In this paper, a systematical controller design method for a twostage grid-connected photovoltaic power conditioning system is proposed. For a pre-stage boost converter to achieve the stable operation in the entire region of solar array, the digital resistive current mode controller is used. This algorithm is very simple to implement with a digital controller and there is no power stage parameter dependency in the controller design. For a post-stage single-phase full-bridge inverter, a PI controller with a feedforward compensation for the inner current control is employed. Furthermore, in case that the operating point of the solar array under varying environmental conditions is higher than the required voltage for the inverter current control, the bypass mode for the boost converter is possible for the more efficient operation. The proposed control scheme is validated through the experiment of the prototype two-stage power conditioning system hardware with a 200W solar array.

The project that can receive the largest project cost at the eup/myeon unit in rural areas is a rural center revitalization project, which raises the problem of supplementing the class structure analysis value, which is the standard for project selection. Since the number of facilities by eup/myeon varies, there is a large difference in analysis values even in the same first hierarchical. From this point of view, it may be controversial whether it is advantageous in terms of the efficiency of policy input to support rural center revitalization projects that receive more than 15 billion won in project costs. This study attempted to propose the need for a standard value or section of the centrality index by comparing the analysis values of the hierarchy of some five local governments among the local governments selected for the 21-year rural agreement. As a result of the analysis of the hierarchical structure of five local governments planning to revitalize rural centers, the centrality index of city A was 524.7, the centrality index of city B was 1160.1, the centrality index of city C was 611.33, the centrality index of city D was 505.8, and the centrality index of city E was 3979. More standards should be introduced, but as policy project costs are supported high when limited to the centrality index of the hierarchical structure, it is necessary to discuss ways to support project costs differently through the setting of appropriate centrality indexes.

아밀로그램 특성은 대조군과 비교하여 단백질가수분해효소의 첨가량이 증가할수록 최고점도는 유의적으로 증가하였으며, 냉각 후 점도 역시 850.2±10.03~830.4±8.88 B.U.로 첨가량이 증가할수록 유의적으로 감소하였다. 비중과 pH 및 굽기 손실률은 대조군과 비교하여 유의적 차이는 없었으나 높이는 대조군이 4.24±0.18 cm, 단백질가수분해효소 첨가구가 4.84±0.09~5.06±0.11 cm 정도로 대조군과 비교하여 유의적으로 증가하였다. 비용적은 대조군 3.53±0.06cc/g과 비교하여 3.66±0.13~4.21±0.02 cc/g으로 유의적으로 높게 나타났으며, 이러한 현상은 계란단백질의 폴리펩타이드 사슬을 가수분해하여 반죽이 연화되고 윤활성이 증가하여 최종제품의 부피, 기공, 색상 및 품질이 향상되었다는 연구 결과(16)와 유사하였으며 crust의 적색도는 대조군과 비교하여 유의적으로 증가하였다. 경도는 대조군의 0일차가 323.96±30.84였고, 실험군은 324.36±28.53~280.08±26.66으로 감소하였으나 유의적 차이는 없었다. 2일차의 경도는 PC-2가 420.64±43.46, PC-3이 393.79±34.64, PC-4가 373.35±30.82로 대조군의 456.01±37.64보다 유의적으로 감소하였다(P<0.05). 관능검사는 껍질색과 내부 색상이 대조군과 비교하여 유의적 차이는 없었으나 맛, 향, 조직감, 촉촉한 정도, 식감에서는 유의적으로 높은 점수를 얻었다(P<0.05). 이상의 결과로 스펀지케이크에 단백질가수분해효소를 첨가하면 부피, 높이, 비용적에 영향을 주어 부피가 증가하고 품질 개선에 효과적인 것을 확인하였다. This study investigated the effect of protease on quality characteristics of sponge cake. Protease was used at levels of 0.0005 U (PC-1), 0.0010 U (PC-2), 0.0015 U (PC-3), and 0.0020 U (PC-4) for sponge cake preparation. Amylogram showed the setback was significantly decreased in comparison with the control (P<0.05). Height and baking loss rate of control sponge cake were 4.24±0.18 cm and 12.01±0.29%, respectively. PC-3 and PC-4 showed increased heights of 5.22±0.16 and 5.24±0.11 cm as well as slightly increased baking loss rates of 12.71±0.31% and 12.89 0.61%, respectively. Specific volume and color difference measurements of control showed a specific volume of 3.53±0.06 mL/g, crust color difference of 53.05±0.28, and crumb color difference of 29.84±0.52. Measurements of specific volume, crust color, and crumb color of PC-3 and PC-4 were 4.18±0.02 mL/g, 56.19±0.84, 29.05±0.43, 4.21±0.02 mL/g, 56.85±0.43, and 29.45±0.47, respectively. Firmness measurements showed that the control had the highest firmness. PC-3 and PC-4 were effective at improving the shelf-life of sponge cake as indicated by reduced firmness. Sensory evaluation results demonstrated that all samples scored higher than the control. Throughout the results, the addition of protease increased volume and improved quality characteristics of sponge cake.
808 nm 파장의 고출력 근적외선 레이저 조사 시 돼지 조직의 천공 특성 연구

소화기 내시경에 장착된 808 nm 파장의 고출력 근적외선 레이저를 장벽에 조사하여 병변을 제거할 수 있는 치료용 의료기기의 개발을 목적으로 레이저-조직 상호작용에 관한 기초 실험을 진행했다. 레이저 출력 3~12 W, 조사 시간 5~20 s 범위에서 각 변수의 증가에 따라 천공 깊이가 1~4 mm 범위에서 선형적으로 증가했다. 돼지에서 적출한 각 장기에 대한 레이저 조사 시 천공 깊이가 조직 특성에 따라 달라짐을 확인했다. 온도 측정 결과로부터 열에너지가 레이저 조사 지점에 집중되고 심부로 전달되어 주변 조직의 열손상은 방지됨을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과는 위, 대장 등의 소화기 조직에서 일정한 절개 깊이를 얻기 위해 필요한 근적외선 레이저의 구동 조건을 결정하는데 활용될 수 있다. A fundamental study on laser-tissue interaction was conducted with the aim of developing a therapeutic medical device that can remove lesions on the intestinal wall by irradiating a high-power 808-nm infrared laser light incorporated in an endoscopic system. The perforation depth was linearly increased in the range of 1~4 mm in proportional to laser output (3~12 W) and irradiation time (5~20 s). We demonstrated that the perforation depth during laser irradiation was varied according to the tissue property of each extracted porcine organ. The measurement of the temperature distribution suggests that the energy is localized in the irradiation spot and transferred to deep tissue, which protects the surrounding tissue from thermal injury. These results can be used to set the driving parameters for a laser incision technique as an alternative to conventional surgical interventions.
