        In this paper, we made a tools for drafting logic schematics. The algorithm of this system is to base placement on signal flow as appose to component connectivity. The key idea of this algorithm is that by dividing the schemathic into simpler acylic, unidirectional graphs, called trees. Then the components of tree and their interconnections have the characteristic that they can be laid out symmetrically without any crossovers. The interconnectivity without any crossovers. The interconnectivity between the trees are analyzed and a placement scheme is determined for them. Also, the trees are expended into their respective components.

      • 합기도 수련생의 수련 지속 요인에 관한 연구

        This study investigated participants who have taken part in Hapkido continuously, in view of age, carrier in exercise, and gender and then analysed how these factors affect continuous participation in Hapkido. 1) The significant factors which enable the participants to continue Hapkido were revealed as health/physical fitness(71.67%), enjoyment / interrest (58.13%), self-protetio / guard(48.28%), phychological benefits(20.94%) 2) The factors of continuing Hapkido were different in ages, which showed significant differences in phychological benefits, skill fulfilment / challenge, accomplishment / position, charm, recreational activity. The response represented specifically in one or two areas in case of younger participants. The more aged, it showed relatively even distribution to the various responses due to the broaden span of thoughts. 3) The factors of continuing Hapkido were different in carrier, which showed significant differences in self-protection / grard, skill fulfillment / challenge, accomplishment/ position in different experiences in exercise. By the time of reaching first phase and second phase, it is thought to show the psychological effect of continuing exercise unconsciously in various areas. 4) The factors of continuing Hapkido were not different in gender, which implicated the fact that the overall attitude and thoughts on Hapkido of female participants and male participants are similar.

        This study is that examine ana readjust cause - pathology, symptom, treatment, clinical reports recorded in western medicine, successive literature of oriental medicine and recent literatures and journals of chinese medicine about Paralysis agitans. The results was followed ; 1. Paralysis agitans is similar with symptoms of Jinjeon, Qi, Gyeong, Gyejong, Lyeon and Pyengo, Tantan, Jungbu, Jungpung. 2. There are runs, Hwa, Dam, Eo in the causes of disease, Gansinyinheo, Qihyeolyangheo, Jeokyeoldamhwa, Qichehyeoleo, Ganpungnaedong etc in clinical types, to be concerned with liver, kidney, heart and spleen in Jangbu. Gansinyinheo and Qihyeolyangheo are concerned wiyh idopathic paralysis agitans, Jeokyeoldamhwa and Qichehyeoloe successive it, Ganpungnaedong both idiopathic and successive. 3. Treatments are Jayinjamyang, Pyeonggansikpung, Ikqiyanghyeol, Sikpunghwallak, Seoganhaewool, Hwalhyeoltonglak etc, and prescriptions are Yukmi, Chunmagudeongum, Paljintang, Tonggyuhwalhyeoltang, Hyeoltbuchukeotang etc. 4, In caring, it is necessary to live pleasantly, to be temperate sexual intercourse, to control diet, to do suitable exercises, for example Qigong, Physical exercises, Walking etc. 5. In clinical reports, this disease frequently occurs more than 50 years, male is more than female, and there are many complications as hypertension and arteriosclerosis etc. The majority of causes are Gansinyinheo, Qichehyeoleo, and the others are Qihyeolyangheo, Damhwa, Ganpungnaedong, Qigiulche, Yeolyoesimsin etc, the majority of care Jabogansin, Yukyinsikpung, Hwalhyeolhwaeo, and the others Ikqiyanghyeol, Haldamtonglak, Seoganhaewool. Curing period is generally from 2 to 3 months. In effectiveness rate, successive Qichehyeoleo type is the highest, and idiopathic Qihyeolyangheo type is the lowest. Effectiveness of rigidity is higher than tremor.

        In convulsion state by PTZ in rat, anticonvulsive effect and some γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA)-related mechanisms of Bythus extract in brain was experimented. It was ingibited GABA-T activity, lipid peroxide generation and xanthine oxidase activity as scheduled administration in vitro and vivo. And the content of brain gutathione was increased as scheduled administration in rat. In convulsion state by PTZ of previously managed rat by Buthus extract, onset eime and duration were non-specific changes but recovery time and severity was remarkably reduced. In conclusion speculated that Buthus extract inhibits convulsion by control of GABA content in brain.

        Routing region modeling methods for auto-routing system is used grid and non-grid methods Although physical elements are small, the grid method has disadvantage that decrease the auto-routing speed due to constraint with size of grid and board, which in it is increase memory size Shape based type(non-grid method) used region process type and the shape located in memory as a individual element, and this element consumed small memory due to unique data size In this paper we developed PCB(Print Circuit Board) auto-routing system using the auction algorithm method that 1) Could be reached by solving the shortest path from single original point to various destination, and 2) without any memory dissipation with the best speed. Also, the auto-routing system developed by Visual C++ in Window environment, and can be used in IBM Pentium computer or in various individual PC system

      • Accuracy of Diagnostic Methods and Surveillance Sensitivity for Human Enterovirus, South Korea, 1999–2011

        <P>The epidemiology of enteroviral infection in South Korea during 1999–2011 chronicles nationwide outbreaks and changing detection and subtyping methods used over the 13-year period. Of 14,657 patients whose samples were tested, 4,762 (32.5%) samples were positive for human enterovirus (human EV); as diagnostic methods improved, the rate of positive results increased. A seasonal trend of outbreaks was documented. Genotypes enterovirus 71, echovirus 30, coxsackievirus B5, enterovirus 6, and coxsackievirus B2 were the most common genotypes identified. Accurate test results correlated clinical syndromes to enterovirus genotypes: aseptic meningitis to echovirus 30, enterovirus 6, and coxsackievirus B5; hand, foot and mouth disease to coxsackievirus A16; and hand, foot and mouth disease with neurologic complications to enterovirus 71. There are currently no treatments specific to human EV infections; surveillance of enterovirus infections such as this study provides may assist with evaluating the need to research and develop treatments for infections caused by virulent human EV genotypes.</P>

        In Vitro Metabolism of a New Cardioprotective Agent, KR-33028 in the Human Liver Microsomes and Cryopreserved Human Hepatocytes

        KR-33028 (N-[4-cyano-benzo[b]thiophene-2-carbonyl]guanidine) is a new cardioprotective agent for preventing ischemia-reperfusion injury. This study was performed to identify the metabolic pathway of KR-33028 in human liver microsomes and to compare its metabolism with that of cryopreserved human hepatocytes. Human liver microsomal incubation of KR-33028 in the presence of NADPH and UDPGA resulted in the formation of four metabolites, M1, M2, M3, and M4. M1 and M2 were identified as 5-hydroxy-KR-33028 and 7-hydroxy-KR-33028, respectively, on the basis of LC/MS/MS analysis with the synthesized authentic standard. M3 and M4 were suggested to be dihydroxy-KR-33028 and hydroxy-KR-33028-glucuronide, respectively. Metabolism of KR-33028 in cryopreserved human hepatocytes resulted in the formation of M1, M2, and M4. These data show a good correlation between major metabolites formed in human liver microsomes and cryopreserved human hepatocytes. In addition, KR­33028 was found to inhibit moderately the metabolism of CYP1A2 substrates. Based on the results obtained metabolic pathway of KR-33028 is proposed.

        Fluoride uptake on the tooth enamel according to application method

        Objective: This study was conducted to grope the clinical use of a fluoride application method to prevent dental caries. Materials and method: 30 for healthy molar teeth and randomly divided into two groups on either side of each tooth to form window size as 3 × 3 mm. The first experiment of left in the window was iontophoresis with 2% NaF for 4 minutes for 16 times, right in the window was fluoride varnish directly after iontophoresis method for 4 times. Fluoride concentrations on the enamel surface were checked by EDS method and compared them in each group. The second experiment was done in order to compare the fluoride uptake on the tooth surface between the fluoride varnish method for 4 times and fluoride varnish directly after iontophoresis method for 4 times, with the same procedure. PIGE was used for checking the fluoride uptake on the tooth surface to prove the results certain, with surface samples in 2 teeth. The relative amounts of the fluoride concentration by depth of the enamel were measured by EPMA with 4 sample surface of the others 2 molar teeth, in the same experiment conditions as above. Results: The result of EDS which measures fluoride concentration of enamel that shows up in experiment 1, compared with "iontophoresis only", "iontophoresis and varnish" shows a higher fluoride concentration(p<0.05). In experiment 2, compared with "varnish only", "iontophoresis and varnish" has a higher fluoride concentration(p<0.01). PIGE analyzes the fluoride concentration of the enamel surface. It was discovered that compared to "iontophoresis only" and "varnish only", "iontophoresis and varnish" shows a higher fluoride concentration. EPMA analyzes the fluoride concentration of the enamel surface for different depths. Experiment 1 shows that at the outermost, "iontophoresis and varnish" has fluoride concentration, however, when going deeper, the fluoride concentration of "iontophoresis only" becomes higher. In experiment 2, "varnish only" and "iontophoresis and varnish" have similar levels. However, as long as it goes deeper, the fluoride concentration of "iontophoresis and varnish" becomes higher but that value of "varnish only" can hardly be observed. Conclusion: When using fluoride topical application on the enamel surface, it was highly recommended that fluoride varnish be used directly after fluoride iontphoresis rather than fluoride iontphoresis only or fluoride varnish by itself. The new method is more effective and does not need repeated application.

        Amyloidogenic peptide oligomer accumulation in autophagy-deficient β cells induces diabetes.

        <P>Islet amyloid accumulation is a hallmark of human type 2 diabetes (T2D). In contrast to human islet amyloid polypeptide (hIAPP), murine islet amyloid polypeptide (mIAPP) does not exhibit amyloidogenic propensity. Because autophagy is important in the clearance of amyloid-like proteins, we studied transgenic mice with β cell-specific expression of hIAPP to evaluate the contribution of autophagy in T2D-associated accumulation of hIAPP. In mice with β cell-specific expression of hIAPP, a deficiency in autophagy resulted in development of overt diabetes, which was not observed in mice expressing hIAPP alone or lacking autophagy alone. Furthermore, lack of autophagy in hIAPP-expressing animals resulted in hIAPP oligomer and amyloid accumulation in pancreatic islets, leading to increased death and decreased mass of β cells. Expression of hIAPP in purified monkey islet cells or a murine β cell line resulted in pro-hIAPP dimer formation, while dimer formation was absent or reduced dramatically in cells expressing either nonamyloidogenic mIAPP or nonfibrillar mutant hIAPP. In autophagy-deficient cells, accumulation of pro-hIAPP dimers increased markedly, and pro-hIAPP trimers were detected in the detergent-insoluble fraction. Enhancement of autophagy improved the metabolic profile of hIAPP-expressing mice fed a high-fat diet. These results suggest that autophagy promotes clearance of amyloidogenic hIAPP, autophagy deficiency exacerbates pathogenesis of human T2D, and autophagy enhancers have therapeutic potential for islet amyloid accumulation-associated human T2D.</P>

      • Highly efficient non-doped deep blue fluorescent emitters with horizontal emitting dipoles using interconnecting units between chromophores

        <P>New deep blue fluorescent emitters composed of anthracene as an electron rich unit, a diphenyltriazine as a strong electron acceptor unit, and phenyl or xylene as interconnecting units were synthesised. The interconnecting unit between chromophores increased the singlet transition energy and the ratio of horizontal emitting dipoles. As a result, a non-doped blue fluorescent organic light-emitting diode (OLED) using a new emitter was demonstrated, with an external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 6.6% and Commision Internationale de l'Eclairage (CIE) colour coordinates of (0.145, 0.068). This device performance has been the highest EQE observed in deep blue non-doped OLEDs with CIE coordinates less than (0.145, 0.068) to date.</P>
