Ultraprecision machining based micro-hybrid lens fabrication for scanning device

In this research, refractive-diffractive hybrid design is proposed for micro-lens used in optical scanning system. For refractive design of the lens, optimization method with reducing transverse ray aberration is used for target focal length with minimized aberration. Diffractive efficiency considering depth and period of Fresnel edge pattern is calculated by RCWA, and then the proper depth and minimum period of the Fresnel edge pattern can be determined for high efficiency. In the lens geometry, machining limit of V-shaped diamond tool must be applied, because the tool determines limit of the micro-pattern size and possibility of the machining so that it determines the whole size of the lens. With the process, the refractive lens can be optimized for 300 μm focal length and minimum aberration, the depth of Fresnel edge is determined to 0.94 μm by the diffractive design of PMMA (index 1.4985) lens, and also the 4985) lens, and also the is determined to 423.4 μm when considering machining limit. This designed lens is fabricated by 5-axis ultraprecision machine with nanometer resolution for low surface roughness. Then, the lens is imprinted by hot embossing process. The result of measuring focal length is 336 μm and NA is calculated to 0.63. Also, imaging test of the lens is investigated, and the lens can be used in optical scanning system by the result.

최근 코로나19 바이러스 감염병 유행으로 전 세계 다수 기업에서는 재택근무제도를 도입했다. 재택근무 경험자 중 절반 이상이 보안위협을 경험하였으며, 다수 기업에서는 자산정보를 보호하기 위해 사내 정보보안 강화에 더욱 중요해졌다. 재택근무를 하기 위해 근로자는 주로 가상사설망을 이용하여 업무를 수행한다. 재택근무제도의 활용도가 높아짐에 따라 재택근무 관련 사이버보안 위협은 증가하고 있다. 이러한 사이버 위협이 증가하고 있으며 가상사설망에서의 보안관제는 앞으로 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 안전한 재택근무를 위해 가상사설망에서 발생하는 사이버위협에 대한 요소를 정리하여 효율적이고 체계적인 가상사설망을 활용한 보안 강화 방안에 대해 연구한다.

It is important to develop the micro-pattern machining technology of roll molds in order to deal with the requirements of smaller pattern, larger surface and lower cost in the fields of display, optic and energy. Compared with the flat molds, the roll molds have the advantages of fast cutting speed (short delivery), easy making of larger surfaces and continuous molding. This study aims to examine the causes of shape-error in micro pattern machining process and shows that the compensation of dynamic balance for roll molds can improve the uniformity of machined parts. Unbalance of roll mold has been reduced up to 90 % through dynamic balance compensation and the vibration of roll mold has been decreased to 0.004㎜/sec (RMS) from 0.044㎜/sec (RMS). The experimental results show that the dimensional accuracy of micro patterns has been improved.

디스플레이, 광학, 에너지 분야 부품의 미세형상화, 대면적화, 저가격화 요구에 대응하기 위하여 대면적 롤금형의 미세형상 가공기술개발에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 롤금형은 기존의 평판금형에 비해서 금형의 납기가 빠르고, 대면적화에 용이하며, 연속성형이 가능하다는 장점을 갖고 있다. 본 연구는 롤금형에 미세형상을 가공할 때 발생하는 형상오차의 원인을 규명하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있으며, 가공 현장에서 개선 가능한 요소로서 롤금형의 동적밸런싱 보정방안을 제시하고 있다. 기존보다 정밀한 동적밸런싱 보정을 통하여 롤금형의 질량불평형이 최대 90%까지 감소되었고, 롤금형의 진동량이 0.044㎜/sec (RMS)에서 0.004㎜/sec (RMS)로 감소하였으며, 결과적으로 미세패턴의 형상정밀도가 개선되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. In the fields of display, optics, and energy, it is important to improve micropattern-machining technology for achieving small patterns, large surface areas, and low cost. Unlike flat molds, roll molds have the following advantages: they can be manufactured within a short time, larger surface areas can be obtained, and continuous molding can be achieved. In this study, we aim to investigate the causes for errors in the shapes for a micropattern-machining process, and we show that by compensating the dynamic balance of roll molds, the dimensional accuracy of machined parts can be improved. The experimental results show that dynamic-balance compensation for a roll mold reduced the mass unbalance and the vibrations of the roll mold, and as a result, the dimensional accuracy of machined micropatterns has been improved.

Quality improvement and product development time shortening can be achieved by prevention steps of the various problem happening in the manufacturing stage. One of the most important prevention steps is the simulation of the capability of production and assembly by using 3D CAD Models, that is, Digital Mockup. This study aims to develop the web-based digital mockup environment which supports the collaboration between the small and medium sized enterprises of automotive industrial. The developed system can be applied in the case when the mockup simulation between different CAD systems is needed.

본 연구는 디마케팅의 메시지방향성 효과를 기업의 사회적 책임, 신뢰, 광고태도 그리고 구매의도 측면에서 검증하고, 이에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 개인의 사회적 자아특성과 제품경험유무에 따른 조절 효과를 실증 분석하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 사회적 수용도가 낮은 제품일수록 부정메시지가 긍정 메시지보다 더 효과적임(사회적 책임, 제품신뢰, 구매의도, 광고태도)을 확인하였다. 둘째, 사회적 수용도가 낮은 제품에 대한 부정 메시지를 접하는 피험자의 사회적 자아 수준에 따라 태도가 다르다는 것을 확인하였다. 즉 사회적 자아 수준이 높은 집단의 경우, 사회적 수용도가 낮은 제품(담배, 주류)에 대해 긍정메시지보다 부정메시지가 더 효과적이다라고 할 수 있다. 셋째, 제품경험의 유무가 디마케팅 효과를 조절함을 확인하였다. 즉 사회적 수용도가 낮은 제품의 부정메시지에 대해 제품경험이 없는 집단보다 사용경험이 있는 집단이 더 호의적인 태도를 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻을 수 있는 함축적 의미는 제품의 사회적 수용 정도와 메시지 방향성을 고려하여 디마케팅 전략을 계획, 실행해야 한다는 점과 소비자의 사회적 자아 정도와 제품 경험 여부 등 개인특성에 따라 효과가 조절된다는 점이다. 이는 제품의 사회적 수용도가 낮을수록 부정메시지를 제시하는 것이 효과적이며 제품의 경험이 있거나 사회적 자아 수준이 높은 소비집단을 타킷으로 할 때 그 효과는 더욱 커짐을 의미한다. This study explores the effects of message valence in demarketing in relation to corporate social responsibility, trust, attitude toward advertising and purchase intention, and analyzes individuals’social-self that is expected to influence on results, and moderatingeffect depending on whether an individual has tried a product. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, in case of products in lower social acceptance, negative message (possible risks driven from using a product) is more effective than positive (possible benefits gained from using a product) one. Second, the study finds that when subjects encounter negative message in product in low social acceptance, they show different attitude toward the product depending on their social-self level. In other words, for those with high level of social-self, negative appeals are more effective than positive appeals when it comes to low social acceptance products such as cigarettes and alcohol. Lastly, whether the subject has ever tried the product or not determines the level of overall demarketing effect. That is to say, those who have ever tried products in low social acceptance take more favorable attitude toward negative message than those who have never tried. According to these findings, this study implicitly suggests that social acceptance level of product and message valenceshould be taken into account when planning and implementing demarketing strategy, and that individuals’s social-selflevel and their experience with products would have different impacts on demarking effect. That is, negative message works better when products have low social acceptance level, and it is far more effective in case where the target customer either has experienced products or has high social-self level.

Aberrant DNA methylation plays a critical role in the development and progression of colorectal cancer (CRC), which has high incidence and mortality rates in Korea. Various CRC-associated methylation markers for cancer diagnosis and prognosis have been developed; however, they have not been validated for Korean patients owing to the lack of comprehensive clinical and methylome data. Here, we obtained reliable methylation profiles for 228 tumor, 103 adjacent normal, and two unmatched normal colon tissues from Korean patients with CRC using an Illumina Infinium EPIC array; the data were corrected for biological and experiment biases. A comparative methylome analysis confirmed the previous findings that hypermethylated positions in the tumor were highly enriched in CpG island and promoter, 5’ untranslated, and first exon regions. However, hypomethylated positions were enriched in the open-sea regions considerably distant from CpG islands. After applying a CpG island methylator phenotype (CIMP) to the methylome data of tumor samples to stratify the CRC patients, we consolidated the previously established clinicopathological findings that the tumors with high CIMP signatures were significantly enriched in the right colon. The results showed a higher prevalence of microsatellite instability status and MLH1 methylation in tumors with high CMP signatures than in those with low or non-CIMP signatures. Therefore, our methylome analysis and dataset provide insights into applying CRC-associated methylation markers for Korean patients regarding cancer diagnosis and prognosis.
