      • 유도 전동기의 동특성 개선을 위한 퍼지 제어기 설계

        The conventional PI control that are used in the control loop for outer speed of the induction motor, also has difficulty dealing with the dynamic speed tracking parameter variation and the load disturbance. As a result, the motion control system operates with a poor performance in the motor's low speed range. In this dissertation a novel speed control system that implements and fuzzy logic controller(FLC) is proposed. The proposed FLC used the speed error its rate of change and the drive current as three fuzzy variables. The real command output current is chosen by the dufuzzification of the fuzzy output extracted from the fuzzy control rules. The flux and the torque of the induction motor are estimated using the dynamic model with an excellent dynamic response over a wide speed range and with the rotor flux field-oriented scheme of the decoupling characteristics. The performance of this control system is substantiated by computer simulations.

        지능과 신경심리 검사의 상관 관계

        Objects : In order to find what kind of brain function the intelligenece test reflects, the authors investigated the relationship between the intelligence tests and neuropsychological tests. Methods : The subjects were 56 patients including 6 psychiatric patients, 4 neurological patients and 46 brain-injured patients. Korean Wechsler Intelligence Scale(KWIS) was used for the assessment of intelligence. Halstead-Reitan neuropsychological test battery and computerized neuropsychological tests were used for the assessment of neuropsychological function. Pearson correlation coefficients between KWIS scores and the scores of neuropsychological tests were obtained. Results : Digit symbol test, spatial memory test, trail making test type A and Wechsler memory scale showed high correlation with total intelligence. These tests require simple attention ability and immediate memory of the subjects. On the other hand, tactual performance test, trail making test type B, stroop test, continuous performance test and Wisconsin card sorting test showed no correlation with total intelligence. These tests require more continuous attention ability and psychomotor coordination. Conclusion : According to our study, total intelligence seems to have some limitations in representation of more comprehensive brain function. However, by considering verbal and performance subscales of intelligence, it will be possible to obtain more precise decision about brain function of the subjects.

        대전시 어린이 놀이터 환경의 평가에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the playground environment in residential area on the perspective of researcher and user, and to propose appropriate playground environment for children based on the evaluations. In addition, this study will investigate and analyze the nearby environments of playground to improve the quality of playground design. Sample playgrounds were selected based on resident children population, playground size and area. Sample included 18 playgrounds near single-family-house and 47 apartment playgrounds. Environment evaluation of samples were conducted through survey using Playground Rating System of Frost(1997, revised), and user evaluation were conducted by using adjusted Frost tool. the characteristics of playground's nearby environment was composed by the results of the survey. The results lead to the three following conclusions. 1) Both researcher and user found Daejon city's playground insufficient in facilities and functions of the playground. 2) Playground safety received relatively high ratings. However, nearby road/parking threatened the safety of playground, and there was no sign near playground that informed of how to use playground. In addition, metal slide cintained the risk of suffering burn by user, and there were safety issues stemming from the lack of regular maintenance. 3) District G especially received high ratings on playground environment and nearby environment, as well as on natural areas and openness.

        아동이 기억하는 주거환경의 이미지 요소

        The purpose of this study was to survey the children's memory elements of their neighborhood images, to analyze the meaningful elements in them and to suggest the residential environment planning data for children's perspective. Survey area included 5 elementary schools in Daejeon city, which were selected based on the residential area, housing type, and child population. Two classes of 5th graders were chosen from each school and surveyed 339 students. The conclusions were as the following from the survey results. 1) The children memorized frequent or visually stimulating environmental elements as neighborhood images. So residential environment, which consciously and subconsciously stimulated the child, affected child development. Furthermore, traffic image element, which negatively affected child development, was shown as the most urgent issue to be resolved to promote child safety. We also found that natural image elements, which had positive effects on child development, should be composed of objects that encourages child to experience and be emotionally attached rather than scenic objects. 2) Child development steps required the image elements to encourage full play and friendship. Therefore, residential environment planners must consider such elements in their design. 3) In order to encourage positive child cognitive development, the residential environment must provide a diversity through the passage of time, so that the child will memorize the history of the place. 4) It could be proved the cognitive development theory through the image elements of residential environment that child expressed.

        Ground wire must choose enough sectional area of conductor endurably in maximum fault current, fault duration time, maximum allowable temperature and have strong durability and life-time can bear enough from spontaneous corrosion or electrolytic corrosion and must choose material that problem does not exist electrically and mechanically when connection or junction. In this paper, modeled new ground wire size numerical formula, and examine and compare of modeled numerical formula and abroad regulation, and proved and analyzed validity of the new ground wire size computation method because do simulation to computer program.

        One essential contribution to a successful soccer game, which is still not always recognised as such, is the standard and quality of the lighting system. This is not only for TV transmissions, but also for the general practising of the sports. But, on too many occasions, sport activities and events have been allocated with insufficient or Inappropriate lighting system. inadequate lighting spoils not only the pleasure and the interests of active sportsmen, but also the comfort of the spectators in both the stadium and at home watching their TV. So this paper newly proposes the algorithm for searching of luminaire position which can be applied to the design stage.

        대구시의 지역별 생활쓰레기 성상 및 특성

        This study was conducted to provide the basic information to know reasonable method for the removal and treatment of municipal solid wastes(MSWs). MSWs four different sources(apartment, residence, commerce, office/industry) in Daegu city were collected, and bulk density, physical composition, moisture, combustible, ash, elements and heating values were investigated. The values of bulk density were at range of 0.30~0.41ton/㎥. The percentages of foods, papers, vinyls/plastics, textiles, rubbers/leathers, metals and glasses/ceramics of wet muncipal solid wastes from three sources except office/industry were at range of 27.3~46.4&, 21.2~38.4%, 10.3~11.9%, 3.8~5.2%, 0.5~1.7%, 6.9~8.7% and 1.9~2.6% respectively. The percentages of papers, foods, vinyls/plastics, textiles, rubbers/leathers, metals and glasses/ceramics of dry muncipal solid wastes from three sources except office/industry were at range of 21.2~40.4%, 14.2~30.1% 15.2~17.8%, 4.0~6.0%, 0.9~2.8%, 12.2~14.1% and 3.1~3.7% respectively. The moisture contents of foods, woods, textiles and papers in wastes were at range of 65.7~76.2%, 34.6~50.0%, 22.2~44.8 and 30.6~44.4% respectively. The carbon contents of vinyls/plastics, rubbers/leathers, textiles, woods, papers and foods in wastes were at range of 75.88~79.87%, 58.24~70.74%, 45.23~51.63%, 42.29~45.58%, 40.19~48.4% and 25.86~36.25% respectively. The low heating values of foods, papers, woods, textiles, rubbers/leathers and vinyls/plastics by Dulong's law were at range of 178~1,353㎉/㎏, 770~1,660㎉/㎏, 995~1,629㎉/㎏, 2,133~2,432㎉/㎏, 4,200~7,275㎉/㎏ and 6,384~8,722㎉/㎏ respectively, and the high heating values of them were at range of 782~2,056㎉/㎏, 2,459~3,314㎉/㎏, 3,056~3,592㎉/㎏, 4,381~5,087㎉/㎏, 5,005~8,066㎉/㎏ and 10,032~10,739㎉/㎏ respectively.

      • 난소암에서 CA125의 임상적 의의

        The concentration of the tumor marker CA125 in serum from patients with ovarian tumor was measured to define the usefulness of them in differentiating malignant ovarian tumor from benign ovarian mass. In the study of 105 patients with gynecologic neoplasm, of whom 38 were myoma uteri, 42 benign ovarian tumor, and 25 ovarian cancer, the level of serum CA125 were measured. CA125 was greater than 35 U/ml in 2.6% of myoma uteri, in 2.4% of benign ovarian tumors and 68.0% of ovarian cancers. Using a cut-off level of 35 U/ml, the results can be characterized by a 68.0% of sensitivity and 97.5% of specificity in detecting an ovarian cancer. Among 25 patients with ovarian cancer, 11 of 14 (78.6%) patients with serous cystadenocarcinoma, 4 of 6 (66.7%) patients with mucinous cystadenocarcinoma and 2 of 5 (40.0%) patients with endometrioid carcinoma had CA125 values greater than 35 U/ml. In relation to a higher tumor stage, there was an increasing incidence of elevated levels of CA125. As a result, it is likely that the measurement of CA125 is useful for early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.

        광릉수목원 혼합림에서 복사 에너지의 계절 변화 특성

        The measurement of the radiation energy, trunk temperature, leaf area index(LAI), air temperature,vapor pressure, and precipitation has been conducted under a mixed forest at Kwangneung Arboretum during the period of 2001. Characteristics of the diurnal and seasonal variation of the radiative energy were investigated. The aerodynamic roughness length was determined as about 1.6m and the mean albedo was about 0.1. The downward shortwave radiation was linearly correlated with the net radiation and its correlation coefficient was about 0.96. From this linear relation, the heating coefficient was calculated and its annual mean value was about 0.21. The albedo and heating coefficient was varied with season, surface characteristics, and meteorogical conditions. The diurnal and seasonal variations of radiation energy were discussed in terms of the surface characteristics and meteorological conditions. In the daytime, during clear skies, net raditaion was cominated by the shortwave radiation. In presence of clouds and fog, the radiation energy was diminished. At night, the net radiation was entirely dominated due to the net longwave radiation. There was no distinct diurnal variation in net radiation flux during the overcast or rainy days. The net radiation was strongest in spring and weakest in winter. The seasonal development in leaf area was also reflected in a strong seasonal pattern of the radiation energy balance. The timing, duration, and maximum leaf area and trunk temperature were found to be an important control on radiation energy budget. The trunk temperature was either equal or warmer than air temperature during most of the growing season because the canopy could absorb a substantial amount of sunlight. After autumn(after the middle of October), the trunk temperature was consistently cooler than air temperature.
