        배경 : 국내에서 개발된 방사선 동위원소 Holmium-166 (166Ho)은 주로 베타선을 방출하며, 166Ho을 부착한 풍선도자를 이용하여 돼지 관상동맥 재협착 모형에서 풍선확장술 후 신생내막 증식을 전신적 부작용 없이 안전하고 효과적으로 억제하였음을 보고한 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 돼지 관상동맥 스텐트 재협착 모형에서 스텐트 시술 후 신생내막 증식에 의한 재협착 병변을 166Ho 부착 풍선도자를 이용하여 치료하여 그 효과를 관찰하고자 하였다. 방법

        회계실무 자격취득이 취업특성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 ERP 등 회계실무 자격취득이 취업특성에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위하여 Pearson’s correlation coefficient를 이용한 상관관계 분석과 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 유의수준 p<0.1(90%)에서 해석하였다. 본 연구의 구성은 다음과 같다. 제Ⅰ장 서론에서는 연구의 배경과 연구목적, 연구의 범위 및 방법을 기술하였고, 제Ⅱ장에서는 본 연구와 관련된 선행연구와 가설설정을 서술하였으며, 제Ⅲ장 연구설계에서는 연구모형과 변수정의에 대하여 기술하였다. 그리고 제Ⅳ장 실증분석에서는 기술통계 결과를 제시하고, 상관관계분석의 결과 및 해석과 다중 회귀분석의 결과 및 해석을 기술하였으며, 마지막 제Ⅴ장에서는 본 논문의 결론과 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 기술하였다. 본 연구의 상관관계 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. ERP등 회계실무 자격 변수와 취업 기업규모(SIZE) 및 직무관련 취업연관성(JOB) 변수 간의 전반적인 상관관계가 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보이는 것으로 나타남으로써, ERP등 회계실무 자격과 취업 특성 간의 매우 밀접한 관계가 있는 것으로 해석된다. 본 연구의 다중 회귀분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구모형 1-2(Equation 1-2)와 연구모형 1-3(Equation 1-3)의 회귀분석 결과 ERP물류 정보관리사 자격(LOG), ERP생산 정보관리사 자격(PRD), TAT 2급 자격(TAT2), ERP자격 취득 개수(ERP)가 취업기업의 규모(SIZE)에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타남으로써, ERP등 회계실무 자격 취득이 취업기업의 규모에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 연구가설 1을 채택하는 결과를 보이고 있다. 둘째, 연구모형 2-2(Equation 2-2)와 연구모형 2-3(Equation 2-3)의 회귀분석 결과 ERP인사 정보관리사 자격(HUR), ERP물류 정보관리사 자격(LOG), TAT 2급 자격(TAT2), ERP자격 취득 개수(ERP)가 관련 직무취업(JOB)에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타남으로써, ERP등 회계실무 자격 취득이 관련 직무취업에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 연구가설 2를 채택하는 결과를 보이고 있다. This study analyzed the effects of employment qualifications acquired related accounting practices certification, such as ERP. And correlation analysis using pearson’s correlation coefficient and multi variant regression analysis were used to analyze the correlation and effects using significance level p<0.1 (90%). For this study, we made use of related precedent researches, literature. This analysis registered samples at A university in Gwangju. Compositions of this study are following. The first chapter described backgrounds of study, objects of study and methods of study. The second chapter described advanced research and hypothesis. So, the third chapter described research model and defined variable. And the fourth chapter analyzed and interpreted the correlation analysis and the multiple regression analysis. Finally, the fifth chapter suggested conclusion of the study, limitation of the study and future direction of the study. The results of regression analysis, this study can be summarized as following: First, The firm’s size have positively affected(Equation 1-2, Equation 1-3) on the having of ERP-Logistic license, ERP-Production license, TAT-2 license, ERP Master license. Second, The job-related have positively affected(Equation 2-2, Equation 2-3) on the having of ERP-Logistic license, ERP-Human resource license, TAT-2 license, ERP Master license.

        The pore sizes of MCM-41 and KIT-1 mesoporous materials could be controlled by the addition of 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene as a complementary chemical or the use of templates with different chain lengths such as ?? and ??. The synthesized mesoporous materials are characterized from X-ray diffraction patterns and N₂adsorption isotherms. With the addition of 1,3,5,-trimethylbenzene, the pore size of synthesized, mesoporous material increased, while the pore size distribution became broad. On the other hand, the mesoporous material synthesized using a template with a larger carbon chain such as ?? showed larger pore size with a narrow distribution.

        The conventional computer has the excellent performances in data management and numerical calculation, but it has reached limitation in a field of parallel processing such as image and speech processing. Neural networks have been studied in order to overcome this limitation. Recently, neural processor has been developed up to the level of the chip. Neural networks are composed of the connection of unit cells which have functions of multiplication, addition and transformation. In this paper a neural network is designed in digital method which easily adjusts weights and fabricated with an EPLD device.

        The purpose of the research is to study the prediction of heat transfer on flat heat pipe applid to solar energy collector by the numerical study. Numerical analysis was performed by finite element method for the prediction of heat transfer on flat transfer on flat heat pipe. A comparison between the experimental and the numerical results show qualitatively agreement and it was able to predict the performence of flat heat pipe collector. The Biot number, (h_(ev)l)/Ks in order to know the effect of heat transfer on flat heat pipe was show to decrease by increas of heat transfer coefficient in vapor region, and with higher conductivity of container, Ks.

        A numerical and experimental study have been performed on the heat transfer in rectangular solid owned heat source. The effects of thermal conductivity k, heat transfer coefficient h, temperature of surrounding fluid To and the rate of heat flow Q were studied numerically by F. E. M. The experiment were studied by given rectangular solid. The results of F. E. M. and experimental are as follows. 1) The F. E. M. to calculate the temperature distribution in rectangular solid showed good agreement with experimental. 2) Thermal conductivity influenced strongly temperature distribution in the solid but heat transfer cofficient influenced only surface. 3) Temperature gradient in the solid was unconcerned by temperature of surrounding fluid and rate of heat flow but temperature in the solid changed at a fixed rate.

        The research described in this paper was conducted to estimate the level of air, water and soil pollution, and plans for environmental conservation in Chinju city. The characterizations of air, water and soil pollution in Chinju were investigated during the period of September and November of 1997. The concentrations of air and soil pollutant in Chinju were lower than a metropolitan areas or environmental standard. The pollution level of water quality were higher Keong-Ho and Yang-Chen river compared with Duck-Chen river.

        경부 관통상으로 인한 사지 마비 1례

        A case of quadriplegia resulted from cervical penetrating wound was admitted to chosun university hospital intensive care unit, and undergone steroid therapy and antibiotics therapy. On the 6th hospital day, the septic complication was developed and it proved to be bacterial meningitis by CSF examination. Broad spectrum antibiotics was administered immediately after and the diagnosis and the patient was monitored carefully. The bacterial meningitis was improved and no other serious complication was developed. The patient was discharged with permanent neurologic deficit, quadriplegia.

      • 일산화탄소 폭로후 고압산소 재폭로시 흰쥐 신장 및 심장의 SOD 활성 변동에 관한 연구

        Carbon monoxide is generated from the incomplete combustion of carbon-containing materials. Carbon monoxide cause muscle necrosis leading to myoglobinuria and acute renal failure. The hyperbaric oxygen exposure is increased production of active free radicals. Free radicals which promoted peroxidation of unsaturated fatty acids may destroy essential cellular components and itself cytotoxic materials. Superoxide dismutase, one of the protective mechanisms against tissue damage, catalyzed the dismutation of superoxide anion to less toxic product. The author performs the present study to investigate on Mn-SOD and Cu, Zn-SOD immunoreactivities in kidney and heart carbon monoxide (CO) and hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) exposure. The animals were divided CO exposure group, air release after CO exposure group, HBO exposure group and, CO and HBO exposure group. The specimen were sectioned in 16㎛ with cryostate. The Mn-SOD and CuZn-SOD immunohistochemistry was performed in renal corpuscle, proximal and distal convoluted tubules of kidney and, in sarcoplasm and sarcolemma of heart muscle. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The immunoreactivity of Mn-SOD were increased in renal corpuscles and distal convoluted tubules, were similar to control group in proximal convoluted tubules. 2. The immunoreactivity of Cu, Zn-SOD were increased than that of control group in renal corpuscles and distal convoluted tubules, were same that of the control group in proximal convouted tubules. 3. The immunoreactivity of Mn-SOD were increased at all experimental group of sarcoplasms of heart muscle. 4. The immunoreactivity of Cu,Zn-SOD were increased than that of control group in sarcolemma of heart muscle. These results suggest that the immunoreactivity of SOD after CO or HBO exposure is greatly increased in kidney and heart.
