도메니코 카포네(Domenico Capone)의 윤리 사상에 비추어 본 그리스도인의 양심 이해

본 논고는 이탈리아 윤리신학자인 도메니코 카포네(Domenico Capone)의 윤리 사상에 나타난 ‘그리스도인의 양심 이해’에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 카포네는 그리스도교 윤리신학이 양심에 관해 다루는 전통적인 내용을 현대를 살아가는 그리스도인들이 보다 깊이 이해하기 위한 길을 제시하였다. 먼저 제2차 바티칸 공의회 문헌 『사목 헌장』16항의 내용을 분석하고 고찰한 카포네의 양심 이해를 통해, 하느님과 인간이 만나는 장소로 정의되는 양심의 의미와 중요성에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 두 번째로는 양심과 법 그리고 자유의 관계를 이해하는 데 기초가 되는 ‘객관성’과 ‘주관성’의 개념과 의미를 파악하고자 한다. 세 번째로는 양심 이해가 이론적 차원에 그치는 것이 아니라 실천적인 차원과 밀접한 관계를 맺고 있기 때문에 인간이 살아가는 상황과 양심의 관계에 대해 이해하고자 한다. 마지막으로 올바른 양심 판단을 위한 기준이 되는 진리에 대한 정의와 그 내용을 제시하고자 한다. 카포네는 그리스도인의 양심 이해를 통해 그리스도인에게 자신의 매일의 삶 안에서 무엇보다 먼저 그리스도의 신비와 현존의 의미를 추구하도록 초대하고자 한다. 그리스도의 신비와 현존이 전해주는 의미 안에서, 그리스도인은 자신 의 행위의 기준, 인격적 존재임을 드러내고 이를 완성하는 윤리적 행위의 기준을 발견하게 될 것이다. 따라서 카포네가 제시하는 그리스도인의 양심 이해는 그리스도인으로서 나아가야 할 방향을 찾고자 하는 그리스도인들에게 그 길을 제시해 줄 수 있을 것이다. This study examined ‘understanding of Christian conscience’ showed in Italian ethic theologist Domenico Capone’s ethical idea. Capone proposed the way to understand more deeply the ethic theology which deals with traditional substances on consciences for Christians, who are living in modern era. Firstly, through the Capone’s understanding of conscience, which analyzed and considered on “Gaudium et spes” article 16 of Second Vatican Council, looked the meaning and its importance of conscience, which were defined where man meets God. Secondly, tried to figure out the meaning of “objectivity” and “subjectivity”, those are the bases to understand the relationship between conscience, law and freedom. Thirdly, tried to understand the relationship between human living situation and conscience, because understanding of conscience is not just remained in theoretical dimension but have close relationship with practical dimension. Lastly, propose the definition and its contents on the truth which are the base for the right conscience judgment. Capone tried to invite Christians pursuit, most of all, the meaning of Christ’ mystery and His Presence in daily life through the understanding of Christian consciences. In the meaning told from the mystery of Christ and His Presence, Christians reveal their standard of their behavior and personal being, and come to discover the criterion of ethical behavior for its completion. Therefore, the understanding of Christian conscience proposed by Capone can present the way for the Christians who are seeking for the way as a Christian.

Recently, due to the high performance of passenger cars and the high standards of consumers, the interest in reducing noise/vibration of tires of automakers is increasing. In particular, the shimmy phenomenon in high-speed driving directly affects stable driving, and there are many research cases to reduce it. In this study, the vibratory solution was presented using the existing analysis model for the vibration load of the tire, the TFV was predicted by the analysis using the numerical integration method, and the effectiveness was verified by comparing it with the results of the commercial analysis program.

개인적 차원에서 바라본 그리스도인의 윤리적 양심 형성을 위한 제언

그리스도인은 다른 현대인들과 마찬가지로 세상의 복잡함과 급격하고 혼란스러운 변화로 인해 삶의 방향을 쉽게 상실하곤 한다. 그러므로 매일의 삶 안에서 그리스도인의 윤리적 행위를 이끌어주고 세상 안에서 그리스도인의 존재를 새롭게 변화시키는 그리스도인의 윤리적 양심 형성이 매우 중요하다. 본고는 그리스도인의 윤리적 양심 형성을 위한 제언을 위해 그리스도인이 관계 안에 있는 존재라는 사실을 강조하고자 한다. 왜냐하면 양심이 항상 함께 하는 양심이 아니라면 즉, 다른 이들의 양심과 관계를 맺지 못한다면 양심은 존재할 수 없기 때문이다. 또한 이 관계는 단순히 다른 이들과의 관계에만 그치는 것이 아니라 삼위일체 하느님과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 삼위일체 하느님과 다른 이들과의 관계를 통해 그리스도인의 윤리적 양심 형성의 관계적 특성이 보다 구체적으로 드러나게 될 것이다. 또한 그리스도인의 양심은 구체적인 상황 안에서 그리스도의 진리를 수용하면서 인간 상호 간의 신뢰를 발전시켜야 하는 양도할 수 없는 책임이 있다. 이 양심의 책임감은 개인의 절대적 자유의 고양을 반대하는 진리 안에서 올바른 자유를 추구하는 것에 달려 있다. 이와 같은 맥락에서, 그리스도인의 양심은 관계, 책임감과 진리를 따르는 자유와 밀접한 유대를 드러내며, 이 유대는 양심 형성의 의무와 굳게 연결된다. 그리스도인의 윤리적 양심 형성은 삼위일체 하느님과 다른 이들과 긴밀하게 협력하면서 참된 만남에 기초한 관계를 형성하고 성숙을 향해 나아가는 것을 통해 올바르게 이루어질 수 있다. Christians, like other modern men, lose easily the direction of life due to the complicacy of the world and rapid confusing changes. Therefore, Christian ethical conscience formation, which leads Christian’s ethical behavior in everyday life and changes newly Christian existence in the world, is very important. This study emphasizes, for the proposal of Christian’s ethical conscience formation, the fact that Christian existence is in the relationship. Because, if conscience is not always there, that conscience cannot relate with other people’s conscience, then conscience cannot exist. And this relationship is not just the relationship with other people but has close relationship with Triune God. Through the relationship with Triune God and other people, relation characteristic of Christian’s ethical conscience formation will be revealed concretely. Also, Christian’s conscience, in concrete situation, has non-transferable responsibility to develop the inter-relational trust, while accepting the truth of Christ. This responsibility of conscience depends on pursuing right freedom in the truth opposed person’s absolute freedom enhancement. In this context, Christian’s conscience shows close bond with the freedom which follows relation, responsibility and truth. This bond is connected firmly to the responsibility of conscience formation. Christian’s ethical conscience formation can be accomplished rightly through forming the relationship based on the true acquaintance and proceeding for maturity, while cooperate closely with Triune God and other people.

온도, 이온세기 및 결정성장시간에 따른 합성 스트론티아나이트(SrCO3) 특성 연구

본 연구에서는 X-선 회절(XRD) 분석과 주사전자현미(SEM) 분석을 통해 이온세기, 온도, 그리고 결정성장시간과 같은 이화학적 조건들이 합성된 스트론티아나이트(SrCO3)의 물리적 특성에 미치는 영향을 밝혔다. XRD 분석결과, 모든 합성 시료들은 스트론티아나이트의 단일 광물인 것으로 나타났다. 배경전해질이온 NaNO3를 사용한 반응용액의 이온세기와 합성온도가 증가할 때, 합성된 스트론티아나이트의 결정도는 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. SEM을 이용하여 합성된 스트론티아나이트 결정의 크기와 형상을 규명한 결과, 결정크기는 이온세기와 온도가 증가할 때 증가하며, 결정형상은 막대 또는 수지상에서 점차 주상으로 변화되는 것이 관찰되었다. 결정성장시간에 대한 영향은 성장시간이 길어질수록 결정크기가 증가하고 막대 또는 주상 단일결정들의 집합체인 구형 결정형상이 관찰되었다. 이러한 결과들은 합성 시 스트론티아나이트의 결정도 및 결정형상이 결정 생성당시의 이화학적 조건에 크게 영향 받고 있음을 시사한다. 따라서 본 연구 결과는 다양한 조건에서 생성되는 스트론티아나이트 결정들의 물리적 특성들을 예측하는데 매우 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 판단된다. Physical properties of strontianite (SrCO3) synthesized under variable conditions such as different ionic strength, temperature, and aging time were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). All synthesized samples show a single phase of strontianite. Crystallinity of the synthesized strontianite increases with increasing temperature and ionic strength with NaNO3. Crystal sizes of the samples increase dramatically, and their morphology changes from rod or dendritic to prismatic shape as ionic strength and temperature of the solution increase. In addition, crystal sizes increase, and their morphology changes from rod or prismatic crystals to spheroidal aggregates with increasing aging time. These results suggest that changes in conditions of the synthesis for strontianite play an important role in controlling the crystallinity and morphology of results provide crucial information on the prediction for the physical properties of strontianite under different conditions during the formation of strontianite crystals.

교회는 그리스도인의 윤리적 양심을 형성하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 교회가 행하는 이 역할이 보다 효과적으로 이루어지기 위해 성사적인 차원을 강조하는 것이 필요하다. 왜냐하면 이 안에서 그리스도인은 자기 삶의 충만함과 정당성에 도달할 수 있기 때문이다. 또한 그리스도와의 성사적 만남이 온전히 이루어지고, 그리스도께서 사셨던 삶이 그리스도인 존재의 근원이라는 사실을 이해하고 이를 살아갈 수 있게 하기 때문이다. 양심 형성에 있어서 교회의 성사적 차원과 함께, 교회가 행하는 교리 교육과 진솔한 대화를 통해 그리스도인은 현대 사회를 살아가면서 직면하게 되는 여러 윤리적 문제들에 대한 답을 찾을 수 있는 효과적인 식별의 기준과 지침을 발견할 수 있다. 교리 교육은 그리스도인의 삶 전체와 연관되며, 자신의 신앙을 성숙하게 하는 지속적인 교육으로 이해된다. 또한 예수 그리스도와의 관계성을 강화시키며 매일의 삶에서 그리스도인으로서 행해야할 행위에 대해 깨닫게 한다. 이 교육은 계시의 빛을 받아 다양한 상황 안에서 신앙이 지닌 윤리적 차원을 발전시키고, 일상에서 신앙을 이해하는 양심을 형성하게 한다. 그리고 식별과 대화는 그리스도인의 윤리적 생활 전체와 윤리적 양심 형성을 위한 모든 구체적인 영역에 영향을 미친다. 식별은 양심 형성에 있어서 역동적이며 성장의 새로운 단계를 수용하게 하고 새로운 결정에 개방적 자세를 취하게 한다. 또한 양심 형성은 그리스도인들과 교회의 지속적인 대화를 통해 성숙되어야 한다. 이를 통해 교회 안에서 개인과 개인 그리고 개인과 공동체가 서로 통합되고, 그리스도인의 양심은 필요한 요구에 응답을 하게 된다. The Church plays an important role in forming the ethical conscience of Christians. In order for the Church to carry out this role more effectively, it is necessary to emphasize the sacramental dimension. This is because Christians can reach their fullness and justification of life by receiving the sacraments. It is through the sacraments that the Christians can have a fully sacramental encounter with Christ and understand that the life of Christ is the source of Christian existence and practice. Church's sacramental dimension, along with catecheses and honest dialogue help Christians establish standards and guidelines for effective discernment when finding answers to the various ethical problems of the modern society. Catechism is related to the entire life of Christians and is understood as continuous education that matures one's faith. It also strengthens the relationship with Jesus Christ and makes them realize what Christians must do in the daily lives. This education develops the ethical dimension of faith in various situations through the light of revelation and forms a conscience that allows for a understanding of faith in everyday life. Discernment and dialogue affect the entire ethical life of Christians and all specific areas for the formation of ethical conscience. Discernment is dynamic in the formation of conscience, allowing them to embrace new stages of growth and be open to new decision-making. Conscience formation must be matured through continuous dialogue between Christians and the Church. Through such process, individuals and communities can be integrated in the Church, and the Christian conscience can respond to the needs of the world.

Valproic Acid-Induced Hyperammonemic Encephalopathy as a Cause of Neurologic Deterioration after Unruptured Aneurysm Surgery

Neurological deficits after brain surgery are not uncommon, and correct and prompt differential diagnosis is essential to initiate appropriate treatment. We describe a patient suffering from loss of consciousness due to hyperammonemia, following valproic acid treatment after surgery for an unruptured cerebral aneurysm. A 57-year-old female patient underwent successful aneurysmal neck clipping to correct an unruptured aneurysm. Her postoperative course was good, and she received anti-epileptic therapy (valproic acid) and a soft diet. Within a few days the patient experienced mental deterioration. Her serum valproic acid reached toxic levels (149.40 mg/L), and serum ammonia was fifteen times the upper normal limit (553 mmol/L; normal range, 9-33 mmol/L). After discontinuation of valproic acid and with conservative treatment, the patient recovered without any complications. Valproate-induced hyperammonemic encephalopathy is an unusual but serious neurosurgical complication, and should not be disregarded as a possible cause of neurological deficits after neurovascular surgery. Early diagnosis is crucial, as discontinuation of valproic acid therapy can prevent serious complications, including death.
