        In order to make a synthetic plan of complex organic compounds, first of all, it is necessary to be capable of searching for the objects' structures by each systematic thinking capacity and original ideas, accompanied by systematic synthesis. First, classifying of organic synthesis, 1. Total synthesis & partial synthesis 2. Rational synthesis & non-rational synthesis 3. Classified into linear synthesis and convergent synthesis Second, the synthesis of complex organic compounds 1. Finding out what is the important problem in synthetic process, the structure of the objects should be simplified by contrasting synthesis, and the important mid-materials and originals found. 2. Making several synthetic plans of them, comparing and examing the relative advantage and disadvantage(of them), making a decision of a specific synthetic plan, and selecting each procedure, specific reactions and reagents according to them should be chosen. 3. Planning and performing experiments, the result of them should be examined and analyzed, and the process to supplement insufficient parts added. 4. The rapid understanding of synthetic polymers requires full recongnation of the synthesis of complex organic compounds.

        The Chemical species formed by uranium and vanadium and their equilibria have been investigated from elution behaviors with the pH variation by anion exchange chromatography. The species of uranium is only ?? at the pH 1 and the existing equilibrium is ?? at the pH range of 3∼4. In the case of higher pH than 5 uranium seems to exist ??, ?? and ??. At the pH 4 its constant calculated at 20℃ is ??. The species of vanadium is ?? at the pH 1 and the higher pH than 2, main species, ?? was converted into ?? species through the equilibrium of ??.         Analysis on the change of total factor productivity of wheat in China and its influencing factors

        밀은 중국의 3대 식량작물의 하나로서 생산량은 사회생활과 산업발전에 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구에서 중국 12개 밀 주요 생산지역을 대상으로 중국의 농산물 비용 및 수익의 데이터를 통하여 2005년부터 2019년까지 DEA-Malmquist 모델을 이용하여 밀의 총요소 생산성을 측정하였으며, 또한 중국 통계연감, 교통 연감, 중국 농촌 통계 연감의 데이터를 기반으로 LSDVC 모형을 이용하여 효율성은 영향요인을 측정하였다. 분석결과, 2005년부터 2019년까지 중국 19년간 밀의 총요소 생산성은 내림세를 보였고 연평균 증가율은 –1.5%였다. 밀의 생산 효율성 영향요인을 보면, 농업의 기계화동력은 밀의 총요소생산성에 뚜렷한 긍정적(+)인 영향을 주지만 정부의 농업 공공지출, 산업화는 밀의 총요소생산성에 뚜렷한 부정적(-)인 영향을 준다. 또한 농촌의 도로밀도와 평균 기온과 도시화는 밀의 생산성 요소의 영향이 뚜렷하지 않다. 밀 생산력의 지속적인 향상을 위해 앞으로 밀 산업의 발전은 농업 발전방식을 중점적으로 전환하고 인력 투입을 확대하며 공업 부문의 농업 육성을 장려해야 한다. As one of the three major food crops in China, wheat production plays a vital role in people’s lives and industrial development. This study used a DEA-Malmquist model to calculate and analyze the wheat total factor productivity (TFP) of 12 major wheat-producing provinces from 2005 to 2019. The data necessary for this calculation were obtained from the “National Farm Product Cost-benefit Survey”. Further to this calculation, an LSDVC model was used to explore the factors influencing the TFP. For this, the data were obtained from the “China Statistical Yearbook”, “Rural Statistical Yearbook of China”, and “Transport Yearbook”. The results showed that from 2005 to 2019, China’s wheat total factor productivity showed a decline and increased at an average annual rate of -1.5%. As far as the factors influencing the wheat production efficiency are concerned, the total mechanical power has a significant positive impact on the TFP of wheat. In contrast, government expenditures for agriculture, forestry and water resources, and industrialization have significantly adverse effects on the wheat TFP. Moreover , the rural road density and urbanization showed no significant impact on the TFP of wheat. Therefore, to promote the sustainable improvement of wheat productivity, the future development of the wheat industry should focus on the transformation of the agricultural development mode, human resources investment, and encourage the industry sector to nurture agriculture.

        Effects of E-commerce Terminal Logistics Service Quality on Rural Residents' Online Purchasing Behavior — Case study: Jilin Province in China

        농촌 종점 물류는 농촌 주민들의 온라인 쇼핑에 영향을 주는 중요한 요인임. 농촌 인터넷 쇼핑의 서비스 품질은 양호한 종점 물류 배송과 지원이 필요함. 농촌 이커머스의 발전에 의 하여 농촌 주민들이 서비스의 품질에 대한 기대치도 높아지고 있음. 본 연구에서는 이커머스 만족도를 통한 농촌 종점 물류 서비스 품질이 농촌 주민의 온라인 구매행위에 어떠한 영향 미치는지 검토하고, 농촌 종점 물류 서비스의 발전을 위한 개 선 및 발전전략을 제시하였음. 본 연구에서는 구조방정식모델 (SEM)과 온충린의 매개효과 테스트를 적용하여 분석하였음. 1. 신뢰성과 서비스 편의성은 만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 원가절약은 만족도에 부정적 영향을 미침. 2. 만족도는 인터넷 쇼핑에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났음. 3. 만족도는 반응성과 구매행위 사이에 매개효과가 있고 경제와 구매행위 사이에도 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났음. Rural terminal logistics are important determinants of the rural residents' online shopping. The service quality of rural online shopping needs good terminal logistics distribution and support chain. As e-commerce expands to rural areas, residents are gradually increasing their expectations on service quality. Taking satisfaction as an intermediary variable, this study explored influences of various dimensions of rural terminal logistics service quality on rural residents' online purchasing behavior, and provided corresponding improvements and development countermeasures for the development of rural terminal logistics service that would improve the quality of life of rural residents. The structural equation models (SEM) and Zhong Lin Wen’s method of mediating effect test were in the analysis (Wen et al., 2004). Distribution reliability and service convenience had positive effects on satisfaction, while economy had a negative effect on satisfaction. Meanwhile, satisfaction had a positive effect on online purchasing behavior, while satisfaction had a mediator effect between responsiveness and purchase behavior, and a mediator effect was also observed between Economy and purchase behavior.

        Macroscopic and Mesoscopic Characteristics of a Small-Span Metro Tunnel in the Development of a Disaster Under Load

        A similarity model with a volumetric similarity ratio of 1:100 and a granular flow model for the tunnel were designed. By comparing macroscopic and mesoscopic information (such as fracture process, strain evolution, stress transfer, crack propagation, and stress distribution) of the tunnel models under load, the failure mechanism of the metro tunnel under load was investigated. The result showed that: 1) under the loading path, the instability area of the tunnel is mainly distributed in the straight wall on both sides. When the load is 1.5 MPa, a large number of cracks on both sides of the straight wall run through, resulting in the initial failure of the rock mass; 2) the surface rock mass of arch bottom is under tensile stress and the deep rock mass is under pressure stress, therefore, the fracture does not develop continuously. The surface of straight wall produces continuous development crack under the action of tensile stress; 3) the arch bottom first responds during the stress redistribution of the small-span tunnel; the top and middle parts of the side walls of the running tunnel with greatest potential for damage respond most; 4) in the process of stress redistribution, the peak stress of the deep measuring points of the straight wall is greater than that of the free surface; 5) at the initial stage of loading, tensile cracks account for a high proportion of all cracks found. When the load is 1.5 MPa, the proportion of shear cracks increases to 28%, and when the load is 1.6 Mpa, the proportion of shear cracks increases to 31%. Finally, the tensile-shear effect triggers the failure of the tunnel.

        A Study on the Management Efficiency of “Seolhyang” strawberries Farms Used SBM-DEA Model with Undesirable Output

        본 연구에서는 농촌진흥청에서 조사한 ‘표준소득자료집’의 99명의 설향 딸기농가 조사사료를 이용하여 분석하였다. 이러한 자료로 SBM-DEA 모델을 활용하여 이산화탄소 배출량을 고려한 설향 딸기농가의 경영효율성 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 99명 농가 중 14명(14.14%) 농가의 기술효율성은 불변규모수익(CRS)일 경우, 효율적인 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 가변규모수익(VRS)의 경우, 99명 농가 중 30명(30.3%) 농가의 순수기술효율성은 효율적인 것으로 나타났다. TEVRS 가설, TECRS 가설, SE 가설을 통해 분석한 결과, 설향 딸기농가의 평균기술효율성은 0.53, 0.35, 0.60으로 나타났다. 그리고 Tobit모형을 통해 순수기술효율성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 이산화탄소 배출, 난방여부, 재배면적 등 요인이 순수기술효율성에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 유기 비료의 비율은 높을수록 순수기술효율성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 유기비료를 많이 사용할수록 순수기술효율성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 의미한다. 또한, 딸기농가의 재배경력은 순수기술효율성에 통계적으로 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 살충제 및 농약비용을 줄여야 하며, 지속가능한 딸기 생산을 위해 유기비료를 사용해야한다. 또한, 이산화탄소 배출 감소에 관한 농업정책을 설립할 필요가 있다. Ninety-nine strawberry farmers were assessed. A slacks-based and data envelopment analysis measure (SBM-DEA) of efficiency with an undesirable output was used to analyze the technical efficiency of farmers by taking carbon dioxide (CO2) as the undesirable output. Only 14 (14.14%) were technically efficient under a constant return to scale (CRS) and scale efficiency, while 30 (30.3%) households were technically efficient under variable return to scale (VRS). On average, the estimated technical efficiency scores of "Seolhyang" strawberry farmers in the study area under the technical efficiency of the CRS (TECRS) assumption, technical efficiency of the VRS (TEVRS) assumption, and scale efficiency (SE) assumption were approximately 0.35, 0.53, and 0.60, respectively. The Tobit regression model was used to identify the factors influencing the technical efficiency of "Seolhyang" strawberries. CO2 emissions, heating or not, and the land area negatively affected the technical efficiency, while the organic fertilizer ratio positively affected the technical efficiency. The effects of strawberry planting experience on the technical efficiency were not statistically significant. Therefore, agricultural policies should include measures to reducing the use of pesticides and fuels that emit high emissions and improve the use of organic fertilizers for sustainable strawberry development.
