의 分類體係에 따라 재정리하였다. 各種에 對한 우리나라에서의 채집보고와 分布狀況 및 기주식물도 조사하였다. The present study is a revision of the Korean grasshoppers of the subfamily Catantopinae, and we firstly introduced some characteristics of the male genital structures which are previously unknown to redescription of species. In this paper five species belonging to two genera under two tribes are treated. Among them, two species are recorded for the first time from Korea and one new species are described an illustrated. The species newly reported are as follows: Hieroglyphus seungmoi sp. nov., Oxya agavisa TSAI, Oxya nakaii FURUKAWA.

In this study, the difference of flame stability zone for natural gases from producing districts was studied experimentally using a new type of flame stability diagram. The similarity of stable flame zone between a domestic appliance and an interchangeability test (IT) burner is also examined. As a result, the stable flame zones expressed by limits curves of flame lifting and yellow tipping show the similar results in a domestic gas range and IT burner. Furthermore, IT burner can reproduce the flash back phenomena and show the distinct difference of fuel type as the burner diameter is increased. To suggest the new type of flame stability diagram in the respect of fuel interchangeability, the air flowrate and Wobbe fuel flowrate were adopted as axis coordinates. It can be identified that the new diagram can provide the useful information on the difference of flame stability zone, heat input rate and air-fuel ratio when a fuel is altered to other fuels under the identical operating conditions. Finally, the stable flame zones for natural gas of 6 type are compared, and the detailed information to use as the interchangeability fuels of standard natural gas is provided using the new type of flame stability diagram.
동자개 치어 성장에 있어 pH, 암모니아 및 아질산의 급성독성

동자개 폐사 원인구명 및 바이오플락 시스템의 운용을 위해 동자개 치어의 pH, 아질산 및 암모니아에 대한 급성 독성 수준을 공기를 주입하지 않는 회분식 수조에서 검토하였다. 산성인 pH 3.52에서 1일후에 15.4%가 폐사하였으며 3일째에는 53.8%가 폐사하였다. 알칼리성인 pH 9.93에서 4일째 15.4%가 폐사하였고, 10.40에서는 2일째에 모두 폐사하였다. NO<sub>2</sub><sup>-</sup>의 농도가 16.49 ㎎/L에서 2일 노출시켰을 경우 20%가 폐사하였으며, 4일째에 30%가 폐사하였다. 그리고 그 농도가 181.54 ㎎/L에서는 12시간 노출에 약 70%가 폐사하였다. NH<sub>3</sub>의 경우 그 농도가 1.66 ㎎NH<sub>3</sub>/L에서는 실험 4일째에 20%가 폐사하였으며, 3.11 ㎎NH3/L에서는 3일째에 100% 폐사하였다. NO<sub>2</sub><sup>-</sup>에 대한 96hr-LC<sub>50</sub>은 15.14 ㎎/L, NH<sub>3</sub>에 대한 96hr-LC<sub>50</sub>은 2.04 ㎎/L였다. 바이오플락시스템의 물 만들기 과정 및 일반 양식장에서 동자개의 폐사방지를 위해 아질산농도를 가능한 낮은 농도로 엄격히 제어해야 할 필요성이 있었다. To determine the optimal conditions for operating a biofloc aquaculture system for the culture of banded catfish (Tachysurus fulvidraco), we investigated the toxicity of pH, un-ionized ammonia, and nitrite concentrations on the survival of juvenile banded catfish under batch conditions of no aeration. At a pH of 3.52, there was 15.4% and 53.8% mortality after 1 and 3 days of exposure, respectively. At pH values of 9.93 and 10.40, mortality was 15.4% and 100% after 4 and 2 days of exposure, respectively. When the NO<sub>2</sub><sup>-</sup> concentration was 16.49 mg/L, mortality was 20% and 30% after 2 and 4 days, respectively, and 70% of juvenile banded cat fish died within 12 hours of exposure to 181.54 mg/L NO<sub>2</sub><sup>-</sup>. When the un-ionized ammonia concentration was 1.66 mg NH<sub>3</sub>/L, the catfish experienced 20% mortality within 4 days of exposure. There was 100% mortality within 3 days of exposure to 3.11 mg NH<sub>3</sub>/L. The 96-h LC<sub>50</sub> values (17℃) for NO<sub>2</sub><sup>-</sup>and NH<sub>3</sub> were 15.14 and 2.04 mg/L, respectively. These results indicate that low concentrations of NO<sub>2</sub><sup>-</sup>(<15.14 mg/L) need to be maintained in biofloc and general aquaculture systems to prevent banded catfish mortality.
