백워드 설계 기반 고등학교 특수학급 국어과 교육과정 재구성 및 수업 전문성 향상에 대한 자문화기술지

연구목적: 이 연구는 백워드 설계로 국어 교육과정을 재구성하여 수업을 실행하는 과정에서 교사의 수업 전문성 향상이 어떻게 이루어지는지에 대해 내부자적인 관점에서 살펴보고자 했다. 연구방법: 자문화기술지 연구 방법을 활용하였으며, 기억자료와 자기성찰자료, 인공적 문화물 등의 질적 자료를 수집하였고, 구조분석과 인 비보 코딩, 종단적 코딩을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 연구자의 백워드 설계를 활용한 교육과정 재구성, 수업 실행 및 성찰을 통해 수업 역량이 함양되는 과정을 정리하여 제시하였다. 결론: 이 연구는 수업 전문성 향상을 추구하는 특수교사들에게 백워드 설계를 실제 수업에 활용한 사례와 그 과정에 대한 성찰을 가감없이 제공함으로써 향후 특수교사들이 백워드 설계를 활용하여 수업 역량을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 탐색하는데 기여할 것이다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine how a teacher’s competence in class expertise was achieved in the process of implementing the Korean language curriculum with backward design from an insider perspective. Method: This study used the research method of autoethnography. Qualitative data such as memory data, introspection data, and artificial cultural materials were collected, and data were analyzed using structural analysis and in vivo coding, and longitudinal coding. Results: The curriculum reconstruction, teaching competence, and reflection using the researcher’s backward design were summarized and presented. Conclusion: This study provided special teachers with examples to improve their class expertise using backward design in their authentic classes, and many teachers will use the backward design to improve their teaching competence. Therefore, this study will contribute to enhance students' learning effectiveness.

정자는 전통 조경에서 중요한 경관적 장치이자 공간을 구성하는 대표적인 시설이다. 전통 조경공간에 대한 해석과 계승을 위해서는 전통 정자의 형상과 구조에 대한 연구도 동반되어야 한다. 하지만 전통 정자의 양식과 구조에 관한 연구는 찾아보기 어렵다. 이에 본 연구는 정자의 형상을 결정짓는데 가장 비중이 큰 지붕부를 대상으로 구조적 특성의 규명을 목적으로 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 구조를 파악할 수 있는 15개의 한칸형 전통 사각정자를 대상으로 분석한 결과 한 칸 정자의 지붕부의 유형을 구분짓는 주요 부재는 보, 종도리, 동자임을 확인하였다. 지붕 부재의 유무에 따라 정자는 보, 보+종도리보+동자, 종도리, 동자 등 5가지 유형으로 분류되었다. 또한 지붕부의 형상 분류를 토대로 보에 작용하는 하중과 결구를 분석한 결과 한칸형 전통 사각정자에서 보가 수장과 하중의 균형을 이루는 역할을 하기 위한 것임을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 정자 지붕부의 형태와 부재의 역할과 기능에 대해 크기, 비율, 하중 등으로 면밀하게 해석을 시도하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. Pavilion is an important landscape installation in the traditional landscaping and a representative facility that organizes space. To interpret and succeed the traditional landscape space, researches on the shape and structure of the traditional pavilion are also needed. However, researches on the style and structure of the traditional pavilion are difficult to be found. Accordingly this study aimed to identify the structural characteristics of roof part that occupied the largest portion in determining the shape of pavilion. Our research findings are as follows. As a result of analyzing 15 traditional Single-room square pavilions whose structure could be identified, it was found that the main building elements that distinguished the type of roof part in the Single-room square were crossbeam, ridge pole, and baluster. Depending on the presence of roofing members, pavilion was classified into five types: crossbeam, crossbeam+ridge pole, crossbeam+baluster, ridge pole, and baluster. In addition, as a result of analyzing the load and joint that worked on crossbeam based on the shape classification of roof part, it was found that in the traditional Single-room square pavilion, crossbeam was designed to play a balancing role between pillar and load. This study is significant in that it attempted to make a close interpretation of the shape of roof part in the pavilion and the role and function of building elements in terms of size, ratio, and load.

전세계적으로 폐암 발병율은 서서히 감소하는 추세이지만, 여전히 암 관련 사망의 주요 원인으로 지목되고 있으며, 이에 따라 폐암 진단과 치료를 위한 새로운 분자적 지표를 발굴하는 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구진이 수행한 기존 연구에 따르면 폐암 환자에게서는 전사인자 중 하나인 TFAP2C가 높은 비율로 발현되며, 이 전사인자를 통해 폐암 발달에 상당한 영향을 끼치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. TFAP2C는 다른 유전자들의 발현을 조절하여 암 형성에 기여하게 된다. 마이크로어레이 분석을 통해 TFAP2C에 의해 발현양이 조절되는 잠재적 표적 유전자들을 확인하였고, 특히 TFAP2C siRNA를 처리하였을 때 발현이 감소되는 원암유전자들 중 CDC20과 TRIB3 유전자를 최종적으로 선별하였다. 리얼타임 qRT-PCR과 웨스턴블롯을 통하여 두 유전자가 TFAP2C에 의존적으로 발현됨을 확인하였으며, 세포 생존 분석법을 통하여 CDC20과 TRIB3의 발현 증가가 폐암세포의 세포 증식을 유의미하게 유도하는 것을 확인하였다. 이와 더불어, CDC20과 TRIB3의 과발현이 폐암세포의 세포사멸 수준을 감소시켜 폐암 형성에 관여함을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 CDC20과 TRIB3가 폐암 형성을 유도할 수 있는 잠재적인 원암유전자로 기능함을 밝힐 수 있었으며, 두 유전자가 폐암 진단을 위한 표적유전자로서의 역할을 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has the infamous distinction of being the leading cause of global cancer-related death over the past decade, and novel molecular targets are urgently required to change this status. We previously conducted a microarray analysis to investigate the association of transcription factor activating enhancer-binding protein 2C (TFAP2C) with NSCLC and revealed its oncogenic roles in NSCLC development. In this study, to identify new biomarkers for NSCLC, we focused on several oncogenes from the microarray analysis that are transcriptionally regulated by TFAP2C. Here, the cell division cycle 20 (CDC20) and tribbles pseudokinase 3 (TRIB3) were subsequently found as potential potent oncogenes as they are positively regulated by TFAP2C. The results showed that the mRNA and protein levels of CDC20 and TRIB3 were down-regulated in two NSCLC cell lines (NCI-H292 and NCI-H838), which were treated with TFAP2C siRNA, and that the overexpression of either CDC20 or TRIB3 was responsible for promoting cell viability in both NSCLC cell lines. In addition, apoptotic levels of NCI-H292 and NCI-H838 cells treated with TFAP2C siRNA were found to be suppressed by the overexpression of either CDC20 or TRIB3. Together, these results suggest that CDC20 and TRIB3 are positively related to NSCLC tumorigenesis and that they should be considered as potential prognostic markers for developing an NSCLC therapy.

Cross-reactive material 197 (CRM<sub>197</sub>) is a non-toxic mutant of diphtheria toxin containing a single amino acid substitution of glycine 52 with glutamic acid. CRM<sub>197</sub> has been used as a carrier protein for poorly immunogenic polysaccharide antigens to improve immune responses. In this study, to develop a sandwich ELISA that can detect CRM<sub>197</sub> and CRM<sub>197</sub> conjugate vaccines, we generated a human anti-CRM<sub>197</sub> monoclonal antibody (mAb) 3F9 using a phage-displayed human synthetic Fab library and produced mouse anti-CRM197 polyclonal antibody. The affinity (K<sub>D</sub>) of 3F9 for CRM<sub>197</sub> was 3.55 nM, based on Bio-Layer interferometry, and it bound specifically to the B fragment of CRM<sub>197</sub>. The sandwich ELISA was carried out using 3F9 as a capture antibody and the mouse polyclonal antibody as a detection antibody. The detection limit of the sandwich ELISA was <1 ng/ml CRM<sub>197</sub>. In addition, the 3F9 antibody bound to the CRM<sub>197</sub>-polysaccharide conjugates tested in a dose-dependent manner. This ELISA system will be useful for the quantification and characterization of CRM<sub>197</sub> and CRM<sub>197</sub> conjugate vaccines. To our knowledge, this study is the first to generate a human monoclonal antibody against CRM197 and to develop a sandwich ELISA for CRM<sub>197</sub> conjugate vaccines.
Working Tourist Serious Leisure: A Qualitative Study of Irish and New Zealand Leaders in South Korea

This study sought to understand working tourist’s activities based in South Korea, and how their leisure activities and leadership roles impacted their lives, their leisure groups, and also unique forms of tourist activity. Using semi-structured interviews with 11 serious leisure volunteers from New Zealand and Ireland currently based in South Korea as working tourists, this research looked to understand their motivations and the benefits that their participation and leadership roles played in their lifestyle. It also sought to analyze how they utilized their prior knowledge, skills, and home country and culture to improve their working tourist lifestyle. Using qualitative analysis and three layers of coding, the interview results indicated the surprising importance of the social aspect as a main motivation and outlined four strong and distinct benefits that seem to differ from serious leisure volunteering in their home country. It also identified three key impacts that these working tourists have on their groups and outlines the importance that serious leisure plays in their life satisfaction. The results can offer insights for domestic and international tourism as these leaders impact their leisure group’s activities in several ways, and also show how important leisure is for working tourist community’s. It also shows the changing dynamics of tourism, where leisure activities and home culture are no longer concepts that tourists must live without.
