        한국인의 방언 태도에 대한 추이 연구

        According to the Framework Act on the National Language(2005)’s Article 9 languages Survey Section, the government shall conduct research of the korean’s language ability and language consciousness, language use environment. Accordingly, they are investigating the consciousness language of the people every five years. This study was attempted to investigate the change of attitude towards the dialect awareness among citizens of Korean consciousness. Especially since 2005, five years is a cycle consisting of language attitude survey is scheduled to be the third survey in the next year, I will predict the result before proceeding encounter while browsing the dialect attitude research part in the preliminary pilot study and had to find a complements. Also tried to use the Google Docs Form, an online survey method, while conducting a survey exploring new ways of surveys. Overall analysis that will be gradually increased affinity for the dialect. Also good and bad for the standard language and other dialects could find the attitude that becomes clear. There are also aware of the cultural heritage of the region dialect gradually increasing, we believe the public environment in the generous attitude toward acting and dialects used. Finally, this pilot study could think through the preliminary search study are as follows. First, I propose to put in the questionnaire survey to teenager participants to investigate the dialect poetry attitude. Second, in the case of dialect attitude image for their tongues and other tongues, and you have an in-depth investigation and research on the perception of dialects allow. Finally, I hope this research after 2015 this online survey conducted five years of planning and the language of the people in the interregnum period between consciousness and language policy by identifying the winds of change that can meet people’s attitude is making.

      • Involvement of Nrf2-Mediated Upregulation of Heme Oxygenase-1 in Mollugin-Induced Growth Inhibition and Apoptosis in Human Oral Cancer Cells

        <P>Although previous studies have shown that mollugin, a bioactive phytochemical isolated from <I>Rubia cordifolia</I> L. (Rubiaceae), exhibits antitumor effects, its biological activity in oral cancer has not been reported. We thus investigated the effects and putative mechanism of apoptosis induced by mollugin in human oral squamous cell carcinoma cells (OSCCs). Results show that mollugin induces cell death in a dose-dependent manner in primary and metastatic OSCCs. Mollugin-induced cell death involved apoptosis, characterized by the appearance of nuclear shrinkage, flow cytometric analysis of sub-G<SUB>1</SUB> phase arrest, and annexin V-FITC and propidium iodide staining. Western blot analysis and RT-PCR revealed that mollugin suppressed activation of NF-<I><I>κ</I></I>B and NF-<I><I>κ</I></I>B-dependent gene products involved in antiapoptosis (Bcl-2 and Bcl-xl), invasion (MMP-9 and ICAM-1), and angiogenesis (FGF-2 and VEGF). Furthermore, mollugin induced the activation of p38, ERK, and JNK and the expression of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) and nuclear factor E2–related factor 2 (Nrf2). Mollugin-induced growth inhibition and apoptosis of HO-1 were reversed by an HO-1 inhibitor and Nrf2 siRNA. Collectively, this is the first report to demonstrate the effectiveness of mollugin as a candidate for a chemotherapeutic agent in OSCCs via the upregulation of the HO-1 and Nrf2 pathways and the downregulation of NF-<I><I>κ</I></I>B.</P>

        아르곤 레이저에 의한 복합레진의 중합시 물성 변화에 관한 연구

        After polymerizing composite resin with argon laser and visible light, four test, to be concretelv, measurement of compressive strength using Instron testing machine, surface microhardness using Rockwell hardness tester, quantitative analysis of residual monomer using HPLC and analysis of degree of conversion using FTIR, were accomplished. Test groups were a sort of specimen with 3mm diameter, 4㎜ thickness for measuring compressive strength, two sort of specimen with 7mm diameter, 2mm and 3㎜ thickness for measuring surface microhardness, quantitative analysing of residual monomer after curing and measuring the degree of conversion, each were divided by according to the condition of light exposure. In case of argon laser. in 1.0W and 0.5W output. the exposure time for specimen were 5 sec, 10 sec respectiyely. In case of visible light, the exposure time obtained. 1. Compressive strength of composite resin was the highest in the group of 1W output, exposing for 10 sec with argon laser, followed by the group of 0.5W, exposing for 10 sec with argon laser, the group of exposing for 40 sec with visible light. But there were statistically no significant difference between these three groups(p>0.05). 2. Surface microhardness of composite resin wasn't significantly affected by light curing conditions. 3. BIS- GMA within residual monomer was least detected in the group of exposing for 40 sec. TEGDMA was least detected in the group of 1W output, exposing for 10 sec with argon laseboth 2㎜ and 3㎜ thickness specimen. 4. The degree of conversion of all groups in the 2㎜ thickness specimen were more than 5%, similar to each other but in the group of 1W, exposing 10 sec with argon laser the degree of conversion was highest in the 3㎜ thickness specimen. 5. Argon laser could make composite resin to has similar properties with 25% lesser exposure time than visible light.

      • 현수교에 대한 설계 활하중 효과 분석

        The live load effects are compared utilizing for design specifications, KBDS, AASHTO LRFD, HBS, and BS-5400. The maximum bending moments, shear force, and torsional moments are evaluated for a suspension bridge. It is shown that KBDS loads greater design force than the other codes, which show almost same load effect.

        초등 영재학생을 대상으로 한 지층과 화석 관련 STEAM 프로그램이 학업성취도, 창의적 문제해결력 및 과학적 태도에 미치는 효과

        In this study, a geology classroom STEAM(science, technology, engineering, art, and math) program was developed based on a ‘Fossils and strata’ unit of 4th grade science. The purpose of the study was to determine the impact on academic achievement, creative problem solving abilities, and scientific attitude of gifted students. Through the analysis of the ‘Fossils and strata’ unit in the 2009 revised curriculum, a STEAM program was developed. And, a new geology experiment apparatus was invented so that students can easily perform laboratory experiments. Results of the STEAM program in 9 gifted and talented education classes in J Province, Korea. The gifted students increased significantly in academic achievement, creative problem solving abilities, and scientific attitude. The educational implications of a geology classroom STEAM program that has proven effective for gifted students, are discussed.

      • 全北地域 農村工業開發이 水質 環境에 미치는 影響에 關한 硏究

        This study was performed on 27 agricultural industrial parks locating in Chonbuk Province for examining the influence of local environment with situation of location, actual condition of occupied plant with industrial classification, and relations of streams. The obtained results are as follows 1) An environmental impact assessment for agricultural industrial park needs for the selection of live-in plants. The method of regulation of total emission deciding the amount of wastewater discharge and its concentration according to the given condition in the water area of discharge needs to be introduced. 2) Because most of discharge streams from the agricultural industrial parks is small and their purposal water qulity belongs to Ⅰ∼Ⅱ grade, the worse possible of water qulity in the water area of discharge is great. 3) A common wastewater plant on agricultural industrial park applies a biochemical treatment method and the discharge water qulity appears to be contented the legal criteria, but it appears to be necessary the strengthen of treatment facilities and continual control because the water qulity of influx shows great difference from 14㎎/ℓ to 340㎎/ℓ according to each agricultural industrial park. 4) In case of considering the characteristic of wastewater on it and small business, the mixing treatment with urban sewage is desirable and the individual treatment facility of agricultural industrial park should need a common treatment as possible.

        정보 통신 기술을 활용한 국어과 교수 : 학습 컨텐츠 개발 방안 Learning Contents applying Information and Communication Technology

        This thesis has the aim to introduce the teaching-learning model applying information and communication technique. In this thesis I will show the on-line teaching(WBI, Web Based Instruction), the teaching based on ICT(Information & Communication Technology), and imaginary teaching as distance teaching meathod based on the web system which is the typical teaching-learning model. I will also introduce useful contents based on the teaching methods which were referred above. I have been developing and using the Korean Language and Literature Teaching-Learning Contents while participating in educational software developing process by KERIS(Korea Education & Research Information Service), Edunet, and Taegu Edunet. My knowledge and experiance of trial and error in the process of developing Teaching-Learning Contents will shed a bright light on the development of new and useful teaching material.

        고등학교 수학과 교육을 위한 CAI 프로그램 개발 연구 : 정적분을 중심으로

        In mathematics education, teaching-learning activity can be divided largely into the understanding the mathematical concepts, derivation of principles and laws, acquirement of the mathematical abilities. We utilize various media, teaching tools, audio-visual materials, manufacturing materials for understanding mathematical concepts. But sometimes we cannot define or explain correctly the concepts as well as the derivation of principles and laws by these materials. In order to solve the problem we can use the computer. In this paper, 'the process of the length of curve being equal to the sum of the vectors when intervals get smaller' and 'the process of calculating volume of spinning curve by using definite integral.' Using the computers is more visible than other educational instruments like blackboards, O.H.Ps., etc. Also it can help students with solving mathematical problems intuitively. Consequently more effective teaching-learning activity can be done. Usage of computers is the best method for improving the mathematical abilities because computers have functions of the immediate reaction, operation, reference and deduction. One of the important characters of mathematics is accuracy, so we use computers for improving mathematical abilities. This paper is about the program focused on the part of "the application of definite integral", which exists in mathematical curriculum the second and third grade of high school. When this study is used for students as assisting materials, it is expected the following educational effect. 1. Students will have precise concepts because they can understand what they learn intuitively. 2. Students will have positive thought by arousing interests of learning because this program is composed of pictures, animations with effectiveness of sound. 3. It is possible to change the teacher-centered instruction into the student-centered instruction. 4. Students will understand the relation between velocity and distance correctly because they can see the process of getting the length of curve by vector through the monitor. For the purpose of increasing the efficiencies and qualities of mathematics education, we have to seek the various learning-teaching methods. But considering that no computer can replace the teacher's role, teachers have to use the CIA program carefully.

      • 광중합형 글라스아이오노머 시멘트와 복합레진과의 전단결합강도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate of shear bond strength of light-curing composite resin to light-curing glass ionomer cement. Composite resin and glass ionomer cement have been widely used as an esthetic filling materials in dental clinics. To achieve better clinical results, sandwich technic was developed with conpensating for disadvantages of these two materials. Especially, light-curing glass ionomer cement provided greately improved bonding strength of teeth or composite resin, and then excellent clinical results can be acquired. In this study, 6 commercial light-curing glass ionomer cements(3 commercial restorative materials Fuji II LC, Vanglass VLC, Vitremer, and 3 commercial lining materials : Fuji Lining LC, Baseline VLC, Vitrebond) were devided two groups. According to manufacturer's appointment, no surface treatment was referred to N groups. Supposing of clinical practice, surface grinding with water ;spray at 320 grit sand paper, 40 seconds etching with 37% phosphoric acid, 20 seconds washing 20 seconds air drying was referred to E groups. Totally 12 experimental groups were devided, and all 120 specimens from 10 specimens of each groups were made. After light-curing composite resin was bonded to right-curing glass ionomer cement, shear bond strength was tested by Instron universal testing machine between glass ionomer cement and composit resin. The data were analyzed statistically by Student's t-test and ANOVA. The obtained results were as follows; 1. In light-curing glass ionomer cement, restorative materials showed higher shear bond strength to composite resin than lining matenals(p<0.05). 2. Variglass VLC of restorative material group and Baseline VLC of lining material group have highest shear bond strength to composite resin(p<0.001). 3. In light-curing glass ionomer cement:, surface grinding and acid etching reduced shear bond strengthto composite resin(p<0.001). 4. VGN group is highest shear bond strength to composite resin, VBE group is lowest shear bond strength to composite resin(p<0.001).

        2차 세계대전과 코카콜라의 전지구화(Globalization)

        This paper deals with the process of Coca-Cola’s globalization during the World War Ⅱ. At that time, Coca-Cola had got a national reputation, however, had not got a international one yet. During World War Ⅱ the Coca-Cola Company had succeeded in convincing the top military leaders such as Generals George Marshall and Dwight Einsenhower that Coca-Cola was an “essential wartime product.” And, in turn, they asked the Coca-Cola Company to make some bottling plants at the war front lines for the American GIs. As a result, the Coca-Cola Company sent some employees as the Technical Observers(TO) to take charge of making and running the plants. As the Allied Forces moved forward, they had built one by one. Furthermore, the GIs had welcomed Coca-Cola and treated it as a part of their home or country because whenever they saw and drank it, they reminded of their hometowns and sweethearts or parents that they were really eager to see again. For the Coca-Cola Company, it had made the special advertising for the American soldiers. While it appealed for patriotism and pause, it also had made ‘the global high-sign’ stressing the friendship between USA and the non-American nations. Finally, when the World War Second had ended, in a real sense, Coca-Cola had become a global drinks. The war gave the Coca-Cola Company a crucial chance to implant its beverage into the European and Asian people.
