브랜딩·스타일링·마케팅을 결합한 스페이스 디자인 프로세스 연구 - 작품‘Fill the Red, Feel the Red'를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 디자인 분야와 마케팅 분야의 전략을 종합하여 전략적 연결점을 찾아내 요소들 간 융합을 이루는 사례를 제시하여 브랜드·스페이스·마케팅에서 새로운 방향성과 아이디어를 제시하는데 목적을 둔다. 이에 본 연구는 2017년 9월~12월까지 ㈜애경과 산업 연계하여 진행된 숙명여대 환경디자인학과 ‘브 랜딩·스타일링·마케팅’ 교과목에서 도출된 ‘fill the red, feel the red’ 프로젝트를 마케팅 및 디자인 프로세스, 결과물을 도출하여 그 과정들을 밝힌다. 아울러 본 연구는 브랜드 스페이스 마케팅에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해, 브랜드 스페이스(팝업스토어)를 개발 및 스타일링하며 ㈜애경의 화장품 브랜드 ‘LUNA’를 브 랜딩, 스타일, 마케팅적 측면에서 종합적으로 연계하여 도출되는 과정들을 제안함으로서 향후 브랜드 스페이스 디자인과 마케팅 분야에 체계적이고 창의적인 방법들로 결과물을 도출하는데 기초자료로 활용하는데 의의가 있다.

Factors Affecting Occupational Health of Shift Nurses: Focusing on Job Stress, Health Promotion Behavior, Resilience, and Sleep Disturbance

Background: This study aims to allow the development of efficient measures to improve occupational health of shift-working nurses focusing on job stress, health promotion behavior, resilience, and sleep disturbance. Methods: It was conducted on a subject panel of 137 nurses who were aware of the purpose of the study and agreed to participate. They worked three shifts at a tertiary hospital or a general hospital located in metropolitan city B. The collected data were analyzed by the independent t test and one-way analysis of variance and post-tested by Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 25.0. Results: The significant influencing factors on sleep disturbance were of those whose subjective health status was 'normal' (b = 0.29, p < .001), 'not healthy' (β = .40, p < .001), who have job stress (β = .22, p = .003), and who have health promotion behavior (β = -0.17, p = .023). The overall explanatory power was 31.1% (F = 16.31, p < .001). Conclusion: Through this study, nurses' subjective health status and job stress of working shifts were found to be important factors influencing the sleep disturbance level, and the most influencing factor was identified as the subjective health status.

Crotamiton, an Anti-Scabies Agent, Suppresses Histamine- and Chloroquine-Induced Itch Pathways in Sensory Neurons and Alleviates Scratching in Mice

Crotamiton is an anti-scabies drug, but it was recently found that crotamiton also suppresses non-scabietic itching in mice. However, the underlying mechanism is largely unclear. Therefore, aim of the study is to investigate mechanisms of the anti-pruritic effect of crotamiton for non-scabietic itching. Histamine and chloroquine are used as non-scabietic pruritogens. The effect of crotamiton was identified using fluorometric intracellular calcium assays in HEK293T cells and primary cultured dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons. Further in vivo effect was evaluated by scratching behavior tests. Crotamiton strongly inhibited histamine-induced calcium influx in HEK293T cells, expressing both histamine receptor 1 (H1R) and transient receptor potential vanilloid 1 (TRPV1), as a model of histamine-induced itching. Similarly, it also blocked chloroquine-induced calcium influx in HEK293T cells, expressing both Mas-related G-protein-coupled receptor A3 (MRGPRA3) and transient receptor potential A1 (TRPA1), as a model of histamine-independent itching. Furthermore, crotamiton also suppressed both histamine- and chloroquine-induced calcium influx in primary cultures of mouse DRG. Additionally, crotamiton strongly suppressed histamine- and chloroquine-induced scratching in mice. Overall, it was found that crotamiton has an anti-pruritic effect against non-scabietic itching by histamine and chloroquine. Therefore, crotamiton may be used as a general anti-pruritic agent, irrespective of the presence of scabies.

Seasonal Occurrence of Citrus Leafminer, Phyllocnistis citrella Stainton (Lepidoptera: Gracillariidae) in Jeju, Korea

This study was conducted to investigate the seasonal occurrence of Phyllocnistis citrella Stainton (Citrus leafminer; CLM) and parasitoids in Jeju region, where the damage of CLM to the citrus farm has been recently increased. For this study, annual CLM mornitoring using sex pheromone traps were conducted in the citrus farm of Jeju from 2011 to 2015. The mean annual occurrence of CLS was 477,389 and appeared to increase along the temperature.

Taxomonic notes on Phyllocnistis citrella (Lepidoptera: Gracillariidae) with a redescription of morphology and DNA barcode

The genus Phyllocnistis belongs to the family Gracillariidae including 85 described species in the world (De Prins and De Prins 2005). The genus has been placed under the family Phyllocnistidae, which is now the subfamily of the family Gracillariidae. In Korea, only one species of the family, Phyllocnistis citrella Stainton has been listed for the first time by Ko (1969) without the taxonomic information. It was first reported by Heppner (1993) from North America, and it has become to the major pest of Rutaceae, especially damaging on the genus Citrus spp. It has been called as CLM (citrus leafminer) in the world. This study was carried out to identify and monitor CLM easily and correctly with providing the genitalic structures and DNA barcode which is now one of the major insect pest on citrus farm.

Objectives: In this comparative analytic study the standard competency of American Dental Hygienists proposed by the America Dental Education Association was examined and compared with the competency of American school of entry-level to identify the competence required by domestic dental hygienists. Methods: Based on the standard competency presented by the America Dental Education Association the 109 schools which provide respective dental hygiene competency among 336 universities and colleges belonging to the entry-level were compared with each other, and the collected data were processed by SPSS 21.0. Results: The descriptive statistics upon overall competence were prepared and the results of survey revealed the highest average score of 7.53 for the Core competency. It was identified that there were statistically significant difference between two groups of the above(the top 25%) and below the average level(the 25% from the bottom) in all the competency. The competency of participation in local community and patients’ care were appeared as significant variables affecting the core competency of dental hygienists with the 76.4% of explanatory power, and the model reveals the statistically significant results(p<0.001). Conclusions: Based on these results it was identified that the ethical, communication skill, self-development efforts, and capability of critical thinking and judgment were necessary competency for the dental hygienists. Further efforts to integrate and standardize the competency of domestic dental hygienists are thus needed and based on these integrated and standardized competencies the integrated curricula to cultivate domestic dental hygienists should be developed.

해외사례를 바탕으로 한 지역축제 발전 전략연구

지역 관광을 선도해 갈 수 있는 전략적 상품으로서 축제상품은 국내외적으로 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 지역 축제는 그 지역의 경제·사회·문화적인 면에서 긍정적인 효과를 창출하고 관광객들에게도 지역의 매력을 어필할 수 있는 수단이기 때문이다. 우리나라에서도 축제의 중요성을 인식하여 많은 지자체에서 축제를 개최하고 있고 지속적으로 지원을 하고 있다. 하지만 우리나라의 지역 축제는 축제 산업에 대한 이해가 부족하고 차별성 없는 축제를 우후죽순 생성하는 등 축제에 대한 기초적 자료가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 영국 에든버러 페스티벌의 성공적인 사례를 바탕으로 하여 국내 지역 축제인 대구 국제뮤지컬 페스티벌에 적용 가능한 새로운 관광 전략을 모색하였다. 에든버러 페스티벌의 사례를 배경으로 대구 국제뮤지컬 페스티벌의 문제점을 분석해본 결과 독창성과 차별성의 부재, 국제적 축제에 걸맞지 않는 수준의 공연 프로그램, 홍보의 부족 및 부대행사와 장소의 문제 등 4가지 문제점을 도출하였으며 이를 해결하기 위한 개선 방안 및 성공 전략을 수립하였다. 따라서 영국의 에든버러 페스티벌의 성공적 사례를 바탕으로 살펴본 전략을 대구 국제 뮤지컬 페스티벌을 적용한다면 지역축제로서 성공적으로 안착할 수 있을 것이다. As a strategic product that can lead local tourism, festive products are attracting domestic and international attention. Local festivals are a means to create positive effects in the economic, social and cultural aspects of the region and to attract tourists to the local attractions. Recognizing the importance of festivals in Korea, many localities hold festivals and continue to support them. However, local festivals in Korea lack basic knowledge about festivals, such as lack of understanding about festival industry and creation of festivals which are not distinguished. Therefore, this study sought a new tourism strategy applicable to Daegu International Musical Festival, which is a local festival based on the successful case of the Edinburgh Festival in England. As a result of analyzing the problems of the Daegu International Musical Festival in the background of the Edinburgh Festival, four problems such as lack of originality and differentiation, a performance program not suitable for international festivals, lack of publicity, We have developed an improvement strategy and success strategy to solve this problem. Therefore, if the Daegu International Musical Festival is applied to the strategy based on the successful cases of the Edinburgh Festival in the UK, it will be able to settle successfully as a local festival.

디지털 마을방송 시스템 구축을 위한 전파 측정 및 분석

현재 아날로그 방식의 마을방송 시스템은 기술 적용의 문제 및 시설 노후화로 인한 성능 저하 등의 문제로 인하여 디지털 시스템으로의 전환과 이에 따른 시스템 표준이 요구되고 있다. 효율적인 디지털 무선 마을 방송 시스템의 구축을 위해서 파라미터를 토대로 전파환경 특성에 기반을 두어 전파의 실측값과 예측 값의 비교분석이 필요하다. 본 논문은 지역 환경을 고려하여 도시지역, 산간지역, 평야지역으로 경로를 설정하여 전파 측정을 하였으며, 측정을 통한 실측값과 예측 값을 SMIS (spectrum management intelligence system) 및 Matlab을 이용하여 전계강도 및 오차를 비교분석하였다. 본 논문의 결과는 전파수신 전력 및 지형별 환경등의 전파 특징을 예측하고 마을 방송 표준의 확립과 시범 사업화를 위한 자료로 활용될 것이다. Since the existing analog village broadcasting system has some technical problems in applying and degradations in performance due to its old equipments, it had been required to be changed to a digital system and to develop the standardization from now. Therefore, we have analyzed the service coverage in various environments in order to construct an effective digital wireless village broadcasting system. Also, a precise prediction of field strength should be set up in various propagation environments to design a digital radio stations with reliable transmit power. Using these results the received power and the propagation characteristics in various environments can be predicted to establish a standard and the testing service will be deployed in the near future.

요로상피암 치료를 위한 항체 약물 접합체 개발 동향

Urothelial cancer is the seventh most common cancer among men worldwide. Bacille de Calmette-Guérin is a type of anticancer immunotherapy that has been used to treat targeted bladder cancer, but the number of patients with treatment-refractory advanced urothelial cancer, patients has been increasing recently. To overcome this, enfortumab vedotin (novel nectin-4 targeting antibody-drug conjugate) known as antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), was approved. We describe the clinical development process of ADC and the potential for future development as a bladder cancer treatment.

Influence of Electron and Hole Distribution on 2T SONOS Embedded NVM

The influence of electron and hole (EH) distribution on two-transistor (2T) silicon-oxide-nitride-oxide-silicon (SONOS) embedded nonvolatile memory (eNVM) is investigated in terms of reliability. As PE (program/erase) cycles are repeated, it is observed that the electron distribution in the nitride layer becomes wider. It leads to the EH distribution mismatch, which degrades the reliability of 2T SONOS eNVM.
