두개하악장애환자의 임상적 평가를 위한 컴퓨터적외선체열검사 : CLINICAL EVALUATION

The purpose of this study was to assess the thermographic differences of craniomandibular area between normal indivisuals and patients with craniomandibular disorders and to compare the differences between clinical and thermographical assessment. The author had used 50 subjects as materials for this study, which was divided into 2 groups (first group included 15 healthy subjects and second group included 35 patients) with craniomandibular disorders; 17 subjects had normal disc-condyle relationship, 13 subjects had disc displacement with reduction and 5 subjects had disc displacement without reduction. Agema870 thermovision(D.I.T.I.) was used to take thenuographs with 0.1t difference of gradual temperature shift. The. results were as follows 1. Of 34'patients with craniofacial pain, 15(44.1%) subjects showed hyperthermia on the pain site in the theiniography, 8(23.5%) exhibited hyperthermia on the site opposed to the pain site, and 11(32.4%) did not show any significant thermal change. One patient without craniofacial pain showed hyperthermia on the site opposed to the site of disc displacement without reduction. 2. Of 35 patients with craniofacial pain or disc dispalcement, 24(68.6%) subjects showed a significant thermal difference between symptomatic and asymptomatic sides of the face, but 11(31.4%) did not show any difference. 3. Of 17 patients with pain but with normal disc-condyle relationship, 8(47.1%) subjects- showed hyperthermia on the pain site, 4(23.5%) showed on the site opposed to the pain site, and 5(29.4%) did not show any significant thermal change. 4. Of 13 patients with pain and disc dispacement with reduction, 6(46.2%) subjects showed hyperthermia on the pain site, 3(23.1%) showed on the site opposed to the pain site, and 4(30.8%) did not show any significant thermal change. 5. 15 healthy subjects did not show any thermal differences between the both sides of the face.

The existing construction specifications; in the domestic construction industry are too insufficient to reflect the development of technology and enormous information. And its writing process has various problems due to the lack of specifier, the wrong writing procedure, and so forth. The poor specification causes reworks, delays and disputes in the site, and then seriously affects project sucess. The purpose of this study is to suggest an efficient specification writing process considering the constructability and design to coat concepts from conceptual design to detailed design stage.
Fuzzy 이론을 활용한 건설프로젝트 리스크 분석 및 평가 시스템

본 연구는 건설 프로젝트의 초기 단계에서 미래에 발생할 수 있는 리스크를 리스크분할체계를 통하여 파악하고, 파악된 리스크를 효과적이고 체계적으로 분석 및 평가하여 프로젝트 초기단계에서 리스크를 분석하고 평가할 수 있는 절차와 계산틀을 제시하였다. 그에 따라, 프로젝트 기획 및 입찰 전 단계에서 건설공사 이행과정에서 발생할 가능성이 있는 리스크를 분석 및 평가하기 위해 FREES(Fuzzy Risk Evaluation Expert System)을 제안하였으며 가상 시나리오를 설정하여 모델에 대한 검증을 수행하였다. FREES는 기존의 IF-THEN 지식베이스를 사용한 전문가 시스템과 비교했을 경우 퍼지소속함수를 사용함으로써 규칙의 수를 현저하게 줄일 수 있으며 지식베이스의 구축과 변경 및 삭제 등이 용이하기 때문에 시간의 변화에 따라 다양하게 변화하는 리스크의 크기나 영향정도를 쉽게 반영할 수 있다. This study proposes FREES(Fuzzy Risk Evaluation Expert System) for analyzing and evaluating risks occurring during the construction process. The feasibility of this system model was tested by virtual scenario. For the development of the model, at first, risk breakdown structure was established based on risks identified in the existing researches, that is quantitative and qualitative. FREES can reflect human cognition process in the risk analysis and evaluation by adopting artificial intelligence fuzzy theory, differentiating the existing quantitative analysis model. The FREES can be applied to all the project phases from planning to operation & maintenance stage.

Three different, polymer-platinum conjugates (hydrogels, microparticles, and nanoparticles) were synthesized by complexation of cis-dichlorodiammineplatinum(II) (cisplatin) with partially succinylated glycol chitbsan (PSGC). Succinic anhydride was used as a linker to introduce cisplatin to glycol chitosan (GC). Succinylation of GC was investigated systematically as a function of the molar ratio of succinic anhydride to glucosamine, the methanol content in the reaction media, and the reaction temperature. By controlling the reaction conditions, water-soluble, partially water-soluble, and hydrogel-forming PSGCs were synthesized, and then conjugated with cisplatin. The complexation of cisplatin with water-soluble PSGC via a ligand exchange reaction of platinum from chloride to the carboxylates induced the formation of nano-sized aggregates in aqueous media. The hydrodynamic diameters of PSGC/cisplatin complex nano-aggregates, as determined by light scattering, were 180-300 nm and the critical aggregation concentrations (CACs), as determined by a fluorescence technique using pyrene as a probe, were $20-30{\mu}g/mL$. The conjugation of cisplatin with partially water-soluble PSGC, i.e., borderline between water-soluble and water-insoluble PSGC, produced micro-sized particles $<500{\mu}m$. Cisplatin-complexed PSGC hydrogels were prepared from water-insoluble PSGCs. All of the cisplatin-incorporated, polymer matrices released platinum in a sustained manner without any significant initial burst, suggesting that they may all be useful as slow release systems for cisplatin. The release rate of platinum increased with the morphology changes from hydrogel through microparticle to nanoparticle systems.
