In the terahertz (THz) science research field, electro-optic (EO) polymer possesses many superior characters compared with mineral crystal. Two kinds of the side group EO polymer, polyphosphazene with plmaol grained by 2, 4-dinitroaniline and polyphenylacrylate containing p-nitro bisazo group, are synthesized and characterized. For higher EO coefficient, the double EO molecules polymer thin films are prepared by mixing a small nonlinear optical (NLO) molecule into the side group EO polymer. The principles of preparation are given and the EO coefficients are tested. The effect on the EO coefficients by different mixing proportion and different poling temperature are analyzed in details. Experiments results show that the double EO molecules polymer has fine stability, higher EO coefficient and can be easily processed. This kind of material has the potential to be widely applied in the emission and detection of THz radiation.

Porcine pleuropneumonia caused by Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae has led to severe economic losses in the pig industry worldwide. A. pleuropneumoniae displays various levels of antimicrobial resistance, leading to the dire need to identify new drug targets. Protein–protein interaction (PPI) network can aid the identification of drug targets by discovering essential proteins during the life of bacteria. The aim of this study is to identify drug target candidates of A. pleuropneumoniae from essential proteins in PPI network. The homologous protein mapping method (HPM) was utilized to construct A. pleuropneumoniae PPI network. Afterwards, the subnetwork centered with H-NS was selected to verify the PPI network using bacterial two-hybrid assays. Drug target candidates were identified from the hub proteins by analyzing the topology of the network using interaction degree and homologous comparison with the pig proteome. An A. pleuropneumoniae PPI network containing 2737 non-redundant interaction pairs among 533 proteins was constructed. These proteins were distributed in 21 COG functional categories and 28 KEGG metabolic pathways. The A. pleuropneumoniae PPI network was scale free and the similar topological tendencies were found when compared with other bacteria PPI network. Furthermore, 56.3% of the H-NS subnetwork interactions were validated. 57 highly connected proteins (hub proteins) were identified from the A. pleuropneumoniae PPI network. Finally, 9 potential drug targets were identified from the hub proteins, with no homologs in swine. This study provides drug target candidates, which are promising for further investigations to explore lead compounds against A. pleuropneumoniae.
Analysis and Detection of Transmission Lines Based on Twin Reality

Now life has been transformed and upgraded to the direction of intelligence, digitalization and informatization along with the advancement of scientific and technological information. The traditional detection of transmission lines is completed by the professional maintenance per-sonnel of the power grid through manual detection of lines. This method is inefficient and has a certain threat to the life safety of detection personnel. The development of deep learning and computational vision supplies a fresh idea for detection of transmission lines. Therefore, this paper analyzes the traditional Faster R-CNN based on twin reality scene modeling technology. Then aiming at the shortcomings of traditional algorithms, the Cascade R-CNN algorithm is proposed to complete the detection of transmission lines based on twin reality system. It com-pares the accuracy and other indicators of Cascade R-CNN and Faster R-CNN algorithms. The effectiveness of two algorithms for analysis and detection of transmission lines is verified through experiments. Finally, the results indicates that the system using Cascade R-CNN has higher prediction accuracy, and has better practicability for analysis and detection of transmission lines.

<P>This paper investigates the problem of event-triggered control for a class of fuzzy Markov jump systems with general switching policies. A novel event-triggered scheme is proposed to improve the transmission efficiency at each sampling instance. Each transition rate allows to be unknown, known, or only its uncertain domains value is known. With the help of a tailored technique to bind the uncertain terms and an asynchronous operation approach to tackle the fuzzy system and fuzzy controller, sufficient conditions for the resulting fuzzy Markovian jump systems are established in terms of coupled linear matrix inequalities. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the validity of the developed technique.</P>

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>This paper addresses the problem of quantized <SUB> H ∞ </SUB> filtering for switched linear parameter-varying systems with both sojourn probabilities and unreliable communication channels. A more general model is developed, where both the mode-dependent logarithmic quantizer and channel noise are taken into consideration. With the sojourn probability-based switching law and parameterized Lyapunov functional, sufficient criteria promising stochastic stability of switched linear parameter- varying systems are derived. Finally, the results of the simulation show the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.</P>
